We liked how the staff was very attentive. They were always willing to help when we had questions.

The customer service was more than excellent - I felt right at home. Also because the room came with a small kitchenette (sink, cupboard with plates, bowls, and mugs, coffee) and I got vouchers for 2 water bottles/day (or hot coffee). Even though I didn't get to use the free laundry and provided basket/detergent, it was nice to know that it was there for me to use (which I attempted to but just didn't have time). I had a nice view of the pool, really nice patio especially in this weather. The room was cleaned well when I didn't have my DND sign. The only feedback is about half the time when I hit the button for the elevator, it didn't ding upon arrival/opening and therefore, I missed it. I had to stand back and pay attention so I wouldn't miss it.

Cleanliness and how tentaive the staff were to makesure our stay met our needs. The rooms were nice and big and the pool area was great! We had food at the bar which was excellent.

The front desk staff was exceptional. They assisted greatly with check-in & check-out. They offered great suggestions to spend time around Orlando. I look forward to returning!

Great experience! We will be back! Close to outlets and restaurants! From a resort perspective, wishing there was more to do on site. BUT we made it work! Staff was awesome too! There was an issue with final billing after explanation provided made sense- will confirm actual charge once posted to card. Thank you all! 😊

The bedding was a bit soft for my taste, especially after a Hilton stay in Prague with the most incredible Sealy mattress! I'm rather surprised that we don't/can't sort out trash. It would make the recycling process so much easier.

This property is great for families that want to stay together, especially when they have to be at the convention center daily! We make use of all of the kitchen amenities and this trip we ran into the recreation staff who helped us throw an impromptu baby shower. They were amazing!

Always love booking at this hotel. My child loves the pool area. Room was very spacious and staff was great. Will book again.

It was a great stay but my only complaint was the pool side food/drinks/entertainment closing at 8pm. Seems a little too early for the area. I came back from the theme parks, heard the music and by the time I got changed and downstairs it was all closed. 8:15pm.

Best of the best! First time at this property and will definitely go back! Stayed for a convention but it was a great mix of work and family guests. Was fun and so much to offer everyone! Good was great, service was great and it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing and relaxing vacation. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff was hands down amazing. The activities team did the damn thing.

First time our family is traveling to Florida. I did a lot of research for a nice hotel with a great pool area and near Disney. All the hotels reviews have complaints about time share salesman but we were never approached here at the Hilton but they are available there to offer you free tickets to things if you want to listen to the sales pitch. Parking is $25 a day that's not cool but whatever. Lots of hotels might look good in pictures but reading reviews on other sites you hear about bad neighborhoods, bugs, loud parties and neighbors. Hilton couldn't have been better here. Great area, quiet, never more then 5-10 people in the giant pool during busy spring break. Activities room with pool, ping pong, painting, video games, movie nights, blackjack nights, tons of other activities. Bar by the pool, ice cream sundaes by the pool and a love caribean musician. The place is so clean, 10 years old but everything looks new. We saw a worker painting a wall that was already perfectly clean and nice. Double suite was awesome for the family, 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms and a living room we didn't even use. I spent so much time trying to find a good hotel and we certainly did. Sitting by the pool we were so happy we got that Florida experience.

We were at the Hilton during a golf tournament and were unable to take advantage of the offered amenities. However on our next trip I will extend our time. The 2 bedroom room was so well maintained and suited our families needs. We all slept well and felt ready for each tournament day. We were all extremely pleased!

The hotel was incredibly clean, staff was very nice, and the water area was so much fun!

The room was fine and clean. The pillows were awful. Flat. No support at all. But the real downer was the extra charges at check in. Charged $230. $70 for valet was fine. $100 is supposed to be refunded if nothing charged to room. Will see. Remainder for what is free anyway and 2 bottles of water or 2 cups of coffee. $60 for water and coffee??? Outrages!!!

I also used the gym which was clean. What i liked about the gym and actually getting to my room was the security. You needed to use your room key to get to your floor and get into the gym. I did not use the pool but could see it from the gym. Everyone was having a great time. There were activities going on. It sounded like a trivia game. There is also a activities room on the other side of the gym. They had activities for kids and adults. I used the parking garage which was easy to use. I did go over to the Hilton on the otherside of the convention center. That was a much busier facility. Louder. I liked the Hilton I was at because it was quieter and not as rushed feeling. It was perfect. The staff was perfect. They have a really good team. PS . I did need maintenance to help with the remote and they showed up very quick. Less than 10 minutes.

Convenient parking, though self parking should resolve complimentary, not $22 nightly. Close to attractions. Nice pool with water slide. Slept so comfortably with blackout shades & cool air condition. Quiet & safe area. Not really walkable to anything though. Overall, very pleasant stay. Would return & highly recommend.

The hotel’s location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a laundry facility right on the floor was a wonderful and much-appreciated amenity.

Check in was easy. Location of resort was convenient to many Orlando activities, including Epic Universal.. Room was clean and comfortable but toilet did not flush. After contacting maintenance and front desk twice. toilet was fixed. We expressed our gratitude to front desk. Hotel staff were great and responsive to any need.Parking garage was easy and convenient to get in and out of and to park, but Expedia web site did not mention a $22 per day charge for parking. That made an otherwise reasonably priced stay borderline unreasonable.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that parking wasn't included with the room and the Hilton staff (not local hotel staff) tried pushing a time share on us. Beware, if you book at this location, you're likely to get a hard sell on a time share.

I accidently left my gold chain in the room and checked out. This is a $10,000 chain by the way. About 4 hours later the head of security (Ivan) called my cell and asked me if i left an item in the room. OMG! MY CHAIN. He said, Yep! Dont worry sir, we have it here for you and offered to mail it. Luckily i was still in the area and picked it up before i left Orlando. Thank you to the house keeper and thank you to the entire staff! I wont stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando!

I selected this hotel for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center due to its convenient walking distance. Beyond the excellent location, I found the staff to be exceptionally kind and helpful. The availability of Starbucks coffee was a pleasant bonus, and the gym facilities perfectly met my requirements. There was ample parking, and my room was consistently clean, spacious, pleasantly fragrant, and well-maintained. I would certainly recommend this establishment to my colleagues. It is quite challenging for me to locate certain items. I believe that due to the bureaucratic processes within my office, it would be beneficial if breakfast were included as part of the room charge rather than being billed separately. However, that is the extent of my feedback.

The shower did not work, only the hand held sprayer. Toilet backed up and wouldn't flush. Asked for plunger. They said no. Was our anniversary, stayed here 30 times. Was denied a refund. I want to speak to the GM

The room was spacious and perfect for our 2 couples and 2 kids trip. The room has everything we needed with great views of Orlando. The amenities at this property were amazing. We loved the activities room, it had something for everyone to enjoy. The splash pad was a huge hit and so was the open space on the soccer area.

Everyone was friendly. $22 a day for parking but other than that I love it and enjoy my stay!

Check in - they canceled my reservation bc my flight was delayed and I missed my first night of the stay. Had to wait 30 min for new room and no additional accommodations were provided for the internal problem.

Food from kitchen was great, poolside drinks were great, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The downsides: 3 elevators for a property this side seems a little scarce, ice machines on only 2 floors, poolside bar closing at 7:00, and parking is not the most convenient, unless you valet. Pretty much have to come through the main lobby for any activity or amenity.

We came to this property after our first day hotel mismanaged our booking. What a wonderful turn of events! The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras is spectacular. Not the largest, but has amazing rooms, food is fantastic, service top notch. Price is unbeatable. We will be staying here from now on

There was a promotion going on and I received too many phone calls. Calls to my room and my cell phone. I was not mad about the promotion and did not mind hearing about it but there was no way to opt out when I didn't want to hear about it, I just had to ignore the calls.

I just wish the hotels would update to Smart TVs so that I can log into my own Netflix account without having to do it through my phone other than that it was great

The only thing I liked about the property is that you get to text what you need I didn’t like that the elevators were down. I had to walk six floors. I did not like the bed. It felt like it was 20 years old.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and.modern, the beds were amazing! Valet parking team were on it. Never really had to wait for the car. They had someone call the room for us to go down to the lobby and try to pitch a timeshare to us.

I liked that the property was very clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was also perfect for us, as my son’s basketball tournament was directly across the street at the Convention Center. Having a 1 bedroom spacious hotel room is always a good choice. Nothing. Although, our food was good 99% of the time, the fish and chips that were recommended was very bland and no seasoning. Also, the batter fell off the fish instantly.

Very nice hotel. Didn't like that the fire alarm went off before 4 in the morning and we couldn't sleep and we had an activity on that day that we couldn't enjoy it.

Beautiful, comfortable, friendly, good food. This hotel was way better than I’d hoped. One of the best I’ve stayed at. The staff, particularly, at the bar/coffee station, were excellent. One negative was that you have to drive to restaurants, etc.

Property was fantastic. Room was clean and daily staff cleaning helped ensure garbage was removed and fresh towels provided. Pool was clean and bartending staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I liked this Hotel, had things to do and was secluded and had nice landscaping. Bar and dinning room had good service. Housekeeping didn't replace my bathmat or towels, but I notified Houskeeper the next day and she took care of it.

First overnight, waking up to water coming out of the seams in the flooring. No rooms available for a move. Returned later that day, MX said the pulled up floor and fixed the issue from air handler in the room nextdoor that was leaking into my room. The following morning same issue, no manager available to speak with a Hilton Diamond Member the entire day? Received a call mid afternoon the I would be moving when I returned from work. I packed up and moved. Very frustrating

The staff are all wonderful and super friendly. I would 10/10 go back just for them. But this is a timeshare. They absolutely prioritize everything for owners. From rooms to pool chair reservations. We're not owners, and paid "resort" fees, yet most of the ameneties were closed during our stay. The pool bar was open about 3 hours in 3 days. Absolutely unacceptable. But again, the staff were all amazing! 2/10 would stay again.

There was a lot to do for families. We stayed to be close to the convention center which was across the street.

I was charged a resort fee on the app and in person. Please make sure to tell them once checking in that you were charged on the Orbitz app. Room felt humid / stagnant water. Over all good size room and beautiful out door pool area. I didn’t ask to be moved due to staying just 1 night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The location is perfect—close to everything but still tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The suites are spacious and well-kept, offering plenty of room to relax. There’s also a beautiful, clean swimming pool that was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a really nice place with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Property is close to the North Convention Centre. You cannot walk to West or East concourses so a car or Uber is needed. There are no restaurants in walking distance. The on site restaurant is ok. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. Las Palmeras was so convenient and the facility is wonderful and the staff is excellent.

The hotel was very nice, but... I booked for four nights, and when I checked in I was told needed to pay an additional $125. This is one of those places that has fair rates, but jacks them up without notifying you in advance. Very unprofessional for a Hilton.

Overall the property was good. A lot of activities for kids, if you are a couple traveling without kids this might not be sufficient for you. On the other hand if you are traveling with children this is ideal for you. I expected more working bars and restaurants since it is a resort. Also everything closed at 9pm. You will need to pay for parking at $25/night. Resort fees for four days an additional $100.00

I stayed at the property for a conference. The property is quiet and well maintained and the staff are good. My room was nice with a lot of space. The only thing I could say is that the second floor rooms facing the front of the hotel have a poor view of the roof over the facade which is kind of dirty. I wasn't there for vacation though so it didn't bother me. If I came for vacation I'd request a higher floor or a room facing the pool.

Couldn’t accommodate my 2nd room next to mine even tho I booked under the same reservation and called months in advance to get it noted I wanted rooms next to each other they said if not next to each other on the same floor and that was false also not only where they not together on totally different floors leak in one of the rooms next to mine and water was shut off without warning causing me to not be able to shower or get ready for my check out

We have stayed @ Las Palmeras many times. We had planned to stay add’l day. I was hoping to book by calling front desk. However, I was quickly instructed to book thru app. We decided to checkout on our original booking day & extended our stay @ another great hotel!

It was the most relaxing stay. It was the balcony view of the pool and scenery of Orlando. Definitely my go to from now on💯🔥
