Hotel was spotless. Room was lovely and spacious. There is currently some construction outside which made parking challenging. The pool area was fantastic.

Called the hotel twice and got an AI bot that said it couldn’t help me with shuttle pick up and that I should call the hotel directly at the same number I had just called. Finally got thru to a human after 45 minutes in the heat and humidity in Orlando They were gracious enough to comp us for dinner but after getting up at 6 AM and traveling all day it’s more than a little frustrating to get a useless bot that was no help whatsoever

Stayed for one night. Checked in at 4pm and checked out at 4am to catch an early flight. Got a bill for $130 in long distance calls. Several calls made to the same phone number in Utah. Called the manager, Alejandra, to make sure the calls were placed before we checked in and not while we were out to dinner. Alejandra said all she could see was the date. I said I didn’t make any phone calls and asked if she would take the charges off my bill. She said she wasn’t able to and suggested I made the calls and “forgot” the phone off the hook. When I got upset, she put me on hold then came back and said she checked the time and the calls were made before I checked in and said she would take the charges off my bill. Terrible customer service to call someone with a serious concern a liar. Seriously disappointed in how Alejandra handled this situation.

Everything was amazing except for not having a jacuzzi.

Everyone was super helpful from valet outside to check in and the room was quiet, walking distance to lots of food and very close to the airport and a value for the stay.

I hated that they advertised $119 per night but I got charged $155 instead.There were hidden cost involved like parking and other things. Had I known before I would have never booked this place

The place is still under construction and the one microwave it has in the lobby outside is not working….. everything else was lovely and beautiful I will definitely be back

Nice, even though in the middle of a remodel! We had to get up at 1:30 am to take the shuttle to the airport. But at 11:30pm maintenance was sent to do a lock repair & woke us up. We had no lock issue! Then at 1:04 am someone tried to get in our door! Terrible night!!!!! Just got up & left!

You definitely hear the airplanes landing even over the fan. Mattress was on the firm side. I was able to find a blanket in the closet which I appreciated.

Beware. This entire hotel is under construction. It’s hard to find the entrance- very poor signage. Extremely hard to navigate internally and we couldn’t even purchase a snack or drink from their lobby because they can’t process payments on site. For the price this is a complete rip off. One highlight was the very apologetic staff.

Getting picked up from the airport was a smooth process, and not a very long wait at all. Checking in was quick and easy, staff all friendly.

One staff member was incredibly kind. Construction, rooms should be discounted during renovations or we should be made aware before booking. Going through a side door, under a tent, tied to concrete 5 buckets makes it feel cheap and circus like.

Only disappointment was the conditioner in the shower didn’t dispense, and the super energy saver spray head had pressure that felt like needles hitting you.

The room was clean. The slight inconvenience was the hotel had construction. You had to go outside to get to the elevator to get to your room. The good part was there was a shuttle from the airport. Nearby there was several restaurants like Tgfridays and Dennys to eat at. It was far from the attraction i was going to Legoland.

Room was in good condition. Staff was friendly. Hotel was convenient to get to the airport the next morning. However it was a bit noisy from the street and air traffic.

We had to wait about 30 minutes for our shuttle from the airport.The rooms were nice and clean but the water in the shower was not hot. The coffee in the lobby was not ready at 7 in the morning. We probably would not book again.

Hotel under construction, there was some construction dirt and a very strong, toxic odor from whatever chemicals were being used that afternoon when we checked in. However, the staff was great, no complaints and I realize when things are under construction, they’re not going to be perfect.

Hotel Construction caused us to have to walk outside and out of the way to get to our room.

Property was under construction, which impacted parking and ability to access elevator. Getting to room from lobby required walking around other wing of hotel, outside past the pool and then back into our wing of hotel. Parking was limited due to construction equipment, materials, etc and we were advised to park in a tow zone (but that the hotel wasn’t actively towing).

There was no free breakfast and very limited parking.

Quality fittings and spotless room

We had booked a king bed and a sofa bed for our family of four. When we arrived there was only one king bed and the hotel was sold out. There were no amenities in the room either.

Finally, Expedia support resolved the issue. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick me up.!!!! We were 3 adults and a 12-year-old, but the room was so tiny that we had to add another room and I spent an extra $220 for another room

Hotel was under renovations so not the best choice to stay. Parking lot was blocked off and it was difficult to move around the hotel and find parking. Smoke detector in room flashed a strobe light every 9 seconds and was difficult to get to sleep. Room was clean and served the purpose for our one night stay.

Parking is uncomfortable depending on your vehicle, A/C was not working, they had a guy to come and fix it, the TV wasn’t working, they tried fixing it but were not able to get it going. Called the front lobby twice and I ended up walking there because for whatever reasons they didn’t pick it up. The person fixing the tv was very nice, very humble. The ladies at the lobby seemed friendly and nice, but again, they did not pick up the phone for me.

Trash trucks and who ever drives a truck stops out side our window at 4am and start banging, backing up, and making as much noise as possible in the shortest amount of time. If we had to be up at midnight or 3am for a flight. This would not have been an issue. We should have been asked when we were leaving so we could have had a room on opposite side of the building

Had shuttle bus that picked us up from MCO airport on time. Very convenient for a one night stay but less so for a longer stay as it lacks a restaurant.

This hotel had beautifully renovated rooms. The lobby was very cozy. I love that we had a balcony that opened up over the courtyard/pool. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was close to the airport and was excellent value for the money. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice and fresh. Obviously was recently renovated. The balcony was literally 2ft which is a little crazy because I paid for a room with a balcony to actually use. The hotel was very close to the airport and in a good location that was walkable to restaurants and shopping. Overall it was a nice stay, just wish I could have used my balcony.

The only thing I didn’t like was the AC in the room didn’t get cold enough or circulate great. The beds were too firm for me. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and the service was great.

Access to the parking lot and room

I only stayed for a night because i had a late flight however I really enjoyed my stay and next time I'll probably stay there again. I love that theres mini balconies. The airport shuttle was very quick, i didnt have to wait at the airport a long time at all. The next day it was right on time to bring me back to the airport so i could get a rental car for the rest of my trip.

Changed rooms twice. 1st floor rooms absolutely stunk of meldew. We arrived close to midnight from the Daytona 500 and just couldn't try to find another hitel. Don't stay here..

Transportation was poor. I tried several times prior to our arrival in Orlando to book the shuttle, no one answered the call. On arrival at MCO the airport information attendant also tried to contact the hotel with the same no answer result. We ended up taking a taxi. It was the front desk agent who booked the trips from the hotel to the airport for us. The shuttle dropped us off at the correct terminal.

It is an old property that has been repainted but needs a body update.

Only stayed one night. The room smelled very musty and the air was motion activated so the room became very warm overnight.

Staff was great, airport shuttle was convenient, new renovated area was nice but older area definitely had a scent. In the new rooms, the curtain in the bathroom is laughable and unusable, at least give it some snaps or hooks.

Has everything expected from a Courtyard Marriott. The room is a bit small, but still comfortable. Booking with Expedia meant I was not able to get Bonvoy points, which was disappointing. Staff was accommodating. Well known chain restaurants nearby. Close to airport parking.

Transportation on this Friday, 01/24/2025 was busy and there were over 15 of us that had been waiting 30 minutes or longer and were getting short on patience. There were even small children waiting outside on chilly winter night. The shuttle driver was a bit snippy with us.

For a quick stayover for a connecting flight, it was perfect. They are updating the rooms which are sleek yet comfortable. I had the largest TV I've ever seen in my room so I binged watched Squid Games! The shuttle is a shared service with other hotels so carefully read the outside of the van at the airport.

The room was fantastic, the only complaint was it didn’t cool down. We adjusted the temperature but it didn’t really cool off.

Hallways were gross. Very dirty. Comforter was not clean. Had stains. Surprise $17 parking cost. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has charged money to park. I would never recommend this place

We stayed in a newly renovated room. The bathroom doesn't have a door. It had a thick curtain. If i was in the room alone, it would have been fine but i was sharing the room with someone. I'm not sure if all the bathroom doors are set up that way but i wouldn't stay there again if they are.

The hotel was very accommodating. The front desk staff and the airport shuttle driver informed us that we can get dropped off any where within 1 mile of the hotel. The Airport is priority. The room, ground and public bathrooms were clean. The pool could be updated and the bar could be cheaper. For a bottled beer it's $9.00

First time staying overnight in Orlando for an early morning flight. We live an hour away, in Lakeland, and I thought it would be worth it, to stay in a hotel near the airport so we didn't have to get up quite so early in the morning. I was hoping for a good night's sleep...We started out in room 158, with King bed and sofa bed. I suggested my son sleep in the bed thinking I'd be fine on the sofa bed. I'd slept on hotel sofa beds before with no issue. I found myself trying to sleep on the most uncomfortable surface I had ever laid on. After about 1.5 to 2 hours (without sleep) while my son slept, I went to the front desk and asked for a cot. They didn't have cots, but the employee at the desk told me that he could move us to a room with 2 queen beds. By then I believe it was around midnight. I didn't want to wake my son and being desperate for sleep, I asked if I could just go crash in the room being offered... I wound up in the room next door (156?) with a very loud A/C unit. Every time it shut down, there was a whining/winding down sound. Prior to it kicking in again, there were random clicks (or ticks?) and sure enough it went full blast again (every time). Both my son and I agreed that the beds were too firm and uncomfortable. He slept some. I didn't sleep at all. And by the time my air travel was over and we landed, I had gone 32 hours without sleep. Great customer service at the desk (2 males) and with the shuttle drivers (departing & returning) I'm thankful for them.

Booked a last minute overnight here due to a late flight arrival. Service at the front desk was super nice, but my room smelled musty/mildewy and felt very humid/sort of damp. The a/c unit also never really cooled the room down very well. The carpet was also in really poor condition (loose/thin). This was an ok stay for what I needed,

Clean, comfortable room with needed amenities. Check in was a bit rough. Confusion, electronic key not working, hotel is laid out with 2 elevators for separate areas that was not explained by staff. Difficulty finding room, third floor ice maker inoperable. Overall a good stay. Didn't expect a lot for location at airport.

Breakfast for 3 was expensive at $65. Hotel transfer bus was a good touch though.

CARPETS AND ROOM SIDE NEEDS UPDATE

The hotel is very nice, beds are comfy, rooms clean and the staff are wonderful.

However, the transportation from the airport has been very disappointing. This past Sunday I waited over an hour in the hot sun for the shuttle to arrive. Several others were waiting with me. We all called the hotel several times until our calls were all put on hold. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. One exhausted gentleman, who had traveled to Orlando from England, had been awake for over 17 hours. He finally gave up on waiting for a shuttle and called an Uber at his own expense. If a hotel advertises free transportation to and from the airport, transportation needs to be provided in a timely manner.

We arrive early the next day because of a flight delay. The person at desk was very nice upon our arrival. She gave us some water to take to our room. It would have been nicer to get a bigger bottle or at least 2 person because it was hot and it was very early and we were Thirsty. We appreciate getting what we got. In the morning when we went to take our showers we unfolded a towel and it had hair in imbedded in it. I’m unsure how housekeeping would let that happen. That should have been spotted and not put into the room. I took a picture of the hair on the towel.

Always stay at your Marriott Courtyard hotels . Surprised at how dirty, soiled and worn carpets were. Bathroom tiles on floor were dirty. Will have second thougts about booking at your hotels in the future.

Courtyards by Marriott are always consistently clean and new properties whether they’re new construction or newly renovated. This property was no exception as it was clean, newly renovated, and for the most part had friendly staff. Although there were 3 glaring problems. The one BIG issue and annoyance was their airport shuttle service. That’s the main reason we stayed here. I thought I’d give Marriott my business just to change it up from my regular Hilton Diamond service at Hilton Garden or Hampton Inn. I waited 2 hours for the hotel shuttle at the airport coming back from NYC. My handicapped mother accompanied me on this trip and she was in pain for a week after waiting for that shuttle in the heat for 2 hours! I just got an Uber Black to pick us up even though it was $55, it was well worth it. To make matters worse, the hotel front desk couldn’t care less that we were waiting for that long. Sorry, but never staying here again. If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours at the airport for a shuttle service to come pick you up from a hotel that’s literally 1.9 miles away, have fun! The icing on the cake was that parking wasn’t free, it was more expensive than Orlando International Airport covered parking garage(3x the price), and they didn’t even offer valet!

I got stuck in Orlando (based on flight issues) and one night turned into two. I felt like the hotel was comfortable and fairly quiet. I was able to work effectively during my stay.
