This is a fantastic hotel for its price bracket. The hotel is spacious, clean and modern. The facility are really great, especially the pool area. The free breakfast was exceptional. The location is great for Universal. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Everything was great. Beds very comfy, curtains actually black out the morning sun and housekeeping prompt. Breakfast had a good variety, if not lacking fruit!

The room was perfect for our larger family of 5. All the beds were comfy and our oldest daughter said the pullout bed was the most comfy she's ever slept on. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always fresh and the lounge area very nice. The elevator kept breaking and once we were stuck in it for a few minutes. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this hotel. We mostly didnt mind using the stairs except after a long day at the park or when leaving with our luggage.

This was the second year in a row we stayed at the property, and it did not disappoint. The Breakfast was good with enough options to choose from. The room was a great size and had enough space to feel comfortable in! The location is close to the parks and at the top of International Drive, to travel to anywhere you need to get to

I loved the location and the room was just right. The forgot to empty the previous guest trash. It was under the sink in the kitchen. I was there for only one night but I had to ask for a trash bag to dispose of my trash.

Un café divino, piscina, cancha, área con fogata y hasta bbq. La cereza del pastel es la transportación a los parques de Universal tan confiable y conveniente. Algo más? Sí, hay gimnasio y laundry muy económico. Con lugares muy cerca para comprar y comer, una ubicación céntrica pero en lugar tranquilo y seguro. Muy recomendado, nos encantó y volveremos.

Ideal location close to universal studios. Lovely and spacious. Could hear a little road noise at night from the nearby motorways from certain rooms. Air con a little noisy at night so often switched off..

Excellent location for Universal Studios, free shuttle saved us a load of money and with free parking and no resort fees is a great place to stay. Clean, staff were excellent and rooms were cleaned every day.

Property and suites were very clean and well maintained. Complementary coffee and tea 24 hrs in reception area. Pool heated and open 8am-10pm- never overcrowded in our experience. Breakfast- 4 hot options, variety of breads and bagels to toast, waffle machine, muffins and pastries, yogurts, cereal, fruit, juice. Complementary parking and four scheduled bus times to City Walks and Epic (plus returns 5:20pm onwards) Easy to book in the morning. Laundry facilities on 3rd and 5th floor. Would return!

The overall stay was amazing. The hotel was very accommodating and our accessible room was exactly what was needed. The only issue was the elevator barely worked and the food was not the best but that's why you have a kitchen in your room. We absolutely loved the grill and pool\patio area. We will return again.

Rooms were a great size, beds were very comfy and facilities were good. Staff were excellent and very helpful. You needed to book the hotel transport to the parks 24 hours in advance (and before 11am). The transport back was also limited.

Location was brilliant for universal parks. Very quiet and safe. The cleanliness needs improving. One day our room was not cleaned at all and when we went to speak to reception about this they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. When the room was cleaned, it looked like it had been rushed and there was still some obvious dirt marks around the sink and bath. Toilet roll was not always restocked so you had to ring down to reception to get some sent up. The staff were unfriendly and rude. They did not acknowledge you when you passed reception and when we checked in the staffs’ attitude was very poor. There has been a drastic change since we last stayed at this hotel.

Nice outdoor area. Great pool/hottub and the size of the rooms and bathrooms are great Location is far from Disney and downtown, bed was uncomfy. Had to ask to get normal amenities pretty often. Breakfast was alright.

Room was kept clean and organized, staff was friendly and helpful, like the shuttle bus to the attractions, overall the expectations were met. Also Senior lady staff was the sweetest!!! The variety of the breakfast options is very limited, only scrambled eggs...no other options, need more than 1 bread toster for the amount of guests, should go back to use regular coffee mugs and plates, disposable plates, cups and utensils give food a weird taste, as per my personal opinion.

Everything was great! Room had everything we needed for a family of 6. Full size fridge, stove utensils, cups, complimentary breakfast was delicious! Loved all the oatmeal toppings! We didn’t utilize the shuttle to Universal but it was available!

I don’t know how this property has a 4.2 rating on Expedia, unless we were just unlucky with our room which smelled really bad and was run down. The pool wasn’t in great shape either. All staff, except one female staff (heavily made up) on reception were courteous and friendly. She was unprofessional and rude to her coworker in front of me. Our room in my opinion smelled of a mixture of stale smoke and urine, to my husband it smelled like wet dog. The bathroom was in great need of a renovation with a poor a job of caulking along the bath and yellow, crusty caulking, coming away from the toilet. The sofa bed was stained down the side, and when pulled out the black fabric base was splattered with white (mold), and the springs were poking out the bottom of the mattress. It was disgusting. We weren’t able to change our room until the next day after checkout time during which time we were away for the day so we just had to put up with it for another night. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Smack dab in the middle of Universal and Epic. Great staff very friendly and inviting. Room was clean and fresh towels and bed changes daily. Anything you needed they were able to accommodate. I loved the location and the room arrangement. I also liked the front desk staff…thank you to my girls that I had the pleasure of speaking with during our stay. Thank you for making this trip a memorable one.

The room was very clean and modern. I like that it had a separate living room with tv and doors to the bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need for preparing meals. We also liked it was pet friendly.

Front staff was exceptional. We had travel delays due to weather and the front desk worked with us for delayed check in. Best breakfast, good way to start the day. We booked a suite with 6 guests. The room had only three plates and bowls. Very inconvenient. The room was made up with only 4 towels each day, we were booked with six guests. We had to call every day for more towels. The shower was clogged. The dishwasher did not work.

The location was excellent. Exactly 6 minutes to Universal. The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast which was provided every day from 7am until 10am. Huge variety of different options to choose from. My kids were equally excited for the Mickey waffles they made every morning! Our room had just enough kitchen to stay for the week. We didn't use the stove. But the full size fridge and dishwasher were awesome. Our room was also conveniently located across the hall from the laundry facility. The room had smart TVs with a few apps already programmed like Netflix & Disney+ (which was super helpful traveling with 4 kids). The best part? It's pet friendly and I was allowed to bring our cat on vacation. We truly feel like we found our hotel and will absolutely be back. Thank you so much! The beds were very firm. I personally have back issues, so it was uncomfortable the first night. But being exhausted the rest of the week helped as I collapsed into bed and fell right asleep. The pillows were also thinner than I prefer. But considering how much we enjoyed the hotel as a whole... these were minor issues to us.

We loved the place. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was great, parking was good. The location and area was excellent. My son and I were here on business with two separate rooms. When we left, he took a business card and said he wanted to make sure if he brings his family to Orlando that he had the info to stay here since it was so exceptional.

Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy!

They did a good job making your room and stay feel very home like for being a hotel. The gal that did the breakfast and Wednesday social does such a good job at presentation and keeping the food and drinks stocked and looking clean and nice. Pet friendly. They kept the pool area tidy and maintained and the heated pool made a big difference.

We have a lovely stay in November as a family of 3, rooms were spotless lots of space, everything provided from cutlery, booking utensils, kitchen roll, even dish soap and sponge! Breakfast was really good the first morning, bacon was the best iv ever tasted, and the grated hash brown, we never had this for the rest of our visit sadly and they change the menu everyday. We didn’t use breakfast much after this as the meat options weren’t for us or the potato’s. But they have pastry’s, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit, Mickey Mouse waffles, taco station, and great coffee. 4 buses to universal and back is a bonus and literally not far at all. Reception staff are lovely, laundry room was also handy, free parking, heathy can’t fault the stay we had we will definitely be returning next year!

The room- it was highly comfortable and very neat and clean.

The suite was very clean and comfortable. So from 3 days stay we booked originally, we added 2 more and stayed there for 5 days. Not giving 5 star ratings because of the breakfast items not having enough numbers of bananas and whole milk pouches. Once out, the staff didn’t care to fill them up, probably saving those for next time.

Only one elevator was operational. The other you had to push 3 before pushing your floor number, the door close button was missing, and the annual State inspection was expired the last day of August. 2 months expired and no temporary extension displayed. The staff was wonderful and under staffed.

We had a wonderful time the resort and the staff were amazing!. The morning breakfast was always fully stocked and hot. The pool and hot tub were clean. The rooms were spotless!. The front desk staff were always very sweet and accommodating if I had to think of anything I would complain about is the fact that our fire stick wouldn’t link up to the TV lol. But we were able to access Netflix .

The room was very good. The problem was that there was only one elevator working so I had to walk a lot to get to my room. Besides that, everything was perfect. The room was cleaned daily, breakfast was simple but good enough (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, pulled pork or chicken, potatoes, waffle machines, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal and bread station). Coffee was really good. There was complimentary water at front desk at request. No complaints on that matter. It was near Universal and several restaurants. Also with easy access to I-4.

I had stay for 5 days only and I have to admit that it was amazed that the area it's safe & very quiet also very clean the rooms are very clean and spacious and the water in the shower it's perfect pressure even the sink the hote it's very clean outside and even inside & also universal studios it's so closed to the hotel and I really like that the hotel offers you a ride to it also I wanted to say that the staff is unbelievable friendly very attentive to there costumers I had enjoyed my stay with this hotel and with the staff I definitely will come back and I will definitely recommend it for sure.

Our stay was great! The room was very clean! The hotel in general was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Was very modern and new looking. You can tell they take pride in it and keep it looking nice. The beds and pillows were comfy, water was hot with good pressure. The breakfast was great as well!

This hotel really makes you feel at home. Its incredibly clean, the rooms offer anything you could need, the breakfast is nice, they have a coffee bar available 24/7 and the staff is great and very kind.

Clean and affordable stay for all us to head to HHN. Only thing was one elevator by our room was broke and the other felt it was about to break. The breakfast, was not the greatest but it is what you get for the price. Overall, we would stay again.

This place is very clean and conveniently located near all amenties. Shuttle service to universal studios and epic universe was bonus. Breafast buffet was good. Variety of food which changed everyday. They allowed food to be taken to rooms for those family members who could not make to dinning lounge for breakfast. They have water filter onsite which saved us from buying water from shops. Facility also extended my checkout hours upon request for free. I would stay here again. Thanks

The pool deck and heated pool were definitely appreciated. If you are staying more that a couple of days (as we did) you will also be thankful for the easy laundry machines that are available in property. The breakfast was very good! Varied through the week and offered plenty of options. There was a large dining room for breakfast, large enough that it never felt crowded. The staff was outstanding - from the front desk to maintenance, to kitchen/dining room *breakfast), to housekeeping. Everything was great, except for what wasn't. We had problems with the smoke detector sounding in the middle of the night, and we had roaches every day in the kitchen and dining area. This was reported to the front desk and they moved of to a different room.

Property was close to shopping stores and restaurants, walking distance which it was a plus, the complimentary breakfast was awesome, the staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable.

This property was beyond my expectations! Everyone was very helpful and the housekeeping services were excellent!

I was charged for products that I never used and 5 out of my 6 nights were hectic due to rude staff members and unprofessionalism. Never will I book at ANY Hilton hotels again. I will advice all new and old clients of mine thoughout the country, to say far away from Hilton hotels.

When we first arrived the lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t bother to say hello. When my dog was barking because of the kids she gave us a dirty look and said there’s a lot of kids here, so what it’s also a pet friendly hotel. They only have one elevator working. The staff went into our room 2 hours before we had to check out and started cleaning as we took some of our stuff out to the car and as we came back up stairs the cleaning lady was in our room cleaning and tossing our waters. She took all towels, bed sheets/blankets, and the shower curtain so if we wanted to shower we couldn’t. I would never stay here again and I NEVER will recommend anyone else stay here! First and last time!!!

Upon checking in, Naviah greeted us with a friendly smile and explained everything we needed to know about Universal. The next day, I needed a blanket and asked Maria for one, and they delivered three blankets. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job daily, and our room is sparkling and clean. Highly recommend this place. It's clean, friendly staff that works there, and breakfast is phenomenal

The convenience the shuttle

Terrible experience at the end. The day we had to check out, none of the elevators were working so we had to do the stairs with 8 bags since we are travelers. Because of this issue one bag was left behind at the room. When noticed, I called and it was there but when returned then I noticed my WATCH was missing. Besides the cost of the watch it had sentimental value and never thought this could happen at a franchise like Hilton. Too bad 👎

This is a great location to stay as a family if you're visiting Universal theme parks. The units are very large and come with a kitchen with utensils. They offer multiple free shuttles to Universal, although the last returning shuttle is a bit early so you may have to Uber/Lyft it back. Breakfast was good, only issue was their malfunctioning elevators which made getting to your room a process due to wait times during peak hours and since only 1 was operational with a 4 person max capacity.

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Room was very very clean. Shuttle to Universal resorts was on time every time. Pool was very clean and perfect for relaxing! Having a kitchen was a great experience especially for the convenience of the refrigerator and dish washer. Maintenance was fast to reboot our TV. The staff was cheerful especially the lady in the main hall that was cleaning by the universal area. Elevator issues...

*Downside— No covered parking in front of building when bringing luggage in during afternoon Florida storms.

Everything was great. Parking was easy. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Both elevators were broken upon arrival Friday evening. We learned one had been down for 3wks. As of Monday afternoon, they are still broken. Had to tote all luggage up and down the stairs, making several trips. Being someone with a foot injury that replied son a cane and can only manage short walking distances, this was a major inconvenience. Because we booked thru hotels.com and not directly with the hotel, we were not notified that the elevators were down and could not transfer to their sister site on the same property.

I like the pool,hot tub, the mini-kitchen, the layout of hotel room ,i like everything but two things. The beds were very very firm and the room had over 40 mosquitoes in it. At first night i assumed they came from hallway since we were close to exit door but there was even more 2nd night. I think they were coming from kitchen sink or ac . Dispite the bed and mosquitoes i would stay again. I loved how close this place is to universal and they have a decent breakfast buffet.

The hotel was great everybody was very accommodating and the breakfast was nice and fresh. The only thing we didn't like was the shuttle coming from the park back to the hotel. There was a ton of people and not enough bus room for everyone to get on and some people had to stay behind which was terrible and wait for the next bus. The lady on the bus said she called for our hotel but nobody could hear a thing she said and the ones that did hear her tried to tell her our hotel and she couldn't hear us... and so we had to ask her to go back to the hotel to take us there when everybody was still on the bus.

Everything was clean except maybe the carpet in the bedroom was alittle iffy...staff accommodating and friendly, i requested a tub and had no trouble getting a nice room with tub. Bathrm was nice size with grab bars to assist with getting in /out of tub/ shower. The shower head was awesome with magnetic holder to allow it to convert to hand held( im going to get me one of those) the kitchen had full size refrig. Two burners stove,microwave, marble like counter,steel sink, dishwasher,coffee maker,toaster,dishes and utensils,pans everything you could need,even a garbage disposal,dish soap,and sponge provded,including dishwasher soap. A cute table with comfy chairs to eat at.Laundry facilities on 3rd floor ,we didnt use it but was told wash $3 dryer $3. Beds were firm. I did not like the blankets were i bit thin. Ac was very good and dropped room to 68* for a great night of sleep. Pillows were fluffy and nice. Black out curtains were excellent! 2 big tvs. I couldnt cast to them but a full line of channel choices were available. Seperate bathroom sink from tub/ toilet area with great lighten with lotion and soaps tissues provided along with blow dryer. . Fold out couch in living room with tv that swung allowing you to eat at table at watch tv. The court yard was clean with plenty of covered and uncover sitting area around a nice clean pool. And hot tub was excellent. Breakfast had alot of tasty choices and lots of restaurants around. Coco thai was excellent! I loved it all.

Ms Naida and the entire staff where so amazing

Went with adult daughter for a week to visit universal theme parks. Hotel good location and had free shuttle every day to the parks. Spacious suite with seperate bedroom super king bed and sofa bed in living room. Kitchen with all facilities except a kettle. Fire alarm went off first night disturbing our sleep and on our last night had to change rooms due to leek from higher floor room. Hotel sorted everything and went over and above to rectify matters. Would definately return even though we had these issues.

Hotel itself was great. Great location, clean, breakfast was free, typical free breakfast food, free parking, very quick with requests made, very attentive and great customer service, housekeeping staff was wonderful too, definitely in a touristy area. There is a shopping strip of stores and restaurants by the hotel that is walkable for older kids and adults. My guess is 10-15 mins. If you have younger children, it’s doable but keep in mind you have to cross a busy main street. If you have a car, we found this area to be a good general location of the things we wanted to see and do the 2 days we had before our cruise. Check in took longer than normal because they couldn’t find my hotels.com reservation that I made months prior. Took about 5 minutes but they eventually found it and it was a breeze after that. We did not use any of their facilities but loved how spacious and big the room was. We got a 2 Queen, pull out sofa room with kitchen. Great for our family of 6; children ages 17, 15, 7 and 2.

Loved everything just that they have to fix the elevators.

The priority was clean and pleasant. The hotel is near Universal, and they have transportation to the parks. The parking was included in our booking that was a great thing. The only negative thing is that we found an underwear behind the TV table.

Rooms were big and clean. Pool and hittub was great. Breakfast was yummy

Great place to stay for families. Convenient Shuttle service to Universal Studios. Walking distance to a few restaurants and drug store.

It is quite not for the environment but also for the living time. Enough breakfast, nice clean lady also in Christmas, enough car park place, Miki pancakes, convenience snack bar, laundry machine and coin was available in front desk. And more is left scarf of my they will mail me back, arrange my family 2 rooms neighborly. Peaceful and sunshine hotel

Very clean and spacious rooms, well equipped. The queen beds were sturdy for two people to sleep in, but the sheets were very disappointing-felt like rough polyester, and the top cover felt like a textured shower curtain. Great AC. Friendly staff. The most disappointing part of our stay was the hot breakfast items - tasted like day-old reheated plain breakfast potatoes, tough watery scrambled eggs, gamey pulled "chicken carnitas", and rubbery sausage (not even breakfast sausage, it was like brauts) and zero flavor (no vanilla etc) make-your-own belgian waffles---and our group was the first at breakfast

I loved this hotel so much! Everything is brand new. Is very clean and modern. Smells good. Very quiet, modern room. Room service qas amazing and breakfast was beyond good. I will definitely come back. Im very picky with hotel cleaning and smells and I was very happy with this one!
