The room size was great, with a great layout fro my family of 6. The price was amazing for the szie room we got. The outdoor pool was a nice option as well. The elevators were very old and slow. Aside from when we had to move our luggage I took the stairs.

Exceptional service from front desk staff and wonderful experience. My flight was delayed and canceled several times. By the time I got to the hotel the front desk assistant saw my stress and took e everything there. She helped me get settled in and on the shuttle back to the airport. Fantastic service. Clean, very friendly, and quiet. 100% will return!

The perfect place to stay for any extended vacation. Very comfortable bedroom and Extremely quiet. It was nice having a tub/shower combination. So many hotels today are just showers. The only negative is it is very dated, with tiles loose and grout missing around the tub.

The only bad thing was the shuttle never picked us up. We had to Uber to the hotel. The hotel said that they would refund the fare, but never did

Only issue we encountered was no one answering phone when we arrived at airport early evening so impossible to call shuttle. A driver from another hotel kindly noticed us and another guest from our hotel having the same issue and gave us a ride.

Checking was perfect. Quick and efficient. Our room was upgraded, which was a bonus. Nice facility and this will be our new go-to-hotel to stay night before flight departures.

The only reason it was not 5 stars was the hallways were very loud at night because parents were letting their children shout and run through the hallways. Very disrespectful.

We stayed on both ends of our trip. Staff was helpful when our flight was canceled and we needed an additional night. Kimberly was always cheerful and efficient. Reliable shuttle service. Both rooms that we had needed maintenance - dripping tub faucet, loose handicap bar, broken thermostat. We asked for a 4:00 a.m. wake-up call that we did not get. Just a suggestion - the front desk should make sure people understand about using the QR code for parking when they check in; my elderly parents would have walked past all of your signs without knowing what to do.

1st room didn’t not have any hot water and also the pull out couch had all kinds of old food under neath the cushions. Room look like it hadn’t been used in a long while with the amount of dust that was collected on headboard and in the corners. I let front desk know that I couldn’t compromise not having hot water and she did replace my room.

We loved our room - king bed plus living area w couch and room for a pack n play. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The ladies in charge of breakfast made sure all foods were stocked. There was something for everyone in my family. Breakfast was busy, but it was easy to grab and bring back to the room. The location was perfect with plenty of ahopping and food options within walking distance. We used the laundry on site and again, no complaints.

We were in fitr a short stay with flight scheduled for next day early morning. Room overall is quiet and clean. Liked the shuttle arrangement for the time of my request and the driver was polite and helped with the luggage load and unload.

The location of the hotel is good. Staffs are good and well behaved. Breakfast menu was also really good. The room was also good. The only thing which was up to the mark was HVAC unit. People stay overnight to have a sound sleep. But the HVAC units was too noisy and it was disturbing my sleep and was not able to get sound sleep because of that. Rest all was fine with the hotel.

Biggest, nicest, cleanest and newest hotel room we have ever stayed. Staff is great. Location is great. This is a kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. Almost a walk in closet too.

Quick checkin, room was great for a quick sleep before the airport. Shuttle was easy and quick early morning. Wish I had the option for a bag breakfast before checkout in an early morning being leaving.

We waited an hour for the airport shuttle that never showed up.

The main reason for me to booked this hotel was that the photos showed one bedroom has 2 double/queen beds, and the living room has a double sofa bed. we have 2 seniors who shared one king in a room. 2 adults and 1 child hoping to share the 2 double beds, and another to sleep on the sofa bed. When we arrived. We were told that the entire hotel has NO 2 double beds in 2-bedroom suite. I called Expedia about the misleading/false advertised photos. They said they will get back to me. Even the gentleman agreed with me about the photos microrotation. I asked for another room for free, but was turned down. The breakfast was great and its service was wonderful. We only stayed 1 night, left early for a cruise. Besides the bed issue, and the kitchen was "weird". Good think we didn't have to use the kitchen. If I have known about the missing bed issue, I would have booked 2 separated rooms, or at another establishment.

We kept our cool, because as two professionals, we weren’t about to get into a heated argument with someone behaving like that. But no guest should have to experience that level of disrespect.

My room was above the other hotels I have stayed in this month. Marriot is my choice hotel chain for that main reason.

The room was nice, however, the beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. We all woke up with back pain and did not sleep well. The wall outlets also didn't hold our phone chargers, they jept falling out of the plugs. I also found a hair in my eggs at breakfast.

Nice property. The gentleman at check-in was AWFUL! Asked for our last name, we attempted to spell it since it often sounds like Fulka instead of Sulka, the gentleman complained that we were attempting to spell it and cut us completely off. Then he told us he couldn't hear, so we had to talk louder and louder, and then he asked for our address, and he kept telling us he couldn't hear so then I showed him my driver's license, and then he told us he couldn't see. We basically had to scream the address since he was so hard of hearing. So, you have a guy at the front desk who can't hear or see, not sure how he accomplishes anything, and then he was completely rude. Nobody wants a rude customer service rep and then after a long day of travel delays, it makes the day much worse. Apparently good help is hard to find. He was AWFUL and should not be at your front desk.

The room was wonderful! We could have stayed there comfortably for weeks, though my husband said the TVs could have been bigger. The breakfast buffet and staff are also worth complimenting. It was helpful have a shuttle to and from the airport, too.

Sometimes the breakfast was fine, other days we did not eat anything because it was not appetizing. In most hotels a few bottles of water are provided. Going to the lobby for filtered water was a hassle. My biggest gripe is when I checked in I asked if I needed to pay to park because I saw signs. The service said "no" even though I asked twice. Next day I asked again, and was told it's $20 per day. This is an obscene rip off and should be MUCH more obvious on the website when paying for the hotel. It's nothing more than a "gotcha" charge.

For a one night stay it was fine, but it's clear the place is not in the best shape. Sheets on the bed were covered in hairs and had stains. There was a big roach in the main lobby area, which I understand that they can wander in but I watched staff walk past and ignore it until I mentioned it. Location is good and a fairly easy shuttle to the airport.

The breakfast was a lot of delicious choices, oatmeal already made, make yourself waffles, yogurts, juice, omelets and scrambled eggs and there were sausage links and the staff at the breakfast were so nice. The only surprise was the $20/day parking. It might have said that in the description but I didn't see it. Check out is at 11 and they allowed us to stay until noon

Well equipped hotel.

Our stay was only one day to catch a morning flight, but it was one of the best hotels in the area. The included airport shuttle is prime. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything about the included breakfast. The hallways smelled wonderful, and the carpets were clean. The room was clean, with a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living-dining area was super comfortable with a sofa bed. The king-size bed was comfortable, although I prefer a softer mattress. The bathroom had everything you need for a shower and plenty of towels. We walked a short distance to get dinner; there are several options, and a shopping center is nearby. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

I really don’t like that they charge for parking. Honestly, we stayed at another hotel a few weeks back in the same area and they don’t charge for parking, were about as clean, and $50 less per night. I think we will be going with them instead. Kind of disappointing since this is a Marriott brand and usually they are pretty good. I just think the parking charge was a bit much for someone parking there for 12 hours.

Conveniently located right by Orlando Intl Airport. Talia checked our family in & provided a welcoming arrival. Our guestroom was beautiful, clean and quiet. Room wi-fi was spotty. The hotel was exactly what I expected from Residence Inn. In a good, convenient location and clean and spacious. The front desk clerk who checked me in failed to mention that I had to scan a bar code to pay for my parking. Good thing I noticed the signs. Most hotels charge you as part of your bill. It would have been exceptionally bad if my car had been booted.

Had both family and business and it was delight. Space was great, we fit well and it worked well. Breakfast not bad either.

The night desk clerk was a bit sketchy but otherwise we loved it.

The housekeeping team was horrible didn’t leave towels didn’t mop didn’t touch the bed we had the same dirty sheets for the entire 7 days. The room next to me set trash outside of their room about 5:30pm the trash literally stayed outside until the next day around 1:15pm. There was a loud baby shower that the hotel was giving the music was so loud people at the pool until 1:30am In the morning Loud I called front desk asked her was the pool 24 hours she said no I explained to her it was a lot of people so loud she said she would send security which was weird to me that security wasn’t doing their rounds because he would have saw them. The hotel was horrible and ways it didn’t have to be.

This was a one night stay pre cruise and it was perfect even with a group of 20 people. The location was excellent—close enough to major attractions like Disney and Universal, but still peaceful in the evenings. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone visiting Orlando. It’s great value, amazing service, and the kind of place you’d gladly return to on your next trip.

With limited housekeeping service I had to ask for clean shower towels. The one time I used the pool I had to ask for pool towels. The pool wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. Also seemed worn. Decent room with a kitchen and pretty good shiwer conditions.

It was very old and dingy. It's in a good location, close to a lot of resturants and shops and the hwy. However, when I first checked into my roon, there were crumbs everywhere and the room was very dirty. The staff were okay, they had an attitude. I would say save your money and go elsewhere! It's not worth it to spend money here at a subpar hotel.

It's a quiet clean place. Excelent breakfast menu, they varied it everyday. Large room that acomodates 5 people with a large kitchen. Cons: for those that owns or rent a car, you have to paid for the parking. Overall is a very good place to spend your vacations or business travel.

I thought the hotel staff was great! Everyone was so nice and they made checking in super easy. They also gave us a complementary upgrade to our room. It made us so happy and we were very comfortable. The hotel does not have a restaurant which is totally fine we used door dash with no problem. There are plenty of restaurants close by but we stayed only one night at the end of our trip so it was perfect for us. Thank you to the staff and especially the front desk. The only thing I would suggest is being a little more upfront with the parking fee. I specifically looked for a hotel with parking and when I asked if I needed to put something on the dashboard I was told to use a QR code to register the car. It costs 22 dollars or so. No biggie but would have been good to know.

The snacks, water, and Advil my wife needed were priced at a price-gouging rate. It was ridiculously, likely high because there wasn't another option.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was great and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for our stay. I only said we didn’t like the elevators because the main elevator never once came to the lobby when we pushed the button and the second elevator was always very busy being held up by the housekeeper carts. But we were on the second floor so we actually preferred to just take the stairs. Otherwise it was a great stay and great area. Thank you all!!!

The front desk gave us an upgrade to a king suite. Very nice. Breakfast was really good.

I did not care for the quality of the breakfast.
