I put a note on the reservation that I’m coming with 2 service dogs and also called to confirm it’s ok. We arrived 7:40am and the guy on the reception told me that the dogs can be only in the room but not in the reception area! What the ****? In which World I’m not able to go inside a please with my service dogs? So we waiting in the car while my husband Doing the check in. Around 8:30am we got room that it was early then expected (3:00pm) it was good. But when we walked in we was amazed how the pictures on the website are not as realty. Poor quality, small like sh** and the shower? OMG! Thanks got I’m only 1 night here. Not recommended.

The guy that was working was very helpful, somehow my reservation was under a name but he helped me get it done via confirmation number. Got me in and out quick after a stressful day of traveling. Room was in clean and cozy. Parking is super close to room incase of rain. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to save but get a reliable spot

The lobby is closed full time so there is no breakfast they advertise they have and the floor in the room is dirty. It needs to be moped with a clean mop. For the price it was what we needed which was a bed to sleep. The beds are nice and clean.

The front desk gentleman was great. The room was horrible. It smelted like an ashtray. I could not stand to be in the room. The cleaning lady was still cleaning rooms at 7:30 at night with a cigarette in her mouth. The front desk did change room which was a little better. They stated they had grab and go breakfast which both morning they did not have anything. I paid for two night almost the amount for a week. Would not recommend this place. Will not be going back.

I take this hotel because included breakfast...I stay 7 days and no coffe and only a bag with one cinnamon roll...that why today a moved to another hotel for the other week...and the AC dont feel any cold...I never will back to this place...Expedia have is good but that hotel is awful

The room was not ready at check in time we had to wait 45 minutes after driving there from out of town the room was unsanitary the sheets was dirty with blood on them there flies in our room the outside environment felt unsafe save your money.

I checked in a walked out. The room was disgusting, smelly, and I would not walk barefoot if you paid me. There was many homeless around the building. The bathroom was horrible. I immediately walked out and drove to another hotel. I didn’t even try to get a refund and I wish I had.

No coffea available until 7am, when I mentioned to the desk clerk that I had to leave for work before 7am he said “I’ll see what I can do”, but when I went back up to the counter he said in a sarcastic frown “I didn’t mean now” and went back to reading his book. Add $5 to the cost of your daily room and a trip across 4 lanes of traffic to the Waffel Hous

I didn’t like the property. The room wasn’t fully cleaned. My son found needles and drugs in the room. I will never go back there again

Misleading, they advertise free breakfast, no breakfast was serve, no supplies like shampoo and lotion. Poor housekeeping.

Picture DOES NOT show the true condition of this "motel". Could not even check in. The lobby was closed, the service window was surrounded by drug users and prostitutes. Had to book a different hotel on the spot & was denied a refund by you and this hotel. Very disappointed at how this was handled and at the ratings of this hotel on your site! Will never use Hotels.com again.

From the airport directly to a dark, stinky place. Couldn’t rest from the airplane trip.

Room smelled of smoke. Listed as including breakfast, only had two doggie bags with granola bars and fruit cups. A truck and trailer were allowed to take up 5 parking spaces that included 2 handicap and two veteran spots, although other areas were available. On a bright note, Liz was friendly and did what she could to help.

The room was supposed to have breakfast. NO BREAKFAST WHATSOEVER, it’s a lie on the website and this horrible hotels.com. They offered me 35 dollars to use in the next booking. I told them to put it inside you know where since I’ll never use this site again.

The property is located close to a busy road and businesses. There are multiple dining options close by. No free breakfast was provided, just coffee.

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm because I landed from a flight at 9pm. I called in the morning to let them know it was going to be a late check in. The man at the night shift said he gave up my room but had a handicap room available. Which was ok I took the room anyways because I was tired from traveling all day. I get in my room to find dirty stains on the sheets. And also someone walking in my room while I’m trying to sleep. I didn’t think nothing of it because I was so tired from traveling I couldn’t even get myself to get up. Once I woke up I seen my door was unlocked and someone did try to come in my room. When I told the manager Liz she stated that no one walked in my room they are the only ones with keys. I told her my door was unlocked I have a laptop and a lot of belongings. Also, I am a female alone for someone to walk in my room while I’m sleeping is crazy. I pointed out the stains on the sheets, and the house keeper jumped in our conversation and stated THIS IS NOT NO 5 STAR HOTEL.

DO NOT stay here. This was a last minute booking because of flight cancellation and it was the worst decision. Got there at 1am, guy was nice but the place was so shady. Room was “clean” (he tried because he knew we had kids) but it smelled like bleach and chemicals so bad I couldn’t sleep at all. There were roaches. Shower was a stained and unusable. In the morning (7am) we asked about the breakfast and the lady said they didn’t have enough bags with a water and a granola because “management forgot”. What? Breakfast was supposed to be included. Anyways. Worst experience of our lives

Clean and quiet property. Waffle House across the street and the florida mall only one mile away. Good visit.
