The staff at this hotel are incredible! After my first night I let them know that the street noise from my room was terrible and kept me from sleeping. They immediately moved me to a room on a higher floor no questions asked. The rooms are very spacious and the location was super convenient for exploring cool bars and restaurants. The breakfast was also really tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back!

Shoutout to Larry! Our first room's AC was broken and there was a wet spot on the carpet. I called the front desk, and they sent a technician (Larry) up to the room (he arrived quickly too). He was attentive, and went through the steps to troubleshoot the issues I explained. When he realized after troubleshooting, that this was not going to be fixed right away, Larry spoke with management to get me another room. Not only did we get another room, but it was an upgrade! My 14 year older daughter felt like a queen, as did I :) Although we didn't have enough time to take a dip in the pool, we did check it out and it looked clean and resort like. Parking was a breeze, the lot is right across the street. Although it is $30 and not $22 as posted by Expedia. Despite the difference in parking price, and the initial room mishap, and the fact that I will probably never get another upgrade, I have to say I was pleased with this hotel, it's location, the staff, and would definitely stay here again.

Or change the bar! I felt so bad flooding the floor for every shower I took. Huge design flaw, please fix. This might be a deal breaker for some.

Breakfast was good and convenient. Parking was easily accessible, located across the street. The room needs major updates and was not very clean. The rooms are very noisy inside and outside the hotel.

Was shocked that I booked the room priced just over $200 and had to pay another $40 for resort fees and $30 to park.an extra $70 per night. I cut my stay because of the difference in price per night.

Overall a great experience, two blocks from the music venue we came to town for, super easy parking right across the street, paid $30 for 24 hours, can come and go from the lot in that time. Very clean! neat layout, great room, very spacious and cozy!

Very beautiful hotel that is close to many entertainment venues. This is my preferred hotel during trips/vacations to the Orlando area.

The room was very clean. My only complaint was at night you can hear the other guest and the door slamming closed so it was hard to stay sleep. I always love embassy suites when traveling so i know they will take note of my concerns and adjust.

Great rooms! The 2 bedroom is spacious! Mine was facing an intersection but minimal noise nothing that bothered us. Aside from that we were in a very quiet wing of the 3rd floor it’s almost like we were the only ones there. Breakfast was awesome, great variety and omelets made to order. There’s a little shop in the lobby in case you need any snacks, beverages, toiletries, etc. I’ll definitely be staying there again in June.

The hotel was fine and in a decent location. The person working the front desk the day of my departure was extremely rude. I asked for a copy of my receipt and he informed me he couldn't help me cause I booked with expedia. Not a problem but his tone was one of aggravation. I then asked about parking receipt and he huffed and puffed because he and to do something. He was the only real downside to my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The fridge was missing the little bars that made it so we could use the door, didn't like the bathroom fan being on all of the time and the handle on the shower was a little loose. The great things are a wonderful breakfast. Loved getting fresh omelets. Was also nice to have a dinner option available. Parking was expensive but convenient. Would definitely stay again.

I love the suites. The rooms are comfortable and you can have a few guests in without having to sit on the bed. I was a little surprised by the pool only being 3 feet deep. I had hoped to do some swimming, but that wouldn't have worked. The bed had some serious sagging to it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good, especially the omelet bar.

Great location and short walks to restaurants and Lake Eola nearby where you can walk around the lake. Also the rooms were very nice and spacious and had a comfortable bed and we got 2 complimentary drinks in the evening and a great free hot breakfast where you can get omelets made to order if you want them, the room was also stocked with lots of snacks and drinks which were all complimentary, highly recommended and would stay there again.

Didn't receive a balcony room but got placed in a handicapped room which disappointed me. The plumbing was antiquated. Apparently they were overbooked or full and my reservation wasn't important to them . Out of two elevators which were inadequate, one was out of service half the time

During my stay, I had an uncomfortable experience. When I went to use the restroom, a male staff member was about to clean it. After seeing me, he made an impatient sound and said something unpleasant. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. I hope the hotel can improve staff professionalism.

The hotel needs a major renovation, it’s old, vey dark and dated!! The midnight fire alarm evacuation didn’t make it any better, that was an awful experience. only god thing was morning breakfast, but horrible coffee!!! and no mugs, all plastic. I would personally never stay there again.

Everything was wonderful during our stay! We visited to see Swan Lake. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and breakfast was hot, fresh and a great variety.

The suite was beautiful and the entire hotel had a great vibe. The breakfast was amazing - not your typical breakfast buffet - custom made omelets!! That staff was helpful and kind - Tia at the front desk and Hollis (Holly?) from housekeeping on the 11th floor was awesome. The elevator was very slow but that's the only even remotely negative part of my stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay overall! Everything was spectacular. The hotel was perfect, with very spacious suites that were extremely clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was great, and the bar and food were delicious — everything we tried was very good. The only downside was that the AC in our suite did not cool very well. We set it to 65°F but did not feel much difference. Fortunately, the night was very cool, so we were comfortable and did not have any issues sleeping. Aside from that small detail, everything else was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Room was dirty upon arriving, had to be switched to another room due to itchiness from sleeping on the sofa bed first room mattress pad was dirty in all 4 corners. Second room was not cleaned well either there was stuff from previous stay under tables. The chef was so rude in the morning for the free breakfast but hey it’s free breakfast, can’t complain food was good though! Still itching from the covers but won’t be staying here anymore.

Nice hotel. Well appointed rooms. The place is clean. Didn't have any food there. It was a quick overnight. In town for a show. There was an issue with the rooms and a mildew smell but they switched rooms for me and it was better, although it was faint in the next room.

Housekeeping was terrible. I noticed the room hadn’t been vacuumed, but I let that go. The toilet had to be repaired. I let that go because these things happen, but I finally lost it when I discovered I hadn’t received replacement coffee cups and the glass that I used on my first night was still there dirty on the third night. I called down to housekeeping and they said that they would bring up a clean glass and fresh coffee cups and coffee pods. They never showed up. I had to wonder whether anything had been cleaned or if they just came in and made up the bed and left. Very disappointing.

The Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the free breakfast was top tier for America. The only downfall was the bed, it was far too soft for my liking, we did not sleep very well.

The room floor was sticky, the refrigerator wasn't working and I found Publix hairs in several spots in the bathroom. The ala carte eggs were over cooked, the bacon was just nasty and the potatoes were frozen not fresh and dry. I did order an omelet which turned out to be the best part of the breakfast.

Nice welcome reception, breakfast with made to order eggs and omelets was great! The driveway/entry could use some redesign to accommodate vehicles better. Need to remove that 2nd level of zig zag laid brick curbs and put in a wide curve. Cars just pulling in all kids of angle blocking each other in for longer then necessary.

Suite was clean but from room smelled like stale moldy water. Bedroom spelt fine. Cleaning service was great except they left our door open. We left at 11am, not sure when they cleaned but when we came back at 11pm our door was open.

The other issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom which probably has to due with the age of building. The outside of the bathtub did not appear be cleaned close to the floor area.

The minute we walked in the room, it felt muggy. The A/C said the room was at 69, but it wasn’t. We called front desk and someone came and checked it. Was told that the vents were closed in the actual A/C so that it should get better soon. We went out for awhile and came back, still no change but it was late and we were tired. The next more we saw mold near the A/C. We told staff at check out. We only were staying for the night.

I had to change my first room twice then the lock on the door failed and I had to wait for 15 minutes at 2 AM to get the repair man to fix the faulty lock on the door (Room 605 and 719). The rooms smelled like old mold that was so strong we had to be moved in my second room (505 to 420). This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in years.This hotel should be listed as 1.5 stars.

My only problem was I tried calling down to housekeeping to let them know we were out of hand soap. Someone at the front desk answered and said they would relay the message. Soap was never refilled. And housekeeping that day didn't leave enough towels. Other than that had a great stay.

Our new favorite hotel to stay in. It’s within walking (safe) distance of the Kia Center. It’s clean, safe parking area, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Without a doubt, this will be our top hotel in Orlando from now on.

I stayed at this property as a holdover while transitioning during my travels. I had previously stayed at other Embassy Suites, where parking was included or there was transportation to the airport. I was unaware that the Embassy Suites on East Pine Street charged for parking. Unfortunately, I ignored the fine print. The hotel should notify and remind guests about the parking fee to be transparent. They informed me about the $80 hold but did not mention the parking charges. People, be aware that the parking can be costly

Everything staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. The atmosphere around the hotel was fantastic. There were so much to walk to.

The hotel is definitely showing its age — the decor and facilities could use an update. That said, it was clean and the service was decent. The staff were polite, but nothing really stood out. It’s fine for a short stay if you’re not expecting anything fancy, but probably not ideal for those looking for modern comfort or amenities.

Property was good not excellent. Elevator was down, only leaving one working. This led to longer wait times. Rooms were clean but stuffy. Unable to lower temperatures leaving sleep quality to moderate. Location had everything we needed in walking distance (less than 3/4 mile). Service was good. Initially did not have wash clothes. Called to ask for more wash clothes and was notified they were low on quantities (then order more). They delivered wash clothes and towels later in the evening. Bar was good to relax at with a happy hour proving 2 well drinks per person. Was not disappointed overall but obviously has room for improvement

The rooms were great. I love the separate bedroom. I did have to pull on room door to make sure it closed, while the door to the room next to use seemed to slam everytime someone used it. Great location for a show at the Dr. Philips Center with a lot of restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast service a definite plus…but let’s talk about the mattress situation. Yes, I am quite picky about mattress comfort and I felt like I was being folded up like a burrito in that bed. Overall, I would probably stay here again.

Wi-fi was down so they couldn't see what room was ready. They did an excellent job with the amount of people checking in, making sure they got a room as fast ss they could. They had t physically check rooms to see if they were ready and then walk us to them becsuse they couldn't make cards. Their customer service was top notch!

This hotel is located very close to all the gin restaurants and bars downtown. It's within a ten minute walk to the lake and the Kia Center. The included breakfast was really good and included homemade omlettes to order. We would stay here again.

My friend and I enjoyed the hotel and lounge. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and it was really close to what we wanted to do. The staff were cheerful and helpful.

Overall we were impressed by the property & most of its amenities. The front desk was responsive to our needs. It easily would have been a 5 star review except for a few items however. First hotels.com listed $22/day for parking. We were disappointed to find out it was $24 & no adjustment was offered. Then my streaming device could not connect to internet & the front desk promptly sent a tech who was unable to fix the problem but said he would find a solution & get back to us never to be heard from again. This does seem to be an issue with hilton properties (shame on them) which will have us think twice about booking in the future. Housekeeping removed all used items but replaced nothing thus requiring another call to the front desk. While not too major these inconveniences are disappointing when on vacation.

Great option for experiencing a scenic stroll around beautiful Lake Eola in a walkable, downtown area. The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from restaurants and a Publix grocery store, including a bakery that offers gluten free options. Parking was a breeze - it's located across the street with in and out privileges for a daily fee (you can select this option at check in). The dinner menu selections could have been tastier; although they prepared the fish tacos well and on a corn tortilla as requested, the pizza tasted like a frozen brand. However, complimentary breakfast didn't disappoint with its made-to-order omelettes, waffle station, fruit selection, and yogurt. We chose this hotel for the view (we chose a suite with a view of the lake), its close proximity to multimodal options (free in-town shuttle, ebikes/scooters), and the short distance to the highway for quick access to Universal Studios and attractions along International Drive.

Very nice hotel, central to shops, dining and bars. Free breakfast was a bonus.

Everything was great from the moment I checked in ! Early check in, free drink vouchers upon arrival, beautiful facility, walkable area! The room had all the amenities, the complimentary breakfast was the best I've had. Lovely stay, would definitely stay again !

Only complaint was i reserved a smoking room and wasnt given one

Convenient location, clean rooms, and the breakfast options and bar were great. Only opportunities were one elevator was down, so at times there were significant wait times and two evenings the bartender (gentleman) was not pleasant. The bartenders (ladies) the other nights and all other staff made up for his disingenuous attitude. Overall would recommend and we will be staying again.

Staff was friendly. Parking was very easy and close. Rooms were great size and clean. Dog in next room barked a few times

Comfortable room always a great stay and so much included. Great value and walking distance to Kia center or phillips center. Just learned this stay to ask for a higher floor room away from a corner street, did have some exterior downtown noise early hours of the morning.

I am super disappointed with my stay. I paid good money to ensure we had a clean room and it was all but that. When we got to the room there was some sort of wet substance all over the living room floor. I found out because I took my shoes off at the door and my feet got soaked. We were needing to head out to our event so I told the gentleman at the check out counter when we were leaving. He gave us the parking money back but said he couldn’t do more because we went through hotels.com and not them. So now I paid nearly $300 for a gross room and cannot be compensated.

Good hotel

This is the only hotel on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. Walkable to Lake Eola Park, an oasis in the city of Orlando. The price, amenities, and free breakfast make it outrageously more affordable than staying at private home rentals in the area.
