Excellent place to stay with clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, and wonderful amenities. I will return.

I loved everything about this hotel. My son just started school at UCF, so this will be the only place we stay now when we visit. Decor was excellent-unique, clean and fun. A special hotel. The only improvement would be to have fans in the bathroom, minor detail- other than that perfect.

A $750 hold was placed on credit card. Told me it was for incidental but a second $100 was also placed. Like what was the need for 2 separate hold amounts.

When brought to the attention of the new Beverage Manager treated us to dinner turned out to be another catastrophe. Filet Mignon gray in color cold and sent back falafel was probably frozen and came out uneatable . We were told Executive chef was out for 2 days

Such a nice hotel and convenient when I'm visting my daughter at UCF. It's right on campus and you can walk to a lot of things.

Was left waiting because staff at check in kept me waiting while others just walked in and were checked in! Found out I was a Bonvoy member and never said sorry. They were more interested in checking in college volleyball team pushing their way up.

The hotel cancelled our reservation and sent us to another hotel. That hotel didn’t have any rooms, so we were sent to a third hotel. We were told we would be refunded, but have yet to see a refund, despite an email and phone call.

Clean, comfortable quiet really good restaurant for vegans and gluten-free friends. My only issue was that the hotel room refrigerator was a new kind that saves energy and so every two hours it powered off.

Classy hotel in the heart of UCF. Bar and restaurant were great. Very comfortable room with pool view. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and coffee maker. Toiletries were excellent. I will return. Valet staff was excellent!

Our one-night stay was excellent from start to finish. The service was efficient and friendly, the accommodations were clean and beautifully maintained, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and elegant. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

When we checked in, we didn't get the room we booked (different beds). The hotel was accomodating a nice about handling it, we just ended up in a lousy room next to the fitness center. Not ideal when dudes are ball slamming at 7:30 am...So the room wasn't my favorite.

Only Stayed one night so didn’t get to do much. Bar was great. Room and common areas were very clean clean. everyone had a smile and looked like they liked working there.

I went to visit my daughter at UCF and was more than happy to stay at the Celeste. Everything was clean and quiet! Everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. The people that worked for valet parking were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice location on UCF Campus. We were there for a show and one night stay was perfect. Nice bar area downstairs a little crowded though

Cool location right on campus. Short walk to memory mall for tailgating. Beds were comfy. Room and lobby clean. Cool hotel bar

Premium accommodations. Valet parking with ease. Staff very professional and friendly. Restaurant serves delicious cuisine. Close to UCF which made my visit to my son a breeze.

My stay was wonderful! I was there visiting my sister who goes to UCF. The staff were nice and friendly, my room and bathroom were clean, there were a few times people were loud in the hallway but I completely expected that. The hotel is walking distance from the college and was down the street from her off campus apartment. There's plenty of food within walking distance as well. The pool was nice; didn't get to try the bar/restaurant and didn't do the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again definitely recommend!!

The staff at the was spectacular. However, my car got valet parking. The individual who did it was amazing and unbelievable. However, the right side of car has major major and I mean major water spots on my windows and the car and it’s not coming off. Very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel with superior service. We were there for a campus tour. It was so easy. We walked right from hotel to the visitor center in less than 10 minutes. Parking was easy and well priced. We will return!

The location was close to UCF which was convenient. The only downside was the $15 daily parking fee and the fact there is no microwave in the rooms. Other than that our stay was good.

We were there to do a tour of UCF. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel and its amenities.

This hotel is very new and nice, but the parking can be troublesome sometimes with the college and events held at the hotel. The breakfast was okay, but is not included so it’s pricey as is the cost of a $5 soda or $4 candy bar for convenience. The road noise was horrendous unless you enjoy a lot of revving motorcycles from 1000pm onward.

This week stay turned the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel EVER!!! These S.O.B’s clearly need training. I would avoid at all cost and stay somewhere else especially if you have young children. The snowflake staff will try to break up your family. Please avoid and take your money elsewhere.

Spacious rooms right on the UCF campus. Walkable to some restaurants, lots of stores and restaurants driving distance too.

When I noticed these charges, I immediately contacted the front desk. The same staff member was unable to explain what happened and transferred me to the reservations line. The reservations team then informed me I needed to speak with the hotel’s front desk manager. When the manager finally addressed the issue, he was equally unhelpful and could not clarify why my card had been overcharged multiple times. I left frustrated and uncertain if the unauthorized charges would be refunded. While the hotel itself is lovely, the disorganized billing and lack of accountability from the staff make it impossible for me to recommend. I won’t be returning.

Aside from us arriving back to our room on the day of check in (went out for 4 hours) and the door being ajar, the stay was decent. Apparently our door had a malfunction and though it was flushed closed it still “opened” on its own in our absence. Engineering came up and said they’d handle it on Monday. The front desk was attentive but apparently not much more they could do for our safety that night.

We loved the space themed decor throughout the hotel. It was a great place to stay.

First time at this hotel. Parking was easy but don’t know why they charge for self parking. Other than that the place was nice and clean, looks like they have a lot of amenities, a bar and restaurant. I would come back.

Property was fantastic except for the very noisy road next to our window. Cars were racing up and down it all night very loudly.

Had to give a low star review for staff - as it relates to bartender in lobby. He was overwhelmed & could have used a bar back. It was a Friday & you had a decent amount of folks enjoying drinks & food at the bar. I had just checked in after a long drive and wanted to enjoy a hot latte before needing to get ready for a concert that evening. I opted to make a cup of coffee in room to enjoy a fresh cup. The bartender was in the weeds & told me that a latte would require him to go into kitchen to prepare and that i should prepare for a wait on it. He said he could make a normal cup at the bar & I agreed that would be fine. I needed caffeine at that point. He served me the cup ‘ moved on to other folks. He didn’t offer sugar or creamer & I needed both. The creamer required him to head into kitchen to grab it & it was impossible for him to sneak away. It took 15-20 mins to get a cup of coffee. I am a very patient person but this was not cool. The gentleman was very apologetic for the delay & appreciated my patience but it was not enjoyable at that point to drink a mildly warm coffee. Similar event took place morning of check out - my husband & I wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in bed before packing up & there was only one packet of sugar for two cups of coffee. Condiments were not restocked properly. Only one of us was able to enjoy their cup of coffee the way we enjoy making it. We could have asked for extra sugar but it would have made our already prepared coffee go cold.

Super close to UCF

For a Ucf onsite hotel there should be free shuttle service to the stadium on game day. None of the staff even knew about if there was a shuttle and the shower water pressure was non existing

stay was short and sweet. No condiments in the room for coffee , 1 sugar for 4 cups of coffe , poor. Had to pay for par parking as guest , very poor !

We came for dinner before and loved it. Decided to give the hotel a try and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel smells amazing which is a bonus. The staff was accommodating, kind and thoughtful. We also were so thrilled with the live music on Friday. We had planned to go for a swim, but the music was so good that we stayed in the bar area just so we could enjoy it. Brought our children and had a wonderful weekend visiting. We are actually hoping to make this a location for a conference that we have coming up next year because we loved everything so very much. Oscar and the restaurant is funny and knowledgeable. He definitely added to our Saturday brunch.

Good experience

The only things I didn’t like is that the front desk staff are not friendly. They don’t smile or greet you when they see you, except for one and also Caitlyn on my checkout. Stayed there for 6 nights and they do charge for overnight parking. As the day goes by, the cleaning of the room has become less and less thorough and they don’t replenish some of the amenities. One day they didn’t do the housecleaning for the room. Also they need to instruct the pool cleaner to come before they open it to the guests. Instead of just showing up and vacuuming the pool while you’re inside. Other than those my stay is acceptable.

Property is well maintained and clean. Only downfall is getting trying to get room service. No one picks up the phone. After a long day of meetings room service is nice. Instead ended up ordering Uber eats the 3 nights there.

Check in online was wonderful, then text notification notified when my room was ready, was great, which was by noon. The hotel and room is very new and well taken care of. The room was prob one of the most clean I have ever stayed in for all aspects. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, 10/10.

It's a beautiful hotel. Clean and 2 minutes from the UCF campus which frankly were our requirements for this trip. My only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable (too soft) and the pillows too thin for my comfort. That is subjective and might be fine for someone else. If I was staying for only a couple nights, I would still stay again.

The room was very noisy from the main road and 50 air conditioning units below our window. I was very unimpressed. Our waiter was very nice in the restaurant. We never made it to the bar.

The food was excellent, 5 star!!! and the restaurant was open late (great for travelers). Only minor complaints - could not find the Wi-Fi connection for the internet - and there were no glasses in the room (to rinse after brushing your teeth).
