Overall good spot close to airport. Room was clean. Only complaint about room was very low water pressure in shower. Staff was friendly. Call ahead for hotel shuttle. Unfortunately we called ahead for the shuttle and after waiting 45 minutes called the front desk back to learn there was an emergency and they weren’t running the shuttle. They did send an Uber though. Would recommend having the front staff get phone numbers of people who call for the shuttle so that if they have to reschedule the shuttle they can contact them back instead of leaving it up to the guest to wait.

Stayed here many times for an early flight out. Love this hotel but early morning staff at desk isn’t so friendly. It was at 4 in the morning however. This time I didn’t sleep as well because the room seemed warm so sleep was hard.

The room was dark and light bulbs flickered like a horror movie. Front desk receptionist Barbara was very good but is overloaded with work and there’s no support in sight.

This was a very good hotel. Even though it is near the airport, the location was very well planned with landscaping and sidewalks plus restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotels age quickly but this one was clean and in good working condition. Our room was clean and in great condition, plenty of hot water and bath linens. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Dining area and serving station clean and well supplied. My husband is dealing with medical issues at the Advent Health hospital. This hotel was only four miles away and a very easy drive to get there. We are planning to return to Fairfield for his next procedure as it and the people who work there are all 5 star.

As an overnight option from a missed flight this hotel was everything. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and surrounding areas (within a mile) was an added bonus. There are shops and many food choices within walking distance even a theater close by. The entire hotel was immaculate with breakfast included, what more could you have asked for? We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room which made the room so large with a king bed that comfortably slept two adults and a toddler. I would most definitely be booking this hotel again.

The location was ok and the room was clean Refrigerator was broken and the toilet got clogged up the first night that I was there.We were booked for 2 nights but someone at the front desk made a mistake and put 1 night.Housekeeping punching on the door until she wake us up then used her to on lock the door.Good thing I had top lock on because the housekeeping lady was walking in on us.I was PISSED

After landing at Orlando International Airport, we called the hotel and the front desk instructed us to go to Terminal C, Ground Transportation level, pickup spot C271. We were told that the driver would be notified. We rushed there with our luggage because we did not want to keep the shuttle driver waiting, but no shuttle arrived. When we called the hotel again, we were told that the shuttle service was no longer available and that we should take an Uber instead. This caused unnecessary stress, delay, confusion, and an out-of-pocket Uber expense after a flight. At the hotel, we were given an email address and asked to send the Uber receipt for reimbursement. We sent two emails with the receipt and relevant information, but the property did not respond. The room itself was acceptable, but the service communication and the handling of the shuttle issue were very disappointing. If the airport shuttle is no longer available, the hotel and booking platforms should correct this information so future guests are not misled.

The room was clean, all the amenities you would expect in a room. Barbara at the front desk was just a joy to check in with and very helpful. We were told coffee was available 24 hours. However, at 3:30am hoping to get some coffee before packing for our 5 AM shuttle. There was no coffee and was told that the coffee replacement person doesn’t come in until 5 AM. Happy there was Starbucks cold brew in that little market. Crisis averted. I do have to mention the shuttle driver. I’ve never been so happy for seatbelts. As his driving was quite a bit scary. But his lack of communication I mean, absolute lack of communication left me walking away for the first time EVER not leaving a tip for a driver other than the driver experience this was a nice, clean, accommodating hoteland would definitely stay again.

This was a one-night stay before our cruise and we arrived 10pm and left at 10am the next day so very quick. Shuttle from airport was great, waited about 10-15 minutes. Check in was easy. Room was clean, had to ask for more towels as there were 4 of us and only 2. Only got coffee in the morning but looked like standard fare. Would stay again especially as a before or after cruise stop.

The Fairfield Orlando was very clean and large comfortable room. Also, the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Hotel was clean. Parking was ridiculous. They charge you $17 a day to park in their parking lot.

Everything was decent at this hotel. We were just there one night before flying out of MCO. The free airport shuttle was very helpful. There were many breakfast options. It was very busy so the breakfast line was a bit hectic, but everyone ate in the end and we're satisfied.

The hotel was pretty, but the staff wasn’t very helpful. I booked a room for 5 with 2 queen beds. First, the beds were fulls and not queens. Second, we needed a rollaway bed for our 5th person and it took 3 trips to the front desk to get one. Both the website and Expedia said there is 1 rollaway bed permitted in the room but staff said it wasn’t due to safety concerns. There was plenty of space in our room to have the cot (pictured). Ultimately, we got the extra bed but the hassle wasn’t worth it.

Generally a very clean facility. That being said, during a recent 4 night stay, my room was made up only once and I had to request that. Even a daily vacuuming would have been good. Breakfast was adequate, nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was very courteous and attentive, front desk, food service and maintenance included. I understand everyone and every business are dealing with ridiculously high costs and cuts are needed here and there. Overall, a pleasent stay and I would stay again.

The room was fine. The hotel shuttle was an absolute disappointment. I called for the shuttle pick up at 10:45 pm on a Tuesday night. The shuttle didn't show up until 11:20. The hotel is literally a 10 minute drive even when it's busy. I called at 11:10 to see if there was a problem and the front desk acted surprised and stated we are sending him now. It's obvious they failed to inform the driver the first time I called.

First off, the reception staff was hard to communicate with due to some language barriers. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV did not work properly. There was something wrong with the cable connection so no programming was available. Breakfast was ok. Typical pre prepared food. There was a good selection of items to choose from.

I stay at this facility every two weeks. The staff are extremely professional and polite. The entire facility is well maintained.

The only issue we had was the noise from the pipes all night in room 213. Every time a flush or any bathroom activity occurred elsewhere, we heard the water drain noise, we were not able to sleep and too tired to ask to switch rooms. Very uncomfortable night.

The staff is amazing. And the property is exactly what is promised. Better than basic with prices that are fair. I like the comfort of the rooms as well as the convenience of the shuttle. I would recommend this location as a safe and reliable place to stay in the Orlando Airport area. Local restaurants are nicely located as well

Our plane left prior to breakfast, but the hotel provided a bag breakfast for each of us. Staff were amazing!

The breakfast menu was the typical continental style. I would like to see a wider variety of fruits and veggie based dishes. Beds were super comfy. Check in and out process was easy. Hotel is credit card friendly. The pool area and the lobby area needs a little sprucing up.

There was a $45 early check in fee so we just went to eat and came back. We were able to leave our luggage in a back room area. The room was clean. Pool was available outside but small. Transportation was convenient to the airport. Food areas and shopping in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed with the shuttle to the airport. One staff member checks in and writes down the time we booked the shuttle and other person in a different shift doesn't acknowledge that and says that shuttle has no room for the time we asked for. We ended up going to the airport booking uber.

Breakfast simple but fine. Staff were great except for the manager scolding the front desk guy out in public about how he was wearing the wrong shirt which was unprofessional on her part. Shower valve was very touchy and difficult to get to the right temperature but overall a good stay.

The hotel instructs you to contact them via phone to request a shuttle from the airport. I tried for 45 minutes and the front desk just said Please Hold over and over without letting me speak before putting on hold. I tried calling the Springhill Suites down the road for help and to ask if they shared a shuttle service. They answered immediately and addressed all my questions. The service was night & day different. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are booking for shuttle convenience to and from the airport.

with endless chair moving and crashing of pots and pans . i spoke with the receptionist before 6 am and was abruptly told ‘that was the room you were assigned’. we were not able to go back to sleep at all. travelling with children made this a horrible experience . This hotel has completely ruined the first day of our vacation with my entire family having less than 5 hours of sleep after traveling much of the day before . i will never visit this hotel again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone .

They charge $45 to check in before 1 PM. Not ideal for people arriving from early flights or cruises. What a money grab! Not one person paid...everyone waited until 1 PM, then there was a long line of disgruntled people checking in. I'd never go back. Charge a fair price and stop nickel-and-diming people to death for small courtesies. If a room is ready for early arrivals, then just check them in and give them the room!

It was an overnight trip because we had a layover from the airport. The room was clean and neat. The toilet was messed up and ran all night. We had to wait an hour on the shuttle at the airport to pick us up but other than that the rain was great!

Hotel staff were exceptional. Check in was fast snd pleasant. The breakfast and coffe was superb! Hot tub not not working which was diapppinting. Not too much to do, but some restaurants within walking. Befs anx pillows were soft and comfortable. Main complaint ix the shuttle driver tried to swing bag into shuttle by the handle and broke it...he didnt seem to car that he broke a 200 bag.

Staff is very friendly. The room was clean but smelled strongly of cleaning solution. Walls are thin and we could hear every time rooms around us flushed their toilet. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful.

Great place to stay, very close to the airport and super accessible. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The only downside is the parking fee of $17 per night. With so much parking available on the property, it would be nice if it were included. Overall, a very good experience and we would definitely consider staying again.

Had a one night stay. Room was clean and nice, staff was friendly and responsive. Minor issues: There is no safe at the front desk as stated in the amenities, the hot tub was closed, the hotel is the coldest I have ever experienced (outside of the room in which the temperature can be controlled). The breakfast was OK with the usual cereals, oatmeal, waffle maker, bread/bagels, yogurt and drinks. The only muffins was a jalapeno/cheese version; no donuts or danish. Overall it was good deal for a short stay if you want to be close to the airport . Free shuttle to the cruise port was a plus.

Room itself was nice -- basic, good for a place to lay your head. Bed was comfortable, pillows were all a bit too soft - would be nice to have an assortment of firmness. What was very disappointing was that the hotel charged for parking - no need for this - parking a car onsite should be included in hotel stay. The hotel is not on airport grounds and the parking lot is not shared with other hotels/businesses. For this reason, the hotel was not a value.

fFriendly and engaging staff on shuttle and during late check in. The free 24 hour shuttle was very helpful especially considering I had significant delays with my flight. staff and helped relieve some stress. My room was clean and at a comfortable temperature, free breakfast was a plus.

The shower was very small with curved tub so not much room to stand. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The hot tub was about 6 inches low of water. But my family enjoyed their stay. My daughter had fun swimming. Breakfast was good.

The front desk ran out of space to store our luggage after we arrived early. Didn't expect our rooms to be ready but was hoping to leave our luggage so we could head out. We ended up having to wait with our bags in their lounge for our room to be ready, close to 2 hours. Will say the staff was friendly (cleaning staff more so than check in staff...)

I did not eat breakfast, but I did get a to go bag . It contained banana and a blueberry muffin that was rotten. It was very old. My sheets did not smell clean.

I had a problem with the different Hotel and needed to check in at the Fairfield at the last minute and the staff made this very easy for me. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the breakfast is good. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time in 2 months that the shuttle service is terrible. I called for a pickup at 8:55pm on a Thursday night. I was told 20-25 minutes. Shuttle FINALLY arrived at 9:35. This is unacceptable for a property that is 5 minutes away. Front desk didn’t seem too concerned….

The only negative thing was the hotel shuttle van--If I had not taken that to get to the airport, I would probably have given the place five stars. The upholstery in the van was disgusting. Every seat was badly stained, and I cannot even imagine how they got in that condition. Are people just constantly spilling things? Are they peeing in the seats? What?? The driver was very nice, and he's not responsible for shampooing those seats, but someone needs to!

2 issues though. Slower internet. I maxed at 8.16Mbps so don’t expect any live streaming. Other issue was the shower. Specifically shower head would not tighten and was constantly pointing straight down. So had to splash in order to wash off. Otherwise. Good hotel and would get a higher review

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at! The staff was also very kind and helpful! I was super impressed. I don’t usually review but I felt they really were a level above the rest! I booked it just by chance when I got stuck in Orlando for the night.

The only thing that bothered me was how thin the walls were.I literally heard my neighbor coughing all night.Even in the morning in their bathroom

Room was great, there was plenty of parking and we had a first floor room and could enter on the side. There was plenty of seating by the breakfast area. Could use more seating in lobby. Pool area was nice to go out and relax. Area has plenty of shopping and restaurants and easy access to the HWY.

I love to find hotels that offer free breakfast. Most times those hotels do not have a pool and Jacuzzi. This hotel does. If you have the time please Relax your muscles in their Jacuzzi because it does get hot and it does have jets. I was even able to get a lap in the pool in the morning. I totally appreciate how the staff make sure that the breakfast area stayed clean while we were all navigating through the breakfast area. If you are into healthy options. I will say definitely try out the yogurt and parfait area. I appreciate that they had two different options for the turkey sausage as well. Important; for those coffee goers. Try the bold coffee. It got me right every time. Their coffee is available 24 hours with all the creams and sugars that you need. They also offer hot chocolate for your kids, which is exceptional. Whenever you need something from the front desk. They were very quick to bring the items to your room. The bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately, the bed was so comfortable that it kind of made us lazy about getting up. This hotel is not that close to Universal Studios, which is where we were going, but I will say you can’t beat a Jacuzzi after an Eight hour to 16 hour day at a theme park. Everything was excellent with one exception. Eighteen dollars per day for parking is excessive and unnecessary. The parking charge felt like extortion for this property as it is not in an urban area crowded for parking space.

We stayed for only one night as we were catching a cruise the next day. But the hotel and staff were great. Clean property. Nice comfy beds. Will defintely stay here or any other properties again.

The airport shuttle was right on time and the drivers were great. Our shower dripped all night. I reported it the next day and the concierge immediately made a note for maintenence.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly it was very close to the airport and the free shuttle was super convenient. The neighborhood was amazing, majority of the things we needed were in walking distance. We had lots of food options, got to do some last minute shopping for our trip, and again all this was in walking distance. The upkeep of the property was great and our room was very clean. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the property as well, as we needed to print our luggage tags last minute for our cruise and they had an entire section setup up just for you to browse and print at your convenience. The staff was friendly as well and our continental breakfast was ok. Definitely planning on returning if I’m ever in Orlando again.

The hotel is convenietly located just minutes from the Orlando Airport. The staff at the front desk was exceptional; professional, proactive and friendly. The hotel is modern with tasteful decor, and is fresh and very clean. Room was well-equipped and comfortable. A great hot breakfast is included and there is a free shuttle to the airport which was pre-arranged upon our arrival at the hotel. The attentive and dedicated staff showed pride in their place of work. Attention to detail was obvious in every aspect of its operation and you were made to feel special. With very reasonable rooms rates, the Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport is handsdown one of the nicest hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in!!!

Surprised to be charged to park my car there. Just up the price instead of trying to add some ridiculous charge. It was over $18.00. I guess I could have parked at shopping center and walked back.

I stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room, I told the front desk and he said will do but they never did, also charged $54.33 for picked me up at airport.

The cleaning people never came to clean the time we was there but other then that I loved it , I would stay there again.

During our stay, we had a small restroom issue, and they quickly sent someone to fix it. Anytime we needed extra towels, soap, body wash, or toilet paper, they were fast and accommodating with no questions asked, which made our stay feel stress-free. The pool area became a daily spot for our family, especially after long days at the theme parks—which, by the way, are not too far from the hotel. The location is super convenient with a Walmart nearby, perfect for grabbing water, fruit, and snacks to pack for the parks. Another plus was the laundry area—very clean and easy to use since you can pay with a debit card for the washer and dryer. Parking does have a daily fee, but it wasn’t too bad considering all the other conveniences. On our last night, we tried Taqueria Mi Bendición, just 15 minutes away. It’s a little hidden gem with handmade tortillas and delicious food—we brought it back to the hotel and enjoyed a great meal to end our trip. Overall, this hotel was affordable, family-friendly, and exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of the entire time, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Trust me—you will not regret staying here!

Friendly Staff.

Clean cool room. Very quiet. The room on my second night smelled like smoke. I did not like paying a $17 parking fee per night. I was informed of that before I arrived.

Elevator broken multiple days.

The toilet ran all night which was annoying. Also the mattress creaked each time I moved. Otherwise, the room was typical of others in many hotels. I'm sure other rooms don't suffer the same problems

Great location for catching an early morning flight. Property was clean, welcoming and quiet. Great night sleep. And lots of dining choices nearby. The shuttle to the airport was a major plus!

Everything was meet and clean. It was so convenient to park our car there and shuttle to and from the airport.

All of the elevators were broken and me with the broken foot had to use the stairs, dragging my stuff and my foot up the stairs. It did not have a room for us downstairs.

The only negative was that, while we were there both lifts were out of order. That said, we were told to call down for help with our bags. We managed on our own but it isn't really good for the lifts to both be broken and someone should sort this out.

The outside area was peaceful. However, inside the hotel was noisy and had a strange pet smell. The staff especially the housekeepers are very loud and talkative in the hallway. I was there for work and specifically requested as much quiet as possible. I asked for a room off the beaten path preferably the top floor. I was away from the elevator and ice machine as requested, but next to a room that had renovations going on. I will not be staying there again, however there are several other very nice hotels in that same area and I was able to walk into a couple to observe and ask questions regarding my future trips

I was with another couple. I was also going through the same thing. Front desk, both times indicated that the driver had other pick ups. That’s no excuse. In that case, they should have two shuttles going at peak hours.

There were no information about how to find the airport shuttle. If the shuttle would stop outside the airport, or what I should do. Í asked about ít at the info stand and they called the hotel and the shuttle picked me up shortly after.

Very professional staff. Facility is close to a wide variety of dining options. Very disappointed in getting charged for Parking. Expedia did not mention it and the Staff said nothing. I did not notice until I checked my receipt. $17/day for parking is ridiculous.
