Courteous and professional staff. One child got away from her parents and went to the waffle station. A staff member noticed and intervened quickly before the child could get burned. So impressive.

One of the best stays ever

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was very clean and convenient to Sea world and the water park. A $5 dollar Uner / Lift to the gate. There are many places to eat that are less than 200 yards walking distance. They have comp breakfast and a star-bucks on the property. Nice bar outside at the pool. There is also a washer and dryer option on the property. Very good place to stay.

I liked that it’s close to Sea World. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Loud pool music. Paper thin walls. Nothing like having loud music to go to sleep to and then to be woken up at midnight by a screaming child in the next room.

Clean, great location, kids loved the pool and the breakfast was convenient. We stayed at another Fairfield by Marriott Inn on our trip and I would say that location had more comfy beds and pillows, and a nicer breakfast setup, but everything at the Orlando Sea World location was still great for the value.

The hotel itself was very nice, and I had a wonderful stay. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The towels, sheets, and overall room condition were excellent. There was also a lady working overnight who was very helpful and added to the positive experience. The only issue I encountered was finding drinking water. I was unable to locate a water fountain in the hotel and ended up going to the workout area of a neighboring building. Unfortunately, the water there was not cold. While that was a minor inconvenience, it was the only negative part of my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff was outstanding, especially Vivian, and I would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfectly clean and all amenities were provided in the room as described. The location is also great and within walking distance of sea world and discovery cove which we visited The laundry facilities did not function as they were supposed to, I was charged for detergent and nothing came out. Upon using the phone to speak to the operator they told me to go down to the front desk for a refund but when I went there after waiting I was eventually told they couldn’t do anything either so we ended up unable to do our laundry as we planned

Let’s stick to the facts: 1. Upon arrival they tried to charge us extra parking fees when we had already paid, totaling an extra $40 over our two day stay. 2. They do not keep coffee out for guests which is a common amenity at other places. It is only offered at breakfast and when it runs out, they did not refill it. 3. The breakfast is one of the worst. I ended up going out to breakfast the first day and bought groceries for breakfast for day 2. When I came to breakfast (during their busiest time), the lobby had a substantial amount of people congregating for breakfast. Out of all the people, none of them were eating the food being served. Holiday Inn has a much better selection and it is around the same cost. 4. The carpets in the hotel are coming apart at the seams and it is a tripping hazard. At our door there was a large area where the carpet was torn up and I tripped over it multiple times. This is a fall risk for anybody who might not be able to catch themselves, so that is a safety concern. 5. The bathtub was heavily stained, it was bad enough that I went home to take shower. I know for some non-locals that wouldn’t be an option.

We like this hotel. It is clean and the staff are kind. However, this time we noticed that the bar service was not very good, and the floor next to the elevator was wet, which almost caused a fall. They should have someone cleaning that area more often to avoid accidents.

Not just close- right at SeaWorld! Breakfast was great & pool splash pad was perfect for my toddler! Staff was so accommodating even brought a cookie to my guy to help me end a “ I don’t want to leave the pool melt down”! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable room and staff was wonderful. I hadn’t noticed the $20 parking fee on the Expedia listing but that’s my fault for not reading the fine print. Dropped a star, not because of that, but because it was easily the noisiest hotel stay I’ve had in any hotel. I believe our room was next to a maintenance room of some sort so the entire night I was listening to some sort of pumps or machinery kicking on and off. I could also hear the guests above us every time they used their restroom. 😩 Definitely bring ear plugs!

Had a great over night stay. Right next to Seaworld which we visited. Nice room loved the pool and tiki bar. The best memory from my stay is the beyond helpful and great person you have at your welcome desk: Sarah. Great personality and beyond helpful.

The breakfast buffet set up could be better. Instead of having a worker, serve the egg line. It could be due it yourself, and it would be much faster. Also adding bacon sausage would make breakfast have more options. There is plenty of seating for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and smelled good when walking in.

We loved our stay here! The hotel staff were friendly, place was clean, rooms were spacious, pool was excellent, hot tub was great for nights, pool bar and food were good. Would 100% come back here for our next stay! Also close to so many great things!

Our room was ready early which was great however, we were left with 2 towels and no shower curtain. The AC didn’t get as cold as it could have been.

Room was very clean, breakfast was great as they had a good selection of food, and the front staff was helpful with any questions I had. Would stay here again. They also had security patrolling the lot so it was very safe and the pool was great for the kids.

The staff we're lovely and the property was well maintained. Plenty of parking and centrally located to all Seaworld parks and a good variety of restaurants. My only frustration is that in our 4 night stay, house keeping only cleaned and restocked our room once. We did not have the door hanger out saying "do not disturb" so I am puzzled why they didnt refresh our room. And the one time they did come was because they happened to be in the hall as we were leaving and asked us. We shouldn't have to ask.

Finally found a hotel that is excellent for the price. Only issue is we got the great price because it was after most people went back home and the demand was low although the parking lot was full. It’s a beautiful place, loved it.

One on the coldest days in Orlando Florida in a room with no heat for my entire family along with other issues I am a marriot club member not any more as of today.

Our reservation was changed from a King suite to a Queen suite and we couldn't get a clear answer as to why. They waived the $20.00 per night parking fee in lieu of the room change. When I booked this room 3 months ago, I wasn't aware of a parking fee or that they could change our reservation at their leisure. That part was disappointing.

However, charging 20$ for overnight parking in an open-air, unsecured hotel lot that’s in a strip mall is just ridiculous. The new version of the “resort fee”. I’m sure it was somewhere written in the fine print…

Room needs improvement: curtains that close completely to block out morning sun. The Curtains hanging now have shears in the middle and don’t close!! Also put up a mirror instead of pictures so multiple family members can get ready for the day at the same time. The refrigerator is not cold at all. Staff was polite.

I was told there was a complementary shuttle from the airport to the hotel and there was not. I had to get an uber to get to the hotel and it cost me $60 one way. Now I have to get another uber to get back to the airport that will be another $60. So this stay cost me another $120 I’m not happy about that

Hello! I was hoping for a refund or some sort of resolution regarding our recent experience at your property. We were in town for a veterinary conference and were placed in a double full room. The room, upon entry, smelled like hot wet tennis shoes and we had to go get an air freshener from CVS to make it more bearable. Additionally, the fan in our bathroom was broken and there was shredded toilet paper or Kleenex under the sink and on the hotel floor carpet. There was also a urine pool at the base of the toilet. The room was very dirty. The first morning we had a do not disturb sign on and understand that cleaning was skipped, but the additional days no one stopped to clean the room. We had to stop at the desk to ask for towels and a trash bag to clean the room. The towels were brought up at 10:30 at night, when we were already sleeping . Our room was not cleaned until Tuesday. Additionally, we were not informed that we would be charged $20/ night for cleaning. This was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay for us and we are extremely disappointed in having spent $1100 on this experience. Please let me know if you need further clarification or pictures. Thank you

First, parking is $20 per day here, which is not advertised. The hot tub was out of order and sounds like it has been for some time- but this was a big reason for making the reservation here versus another hotel. We walked out to the pool area to check the hot tub because the desk clerk said it was back in service to smooth things over at check in, to find ourselves standing on a sidewalk that was wet, being painted and a half full pan of paint left unattended on the sidewalk. The area is very narrow as it is and difficult to walk through if people are going in and out at the same time. Could have easily been blocked off entirely. Sheets uncomfortable, bed felt similar to sleeping on the floor. Pillows very flat and did nothing. Barely slept the 2 nights I was there. Tried talking to the front desk to see how I might sleep the second night and get washcloths- he told me foam pillows and washcloths would be to the room shortly. Someone arrived who could not speak English with hand towels and the same pillows. Kind, but couldn’t understand. Other miscellaneous things that were also unimpressive- it’s an old building and not super well maintained based on my room and what I saw during my stay. Couldn’t reach Expedia when I wanted to change hotels, and the most the front desk offered me was some snacks or a bottle of water. Doesn’t fix that I can’t enjoy my vacation trip since I had barely any sleep and hurt from sleeping on that bed. Lots of money wasted because of this hotel.

Our room was very dark, could use a lamp to brighten up. Was told the pool was heated, it was not heated at all. The hot tub had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. The breakfast "buffet" was very lacking. But the staff was friendly, the hotel clean, rooms didnt have any smell to it other than fresh.

I called down to the front desk and within a few minutes Caitlin had us set up in a new room. She even called the new room to make sure everything was okay. Thank you, Caitlin!

The Fairfield Inn made the perfect landing spot to prepare for our early morning flight from MCO. It was convenient to restaurants and theme parks, if we’d had the desire to visit. There is some fun SeaWorld theming inside the hotel. Check in process was easy, and my kids enjoyed the special kids’ check-in sheet.:) I did overlook the nightly parking fee when booking, so be aware of that if your stay is longer than a night. For the affordable cost of the spacious room, I’d consider a stay here again when the need arises!

The hotel staff was great and attentive but the air conditioning unit in our room must gave leak before our check-in because a portion of our carpet was completely saturated in water. Luckily we went outvthe nextvday and maintenance brought in a dryer. But the air conditioning unit blew cold air afterwards

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff cleaned the room every other day but didn’t always leave enough towels. Breakfast was okay and standard hotel food. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities. Location was great to access all Disney properties.

We were vey dissapointed to learn at check in that parking fee was at a high rate of $20 per night. This information was not anywhere in the booking site, which makes the advertising misleading as it does not allow the customer to make an informed decision in advance. They should be transparent on the booking site 🙄 😒

The complementary breakfast wasn’t that great personally. The selection is fine but the actual taste of the eggs, scrambled sausage and the seasoned potato’s were not good at all. But that’s just me and my taste buds. The room smelled a bit strange but was overall clean and the beds were decent, pillows sucked though, flat as a piece of paper and no support. The location was good. Fairly close to universal and neighbors to SeaWorld. I loved how there was plenty of food options really close by as well as a cvs. $20 a day for parking is honestly outrageous. If you have paying guests, they have no other choice but to park there. Least they can do is take that extra money for a better breakfast, and idk shampoo the carpets?

The location of this hotel was definitely the best part, it is close to all the theme parks and there are plenty of restaurant options available nearby. The room was really clean and comfortable. The only complain that we have is that the lady that received us when we were checking in was not friendly at all, actually very snobbish, but it didn't really affect our overall experience.

I gave them a 4 star because the bathroom shower rod was loose and the curtains wouldn’t stay in place so water will get out of the shower, also $20 per parking per day I feel is a bit too much, but besides that everything was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the convenience of the Hotel location gave it all. You are literally super close to Aquatica, Seaworld, and Volcano Bay. Overall I enjoyed it. Will definitely come back, and I will recommend it to friends and family.

This place is very nice. A really family friendly hotel. My children loved the pool. What i did not like is that on expedia website it says 6 mins away of a walking distance to seaworld, which it is not true. More like 15 to 20 minute walk. Other than that it is still a nice and pleasant hotel. Room was clean and staff were nice. The enertainment and pool was good too.

Family friendly

We arrive late to our destination due to our previous engagement and found that our room had been given away, and there were no rooms. The staff was very incompetent in telling us and very unprofessional just stating they were really busy and didn’t have our room because they overbooked they then proceeded to tell us that we would need to stay at another hotel down the road gave us directions And said we would have to call hotels.com to get a refund and they would compensate us for the room that was overbooked that night. It was 1 AM in the morning and after being exhausted from driving to Orlando, we then had to pack up our car and drive to another hotel, which we did not get checked in and were in our room until 2 AM in the morning. Although we were compensated for our room that they gave away to someone else the inconvenience put a damper on the trip. The staff was very unprofessional and did not answer any questions that we had concerning directions or the room or how to get refunded the two members that were on duty on Saturday evening at the Fairfield Inn near Seaworld need to have training in customer service .

This was on of the BEST hotels I stayed at since I e been traveling to Orlando. It was clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The shower rod was broken in my room and they came very quickly to replace it. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

This property has a large parking lot and yet it charged 20 dollars a night for parking. I am a Bonvoy member and I am finding less and less benefits! I stay at Courtyard in several locations and never have to pay for parking. Will not stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Was a bit blindsided as I had gotten a good rate online only to find out when I got there that parking there is $20/night. Which deleted the good deal I thought I was getting. They are not located in a busy downtown area so not sure what parking is extra?

We didnt get the room that we asked for. I was told they reserved our room for someone else. Received a 2 queen room instead of a single king.

I normally rent at Marriotts. I was very surprised of the condition of the room. When I entered there was a musky smell and the AC unit had a weird scent as well and it there was a strange sound coming from the unit that did not allow me to sleep I

Staff is super nice. Checking in was crazy with the room card maker not working and having to be walked to our room. Once in the room it was super hot and humid. Someone put the heat on and it just felt gross. We fixed it and left for a couple hours. Once we came back we had a room key and it was nice and cold. The shower head needs to be replaced in the room we stayed in. It would have been an overall great time if the vitas hospice truck that was parked out side our window alarm didn't go off 3 time at night and once at 7:30am. Breakfast was good. Pool is super nice. Will most likely stay again in the future

Since paking was provided ungated and unsecured, I didn't like the $20.00 daily parking fee.

Amazing experience. We only spent one night, but the front desk girl (I don't remember her name, but she was on the very early shift, 7 AM) was very kind and made us feel at home. She helped us sign up for Marriott Rewards and gave us early check-in. So, we were able to leave our bags, take a quick breakfast, and go to the park using the shuttle.

Had a great stay! Location of the hotel was great for the theme parks and the shuttle bus was a bonus. The staff were very friendly all the time and the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice pool area open until late which was great for winding down after days at the parks. Everything you need at the complimentary breakfast. Surprising use of single use plastic though but that just seems to be the way in the US. Excellent value - I’d definitely stay here again…

Finally, the keys worked for the room on the 3rd floor, but when I tried to use the bathroom, there was a very unpleasant smell. Overall, the stay was inconvenient and uncomfortable due to repeated key issues and the condition of the restroom.

I've stayed at this property before. the property is clean. But to my supprise, when I got to my room door, It was open. I called out to make sure another guest was not in the room. I placed my luggage between the door and the wall and called the fron desk. I was so tired I simply asked them to change the code on my key. This is a safety issue.

If you want a great location for some of the amusement parks Sea World etc, this hotel is it. There are shuttles and trolleys to take you there. The pool area is nice with space for the kids pool and a hot tub. My only thing was breakfast which was mediocre. There is a 24 hour Starbuck which is great and all night CVS near by.

Easy check in, clean property very convenient. Basically onsite to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatic. A short 15 minutes to Universal and Disney. Housekeeping every other day which was fine and a good hot breakfast. A couple suggestions, the Wifi was slow and wish the breakfast went until 10am.

The room was clean,pool was lovely,landscaping very nicely kept,check-in staff was very pleasant,overall this was a very nice property! The only thing i noticed that could use some attention was the spa (it had a good amount of debris in it) and the breakfast area looked like it could use a bit more staff. Example: apple juice was empty (noone to report this to beside front desk--the lady serving breakfast had her hands full enough) the juice catch treys were so full and overflowing,the trash was overflowing and some freash fruit (bananas,apples,oranges), some type of danish or muffin,and maybe boiled eggs....The waffles ofcouse were delicious and i love the option to make little ones vs one big one. We will definitely be back!!

However, there were a couple of downsides. The trash in our room was never picked up during our stay, and the room was not serviced even after I notified the front desk. Additionally, while the hotel is conveniently located near SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Cove by car, the website's claim that they are a 6 to 11-minute walk away is quite misleading. Walking to these attractions is not practical. Although the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to the parks, it proved to be unreliable. Despite these issues, it’s still a great place to stay, with plenty of dining options nearby. Let

Everything matched with the description online only thing is the room is kinda tiny for a king sized bed and playpen! But we made it work!

The property is right across the street from Sea World which was perfect for us! Breakfast was BUSY during the weekend but slower during the week. It was good. The waffles station was busy and if you walk away prople steal your waffles. That was irritating. The pool was great but very busy as well. We stayed in a cute king room that had another room with a sleeper couch and tv, perfect for our kids! The only bad part was I missed reading the $20 a night charge for parking. That added a lot of money to our vacation I didnt factor in. But we didnt let it ruin our trip to Sea World, Legoland and Disney!

Another excellent stay at this awesome hotel . Buffalo Wings and TGI to the front of the building made easy access to food , sling with I Trolley number 26 . Breakfast options could provide a lot more variety , rooms were fairly dark , could do with a little more lighting ,but overall , very clean , pleasant staff , especially Missy , and convenient to get to Sea World & Aquatica .

Have always liked Fairfield. LOVE the beds and that’s what it’s all about.

The free continental breakfast is not good, not much selection, and “ serving are small and limited” and lines are so long because “ there are staff that serve the foods” it’s better if the customer do it because they will know exactly how many and how much they need for foods not like they serve and ask you that “ it’s only limited to how many you can get, for example the “ sausage “ the lady is telling us to limit to only “ 2 “ pieces. Breakfast should be part of the day and staying in a nice hotel should not be limited and to think not so many prepared foods that is there and pancakes are so liquidy and doesn’t taste good.
