Breakfast

Stayed for a concert, room was clean, ordered a shot from the bar and it had bugs. So safe to say, I was definitely turned off from asking for anything else. I understand things happen but was expecting a bit more for the price of stay and cost of drinks at the bar.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was reasonably priced.

Extremely clean and all staff was caring and nice. Walls are a bit thin so you hear a bit from the halls and outside especially from the freeway across the street.

What truly elevated the experience was the staff. Every employee I encountered was cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The attention to detail was evident in the high-quality amenities, from the toiletries to the coffee provided in the room. Overall, the hotel delivered a first-class experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Location, location, location. My reason for staying there was because I was attending a function at the banquet hall and decided to stay the night. The banquet area was nice and clean. The sound equipment worked fine, the staff was excellent and they did not rush you. We all had a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere.I love that the property was located in a nice area and still not too loud, even though it was right next to I-4. It was minutes from Lake Eola, which we went and spent the afternoon at the park and enjoyed food, entertainment and quiet moments. The room was spacious for 2 people, the lobby area was clean and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options and the serving staff was excellent and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in the future.

Perfect overnight stay to go watch the Orlando Magic versus OKC basketball game

It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated not having the typical bright overhead lighting in my room. I would stay here again if I needed to be downtown Orlando. The staff was also very nice.

Property was very well kept and rooms were extremely clean. All the staff were very personable especially Crystal from the reception desk and Oscar in the breakfast/restaurant area. Overall really enjoyed staying here I have no complaints.

When he wanted to confront us about a noise complaint he made the situation worse instead of diffusing the situation. And the room seemed pretty clean other than the bathroom there was hairs on the shower head and the wall. Great hotel just need to make sure they clean that bathroom better

Arrived early and couldn’t get us checked until 3, which was fine. Double rooms weren’t ready. $30 for valet parking, $25 self parking. Don’t use the restaurant. Room and bathroom was clean. No issues during the stay.

I liked the room, is very spacious, has everything you need, even a microwave which was very handy. During my check in, I ask for a quiet room and they delivered. The breakfast team are amazing, always with a smile, quick to answer your requests. Since the hotel is a little isolated, the shuttle is very handy. The communication with the hotel was very bad. I requested an invoice and had to write 2 times and call to have it. I asked for some tea, since I don' t drink coffee and the receptionist told me I had to buy it, so as the water. During my check in I didn't get any explanaition about the services. In general, I felt the team was a little bit rude and felt staying in a low cost hotel.

Everything was great for our short few days stay! Pool was small but did the job! Location was accessible for walking to downtown 10-15mins. We loved that!

The room is very spacious, however it does feel a bit empty. Everything is clean but the hotel does look a bit outdated. The pool area is beautiful and the restaurant is great. The staff is super nice.

Rough start but overall good experience. We arrived at 2am and discovered that because we booked through a “third party” (Hotels.com) we could not separate the payment method for the deposit hold from the payment method used to pay for the room. So we had a $300 hold deducted from our debit card in addition to the cost of the stay, cutting into our travel budget unexpectedly (we wanted to use a credit card for the incidental deposit hold and pay for the room with the debit card). Ultimately not a big deal but it would have been nice to know this before getting there. Then we get to our room, which was clean overall but pull back the sheets and found a hair and what looked like black sock fuzz (?) all over the bottom sheet, like that sheet wasnt changed. So we told the front desk and they sent someone up with a huge stack of bedding linens, handed it to us and left. Hotel bedding is not like normal sheets, so we were left to figure out how to put the bed together by ourselves at 3am after travelling all day. Again, not the end of the world, but not ideal. The rest of the say was amazingly uneventful, staff was friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle crew and valets, they are awesome!

The bar / restaurant was perfect and so convenient. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. The hotel is in the perfect area and definitely a great stay!

Room The facility has a lot of homeless people walking around in the street even saw a few outside of the property on the street.The homeless center is behind the business. I was very uncomfortable about this. The building didn’t look like the one on the pictures. And the food was definitely not worth the money. The parking fees, to the deposit was just not worth it.

Our room was fantastic. The bathroom had enough space for me to do my hair and makeup comfortably and the hot water got super hot, which I love. The shower head has a few different settings and I love that each of them have great pressure.

We had no water pressure at all. Just a dribble. Had to get right out so no morning showers c. We were hurrying to leave so no time to call front desk to have someone look at it. Also, Crowne should take advantage of Orlando Storm football games and run the shuttle at the end of game. We had to leave at halftime to catch the last one. Otherwise, all was goid

I like the beds and the shuttle that brought us to the game. I did not like that. You did not have a restaurant that was open before 5 o’clock, and I did not like the air conditioning unit that was in the room. I also didn’t like how the nightlight for reading was on the opposite side of where the nightstand is. I also did not like how the shuttle of the bus was not able to pick us up.

We were stranded in Orlando when our flight was canceled due to the weather. The staff was amazing and very helpful in such a stressful situation. The shuttle was also really convenient for us and CJ was very helpful with food suggestions. Overall everyone there made us feel at ease even though our vacation was extended. We were just bummed the hot tub was not working.

Breakfast is an additional 23$ per person for a basic cereal and juice breakfast you could buy at publix for 10$. The pool is not heated and is freezing and the hot tub is not functional, it was broken when we came and that is the selling point of why we came to this hotel.their parking fee is 150$ per vehicle per night and also their deposit is 75$ per night, which they will not tell you until check in. The bistro is almost 50$ per person and is very basic food. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service bar staff was rude and I was overcharged 90$ on a meal that was 35$ I specifically left no tip because staff member “Maria” was very rude. Won’t be returning. Bed sheets were itchy

Very clean hotel great location for concert at Kia Center. We took the shuttle the hotel provided to the concert and then walked back to the hotel along with other concert goers. We also had a tasty dinner at the hotel before the concert which was very convenient as well.

We were in town for a basketball game, and this was a perfect hotel. The shuttle was great, clean rooms and we even used the pool. The staff was so friendly

A great place to stay. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. They have a local shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are large with bathtub and 5 head shower. My only small complaint was the HAVC was a little loud.

The room was fine. The staff was very nice. But Expedia gave a quote of a little over $400 for the 2 nights and the hotel charged me a little less than $800. The hotel said there was nothing they could do about it. Double the price ruined the stay!

This was my second time staying here and both times I got Shamara to check me in and she is so welcoming and pleasant the check in process is very easy! The room is always clean and spotless. The location is only a few minutes from everywhere I had to go. I will definitely be back to stay again

The bar was pleasant. Try the tomato and grilled shrimp bisque and ask for a grilled cheese sandwich (sandwich not on the menu) for a great chilly evening dinner. Ivery close to Advent Hospital, which was our reason for staying here. We will choose this location again.

Super clean. Super comfy beds. This being said, management needs to contact Apple Maps so their directions get updated to route you to the front of the hotel if you’re approaching from the south.

Very disappointed on the hotel and service. The managers were nice to be fair but the Customer Service was very disappointing and I’ve stayed at this hotel plenty of times and even with my spouse that works at a major airline whenever we’re in trips there’s a miscommunication regarding the parking as it was supposed to be two vehicles overnight and one vehicle visiting that was parked at this spot for less than three hours. I explained that to the manager that it was supposed to be a visiting, but the visitor got confuse and grabbed the first ticket for overnight instead as a mistake there’s a record and videos that can be monitored to see that vehicle didn’t take an extra spot and there was always only two vehicle in the parking lot not three and the third vehicle was never overnight. I asked politely to refund just only one and they refuse. Before I check out the front desk told me that they ended up, adjusting it and gave me a print out receipt but then when I call back for the refund that was never sent back, they said that that was never approved so on top of that I was giving false information. If anyone in management interested I still have the receipt printer that was given to me that morning showing that was adjusted.

The Bistro dinner was very good, good seasoning,although the salmon and the sirloin (requested medium rare) were both overcooked. The breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of food but…although we noticed the warming trays were at temps of 130 and 160, the eggs and sausage were not very warm at all. We were down to breakfast at 8:00 if that makes any difference to how long foods had been prepared. Feel the price of buffet at 22.00 was excessive. Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay. We only stayed for one night. The bed was super hard and even woke up with back pain and the toilet had a leak in the back. Other than that, the lobby was nice and clean and the room was very presentable.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise, and it was very convenient to get to soccer games, restaurants, and transit nearby. There was some noise issues with other guest being very loud in the middle of the night.

It was a staycation. For a concert that I was going to. Everything was super smooth, made everything accessible and easy to manage. Was able to get shuttle to a midpoint and then shuttle back which made it easier than having to wait on Uber. Will definitely be returning for any future events that I may have been going to in the downtown Orlando area.

We stayed for one night for an event at the Kia Center. The room was nice, we enjoyed the pool, the restaurant had good food and service. There is a shuttle available for the Kia Center and I highly recommend using it because the hotel is not in a very good area. We were double charged for parking and when we told the front desk person at checkout she said she would remove the extra charge but didn't. I called the hotel later and was placed on hold and the person never came back. I called back again and was told to send an email to the manager to ask for a refund on the extra parking charge. I'm very disappointed in the bad customer service and for that reason I can't give a better review.

Parking is expensive, but it's Orlando. The middle elevator was broken the two days I was there so waiting on the elevator was the only frustration.. not a big deal. Everything was clean and I want to stress how well the front desk staff handled the busy lobby. A fashion show, parents with little ones Disney bound, it was a lot going on and I just observed; no matter how difficult one particular female guest seemed to be the man and woman (front desk staff) made the situation better and this woman was rude.... The food was great at the restaurant, breakfast was nothing to recommend or brag about because like most it was basic and bland. The bed was COMFORTABLE!!! Housekeeping did walk in on us without knocking, luckily we were fully dressed. Not sure why she came in (especially without knocking) as we weren't scheduled to check out that day.

It was an amazing stay. The food and drink selection in the lobby was perfect for late night treats. Microwave in the room can in handy for the wonderful leftovers .

They charge you 25.00 to park your car in their parking lot and an extra 75.00 over night fee. The property over all is okay.

It was a great stay overall thank you. The room was in good condition, had everything ı needed. 7/24 open market was aldı quite beneficial with good prices. Thank you for the shuttle staff especially Dereck. But the shuttle is only available within 3 miles, there should be for the other central areas like disney or universal studios few times a day.

Great place to stay in Downtown Orlando

Friendly staff

Great stay, great staff!

The hotel was nice and convenient.

I was there for a concert with many other chose this hotel for the shuttle to the venue. There were no extended hours and hours listed so very limited also was not a direct route to venue had to take another type of transport even thiugh it was in the mileage.

My stay was excellent. Nice clean comfortable rooms , very friendly helpful staff. Good food and drinks at hotel bar and restaurant , staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family .

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Orlando for two nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the stadium, and the free shuttle service was a big plus. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. As a small suggestion, there were a few details that could be improved—our room was missing soap in the shower and extra toilet paper, and only had four towels for four guests. However, once we notified the front desk, everything was promptly taken care of. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but aside from those minor issues, everything else was just fine.

The resort is compact. But it had everything we needed. Pool was great, the Jacuzzi was good. The service was good. Happy hour appetizers and breakfast were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff, from front desk to valet and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar inside of hotel was very clean and the food and drinks were great. The waitstaff were very friendly and added to the experience.

The hotel was clean! The staff was excellent! Starting with valet, check in, the restaurant and checkout. We even forgot a few things and they were so helpful and fast when we asked for our items. I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday and we had the best time. The room was decorated thoughtfully and beautifully. Definitely coming back here for another special occasion!

Overall, this was a decent hotel albeit a bit pricey for what it offers. I was under the impression the shuttle ran more often hence it was a convenience I was looking forward to using. Unfortunately, The hours were limited (5-10pm) and not convenient for the concert we saw at Camping World Stadium so we had to Uber back and forth. Also, wish the restaurant offered food all day as there weren’t any other restaurants close enough for us to walk to in the heat for lunch, and the neighborhoods around the hotel weren’t the greatest. Just had breakfast and dinner. Dinner was good. Breakfast had a good assortment for a hotel buffet. Restaurant staff were very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The Valets staff is top notch and made my stay super fun and easy.

This hotel was amazing. Easy and fast check in. The room was so nice and had super comfortable beds. I only stayed one night but it was worth it. Checkout was as simple as handing in my keys and that it. I will definitely be booking with them for my next stay in Orlando.

The room was very clean and pleasantly cool upon arrival. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The bistro in the hotel was very well stocked and staff there was so friendly and caring of our experience.

After following instructions for late check in with the hotel twice, they informed me that Expedia cancelled my reservation. No call made to the hotel or me. I expect a full and expedited refund.

Overall, my experience at the hotels pretty good besides all the weed smell outside of the establishment in the parking lot. The staff were very helpful, kind.

I loved the friendly staff: CJ, DOM AND DEREK. The piklows on the bed were horrid and I thought breakfast was included but when I asked the young lady at the desk was vague ....i wasn't going to fightvso we just left

Great hotel

Room has constant noise from ac duct. Overall room was not in good condition. Only stayed cause it was 2 nights, but would've tried to find another hotel if i was staying longer. Breakfast too expensive for buffet self service and awful coffee.
