Good overall. Best thing was separate bath and WC with their own wash.

Staff always said hello and were so pleasant. Amenities were great for price and is located in central area. The poolside bar was great and easy to use.

Great place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was staffed each morning. The rooms were beautiful and a good size. My kids loved the pool. It was also a great location - 5 minutes from Seaworld, 20 from Disney, 15 from Universal.

Only downside was that we had to pay to park at the property, near SeaWorld Orlando. That was "different" as a registered guest at a non-downtown hotel location.

Staff here is amazing. Everyone has a great attitude and willing to help. I needed extra blankets for my kids and they had them up to me within 5 minutes. Breakfast staff where also on point and very friendly. I would have given this place 5 starts but the touchup repairs in the bathroom where poorly done and the water pressure on the 6 floor was definitely needing attention. Closeness to the theme parks was a huge advantage. Besides the few things I will definitely head back to this hotel on my next SeaWorld Orlando trip .

I was honestly pleasantly surprised with this property! It was a last-minute booking, and it was very reasonably priced, so normally I expect very little. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the view allowed us to see the light show and fireworks from Seaworld! Normally I would gatekeep such a good find !

The property was right across the street from Seaworld and minutes away from most of the other attractions. Love the fact that there was a nice pool with a section for children and a little grill that served refreshments in the afternoon at poolside. Breakfast was served in the morning with a pretty decent variety of breakfast items. And the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Clean and close to everything Pool area was dirty. Smoking on pool deck even though there are signs says no smoking. No one ever at Starbucks counter. No one at check in. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to show up. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy

The property is very clean. Upon entering the lobby it smelled fresh and looked very clean. Our room was clean and quiet. We had no complaints. The pool was the best part. It was perfect for our little one. They also had an outdoor hot tub, and poolside bar. We spent most of our day at the pool. It was so relaxing. This is our second stay at Springhill Suites Marriott in Orlando. This is our go to spot. Thank you for the wonderful experience Everytime! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was perfect!

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I had my travel foam pad with me. The breakfast had a decent selection overall, but the warm options were limited. Plain fake eggs & country potatoes every day. No meat options. One day the oatmeal was watery.

Really my only complaint is the website says free shuttle service to some of the local theme parks, but is extremely limited and it turned out to be a nightmare. I thought the shuttle was run by the hotel, but it’s not. We couldn’t reserve a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the day. The shuttle we got on in the morning turned out to not be going to Sea World and the driver never said a word that it wasn’t. We wasted 45 minutes on it and ended getting off at Universal Studios having to order an Uber to get to Sea World. Spring Hill needs to remove it from its website because it’s misleading and it’s one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

As soon as we walked in, we were friendly greeted by Tito. Turns out our birthdays are a couple days apart, so he went above & beyond and was exceptionally sweet! Also the room was big and clean, I’ll definitely be returning! I thought the room came with a view, and I put in a request for the highest floor available but ended up on floor three with a view of the parking lot. We had fun regardless though!

Great service and the rooms were comfy. The only think that was an issue was, when you stay there all week, we'd like to see more choices for breakfast. It's the same thing almost every day. Need bacon and sausage. Maybe omelettes. Great stay otherwise. We will return.

The breakfast was impressive. The room was a little run down. And the grounds were sad because of the recent freeze killed a lot of the greenery. But how sweet is this little resort where so much is included. They have beach equipment they let you use. Have toys galore for all ages. A lazy river pool, so close to beach. It really is just a great hotel to take your family to. Not to mention the website shares all the local things to do and see. We are not from this area and it was our first time here so it helped so much with places to eat and where to do shopping. What a gem.

They charge for parking and just about any other service they offer, I ended up paying $100 more than what I was told.

The room itself also had issues. The bathroom door was broken and needed to be fixed, and the tub had stains at the bottom that made it look unclean. Throughout my stay, calling the front desk was frustrating—most of the time they didn’t answer, and when they did, I was put on long holds. Even worse, they said they would send items like blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths, but they never arrived. It felt like follow‑through just wasn’t a priority. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations for a comfortable or reliable stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

The room was clean, there was some obvious wear and tear though ( bed frame skirt torn, lime scale buildup in the shower, etc.) But it was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and splash area!

Numerous issues... We stayed 5 nights and we told the room would be made up every other day - it was not. We ran out of towels & TP and had to chase the front desk to get them. The furniture in the suite area was tired & worn. The breakfast was weak - in the hot area bins of (a) cooked mushrooms and (b) sliced up red peppers and eggs. Waffle machines not well maintained and cleaned. The coffee no where near the breakfast area. Worst of all, surprise, surprise, they charged over $20 a day to park on top of the room rate (listing stated parking was available....). Reason given was they were next to Seaworld and if they didn't charge Seaworld guests would take all the parking. Seaworld was about 3/4 of a mile walk. They need to be clear at time of booking they charged EXTRA for parklng. Stayed at many Springhill Suites locations, never at this one again.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not much selection and availability of items. Shuttle timing was not the best options for Disney or Sea World. Our room smelled like a gym locker room. Surrounding area was nice and nice pool.

They advertise "Top rated Breakfast" with further description. This is nonsense. Typical breakfast and this one was the worst of the bunch. Scrambled eggs, fried peppers and potatoes. No protein. And no brown bread. Only white.

Quality of the beds we had in the room were bad. One of the beds was caved in. The beds squeaked with every movement. Although from the surface it looked clean I believe they didn't dust well. We were sneezing so much. They also failed to mention parking is not included.

The staff, room, and amenities were all great. The only thing that would have made the stay even better is having a complimentary shuttle to SeaWorld that didn’t require a reservation or an extra fee, especially given the uncertainty around timing. We were also able to check in early, which was a huge plus since we had just gotten off a cruise and needed a secure place to store our valuables.

But the only thing is that there is no Breakfast if you will leave earlier than Breakfast is started. For ex.I had a flight at 8am and had to leave at 5:30am, and they said sorry no breakfast. Next day I informed front desk that I need everyday room service but it was not followed. Breakfast staff is not so welcoming , facility is under staff. This is not we expect on our vacation.

Terrible experience with the staff. The pool is dirty and HOT tub is not working!! Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience. Very long line to get breakfast. Room was big, but outdated. Shower faucet was broken. I forgot my toothbrush and had to pay for disposable one $3. With such a big choice of hotels around the area I would never choose this one.

Locks didn't work well or at all in the room. Sheets were subpar. It was hard to get enough towels for a family of 5. The shower shampoo and soap pumps were poor and ran out. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper. Very skimpy on everything. The included breakfast was the same every day. Etc. Not a great stay overall.

I want to start off saying that the staff was helpful and very pleasant. However, the conditions of the room were not what I thought it would be. There was mold in the bathroom shower, stains on the towels, and the room rug had a musty smell. I would only return if the rooms are redone.

Room was clean! The rooms could use an update but staff was extremely friendly and they keep the hotel pretty clean and spotless. Location is perfect and is close to everything. I had a really amazing experience.

The staff were very impressive. Tito was very accommodating when we checked in. The security team on that night of Dec 24, were equally impressive too. When me and my daughter hanged out at the pool until 11pm, the security told us it is time for them to close the pool which we understand. They were very respectful but firm. When we went back inside the lobby, I realized I misplaced my room key so I went to the front desk to ask for another room key. It was a busy night at that time, I was in line and behind me there were 3 others who needs to check in. The night shift front desk person though looked stress of trying to accommodate everyone was very calm. He did not gave me the key right away. Instead, he asked me questions to verify my identity in a firm and respectful way. I was impressed. This made me feel safe in this hotel. They do not just give the keys just because one person say they misplaced it. I was glad he did that. I also observed that during this time, when there were more people checking in, there were two security persons in the lobby during this time. Their presence indicates how this hotel value customer safety. I can tell they were there as a support to the front desk person should he need them The staff who served during breakfast were helpful and smiling too. I highly recommend this hotel.

The suite is nice and staff are courteous but the fact that parking is not included in the room fee was news to me. Then it was $20 at that. WOW!!! I also paid for the room with my card and they had me put anther $50 on my CC for any issue that might happen. Why didn’t they have that done when I booked the room? What if I didn’t have it and I came 2hrs just to come more out of pocket. I don’t know if it’s Expedia’s failure to inform me or the hotels.

It is a nice hotel for families. Pool is heated during December which was a plus for little ones. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety of hot and cold items. Did not use the shuttle to Seaworld, but seemed convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfy and overall it was good for the price. I think is unnecessary they charge for parking, but again, for the price, not bad at all. Tito at the front desk was very pleasant. Maximo fixed our AC that wasn’t working, but he fixed it within the first 1/2 hr. Thank you all!

The room was clean and up-to-date. The pool was very nice as well. However, I would not stay again due to the shuttle service. We had one employee tell us the shuttle service to Universal was free for hotel guest. When we attempted to use the service we were told we had to schedule it, which wasn't a big deal but there was a fee per person. We ended up just using ubers. The shuttle service the SeaWorld was free, however, the driver was extremely unprofessional and probably the rudest person I have met in the hotel industry. There was a gentleman and his family attempting to get on the shuttle and she literally shut the door before he got there and sped off laughing and staring at him in her mirror. The hotel should be absolutely ashamed to have this employee shuttling guest.

If you are on the fence about booking, BOOK IT! The staff is very Welcoming & accommodating! The hotel is well kept and maintained. Are 9 year old with special needs walked in and said " this room is legit". We booked a King w/the sleeper sofa and she had suite.

We were charged more than what we had approved. We never got an exact reason to why. The charge was refunded but an extra payment should have never been taken out in the first place. Aside from that the stay was good and the hotel is nice.

Everything else is a quick meal. Starbucks is 24/7. Free coffee is somewhat hidden at the market area. I didn’t know about it until the following day.

Big and specious room

The property was overall fine for the price I paid. I wanted to call out how great the maintenance staff was, though. When I lost an earring down a sink, the front desk called maintenance right away. Maximo and Jesus arrived right away and retrieved my earring quickly. I was so relieved to get it back. Thank you for having such response staff members.

Our room set-up was odd. There were two beds, and a bathroom that was split into two sections - a toilet and sink, and then the shower was in a different area. Everything was crammed into a little space. The toilet was in a room you could barely turn around in. The toilet was about 6 feet away from the foot of my bed, which is kinda gross. Then the shower was about 6 feet from the foot of the other bed, which was also weird. Then, the doors of the bathrooms were translucent so when someone gets up to use the bathroom and they shut the door., it still doesn't illuminates the whole room and wakes everyone up. Then everyone falls back asleep and the trash truck comes and makes beeping and banging noises right outside our window. It feels like the dumpster could have been better located to accommodate the guests better. Room service has to be scheduled. They will not come each day. Here's the good. The breakfast was nice where the family could each select what they wanted. The coffee was decent. The pool and hot tub were nice, however, they don't enforce the no children rule in the hot tub so everyone packs in there like sardines and the kids with floaties monopolize the whole area. Pool was clean. Shuttles are free but take FOREVER. Overall it was just ...ok.

Great breakfast with kind staff. I loved the hospitality. I came during National Housekeeping Week and I loved that they were honoring their housekeepers daily. The way you treat your staff is a reflection of the company. The only downside was the printer was not working, but they printed what I needed at the front desk. I also utilized the shuttle service.

Honestly, when I booked this hotel, I did not know how close I was to Seaworld me and my family were literally down the block. It was the most amazing experience killing place friendly service. It was amazing.

Many breakfast options. Splash pool is great for the kids. No maid service the 2 nights we stayed. The only restaurant on site was at the pool with limited hours. Walkable to Discovery Cove. The shuttle only ran once at 7:15 am. Not condusive to our visit. Staff was wonderful.

This has always been our go to hotel when staying in Orlando. Probably every other month or so. This time around we received a room on the first floor and it was extremely noisy. Everything else with our stay was great.

I love that there were other hotels nearby and restaurants. Easy access to going to attractions the scenery outside of the hotel was nice. Just make sure the hotel ensures all doors are locked that require a hotel key to get in. I will definitely choose this location again.

You do have to pay for parking but we knew this when we booked, and the breakfast was limited but we didn’t have time most days anyway. All in all, we’d definitely stay again, and recommend it to others.

I reserved a king bed room 30 days before my visit and when I showed up, they said they did not have a room available and that they wanted to give me a room with two queens. I asked if there was a discount and they said no. Also, they had water bottle in the room and they wanted to charge six dollars a piece which I thought was a little crazy. Also, upon checking out, I was charged $20 for parking and I told them I was not parking on site and that I Uber to the hotel and they still charge me $20. When I asked them about this, they said there’s nothing they can do and that it was an automatic service which I’ve never heard of. Other than that, the AC was cold. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also quite large and free.

Great location for Sea World trips, easily walkable or able to use the free shuttle. Staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. The included breakfast was much better than most hotels in this price range, with hot options that varied everyday.

It was a very pleasant experience. The breakfasts were very delicious and had a good variety. The room was spacious and modern. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again in the future.

The hotel was a bice place to stay. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good both mornings we were there! Only complaint I have was that the pool was not heated. My husband and I missed out on a couple swims with our two kids. Even kids thought it was chilly everytime, as well as some other guests near by. Hot tub was great, pool needs a few degrees warmer.

My only recommendation to the hotel would be to extend the breakfast hours. We had to wait in a 30 minute line for food, which I understood with so many families there for Spooktacular, Not sure how this is during other times.

When we arrived, we were greeted promptly, checked in and given our keys. It took less than 3 minutes. Thats a plus after a long road trip. They then told us where we should park to be closer to the elevator and our room. Once there, the room was well made up, the air was already on and there was plenty of storage for our things. The pool was nice. We weren't sure how busy it would get since its a shared pool for 2 hotels. But it really never got crowded. There were pool towels provided which was a bonus. Breakfast was nice. While the hot food was buffet style, it was served for you. Plenty of drink options, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, cereal were all delicious. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location by Sea World. A few dining options within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay again!

The first room I was given had mold on the ceiling, I asked for a change and it was granted right away. I was also able to get a late check out and the complimentary breakfast is a full meal. Would stay again due to the customer service and room options. The carpets need to be shampooed at least monthly because there was a damp smell to it.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great buffet, good parking area, nice simple pool with a splash pad and a swim up bar serving food and drinks. Nice spacious lobby and outdoor area. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked being close to SeaWorld, Aquatica and the restaurants and shops in the area.

The hotel

The staff was very nice, and both the facility and the room were clean. I enjoyed my stay overall; however, I would recommend improving the breakfast options and schedule until 10 am. It would also be helpful if check-in was available earlier (by 3 PM) and check-out extended to at least 12 PM for added convenience.

One thing I missed when booking hotel is there is $20 parking fee per night which I find ridiculous. Wish I would have saw this prior to arriving. I would have rather stayed at property next door which is newer and didn't have this fee. Layout of room provides plenty of room to layout luggage and have sitting area. The property does show signs of age as things look old and need repair. Water pressure in our room was very weak. Breakfast was mediocre but all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was not clean, stains on the couch, floor was sticky in spots. Good luck getting the breakfast, the lines went throughout the whole hotel lobby which caused me to not eat breakfast throughout my stay. Elevators hardly work, staff doesn’t seem to care much about you. And the tv in the room was facing the wall… how is everyone supposed to watch it at that angle. The beds were hard as rocks especially the sofa bed. Overall i don’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to stay, only upside is it’s a 10 minute walk to seaworld and aquatica and a decent area.

Near parks, clean, friendly staff. Did not like that there was only one station to toast bread or bagels, long wait. One of the waffle makers was not working and again a long wait. Felt like I was at a park waiting for my turn. Maybe waffles or pancakes should be ready to serve and not prepare and waste batter. Not enough seating. Suggestion, complimentary water in the room to make coffee. I’ve been to other hotels that have this amenity. Bottles of water do not cost too much in comparison to booking a room and paying for parking. Thank you

We had an absolutely enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and spacious. The room looked just like the pictures. Very impressed. Walking distance to Sea world but shuttle offered free of charge from the hotel to the park and back. We will be using this hotel again🙏

They charge $20 per day to park. Breakfast was ok. The glass doors on the bathrooms is a dumb idea. If you are with other guests, at night if you have to go, the whole place lights up with the bathroom lights on. Otherwise not terrible.

The hotel is within walking distance of a couple of restaurant and a gas station. We didn't try walking to the parks, but they looked really close to the hotel.

The staff at the property were all pleasant and helpful. The property its self is dated. The tub was not clean. The water bottles in the room for sale at the price of $6.00 were filthy, which says that attention to detail when cleaning the rooms were not top tier. The bed was very uncomfortable for me. But I don’t typically do well with firmer mattresses. But we made it work. What really annoyed me with the property was being charged $20.00 per day for parking. That concept is insane. If I’ve paid to stay at the property I shouldn’t have to pay to park! Where else would I park. It was not gated or anything extra special that would be worth $20 per day. Plus parking after a certain time was difficult. That in my opinion should be discontinued.

Terrible experience. The smoke detector kept going off in the middle of the night and the early morning waking my young kids up scared and stressed out. Went down stairs for help. Was informed that it was bc of humidity and we should leave our room ac on 58. Ummm after water parks I don’t want to go back to a frozen meat locker. Haha. We stuck with the plan. Alarms started going off again despite the cold temp to the point where we just had to check out. Front desk offered to move us to a room on the same floor and gave me attitude at 11pm with my shoeless 5 and 6 year olds scared, expecting me to move all our stuff to a room where I can still hear the fire alarm going off. Front desk offered to waive the parking fees to accommodate the inconvenience but still charged for both nights. We had to check out way early, were unable to shower and get ready for the day. We were charged full fees for both nights and parking fees for both days despite being told we would get some fees waived. I’m bummed bc Location was great. Room was spacious. The breakfast STAFF was amazing and nice. That’s about the only thing I was happy with. We frequent seaworld/aquatica/discovery cove at least twice a year and won’t be returning to this location even though it’s conveniently located.

Typical hotel stay. Unfortunately, girls didn't enjoy the pool as much because it was full of bugs and the breakfast was so so, even by continental breakfast standards. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Everything about my stay was great, my only complaint was the Fire Alarm going off at 2am and us waiting outside for clearance, other than that, it was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would return again.
