I’ve stayed here three previous times and I love it! The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and I really appreciate the microwave and refrigerator. Plus the generous hours for the breakfast are very much appreciated when you have an early morning appointment.

Positive note, the breakfast was good as usual with a variety of different options, well stocked & clean. Overall I do get a safe feeling there, I don’t know what changed in a short period of time (we stayed there a couple months ago). Front desk and manager were all nice.

This is my second time here. The rooms, are clean. The bed is so comfortable. I have no complaints.

Keep you doors locked and latched. They programmed my key at check-in for an already occupied room. Was a very awkward and embarrassing experience when I walked in on the guests.

Shower didn’t work properly.

The manager was extremely helpful. My son was getting married and she took a lot of time helping me with transportation etc. The rest of the staff was equally as welcoming. There wasn't anything

Everything was GREAT until another guest confronted my wife at 7am in the morning completely delusional accusing us (my wife, 16yrold step daughter and myself) of something (never spoke to this woman) we were staying to be close for my wife’s cancer treatment. The desk worker at the time allowed this to go on for about 5 min while my wife was completely distraught and the woman was trying to fight my step daughter all in front of a room full of other guest! Completely disgusted it was allowed to take place

Breakfast has two waffle makers eith scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, breads etc. The location is great for during budiness in the downtown area or having a procedure done at Advent Health Hospital. You can literally walk to the hospital from the hotel. Great staff and safe environment. Highly recommend for a business stay.

I could hear every single door that was getting open and close, I could hear the next door room using the shower and there was a construction next to the hotel, outside the room from the window.

Review: The room had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the carpet. The carpeting appears old and likely retains odors. The hotel should consider replacing the carpets or switching to hardwood flooring, which would make the rooms feel cleaner and fresher.

Generally a quiet place to stay unless you are on the 1st floor, when housekeeping starts coming in for the day (early), their entrance door slams as well as the area they check into. When we arrived there was a bug on the toilet paper roll. Then by my bed there were three spots where it looked like a dead bug was killed because there was dead blood smears. I asked for room to be cleaned. It took two days for that area to get cleaned. I appreciate how close the hotel was to the hospital, but it really needs a DEEP and thorough cleaning for its guests.

The toilet in my room was not operating properly but I did mentioned it to the staff and they put a ticket in for the maintenance department. Hopefully they will get that fixed before the next guest.

This is an older hotel with a lot of wear and tear on the condition of the building and the rooms. It wasn’t that great and could use a lot of updating. The bed was decent and the bathroom was pretty clean. Decent breakfast. Had free parking for a downtown Orlando hotel.

The staff was great. Everything else was mediocre at best. Floor was dirty and the room smelled stale. The AC barley worked and made loud noise. The worst part even though may seem small is the fact you cannot change inputs on the tv, so i was unable to stream from my laptop or hook up the kids xbox. The breakfast consisted of wet eggs and dehydrated and depressed sausages and bacon.

The first room was in very poor condition, with roaches and small insects present. The next day, after I informed the receptionist, the room was changed to a cleaner one; however, it had two queen beds instead of the king bed I had originally booked. Although this hotel was very price-efficient, the room conditions were not satisfactory. In comparison, I stayed at Comfort Inn, New Jersey, which was cleaner, more comfortable, and reasonably priced.

The hotel did not honor our room that was booked through Expedia. They put us in a single room but had booked a room with a separate office. They did not want to upgrade us or cancel the booking.

The location wasn’t where I expected and hard to find. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and the system was not up on two occasions the most inappropriate time was check out. As I was taking my stuff to the car at 11:50 AM I came back to a room I couldn’t enter because the key was turned off. Went down to the lobby and the receptionist said the system was down I had to wait for a housekeeper to open door for me, so I barely made it out before 12 check out time. I have to say the room was not bad though, but hospitality is NOT THIER STRONG SUIT.

The top door lock is missing a screw, glad we had the deadbolt. Noisy room, I thought we were next to the laundry room, but there was a room between, when the washers started the spin cycle, goodness, it sounded like it was going to come through the wall it was so loud! The “staff only” door (next to laundry), slammed-when employees entered & exited. Breakfast was good until a vagrant entered Saturday AM, helping himself & was loudly talking to the room “I’m a criminal, I’m getting me coffee, making a waffle”, etc. Started trying to speak with a guest getting breakfast. My husband got up to get the front desk lady, she asked him to leave, he continued, the manager came, he finally left. He seemed well familiar with breakfast. Sunday AM, a different one was helping himself but wasn’t making a scene. The staff were all nice however, helpful & friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We did enjoy our stay.

Very clean property the room was spotless. The front desk clerk was efficient and friendly. Hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great was the view outside our window and empty out with a bunch of dumpsters, but nobody can help that.

It always starts with the parking, If it is convenient to park after travelling for hours it is a bonus. The service was seamless and the rest was just easy to enjoy

When we checked in the front desk clerk was very nice. We asked about places to eat and she suggested door dash or uber eats, There are a lot of great little restaurants near by. The housing keeping carts were pulled out into the hallway the next morning and never moved. They stayed in the hall till the next morning. We checked out a day early and were told we had to pay $80 early departure fees on both rooms. The front desk member was not nice at all. I told her I had already paid for the night and didn't believe I should have to pay an early departure fee on top of that and she told me I had not paid for the night. I told her again I had and she checked her computer to find out I did. She still insisted I needed to pay the $80 early departure fee on each room on top of paying for the night. I asked her just let the rooms ride and cancel themselves out in the morning, She was not happy with that and said let me see what I can do and waived the early departure fees but kept our rental for the night and our $50 deposit on each room they had us put up when we checked in. We had no extra charges on our rooms and there were no damages to the rooms. So to check out a day early it cost us the nightly rate for the night we were not staying there plus the deposit per room. I feel that is a ripoff.

The staff is very friendly, this hotel is my go to when i visit Orlando.

Turn off the dining room tv, which is noise which nobody pays attention to. Instead, pipe in some soothing classical or semi-classical music which will elevate the environment. Everybody gets their news from their phones now, not TV. THANK YOU.

Facility was clean and attractive. The overall lighting is very dim, even with every light on. Warning signs should be posted in the bathroom stating the boiling temperature of the hot water. I'd be surprised if no one has never suffered serious burns. It could be very dangerous for children or anyone not expecting that temperature. The noise level outside our room was very loud as it was next to a busy road. The room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very large and varied. Something was wrong with the orange juice machine, the juice was so sour it was not drinkable. The variety of foods was nice. It was very clean and constantly refilled. We certainly appreciate no charge for parking. That is a rarity anymore. The hotel is very convenient to the hospital and many doctor offices. I would have to think that is the main reason people choose this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had stayed for one night so we werent looking for anything super fancy. I found this hotel because it was near the venue we are doing an expo at. Upon walking in the front desk greeted us and checked us in it was a pretty fast experience. We got to our room and the room was huge! It had a bed area and a separate couch bed and desk area. The bed was pretty comfortable and very clean. My one and only "complaint" was the remote did not work for the TV, but we were watching netflix show on our ipad so we did not miss it. The bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well. In the morning we went downstairs to grab some breakfast. We were expecting muffins and cereal, but they had a small hot food bar with eggs, bacon, french toast, and waffles that you can make in a machine. I def will be staying again when I am in Orlando.

It took us 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. We walked up and down the hallways. I knocked on staff doors. My husband called the front desk numerous times. No employee insight! When I found someone I asked her if anyone working the front desk. My husband said she looked me up and down giving me the dirtiest looks. Uncalled for! I wasn’t rude or raising my voice. Definitely will not be back!

This was my first time ever staying at this hotel brand and i fell in love. My room was off a nice size, clean, quiet and the comfy bed was the icing on the cake. I slept like a baby. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was super friendly too. When choosing a hotel, I'll sure keep this brand in mind.

Very nice hotel. Not at the level of my usual 4-star as for quantity of toiletries but more importantly, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. Not a smudge anywhere. Visually it just looked so perfectly cleaned. Although it may sound strange to mention but I was super impressed by the shower curtain, which was pressed perfectly with equal spaced folds. I took a photo, lol. Donna, at the front desk, is a pleasure to talk with. A young man who assisted me when I requested a 2nd floor room switch from my 1st floor for personal reasons, was super polite and helpful. I believe his name is Jordan but I am not sure. Sorry Jordan. The conviences of 3-food locations nearby and the AdventHealth shuttle made the choice of staying there worth it even more. Lastly, breakfast was very well prepared 😋. Thank you ALL.

It's a great option for an inexpensive stay when in the area. The only complaint we really have is the room had a bad smell to it, it needs to be aired out for some time, we left the window open for some time but the smell eat still there when we arrived again, Other than that we had a nice stay.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub was closed before the posted 9 pm and I was not notified of the change as a guest as I walked through the lobby in my swimsuit with my spouse. Had to go back to room to change. Disappointed to say the least. Staff said they did not have a key. No electric charging stations. Outdated bathroom. Spacious room with large refrigerator

Check in was easy, once we checked in and gotten situated i called for extra pillows 4 hours still nothing i did go to the front desk and was provided them at that time. The next morning we noticed the a/c was leaking and water was on the floor we did notify the front desk who called maintenance. After doctors appointment we came back floor still a little wet, maintenance came ro retrieve

The reservation we made said two queen beds and they gave us two full ones. The fridge had no grills and was frozen in the fridge part. The shower was very little water because a part of it came out on the tap. Very small in the room. At 8:30 in the morning, they no longer had any breakfast and no more.

Very clean and I loved that the hand sanitizer dispenser was full at all times at the elevator and various spots in the hotel. The breakfast was very good and they had someone working in the area the whole time making sure nothing ran out and everything stayed neat and clean.

This place was clean, quiet, and super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in the Audubon, College Park, and Baldwin Park Districts of Downtown. The desk concierge was very kind and welcoming. And while we didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel itself, when we were there it felt very comfortable and safe. Panera Bread across the street. Train station is the next block. Orlando science center also close by. Staff was lovely and kind and had recommendations of the area.

It was a simple and easy experience for our 1 night stay

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. Old air conditioner, didn’t cool enough. Definitely won’t be staying here again

Very comfortable, clean room. I felt safe there. The morning breakfast was available with plenty of options & the staff did an excellent job of setting it up and keeping it supplied. It was quiet, I did not hear any exterior noises. Very pleased!

Walking distance to restaurants and the Hospital

Does not allow HDMI connection to TV. Forced to watch basic cable like a boomer. I am now dumber for staying here. Front desk said it is now all of Choice hotels policy. As someone who travels a lot for work, this is insane and I will not be staying at Choice hotels in the future. Otherwise decent hotel.

Staff was super kind, helped us hold our luggage while we went out and gave us free umbrellas and food

The property was well lit. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I feel I cost was a bit high.

Excellent customer service especially from Donna; front desk person.She was congenial,helpful,knowledgeable ,professional and had a beautiful smile.The room was very clean,comfortable and quiet.Dining experience was so satisfying.

It was nice that it was close to the hospital. Could use updating. Breakfast options were okay. More light outside in the parking lot would be great.

The hotel was okay, it is clean but outdated. The lobby and hallway had a very strong chemical smell, that clogged my nose up. It put me in the mind of Roach spray.

We enjoyed our stay!! The staff were so friendly and the front desk agent, I can't remember his name, was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond, definitely a 5 Star agent!

We came here for a concert at Camping World Stadium and it was perfect!! Only about a 10 minute drive from the stadium.

Picked it because of the location to the camping world stadium for the Post Malone concert. Guest services was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds were more comfortable than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Was also very quiet which we enjoyed.

The shower had gotten water all over the floor in a big puddle , even though shower curtain was closed correctlyn

My only concern was the lack of accessible rooms particularly related to bars in shower and availability of shower chairs. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Checkin was smooth. Staff was very friendly. The pool and spa were both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
