And shopping Conveniently located by orlando health, doctor phillips hospital, which is why I was there Did not get a chance to use any of the amenities but it looked like a fun place. If you had young children and needed to keep them occupied.

The bathroom the toilet was broken and when you took a shower the water ended outside the shower stall. Also it was advertised as having a bar with food. But that was not the case.

Location is good. It's walking distance to Universal City Walk. The breakfast is decent hotel breakfast. However, the room can be better. There was bug, cockroach, got into our room. Suspected it came from the gap under the door. We did report to the front desk, but there wasn't any action. The management should ensure every room, the gap would be closed with rubber sealer to prevent this from happening again. I wouldn't come back until I see improvement.

The worst place to go to. The 1st room that was given to me - the flush did not work. My sister's room had a strong mould smell (she is a heart patient, so she couldn't afford to move around at that time of night). Other sister's room - HORRIBLE; they gave her a room that was already assigned to someone, she opened the door, and the guy threatened to shoot. all 3 rooms flooded overnight, and my mom almost fell and could have had a bad accident, making our whole American trip a very horrible experience. IMO, Expedia should not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

​That being said, the property is definitely a work in progress. It is currently under construction, so keep that in mind if you are looking for a flawless exterior. The room itself was a bit of a mixed bag; when we walked in, it had a very strong smell of bleach. While it's reassuring to know they are cleaning, the chemical scent was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, the bathroom setup felt pretty old and could definitely use an upgrade to match modern standards. ​On the bright side, the pool area was great! It was very clean and had a wonderful, chill vibe—perfect for relaxing after a long day. ​Despite the construction and the older bathroom, the positives outshone the negatives for us. Because of the incredible location and the great pool vibe, we would definitely stay here again.

I found this on Expedia. The cost was fairly reasonable. The property includes a nice sized pool with beach towels you can use (at no cost) free breakfast, and a great outside area with plenty of tables and chairs to watch movies at night. The room itself was decent. Two queen sized beds, mini fridge, microwave and plenty of cabinet space. The shower water got real hot which I liked. There were a few negatives such as Florida's humidity mixed with the air conditioning caused so much moisture in the air. It almost seemed like the sheets were damp and the floor was clammy. But that’s not the hotels fault. That’s June weather in Florida. Staff was super nice and friendly. This was a budget friendly hotel and I will most likely be staying here again.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was an absolute feast! Everything was wonderful, including the free shuttle to the amusement parks. However, it took an hour to get to Disneyworld and an hour to get back. Spend money and get an Uber to take you.

Overall, the stay was good. The last morning of the stay I went to the front desk to get coffee because they don't have coffee makers in the room. I told the person at the front desk that they were out of coffee. He said just a minute. After a few minutes and him still on the computer I said nevermind, I'll get coffee on the road. He said, " Are you sure?" I said yes I'm sure. I'm sure I won't be back. The floors always seemed wet. I'd rate this hotel ⭐⭐

Everything was so nice, the staff were very helpful especially Tyreeke. There were movie nights and a foam party by the pool for the kids. The shuttle to the Universal & Disney was also clean and on time.

The hotel was fine, it was clean, but with a peculiar smell (not good), they don't tell you that the housekeeping service is every three days, clean towels upon request, when I called the front desk, they took forever to answer the phone, I called from the room like five times and from my cell phone another three times, very poor customer service. The AC was good, but the humidity in the room was always high, even the floor was wet from the humidity inside the room.

We checked in on Saturday, for two rooms and they were side by side from eachother. We went upstairs to the second floor where our rooms were and used the restroom. At around 10 we left to the universal parks, which was the reason we chose to stay here in this hotel. Given that it was only a 5 minute drive from the parks and citywalk. When we got back from the parks around 8:30 pm, me and my family went straight to our rooms to finally rest and shower. To our surprise when my daughter opened the door we were greeted with the stench of cigarettes. Little after she entered, laying in our bed was a woman! She was not in there in the morning. My daugter screamed and the lady got up from the bed and ran out the door. When we went to reception for help, the gentlemen, Tyreke, at the front did not seem in shock, gave me the impression as if this wasnt new to them. It took him about 5 minutes to get another gentleman on the phone to go to our room. He did not seem to care or show any urgency to rush to the room, finally when we made it upstairs, he entered slightly into the room and said that we should not have been given that room, and that we could not stay in there. When we asked for the room key he was hesitant as if he was scared and didnt want to give it back, I had to demand he give it back because i had left my belongings inside. When we entered there was pee and feses on the bed, food everywhere, cigarette buds on the night stand, the bathroom was disgusting as well.

Counter personnel could have been more helpful at the moment of checking in. Some times counter was unattended, toiletries had to be retrieved at the counter as well, just one bar of soap in the room. A lot to improve. Breakfast was decent but last day was cold cold and potatoes were raw. Good location tho, close to pretty much everything.

Resort fee daily for pool, movie (4 nights saw 1 person there) popcorn (wasn't any made. Close to Universal Endless summer resort so if did not want to leave park at resort bus times you can catch a universal resort bus which run several times per hour, and about a 10 minute walk from there. A great option for a economy hotel for the parks but consider the resort fee into your hotel room cost.

The staff were very helpful very kind the breakfast was delicious that had different options every day the first room we went into the floor was so slippery there was some red stuff on the floor we let them know they changed our room immediately the room service wasn't daily and you have to ask for it we were there 5 days so you can imagine the trash piling up no clean towels so you definitely have to ask for clean towels or room service and it's every other day they said or every 3 days so that part sucked everything else was great

Online and in the reviews there were mention of a bar on the property, that’s not true. It’s just a breakfast bar during breakfast hours. Everything else was great!

Arrived really early morning from flight and was able to eat breakfast there which was appreciated. Included breakfast was decent. Close walkable to shops and dining. Aircon once again right next to bed which blows right on you all night.

The normal breakfast is not fresh at all, you can see that it is preheated, the space for breakfast is very small. The pool the water is very cold, and it is dirty from the use and they do not clean which is not ready to use the next day. The room had a musty or wet smell the bathroom door did not work. Sanitary facilities did not flush properly, the water has no pressure.

Stayed here for a few nights and it’s a decent budget option. The location is great—close to Universal, shops, and food spots. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very basic but satisfying. Overall, good experience for me 😊

There was a water leak from the second floor. There was a really bad smell of mildew. I reported it and I was never offered change my room.

The room was okay. I just didn’t like that you couldn’t close the door to the bathroom because the toilet was too close and the lock to the bathroom door is on the outside instead of the inside.

The Splash Bar is a little misleading. I expected alcoholic beverages because it’s called a bar! It’s a continental breakfast location. The room has no ventilation for steam or wet clothing to escape or dry. The air conditioning system runs nonstop and you aren’t allowed to change the setting. The room service for daily cleaning/bedding/towels is not daily. No showers gels/bodywash available.

Waited to check in for almost an hour (the guest in front of us was just chatting to the receptionist). Then the receptionist allowed another guest to cut in front of us to purchase snacks/drinks. Not very good customer service when she saw we had already been waiting a long time. Dirty room, very loud outside throughout the night. Good location for proximity to Universal but definitely not worth the price!

Room was clean but maid service never came to my room on the first day after we arrived. Had to reuse wet towels. Television channels were impossible to figure out, it annoyed me all trip. Bed was not comfortable, but I do have a bad back. I’m not saying the place was bad.., but it wasn’t great either.

Last day we had problems with the door it didn’t eant to open an I had to go to thelobby like 3 times for helo and notice some other people were having the same problems. Also they tell you at check in they only clean the room on alternate days but we were there for 4 days and it never was cleaned.

The breakfast closed before 9am so we never got breakfast even though it says till 9am. The air conditioner worked but there was a dehumidifier in the room that I had to empty myself daily. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the lighting was awful. The staff were nice and the beds were comfortable. We didn't not use the pool but did notice that they did play movies nightly in the pool area. The are where the hotel was was pretty sketchy. As we walked around we noticed lots of trash, shopping carts, you could tell there were people living in these areas.

Absolutely terrible. The place was filthy. The room was disgusting to the point where we checked out and left. The front desk refused to write an incident report. No follow up from the GM Fred as him and I discussed. Stay away from this place!

the bathroom door didn’t not close properly, the vent of the bathroom leaked marijuana smell from other rooms into ours, fridge was unplugged with mold growth, the floors were very unclean, the room had a smell, I had wipes with me and hand soap so I used the provided towels to clean the whole place top to bottom and the floors and it was very dark and every wipe was almost black, I did not complain, I had asked for more towels and Tyreke at the front brought me some and noticed the towels, and he personally wanted to let the cleaning ladies know about it, but I didn’t push the issue at all. Expedia asked for a review so this is my honest review, I’m pregnant and spent time cleaning before we settled in to feel right at home. I personally wouldn’t stay again, I hope this is something they can work better on, I just don’t think this place is worth charging a resort fee for. I really do think Tyreke was a lovely leader and I just think the price could be reconsidered or maybe there could be improvements in ventilation and cleanliness. I never mentioned it to him but room 427 needs the bathroom door chiseled on the bottom to close properly. not sure if that room had been used in a while. we had not tried the breakfast, oh and it’s no biggie but the rooms are not soundproof, we heard everyone outside coming by, but that’s no biggie. just needs more attention and less price demand for what’s it’s worth. But that could just be my opinion. Thank you.

Loved our stay here. Room was clean, staff was friendly and parking was free. Pool was open until 10pm and they played a movie on a projector outside in the sitting area in the evening. I would stay here again it seems super family friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was mostly food warmed up in the microwave. The shuttle to the parks was late pretty much everyday. The bathrooms have no ventilation so everything in the room felt damp all week from taking showers. The shower heads need to be replaced.

This was an excellent place to stay if you want to be close to the parks and not break the bank. The breakfast was very good; the staff was friendly, the property and rooms clean, and the pool area looked great. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here 10 times probably. We love it here. We will be back 4 more times this year. Breakfast is great. Staff is great. Pools clean. Theres a area for kids. They do movies by the pool at night.

Everything was excellent, the only bad thing was the man who supposedly wanted to give away promotional packages, but he was a real pest. He came to my room and knocked on my door at 8 am to see if I was going to the interviews they were giving. I was sleeping with my family and it scared us because we weren't expecting someone to knock on the door. He also called me about 5 times a day, left messages, and when I went to check out, he came to my room and talked to me about the same thing... it was very uncomfortable.

Petit séjour de 4 nuits pour relaxer, magasiner aux premium outlet , se promener avec le «I ride  trolley » et passer une journée à Walt Disney! Le déjeuner (bagel new yorkais, pâtisserie fraîche fruits oeufs et viande ) était parfait! Nous avons profiter de la piscine et du jeu de poche. Nous avons utilisé 1 fois la navette gratuite pour se rendre à Walt Disney, par contre nous somme revenu en uber car nous voulions rester jusqu’à 22h et la navette du retour était vers 17h45 , trop tôt pour nous!

The biggest thing that I'd remember about this property was that musty, damp smell upon entering the room. It was disappointing, and it lingered throughout our stay. The property, overall, is old and needs some upgrade. It could use some deep cleaning. The baseboards were dirty. Some of the furniture were dirty. Housekeeping doesn't clean everyday, it's every 3 days, which was a little inconvenient because we needed clean towels. The good thing is that staff were courteous. They provided breakfast as advertised. Overall, for the discount received, I still would not return in the future.

Wonderful experience overall! This is the 2nd time we've stayed here for a trip to Orlando and we have not been disappointed yet! The establishment is clean and orderly with a superb staff! They go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a lovely stay. Parking is convenient and shaded. TONS of amenities on-site for families and individuals traveling. And the location is ridiculously convenient to just about everything!

Housekeeping needs to clean properly and the upkeep wouldn't be so much.my room floors were dirty bed had tourist hair in it crumbs underneath microwave saw 2 flees on the first bed every Crack and corner had dust dirt buildup the phone did not work couldn't call front dest and when message the property no response..aswell as when paying they charge my card more then the price and it dis the same with my deposit! I literally showed the clerk I have enough for the cover oof the room im going to add 30 more dollars and watch it approve and go through and wow ..it did exactly what I stated smh could be nice hotel if they clean properly ?

Beautiful property Instructions say to go to front desk ... after waiting in line at front desk we were instructed to check in at the spa. Kiddie pool was under construction which meant all the kiddos were in the hottub, pool etc ... ( no notice ) Pool is shaded by building till after 1pm = no sun

The guy who checked me in was great, Tayrone(not 100% sure of his name). Very friendly and knows how to start and engage in a conversation. Give him a raise. Breakfast was okay, you get what you paid for. Room, cleanness, and bed were amazing! Very comfy and literally has everything that you may possibly need. Location is great and very convenient. I am not one to complain, but the "supervisor" who dealt with me upon check out; I believe his name was Alejandro was condescending and needs to learn how to handle complains. I complained that I was away at the park the entire day and was surprised to return to a dirty room because I didn't receive any housekeeping service while I was away at the park ,so naturally ; I called the reception for fresh towels and they needed to be reminded twice about it, leaving my partner and I to almost fall asleep without taking a shower first. Rather than be sympathetic about it, he started blaming it on the receptionist who checked me in by saying that he didn't do his job right by not informing me about the housekeeping services upon check in, then blamed the evening Houseman for their inability to do their job on time saying that there's only one person working the shift. Myself being a front desk manager and my partner a housekeeping supervisor at two different hotels ; we tend to be very understanding to such matters; however I surprised by how a supervisor prefers to point fingers rather than resolve the problem. The worst part of the whole thing is; Alejandro was being kinda loud in front of people who were waiting for the shuttle in the lobby and that made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked what could be done compensation wise for the next time I decided to stay with them such as a late checkout for example, and he said he can give me until 12 pm free of charge but will be charged 25 after that. Seeing that my complaint was going to deaf ears, I decided to leave because I was pretty much wasting my time. If this is how a supervisor deals with complaints then it's pretty obvious that his management doesn't care. I saw the note on the housekeeping services via booking.com's messaging system after I had checked out, but Shouldn't there be something to tell the guests that upon check in or at least in the room as a...

I stay at this property every time I come. It seems different now and the room was kinda wet like the floors and we had the air on so idk they should likely work that out or they’re going to end up with a mold issue

Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault! Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again.

No vents in the bathrooms. Doors and windows are extremely thin and can hear everyone’s conversation. The pictures does not resemble the hotel upon arrival. A shelf under the sink was broken and falling off. When checking out the front desk staff named Alfredo attempted to take payment from me even though I told him I had already paid the full amount the moment I made the reservation through Expedia. I showed the receipt and he still tried saying I did not pay yet. He proceeded to say that he would “trust me” and wrote down my reservation number which only showed minimum information. It immediately felt like he attempted to scam me for more money because I have never heard of any hotel asking for payment at checkout. Usually it would be when checking in.

Check-in was slow. Front lobby needs work. Rooms are motel as opposed to hotel quality. Pillow cases and sheets cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Great if you just need a storage unit for your luggage, but other than that, I would say keep it moving.

Was I also disappointed because I chose this spot based off of the reviews. But when I got there, my floor wasn’t swept and also the shower wasn’t draining properly so I had to deal with Stillwater for a bit while it’s slowly drained now. Other than that, this location is OK.

Everything about this stay was great (proximity to universal, breakfast, the pool, I love that Moana was playing during breakfast for the kids outside), room had the necessary amenities. However, the floor was dirty and that was my only complaint.

We had an issue when we first got to our room that it smelled very strongly of mildew. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they changed our room right away. The second one was fine. The breakfast was so so. Limited options and nothing very healthy. One day there was some cut-up fruit, one day oranges that went fast, and one day no fruit. Otherwise it was just two choices of cereal, waffles which were actually pretty good, or a sausage egg sandwich with a Danish. It was enough to get by on as long as you weren't gluten-free. But lots and lots of Styrofoam and plastic. It would be nice if they used paper plates, bowls and cups. And the pool was very cold, not heated, colder than the ocean. We were there in mid February. So I guess the best thing about the place was the staff was really nice. And we could walk to many restaurants nearby, and also a walgreens. Excellent Indian food and Mexican food nearby! There is also a shuttle to the parks and if you're willing to walk to the Orlando Universal resort then the shuttles run more often from there. It is worth noting that it seems that all hotels in Orlando, maybe in Florida, charge a resort fee of $50 per room. We booked on Expedia and the fee wasn't included so we had to pay it when we got to the hotel. Overall the hotel was fine for the price. And I loved the staff!

The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff was great. I went to the 2026 International Builder's Show and it was a short wallk to the bus stop that I could hop on the busses that took you to the Convention Center. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the distance to the parks was perfect but I wouldn’t stay there again, the breakfast is in a box and you have no choice but to eat that, drinks were horrible watered down. The hotel info in is a photocopied paper. The room smells like clorine . I appreciate the bus to the parks. I hate not having a sheer to open my window. Not water to find for free , just coffee

When we arrived very late on the 14th we were assigned room 242. When we got to the room there was a note on the door about people being caught going through stuff in the room and the police being called. If that was not nerve wracking enough we used the key card to open a room that was clearly occupied! Very unsettling so at midnight we were back at the desk asking for another room and being told there is someone with a master key that is doing this. We were too tired to go find another hotel so we put furniture to block the door and proceeded to repack each day all our belongings to take with us since we could not trust hotel security- especially after hearing a guest complain the next morning at the desk about their room being robbed of special family jewelry. We had a very intense schedule for three days and no time to complain or change further so we made due. Despite the insecurity and the constantly running toilet, leaky shower, bed with broken supports and unadjustable freezing temp of 54!, The only commendable thing was the breakfast and friendly staff. I have tried calling many today as told by the staff but no one answers and no machine. I will cut and paste this into a review if you cannot refund something to compensate for this unrelaxing stay. I was hoping to resolve this in person yesterday but noone of authority was available. Find another hotel!

My experience was okay. I enjoyed the room and other amenities. I also appreciated the shuttle to and from the parks. Staff are friendly. However, the breakfast is lame. They place a danish and prepackaged biscuit in a to-go box for each guest. I also stayed 5 days/ 6 nights and housekeeping didn’t offer any cleaning. Definitely a one-time stay for me.

The room looked nice however, we had trouble with the toilet flushing. The hotel phone did not work and the wall between the bathroom and counter outside the bathroom had water in it. The floor was constantly wet. The lighted mirror flickered because of water between the walls. This could be a fire hazard. The shower curtain did not fit properly so the floor was always wet. The curtain rod fell off because it was not fastened. The beds and pillows were great.

Our first impreasion of the room was nice. It was clean and the beds were soft. The room couldn't keep a good temp, either too hot or too cold, but not a huge deal. The next day, we were out enjouing our day when I got a notification from my bank for a charge at wingstop. We definitely hadnt visited wingstop, so I opened up my bank app and also saw charges for Dick's sporting goods for almost $300. I definitely did not purchase anything there either. Weird thing is, the hotel is the only place I used that particular card. I call my bank to have them put a block on my card. Then within the hour I was getting notifications that my card was being declined multiple times for Uber. Whoever stole my card number was trying to get an uber using my card. I hope he had to walk.back from wingstop. 🙄 We only had one more night so i decided to wait til checkout to say something. The next morning we went to the included breakfast. The breakfast was OK. On our way back to the room, room 108 was dumping a cockroach out of a cup outside. Yup, time to leave!

The room was clean and the place was quiet. The breakfast was... meh. Out of 5 days that we were there, the breakfast was only served hot on ONE day. The rest of the days breakfast was a prepackaged sausage and egg sandwich with a fruit and a muffin. By the time you got your sandwich, it was already cold and stale. Sure, you could make your own waffles everyday, but the line was always super long since it was the only thing available that was hot. A few small things here and there, like our bathroom floor was soaked the day we arrived, and our phone to call the desk was not working. I informed the front desk more than once about the phone but nothing was done while we were there. Hopefully they can fix it. If I was looking for a cheap long-term stay and you don't mind getting breakfast elsewhere, I'd book again. But if it were a shorter stay, I'd probably go somewhere else.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Overall, though, the hotel felt more like a motel. I also didn’t like the curtains—they were blackout-only, so you either had to keep them closed all day or risk people walking by being able to see into the room. Because of that, spending time in the room during the day wasn’t very enjoyable.

The rooms appear to be newly renovated but in the cheapest way possible. Rooms overlooked the intestate and noise was an issue. Definitely could have been cleaner. Guests below us had an altercation and about 10 cops with guns drawn descended on our building. Not a fault of the hotel but definitely an indicator of who’s choosing to stay there.

Everyone that we interacted with on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location is great. It’s an older hotel, but they’ve maintained it well.

Good room. Very good price. Pool was nice. We did not use the free breakfast and we didnt use the free shuddle to Universal because you can only be picked up at 9:05 am and only be picked up at 6:05. If you.miss it you have to find your own way back. We had room 101 and was right across from the pool entrance and they showed movies at night on a big screen in the pool area.

HORRIBLE wifi, especially for international travellers here for a short time and don’t have access to the internet otherwise. And the walls are thin so you hear people in the hallway or the service rolling their cart and it’s really loud.

The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was sufficient. If you are good with a hotel with just a few amenities, I feel it’s a good choice for a short stay.

For one the pictures are decieving. Two our TV did not work and the front staff did nothing about the issue- I had to connect the TV to my personal hot spot from my cell. Three as I was getting ready for the day, the house keeper guy knocked on door, as I went to open the door he already opened it to come in!!!

The hotel is nice and the location is good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the shuttle back to the hotel from Universal only came back at 8:20. The park didn’t close until 9, so we decided to walk back. It wasn’t a bad walk (only about 25 minutes). If you aren’t able to walk that far, you will need to get a ride share back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good.

Check in area was clean. Once we got in room there was a musty smell and room needed additional cleaning. Lights started to flicker on & off and TV went off. This happened 3 times. . Although we were given an information sheet at check-in explaining that rooms were cleaned every three days and that we could request daily cleaning at the front desk, this option was not honored. (A) Smart card didnt work: Even after several tries by their service staff, the smart card to open the room door didnt work. They took ONE day to fix it. (B) Didn't acknowledge the inconvinience caused: I faced a similar situation a couple of years back in a different hotel and they discounted my rates significantly and apologized for the inconvinience. But not this one. (C) Room condition is very basic: If you are along and just want to hop in for a sleep and dont bother about anything else, then it's fine I guess. If you are coming with family and sure they will not find anything good or impressive here (D) Do note, it is not ONE building with ONE entrypoint. Meaning, if the weather conditions are not favorable you will be spending time figuring out your entry point, will be exposed to rain or cold before you enter the room and there is no cart for your luggage. So you will have to CARRY THEM yourself. (E) Though the breakfast was well managed, since there is a person dedicated to helping guests, the breakfast itself is very minimal. Not even papre cups for coffee, but strofoam cups. I guess that says it all. Like I said, the location is the only PLUS for this hotel.

Parking was easy. I was charge an additional fee for the pool and shuttle service which we did not use.

The keys didn’t work at first room I was given. Brought a handful of stuff and a child back down and went back to the front desk. Another 20 minutes waiting my turn for new keys. They also didn’t work. Called and was told maintenance would come to let me in. I went back to the front desk after 15 minutes and no maintenance to request a new room. The room a/c/heater didn’t work. Requested it to be looked at the next morning. They assured me that it would be while I was out for the day. It was not when I arrived back. Went back to the front desk to ask about the heater again. Maintenance showed up quickly but didn’t speak English. Thankfully I speak some Spanish and was told that those units don’t produce heat, just a/c. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels with similar units and that has never been the case, plus there was a button for heat and it worked for about 30 minutes before shutting off completely. No alternative solutions given either (I.e. more blankets) and it was usually cold those 3 nights I stayed.

Place was clean but the AC/Heat didn’t work. I requested a look at bit no one showed up.

I was first checked into the wrong room type I didnt book. Then I was taken to a second room that was also the wrong room type. The guy then took me to a third room that was the correct type but then kicked us out that room saying it was booked by someone else. After that he took us to a fourth room that was filthy and moldy smelling. I complained and was then told the hotel was sold out. To add insult to injury I was experiencing a gout attack so all the walking was making my foot swell up worse and I was in great pain. I would never stay there. The hotel clerk could barely even understand english. I ended up having to stay at another hotel. It was the worse experience ever I had drove 9 hours to go through all that.

Location was amazing for visiting universal studios! Hotel was good for what we paid but is dated. Our first room on main floor had a strong musty smell. We were switched to a room on the third floor which smelled better but could use a vacuum as there was hair on ground and was missing a shower curtain. We stuck with this room as we were only there for one night. Free breakfast was great!

The pictures are false advertising. I’d rather continue staying at Galleria Palms or Destiny Inn Palms if that means I’ll at least get honest pictures and my money’s worth!

This hotel was just ok, the beds were comfortable and I like the pillows but the rooms felt very stale. They seemed to be renovated but they need some color or some art on the walls. Also I hate when places have a walkin shower but no doors, the shower curtain sucks and never keeps the water in. The breakfast was not good and very lacking in variety and the staff looked miserable being there with the people. It is in a small building so it made it hard to get stuff and it was very crowded. I would say this hotel is good for a 1 to 2 night stay but nothing more, and I had to pay a 16 dollar resort fee which I have no idea what that went to because the pool area was lacking and the water was freezing so it is not heated. There really wasn't any other amenities that I see the resort fee going to, should of just said it's for parking.

This was my second stay the rooms were updated and clean the pool was accessible the grounds were safe and clean. The included breakfast was decent. The lobby was festive and decorated for the holidays and every desk manager that I encountered was top tier polite respectful and friendly helpful! Location is prime right off of a main thoroughfare if other interests should arise. Will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando.

I was expecting what I saw on pictures posted in the website and of course the property didn’t look like pictures at all, the property it’s an old building, the room smelled like mildew, breakfast not good at all, coffee very bad, no fruits or yogurt available just not good quality breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this place, I will not come back.

Parking was easy but not very secure. If you dont plan on spending much time in the room, this is a great place for somewhere to lay your head. There's nothing remarkable about this hotel but the continental breakfast and park shuttles was convinient except for the fact that there is only one pickup time to return to the hotel. Not being told that information and when that pick up time was left us stranded at the park because we had dinner reservations so we needed to leave much earlier than 8pm.

Its designed like a motel. The room was small but functional. I DIDNT like that they charged a resort fee at the counter. The full cost of rental should be disclosed upfront and ne part of the listing price.

This hotel is a hidden gem located right in the heart of where you will want to stay if you are taking in the tourist attractions. The staff was super friendly and everything was really nice. I really had to dig deep to find a complaint, but if I had one it’s that the name of the hotel is such a common name that it is difficult to search for on Google because they’re search engines will give me a ton of other options.

Stayed last month alerted hotel of nails and screws in driveway due to renodeling . and now still collected nails and screws. New management seems tough and uncaring . their is a resort fee that is not listed .suprise.

They don’t tell you there is a 100$ security deposit, the bathroom had a tile coming up that had mold under it, the shower curtain isn’t long enough and gets water everywhere, they didn’t come to change our trash or clean our room once, they don’t tell you there doing renovations so over half the parking lot was blocked off, the room smelled like mold and horrible, they did nothing to try to work with us. Honestly if I could rate this negative I would.

Excelente el lugar super limpio amable todo el personal , el desayuno un desastre cafe era agua, leche y cereals y tostadas nada más y si llega as 7:30 ya no había nada para desayunar. Lo demás perfecto ubicación excelente de universal.

Parking lot was closed so we had to park 1/4 mile away not ideal. Not to mention they gave my room to someone else with the same name and had me stand there waiting for a room as they resolved something that wasn’t my problem. Then the supposedly renovated room was done very poorly. Not impressed at all.

Was so disappointed stuff and material blocked walkway dirty sidewalk to rooms people were nice but hotel should have given me a big discount or told me that was the condition would have stayed another place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were worms crawling on the floor and door entrance was not properly sealed. Anything could crawl under the door from ground level.

The motel property is actually very beautiful. There is a pool and a beautiful deck overlooking a pond with a water fountain. The assorted greenery made for a nice place to eat breakfast in the mornings, which by the way, consists of waffles and toast. It is only available from 6:30am - 9am and there is a very long line and very cramped. Luckily, there’s a Denny’s nearby so we ate there. For the finale, we were locked out of our room after coming back from a late night event and trying multiple sets of key cards. We were soaking wet since it was storming that night. At 3am in the morning we were given the key to a new room on the other side of the site with no dry clothing and no toiletries. The hotel staff still expected us to wake up and meet maintenance at our previous room at 8am and grab our belongings before checking out by 11am! Many frustrated conversations later, they agreed to a complementary extended checkout until 3am and agreed to let us meet with maintenance at 1pm instead. I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund. They offered a 50% refund for the last night. The staff was at least kind though.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. After checking in and going to my room when we got there the door was ajar. We found the room clean and no one insides the room but the door did not lock. We went and reported the issues and they then sent someone up and the lock mechanism was changed and the door was able to be secured. While it was a bit of a hinderance as we were tired and ready to relax after a long day a thw airport and flight in. It was handled fairly quick. With having to wait for the door to be fixed we decided to just order door dash. Unfortunately to no fault of the hotel some other guest took our order when it arrived. We were srill hungry and tired so we used uber eats and that was delivered no problem. I would stay again though. It was inexpensive, the beds were soft.

No the room were dirty the bed sheat had stains there was blood splatter on the ceiling and we had to wait for or sheats that never came had to go get them and make the beds our self and the breakfast was nothing but starchtoast waffles or cold cereal no variety and no fresh fruit it sucked and will never stay there again worst place ever

I don’t usually leave bad reviews like this because every business has their “off day/week”, but this was REALLY bad. I honestly don’t even think the room was cleaned properly. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, stains everywhere- even on the table which came off when I wiped it with antibacterial wipes. We couldn’t even stomach staying so we left after 10mins.

Not much to like. For a 2 night stay, we checked out after 1 night. 3 waffle irons and not enough mix to make any is hardly a breakfast. The room smelled of mildew. The toilet barely flushed. These positive reviews are definitely fake and paid for. When checking out, the gentleman at the front desk refused to give me anything that stated we checked out.

They never came to do room service and breakfast was terrible, not even regular eggs...only juice coffee and cereal, come on

Everything was ok until thrir elevator stopped working. Coming down 4 flights of stairs with luggage is not fun when handicapped.

We had a good and safe stay

1st room was not in good condition. Debris, stains and a smell of mulch. But staff was courteous and accommodating in moving us rooms. The grounds are well kept, and the hours for the pool are great. Breakfast was lacking though as they only had waffles and toast.

My stay was not pleasant. The bathroom wasn’t functioning—both the toilet and sink were out of order. The bedsheets were stained and did not look clean. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

My reservation was for king room with pool view but was given a double bed twice.Once I finally received a king room I entered the room and the smell was awful so I put my items in the room and stepped out to get something to eat,once I arrived back to the room I had taken a shower getting prepared for bed and all of a sudden a roach was crawling on the wall and the floor.The lamp shade also was rusty,the carpets had stains on the floor.

The hotel needs work, new beds and better cleaning in rooms. Is located in a good spot but need some love

It will better no to advertise breakfast if you are not going to serve it :( Groups of people in cars and in the first floor. We didn’t feel we were in a safe place.

Great staff and clean room

Room was ok for the price but had a lingering wet/humid smell. I originally opened to room to find a lap full of mold because of the humidity. Once the lamp was replaced the smell still lingered but was serviceable. Only recommend if you want something cheap but make sure the room has been ventilated well or at the very least cleaned correctly and hopefully no other lamps full of mold.

This is a cheap hotel but if you can spare a few more bucks, do it, book yourself a room somewhere else. Room instantly has a weird smell, like humid, wet smell. Sheets and pillows also have a weird smell. Sink was clogged with food. Breakfast was a joke, only had bread, waffles, coffee, milk and cereal. First and definitely last time my family and i will be staying here.

Rooms have been renovated. Bed was comfortable. They have a shuttle to the parks. Breakfast was super simple. Waffles, Toast, cereal, coffee and apple juice. Staff was nice and helpful

We paid for a pool side view had to switch it. The room they gave us was not poolside view the new room they gave us still wasn’t a pool side view went down for breakfast no breakfast. The splash bar was never open.

Despite the prime location of this hotel, the stay was incredibly uncomfortable and I would never stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room had black mold absolutely everywhere, from the bathroom to the front door. You could smell the must and moisture in the air as soon as you walked in. My bestfriend’s asthma flared up completely from the few days we stayed here. In addition to that, the “continental breakfast” that’s included is literally only toast, waffles and stale cereal. That’s it. I have stayed in Orlando and paid similar rates for way better experiences. We mentioned our concerns to front desk and he simply did not care nor provide any reparations to our experience. Will be staying at the Wyndham right next door the next time I travel to Orlando.

the only complaint i have is that the rooms are very dirty, old, and outdated. there’s scratches on the wall, broken furniture, faulty lamps. although, the outdated room was the least of it. there was ants, worms, and tiny bugs flying around. the floor felt dirty, we made sure to wear shoes at all times. the manager at the front desk was very very accommodating & kind.

Arrived from my flight starving and tired but not to go to my room and find out they decided to change my double room order to a single room. I call the front desk to let them know there must be a mistake. She then proceeded to tell me she decided upon herself to change the room because why do I need two beds. After walking to the second building to the 4 th floor she tells me I have to walk back to change and get a new key. I also told her the door for the combined room is open and there’s a stranger on the other side. Which she then told me, you’re not staying there anyway so what’s the problem? I was like because it’s dangerous. Also the rooms were filthy

It fit my needs, but the breakfast was lacking they only had Waffles and cereal. They should have had eggs and sausage at least.

Abraham checked me in quickly and pleasantly. The room smells a little musty upon entering (same as on my first stay about a month ago in a different room), but after a minute, I can’t tell. A/C works great, bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. I am surprised I can’t hear the toddler, pre-teen, and teenager next door. The parking lot/road isn’t in the best repair, but there seems to be enough parking. It’s an excellent deal. I’m going to keep staying here on future trips.

We arrived early for check in, was told nothing was available yet which was fine. We sat in the lobby and waited for a while and then saw them checking in people… we walked up and then they had rooms available. Staff at the front look annoyed that we were there and kept whispering to each other in Spanish. Once we were checked in we walk over to the elevator near our room and it was “stuck” on the third floor. There was a staircase next to the elevator which was conveniently closed because they were painting it… all while the elevator wasn’t working. We had to walk all the way to the other side of the property to find a staircase that was open. Almost every staircase had caution tape on them. We had to fight our door every time we tried to open the door, it kept getting stuck. Room itself was damp. The free breakfast was waffles, bread and some canned fruit. Overall do not recommend.

Pros they had cable. They had breakfast where you make your own waffle. There was a pool but i passed on that. Its on international so thats a plus. Ultimately i feel like you get what you pay for. I wouldn't do it again. But im sure there's worse.

Waffles and muffins was only breakfast available our first morning. There was bread for toasting and some fresh fruit added the second morning. Parking was free and it was great to park near the elevator. The room was clean and had been recently renovated. There were several other rooms being refurbished also. Mario at front desk said new owners are making a lot of improvements.

The rooms where clean recently renovated. The staff was courteous and helpful. This hotel is in an very good location within walking distance of several points of interest including Universal theme parks. It also offered shuttle service to universal and other theme parks, and free continental breakfast.

I would have like to know heads up that they are doing an upgrade. Plus it would have been nice to have an upgrade. Heads up the shower gets all over the floor. I thought breakfast was some eggs, sausage, bacon with the waffles. After all it was nice, quiet and relaxing

Hotel is very quiet. Bed is comfortable and the AC is cold. I’ve stayed here a few times, haven’t had a bad experience.
