Just the shower head of shower need new ones can tell they been there for awhile,pool was getting working on so couldn’t swim wish I would have just known

The pool was down for repairs. no compensation for the inconvience. Had to pay an extra $44 for parking. which is ridiculous! you pay for a room, the parking should be free. girl at check-in did not offer the free waters that other guest were offered.

Interior of the room space was nicely organized. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and very clean. Eating on real plates, bowls and utensils was a plus versus plastic and paper ones. Pleasantly surprised.

I chose this location because I have always liked the brand and because there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I asked the staff person about the shuttle and when it traveled to the airport. He told me every 30 minutes - on the hour and at the half hour. I arrived the next morning at 7:28 to board the shuttle to be informed that it had already left. Because I had not signed up, the driver thought he had all his passengers. The staff person never indicated that I should sign up if I wanted a ride back to the airport, even though I had inquired about the shuttle. Seems like he should have mentioned that detail to me when I asked about the shuttle.

I canceled my reservation the hotel still charged me z When I contacted them via chat they state I booked it via a third party and they are the ones to do it . Expedia won’t refund since the hotel charges me . So thanks for a night in a hotel want there for violent cancel and won’t be refunded .

The shower/tub was build too high that when you step out of it, there’s an extra 5 inch drop. The shower and toilet made high pitched noise when used. The buffet breakfast was just ok. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The first room we were put in was dirty. They moved us to a new room. This one had a broken AC, the mattress was lumpy-made you roll to the center when you tried to adjust to a different part of the bed- and the pillows had seen better days. The Ac fan made intermittent grinding noises throughout the night, and kept us awake for most of the night. Staff were nice. We did not eat at the restaurant.

Seemed to be quite understaffed - had to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. Room was excellent and very clean with tiny bathroom but usable. Finding the airport shuttle was a bit confusing because of the multiple Hyatt locations. Check in was tedious again short staff? All in all I would stay here again if in the area.

Receptionist seemed stressed, therefore seemed quite unfriendly. Definitely a business hotel no staff smile or warmth at all. Room was cold, air conditioning in the room very old and extremely noisy. I was very happy to leave to tell you the truth.

It was fine, adequately clean, but we were in room 217 and there was the loudest vibrating type noise, so loud I couldn’t sleep well. Elevators? Doubtful since it was consistent overnight. I slept on the sofa bed and it was less obvious with the other beds due to the air conditioning unit

Staff was lovely for our one night stay while travelling, however the hotel itself could use some improvements in areas. We had a room at the front of the building with two large AC units outside that were extremely loud. The bathroom was fine, but a little musty smelling and moldy in some areas; I know it’s Florida but still. The security lock also on the door to our room was broken and we used tape to secure it in place. All the staff we encountered were very kind and friendly, and the common spaces were very well kept, but I still don’t think I’d necessarily stay here again.

We were looking for a place to spend the night before an early morning flight. The location was perfect! We were far enough away from the busy main road to the airport, but close enough that we had a quick 5 minute drive to Terminal B. The hotel was beautifully maintained, contemporary in design, and very clean. They had a small bar that offered bar fare food and drinks. Our room was spacious with 2 beds, a couch/ottoman, desk, refrigerator, closet, and a small divider between the beds and the sitting area. The sink was separate from the toilet/shower. Breakfast was served from 6-9, which allowed us to grab a bite before my flight. They had a large selection of hot and cold items and everything was well stocked. There was a fee for parking, but since we were members of the rewards program, they gave us a waiver code so parking was free. It was a lovely stay for a room we booked at the last minute.

I order a cleaning service but didn’t say what time and the lady walked in while sleeping. I inform the lady we are going to be gone for the day, came back and the room still haven’t been touch, checked the room before settle in, found 3 ants in the room, no garbage bags for the trash cans

Your staff was amazing. Took 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, but return shuttle driver to the airport was fantastic. The reception staff was fabulous. I had another flight today and traveling with medication that needs to be kept refrigerated. I needed to refreeze ice packs. The night receptionist took my ice packs and put in the hotel freezer. This morning the receptionist knew what I was talking about and immediately retrieved the frozen ice packs. Awesome!

Booked a king 6 months in advance got a double bed at check in. World of Hyatt member and still did not get what I reserved! Told they were sold out of king size beds and I booked through a third party (Travelocity). Consequently, my room was not given priority.

The room was very clean. Disappointed it did not have a microwave for very early morning breakfast. Nice to have a to go bag for early flights if no microwave. I know there is one in the eating area but it is inconvenient in the early am. Also the coffee is terrible in the downstairs kitchen area. It tastes bitter/burnt. The same the last 3 times i stayed there.

Expedia clearly advertised that within 2 miles there is free shuttle service, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. My husband and I are senior without a car travelling to Florida. We stayed 2 nights at Hyatt and joined another 10 cruisers, 4 children and 2 more seniors, in a different hotel because it offered 2 x 2 bedrooms suites. I googled online, and the hotel was 5 min. drive from Hyatt. We were refused the lift on our last day. It turned out that it took us 20/25 min. to walk in the heat because we had to carried our luggage. I asked for change for $10, and the same lady who refused our lift took over 5 min and 2 disappearances to come back to inform me that they have no coins worth $1. There was supposed to be a restaurant on site. The first time we asked, the front desk couldn't find the menu, told us it was online. No. Second time, a different lady found a menu, but it doesn't appear that the restaurant is operating at all. We walked to a nearby restaurant which a bus drive said, "It is "too dangerous" to cross that street." The mini market were a couple of shelves. A "no name" brand toothbrush with 1 tiny tooth paste sells for $5US. One can get them free at any Asian 2-Stars and up hotel. Even Motel 6 offered free bananas, microwave, cold and frozen food in venting machines. Need not say, I was disappointed.

Front desk workers were very friendly. However the floor in the room was extra black with dirt. Never been mopped in days or weeks. I have a photo of a 1X1 foot area of the floor that I cleaned because it felt under very dirty and sticky. I did not realize that in this hotel, we had to use our shoes the entire time. Quite disappointing. There is no lotion also. The breakfast was mainly carbs, carbs, carbs. They stated on the website that it has a cafe/restaurant area and a shuttle that will take you two mile radius anywhere close to hotel but cafe was not working and shuttle to other areas only if not needed for airport run. Overall room is big and bedding comfortable.

They should warn you of the flights that go over the hotel, this continued until 12:09 am. If we had known, we would not have booked. Also, my bedsheets had holes in them, both top & bottom, disgusting.

I had an allergic reaction while sleeping and figured it was from the air conditioning. There is also popcorn ceilings in the room which I thought was very motelish. Inside the shower it had some discoloration on tiles. But the location is very close to airport, staff is accommodating and very kind (gave late checkout), free breakfast, and there are some food options in the area that is walkable.

Later, I noticed a rubber mat with suction cups that I hadn’t realized was meant for the tub. I had assumed it was a floor mat of some sort (not unreasonable thought since dry towels were stored right above the shower). I suggest making this clearer to prevent accidents, especially for older or physically frail guests. Overall, an excellent stay; just something I hope can be addressed for everyone’s safety.

The room was actually clean, not just the surface clean you get at a lot of hotels. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful!

This property was convenient. The airport shuttle was helpful. The only thing I didn’t like which is not uncommon in hotels is the mirror area is so dark. It’s very hard to put your make up on in darkness.

The staff were very accommodating and nice, but the tub filled up when I was showering in room 216 and paying for parking was not expected.

The airport shuttle was great. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful and very friendly. Uncomfortable pillows. Coffee machine was not working in the room.

Shuttle arrived within 5 minutes at stated meeting point. Breakfast had diverse menu for any guest. Our only complaint was air conditioning was at times extremely loud hindering sleep at times. Discussed with front desk and they said they would address. Left after one night as planned so don't know if it was addressed.

Breakfast was until 930am. I was with my son and he had a bad headache in the am. We went downstairs at 930am and the woman closed the food door in our face. She saw my son there and i see all the bagels and donuts and i said can he get something and she said no it's 930. What were you going to do With those bagels and donuts??

There was a parking fee which I did not see in the listing but the more annoying part was you have to do it yourself. They show you qr code and you have to set up account and fill out. After long travels I was so incredibly tired it was difficult before going to sleep.

Overall our stay was good except the breakfast part. They should include turkey, chicken or vegan for those who doesn’t eat pork

Remodeled hotel. But most of the HVAC systems in the rooms had serious mildew/mold smells. Staff in the eating area were not nice and did not care about customers. Were very rude and not helpful at all and the dinner service was fairly poor and unprofessional as well, compared to most Hyatt places I have stayed at. I was going through a rough patch and a death in the family. The front desk agent was over the top to the point that it was humiliating for me. I even gave some feedback to the GM and she just sort of laughed at me. For just a stay over of one night is would be ok. And the breakfast food quality was very good. Just staff need to remember it is not all about them and also less is more far as showing concern for a guest, but to not overdo it to the point of humiliation. Boundaries...

Airport Shuttle was prompt and friendly. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.

main problem was food. Eggs appeared to be powered and had little flavor. Both mornings when bacon and sausage the meat was literally floating in grease. Had to use two napkins just to soak some of it away. The "fruit" each of the four days I was there was nothing more than cut uo Grapefruit, reg and pink, with no effort made to remove any of the pulp. Not many people actually eat Grapefruit to begin with. Seems like it was a cheap alternative to real melon, berries, etc.The second day they had out a huge bowl of bananas that appeared to be over a week old. Very bruised and old. I chose this hotel for the full breakfast but it left much to be desired.

Everything about the hotel was great. The scan and pay parking is horrible, but not the hotels fault.

The airport shuttle was great with a kind and safe driver. My room was huge, big plus for a king size bed accommodation. The breakfast was awesome and the entire hotel staff were friendly and always greeted you when entering a room.

The breakfast was disappointing. Beautiful facility to serve breakfast but food not proportional to appearance. Oatmeal was cold, yogurt in an uncover big bowl leaves for germs, especially if it is reused each day. Also - where was the waffle machine.

The 1st room we stayed in smelled horribly like mildew and mold. We moved rooms ASAP which smelled better at first until the AC was turned on, then it smelled like mildew. The AC then leaked water all over the floor which got things very wet all around the bed. Overall bad experience with the facilities. Staff were easy to work with

I like the place, the airport shuttle, and the bar. However, there’s one thing that bothers me: when I ask them to clean my room, they clean everything except the floor.

Sebastian was incredible! We had an extremely rocky start to our honeymoon. He was extremely warm and welcoming. He let us know our options, made sure we knew he was around for support. He also checked in on us while I came down for our grub hub order.

The property is dated. We had an early flight close to the airport. I was not happy with having to pay 20. For parking. The breakfast starts at 6 am which was excellent. The staff very friendly.

Need microwave in room. And blackout curtains are not great.. so much light still comes in the room because the curtains are not long enough. And the walls are not as sound proof like other hotels. You hear everything from the hallway, above and below

I took a $5 uber ride Texas Roadhouse for dinner, my favorite dinner when I’m in Orlando. Got a great night sleep after 2 days without any. Smooth all the way around from check in to check out.

The front desk people were extremely helpful and courteous. The only issue with the staff was man driving the airport shuttle. The guy driving the shuttle didn’t move from his seat to help with my luggage. I had two large suitcases and a briefcase in my hand. So I didn’t tip him because I had to remove the luggage myself.

We selected this property due to a cxld flight at Orlando airport. From the 1st phone call that was immediately answered by Johnathon to help answer shuttle questions, to the drivers that picked us up and then drove us nearby to shop for clothing and necessities, to our after dinner pick up EVERYONE was beyond helpful and pleasant. The airport shuttle transportation was very easy. The rooms are updated and very clean for the age of the property. Large size rooms. Complimentary breakfast was filled with so many choices. I highly recommend this property

Needed 1 night in between flights and this stay was very smooth and the hotel was better than expected.

Fast and convenient free shuttle from MCO, friendly check in staff, clean room. The bath towels are more like hand towels, we’ve never seen such tiny scraps of towel! But the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot.

This property was accomodating the entire stay. I appreciated the replenishment of water each day and the upkeep of the grounds. I felt safe during my stay and breakfast was decent and consistent!

Charging $20 for parking is a joke...didn't see security in lot...just build the $20 into the nightly rate...other than that everything good...quiet place near the airport...great for early am flights

I was not impressed with the airport transfer service. We spent about half hour trying to get someone to answer the phone then when the lady answered she said it would take about 30 minutes for the vehicle to get to us. We used alternative transport that took us 6 minutes to get there. That was a let down however once I entered the hotel and could smell the clean I felt I had chosen the right property. The service was commendable so I would definitely use this property again
