The bed was very comfortable. The air quality in the room was great. It was quiet. It was a very easy check in and out. Thank You! The parking lot appeared to be safe. I would recomend a sign of some sort as the elevator opens to point towards the lobby. I don't mean a cheap generic sign, it could be done aesthetically pleasing.

Beds are super small (Full) size. They just mention double beds and we thought that they will be like other hotels Queen. NO FRIDGE , that is something that it’s important for the medicine people have to fridge. In the positive side: bathroom was very clean even though the tub would take a long time to go away. Bed sheets very white and clean. Free two bottle of water And of course their delicious cookies.

Room was clean air-conditioner in room was so loud that you couldn't even hear tv. Asked us where we wanted room had 1st floor didn't tell us that there were two different functions in the conference room kids ran up and down hall all night

Beautiful property tucked away from noise. Lobby and restaurant are well maintained and well appointed. My room was clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable. Bathroom had everything I needed and ample towels were provided. WiFi worked well too. I had a great stay and would highly recommend that hotel. Warm cookies at check-in were an added bonus. Delish!

The pool was dirty. We were there for 4 days and I didn’t see anyone come out to clean the pool.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Very inviting and friendly. We had he most fun talking with the staff when we arrived at 4:30 am due to delayed flights. We were not expecting the happy and warm welcome we got. It was refreshing.

I was there for 3 nights. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Although I did not use the pool, the pool is large and inviting. I did eat breakfast at the restaurant and the omelette that I ordered was delicious.

The location is great if your going to a show at UCF. The hotel is clean but a bit old with areas needing updates. The bed was very comfy, no fridge. The shower was very hot, the cold water barely came on. The bathroom door was coming apart. The vending machine had few selections. Most drinks were empty. The ice machine was nit working on our floor. We had to go up a floor. I would not stay here again.

The amenities were wonderful, the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and the location was super convenient near UCF. I would absolutely stay here again. Now the only downside for me was the breakfast. I truly hate to say this because the breakfast staff themselves were very sweet and attentive, but the actual food was unfortunately very disappointing. For $17.99, I expected a much better quality breakfast experience. Nothing looked appetizing or tasted fresh, and honestly I would’ve rather left the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere than dine there again. Hotel guests paying those prices should at least receive a breakfast worth the cost. The staff earns the five star — the food itself does not. Other than that, the hotel experience overall was beautiful and absolutely worth the stay ✨

OK place to stay. They have wifi, but it does not connect to the internet, so what's the point? After check in, they asked if I needed help with anything and I asked for directions to a nearby parking garage and was told to access Google Maps. The property was clean and the location good for what we needed, but nothing special.

I always equate Hilton with excellence. Sadly, this property needs some cosmetic upgrades. The room was certainly acceptable, but the bathroom needed help. Tub showers are rarely used. And the drain of this tub was appalling!! Shower curtains are nasty and it’s simply time to upgrade to a walk in shower.

We had a fire alarm in the morning and everyone was evacuated, but we didn't see or small a fire. Fire department came, but I guess it was a false alarm. Other than that, the property is clean and nice.

The place was okay but two days in row, we were forced to go outside at 7.00am because of fire alarm. This was not acceptable and I am sure this was due to faulty fire equipment.

The Pure Wellness room was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at in a Hilton Property. Between the air purifier in the room and the way the shower felt with a filtered showerhead, it was a relaxing experience. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice. Clean throughout the hotel and I now have a place where I can stay when visiting Orlando.

We were greeted by Jada at check in who was so pleasant, helpful, and professional. The hotel was full it seemed so we waited 10-12 minutes for the elevators. Our shower had mold and the room smelled musty. The bed had a dip in it which did not help with a good nights rest. I was disappointed in the room and elevator usage but the staff was friendly.

I paid for an extra night on Thursday just to guarantee my room would be ready for a Friday morning check-in, yet the service that followed was unacceptable. On Saturday, housekeeping arrived while I was showering. I asked them to return in an hour, but after three hours, they still hadn't appeared. When I left at 3:00 PM, I alerted the front desk that my room was still dirty, the in-room phone was broken, and the showerhead was covered in mold with a foul odor coming from the water. I asked for a manager then and there, but was told none would be available until Monday. Although staff assured me the room would be cleaned while I was out, I returned at 10:00 PM to find nothing had been done. Offering a room change at 11:00 PM. Hours before my checkout, was not a remedy. The manager did call on Monday and promised to follow up after speaking with his regional lead, but I never heard from him again.

The hotel itself was well-equipped, featuring an on-site restaurant and bar, along with a coffee shop. The only downside was that the coffee shop closed fairly early each evening, which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it was excellent. It was much closer to my conference, surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options, and only about a 20-minute drive to downtown Orlando—very convenient overall. My room on the 6th floor was quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only drawback I noticed was that there were no rooms with bathtubs available on that floor. Overall, a very solid stay with great service, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds are small, don't work for 2 peaople. they are advertising 2 double bed, but only 2 kids can sleep there, no two adults. No refri on room, we can't keep the watewr bottles cold. The breakfast and bar is a 5/5.

The room was decently quiet, but it's time for some TLC and updating. Lots of little things show a good amount of wear and tear. The shower pressure was very low, and the shower never really got that hot at all in the 2 nights I stayed there. I don't think I would stay here again.

Room was solid and clean. Staff was great. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch. My only gripe was that there was no fridge in the room and the ice machine was out of order. So my food and drinks had to be consumed the first day.

I must have bad luck with the Double Tree brand because this is the second time I have a negative experience at one of their hotels. Room smelled moldy/mildewy and a roach was in the room. I have the picture to prove it. Not staying here again.

The room had a stale musky/ moldy smell. The bathroom door sticks, the water pressure was terrible, and the tv was not set up properly. I had to find the proper av setting and the channel selection was poor. There also should have been a fridge in the room.

place was pretty nice and I’m happy it was pretty close to my school. The staff was nice and some of them are UCF knight alumni which is cool. The breakfast was good and my favorite part was the cookies they have in the drawer that they give you when you check in.

Asked for a room near the elevator as I have mobility issues. Was assigned a room almost at the end of the hall nowhere near the elevator. Went back to front desk and they rectified the situation….but to make such a careless mistake is ridiculous. $330 a night for a hotel room and they can’t even furnish a refrigerator and/or microwave

Visited our daughter at UCF. Very close hotel to the campus. We hung out in the bar area in the evening and enjoyed our stay, along with the warm cookies!! I’m sure we’ll be back several more times this year.

I used the Hilton app to check in and reserve my room. “Bypass the desk on check-in“ it said. So I grabbed all my luggage and went to my assigned room expecting to use the virtual key in the app. It did not work. I grabbed all the luggage again and rode back down five floors to the front desk, where they told me they had changed my room number without notifying me. I got two plastic keys and went to the new room. The plastic keys worked, but the “updated” virtual key on my phone still didn’t work. Annoying, but no biggie. So we got unpacked and sat down on the bed to check the weather and found that the TV didn’t work. After a call to the front desk, they sent someone up who found that the remote batteries were dead. He replaced the batteries very quickly, and we are back in business. Other than that, the room was fine but there was a very large, dark stain on the carpet outside the bathroom door, and lots of crumbs under the edges of the bed. Normally, I love Doubletree, but this one just wasn’t up to standard.

Also the comforter did not smell fresh as all so I took it off the bed. This was the most unpleasant stay I have had at your hotel.

And this hotel was in a very nice location close to shops and restaurants which were in walking distance.

The lobby was large with a bar and restaurant. The parking is easy and close to the building. The pool area is great with lots of trees and a jogging path. The room did not have a refrigerator, and that was a disappointment. The room was quiet and clean.

We had a quick trip for orientation for some at UCF. Romper Ty was clean with comfortable beds, friendly Staff, and easy check in and check out. We will return for future visit when my sons starts college

First time staying here was for my oldest daughter's UCF Orientation. Stayed here again 3 years later for my second daughter's UCF Orientation. Great location for college events since it's so close. Friendly staff. Would've like some sort of complementary breakfast, but not a big deal and hardly a negative. I didn't like that there was only two power outlets that worked and all the plugs were loose. Made it hard to charge my devices and my family's devices at the same time. So, if you're going to stay here bring a power strip. But the convenience to get to the campus would get me to stay here again.

There was a false fire alarm in the early morning hours, 3 hours before our flight. Our room door was a little tricky to open. Turns out the batteries to the lock were dying.

Wonderful staff and well kept hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was being waken up by fire alarm, possibly caused by another guest.

Made a mistake on the date. I tried to correct it within the hour of making the reservation and was told No changes No refund.

Promised handicap accessible room with roll in shower, tried to put us in a room with no grab bars by toilet for my husband in a wheelchair, when we asked at front desk for a proper accessible room was told they were full/taken and they would not refund our $25 deposit and nightly room fee. Expedia would not refund our money so we slept in car at truck stop, will be a long time before I’d try Expedia again

The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was debris and scum in it and no one was in the pool. I was looking forward to swimming in a pool in hot sunny Florida and this was not the place to do that.

I observed side doors to not be secure due to the swelling of the doorframes. I wish the Peleton bike was accomindating with regular shoes because I certainly would've used it. Of course the cookies were fantastic. Room was clean and we were told that two waters a day were complimentary until our service worker then told us as we requested bottles that they were $2 a piece. Hopefully adjustments are made because it's a good location.

Just stayed for a night but it was enough to convince me I would return if the opportunity arises on any given day.

The property was nice however the pressure in the shower was terrible and the water did not get hot. I was only there for a day to visit UCF and mentioned it on my way out. Not sure I would stay there again given the price point. There are plenty of other hotels in the area for me to choose from.

Very nice property, but the beds are HORRIBLE! Very uncomfortable! They are not queen sized, they are full sized. Pillows are horrible as well. Bring your own.

Shower was horrible and no refrigerator in the room or ice at ice makers

Stayed here because we were in town for my son's college graduation from full Sail University. I have stayed here before and thought it was a great spot. It is perfectly located and clean. The only issue I had with it was the breakfast buffet which was very overpriced and very lackluster. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was pretty good. Overall we would stay again

overall the trip was great. the rooms are little out-dated and could use a re-fresh. the TV channel guide was not working but they showed me how to get around it. ice machine was broken but I got ice from the star bucks. overall, those minor things were the only issue. Customer service was amazing and being allowed to check in early, was awesome.

Underwhelmed with the staff, and amenities. Ice machine on both 1st & 2nd floor wasn't working. Elevators very slow & stairs far away from elevator. I had to call twice to ask front desk to assist with loud music next door. Room key initially didn’t work and i had to come down to get a new one. Staff threatened to tow my motorcycle although it only sat for a couple minutes as i placed my items in my room. Never had this problem at Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn Express, or other hotels, as the bike is small & moved off to the side. Just not a great experience. However the property was nice, neat, clean, and the room was comfortable. I come to town 2 - 3 times a year to visit my grandchildren. This is the 1st time staying at this location. I won't choose this location again unless availability is limited from the other options available in this area!

Clean and accessible

Very convenient and walkable to UCF and many dining options. Staff was great and responsive! Pool area was nice and quiet, slightly dated, but bet clean.

Staff was all professional, friendly and helpful. Ate at restaurant in hotel, food was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable I wished the room would have had a refrigerator. Would definitely stay there again.
