The hotel is amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and super hot. Balcony in every room that I could see. This hotel is attached to the airport so very convenient.

We’ve stayed twice before taking a Disney cruise and it’s so incredibly convenient. The rooms are fantastic and they work with Disney Cruise Line to pick up your luggage from your room. Also, my kids love the chowder at McCoys.

We stayed at this hotel after our Disney trip. We loved the convenience of this hotel along with the cleanliness and amenities offered. Great place!

Had dinner at the Bar on the 4th floor, great service and food was good as well (french fries were cold).

It’s right in the airport so it was a short walk to my check in and security the next morning. The hotel has a luggage service where they will take your bags to the check in counter if you need that support. Can be a bit noisy because it’s in the airport but it’s not distracting and it subsides in the evening.

Worst sleep ever. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever experienced. Loud noises from the interior courtyard airport as well with airport announcements. Bed is terrible. Needs major refresh especially beds and pillows.

Our room was so far from the elevator. With all the luggage we are pushing and pulling it was so hard. So I requested when I come back Again to put me in a room close to the elevator. They hear my request and I’m so happy about it. I love using Hyatt Orlando international airport cause of its location going international.

The close proximity that the hotel and the MCO airport is was unbelievable. The workers there were very hospitable especially at the restaurants.

OK, let me start by saying I paid for the room that was all the way on the highest floor in the view was supposed to be into the atrium…. Number one when we got there at 6 o’clock we were told that our room was not ready. Check-in is clearly at four so I’m guessing they changed the room from the very beginning, we got to the 10th floor that I paid for and nowhere in the reservations at all Does it say that there’s no balcony access to the atrium…. So having that room was completely pointless went back down asked if we could be changed to a room that has an outside balcony facing out. They changed us but put us on the eighth floor, which is not what I paid for and then said it was complementary it was the exact same room that I got except not on a high floor. The room was OK got about two channels on the TV. Wouldn’t stay there again. I would stay off of the property at a nicer hotel for the same money or less…..also no breakfast….. I just expected better and more for the money and Hyatt name….

Spend a few extra dollars instead of waiting for off property hotel and crowded van. Wake up walk right into airport security. Will save you about 2 hours total in staying right at airport No brainer!

The hotel is extremely convenient for people needing a place near the airport. Rooms are modern and large, and the hotel is located directly in the airport. Was easy to get food and the pool is quite nice.

Great location when overnighting between flights. Check-in was time consuming, but a staff member was ultimately helpful. Room was fine, but it was a good thing the wake up call I ordered was just a backup, since it never came.

We had weather delays for our flights, so we arrived at MCO and the Hyatt at 1:45 AM 5/23 instead of 7 PM on 5/22. We were thrilled to be able to get off the plane and go straight to check in! Tatiana listened to our tale of woe and quickly got us into our room! It was so refreshing to find a hotel representative who had to work the overnight shift with such a sunny disposition! Thank you, Tatiana for making a stressful day come to a peaceful end!

So convenient! We had super early flights and we just took the elevator down and we were right there at the TSA line.

Paid an extra 15.00 and was upgraded to a balcony runway view. Enjoyed the view

My only issue is them overcharging my card twice for the hold of 75.00 and I was charged again after I left for 108.75 on Friday and I checked out the Monday before. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.

Out of 4 elevators only 2 were working. The crowd of people waiting was nuts! We waited 20 minutes to get on an elevator to get to our room. Unacceptable

Whilst this was an expensive hotel, it is worth every cent. Standard room that was nothing special but the convenience was outstanding. The hotel is literally 10 steps from the airport security gates. You can freely go into the airport tothe food places etc and you are right there to catch your flight. The staff were friendly and I highly recommend the hotel. Again, I stress the convenience was outstanding

They made us pay extra to get into our room 2 hrs early. And then after lugging our suitcases up to it, a maintenance man was working on a repair in it. So I had to go all the way back to the lobby and get another room. But if you have a super early flight, you can’t beat the location.

It was a perfect spot for me...I was traveling alone so the ease of hotel proximity to the airport was great... also a nice little bar where I went for a glass of wine and stayed for dinner...all very good... all in all it was perfect!

We have stayed here several times before but this trip they had some trouble at check in. The clerk was struggling with the computer process which took over 45 minutes. The frustrating part was a coworker standing idle did not respond to him when he asked questions SEVERAL times. It could have been other issues with them. We were frustrated and we were charged 2 times for the room in addition to the incidental charges although it was prepaid. In the morning the manager did fix the problem so I judge by how they attempted to fix the problem

I must commend the hotel staff for their honesty. We left behind a charger for our Disney Band in our room. When we returned after our 6 day cruise I inquired at the front desk if the charger had been turned in by the housekeepering staff and it had. The hotel staff promptly returned the charger and I am VERY grateful for the honesty and professionalism.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Pool area is clean and comfy. Room was exceptionally comfortable with awesome bedding and pillows. Staff are outgoing kind and helpful. The halls are beautiful and decorated with islands of plants. So convenient to just check in for your flight. Will definitely stay here again.

Expensive but so easy to walk off the plane and to the hotel without leaving the airport. I absolutely love the balcony to enjoy and evening drink and morning coffee.

The Bed I never sleep particularly well here. The bed doesn’t feel very sturdy, and any movement my husband makes transfers across the entire mattress and wakes me up. It genuinely feels like sleeping on a waterbed at times, which makes for a very restless night’s sleep. The Toilets The toilet flush is incredibly loud and quite startling, especially during the night. In fact, I can often hear toilets flushing from rooms across the hotel. The Doors There seems to be a lot of movement throughout the hotel at all hours, and the room doors do not close quietly. The constant slamming and noise carry easily into the rooms.

The hotel is a $400 hotel with no breakfast. The only thing you are paying for is convenience. If you are willing to pay it, then know that going in to it.

Late night menus was to die for and the room spacious and clean just what we needed!

Airport noise woke us up

Room was clean, check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Location is obviously key. After our stay we took a shuttle straight from the airport to the cruise terminal. Never had to drive or fight traffic, such a great perk. If looking for a stop in between destinations this place is so convenient.

Although we arrived @ midnight to catch an early flight, the front desk was staffed and very efficient. The valet parking was a big plus. The room was beautiful and very clean. Very quiet.

The hotel was very convenient for a one night stay at the airport (with a quick turnaround). Otherwise, it is very difficult to get to a from if you plan to do things off-site during your visit. I have to say the staff was friendly and kept the place very very clean!

We stayed the night before our 5am flight and couldn't have been happier. We were worried the noise from the airport lobby (our room overlooked) would keep us up but we didn't hear a thing and got a great sleep. --- I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport! Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to our request for an early check-in, which made a big difference after traveling. A special shoutout to Ronnie, who helped us on our first day—he was so kind, welcoming, and truly set the tone for our stay. There were several other staff members who were just as helpful, even though we didn’t catch their names. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. And of course, the location is unbeatable—right inside the airport, which made everything so convenient. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future!

Had a fantastic one-night stay here. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was incredibly comfortable, which made for a very restful night. I also really appreciated how accessible everything was throughout the property. It is a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the stay made it worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Super convenient for our morning flight out of MCO overlooking the TSA line which was extremely efficient in spite of concerns that it was Spring Break time. The restaurant in the hotel had a wide variety of menu options at reasonable prices especially after being on Disney World Resort properties. In addition our room was immaculate clean with a comfortable bed and morning coffee.

The room rate was fair, and the amenities were excellent for our last day in Orlando with the family. We were placed on the sixth floor right beside the pool, which worked out perfectly. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool while we finished packing and got organized for our departure. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. This was our first time staying at an airport hotel, and we would absolutely do it again. Having shopping, restaurants, and everything we needed right there made things very convenient, especially for last-minute needs before our flight.

The room itself was a comfortable size for our family and provided enough space for everyone to settle in without feeling cramped. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not match the convenience of the location. Upon arrival, the front desk associate seemed bothered by our presence. There was no smile, greeting, or basic hospitality, which set an unwelcoming tone from the start. The property is also showing noticeable signs of wear. The pool area, while spacious, does not have nearly enough seating for what is clearly a very busy hotel. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly, as we found crumbs and a sticky residue left on the table. Additionally, no breakfast was offered. Given the price point and the strong ratings this hotel receives, we expected a higher level of service, better upkeep, and more amenities. While the airport access is undeniably convenient, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Room was great! Always a nice stay. Only reason not 5 stars is the parking situation. Sounds like it will be improved by early summer.

Great stay! The hotel was spotless and incredibly convenient. Having restaurants on-site plus easy access to airport dining and shopping made things so simple. It took all the stress out of our trip to Port Canaveral since Disney transportation is right there at the hotel. I loved not having to worry about a shuttle from the airport, everything you need is in one spot!

The room was wonderful, and the view was nice. I’d give it 4.75 stars—only because of noise. It’s not the hotel’s fault. They have quiet signs posted. I could hear the people next door and people walking down the hall on and off all night. That’s not really fixable, but it did wake me a few times. I was just surrounded by really loud people. The staff were helpful and friendly. Really amazing. The food was very good. The ease of being able to walk right into the airport was wonderful.

The location is perfect, with excellent connections to both the airport and the train station. The breakfast buffet is much better than what you would typically expect from a hotel, and the staff is very friendly. Check-in was extremely fast, and the online check-out was very practical and convenient.

The room was very nice, but you have to keep in mind that this hotel is in the Orlando Airport. It does get a bit noisy from those down on the 3 floor at the food courts and TSA lines. Today I saw someone getting carried out in a stretcher which was alarming, and a baby woke me up in the middle of the night multiple times. Those things have nothing to do with the hotel itself, truly, but yes the hotel is big and these things happen. My room was pretty far from the elevator, BUT the staff did get me checked in 4 hours earlier which was nice. I must say though, the staff were not particularly kind as I would wave to them in the halls and they all just looked at me funny. The cleaning staff were by far the nicest. I personally would not stay again, but it is very convenient!

The manager Tatiana made our experience lovely. She seen that we were exhausted after a ling layover from Colombia and upgraded our room and gave us a late checkout. She was very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing on the 4th floor and the Chef came out to answer some questions the waitress couldn't answer. Everything was topnotch!

I only went there to park while going to Cartagena Colombia for 8 days. It was very convenient and they upgraded my room to a balcony. The convenience, the restaurant, the airport being connected and bar is a great accommodation.

Everything was great! The room was very nice and the linens were good as well. The only thing I would complain about is that my son was in a room that I booked and paid for and they couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the plane so that wasn’t what I expected.

My reservation was made 3 months ago. I check in at 1:00 am after a difficult flight to be told my room that I reserved wasn’t available. Very frustrating! Where are my kids supposed to rest?? Not helpful at the desk. No suggestions offered. Very cold

Beautiful and large room. Would be a bit nicer to have charging or outlets by each side of the bed. Plus the shower had NO water pressure and would not adjust to hot and basically luke warm.

Everything is great except the wall of my room sounds like a huge babbling brook of water right next to my bed. Should calm down when people aren’t showering or flushing but I have never experienced this here or anywhere else before.

Staff was very accommodating, room was very clean. The food from Mccoys was fast in room delivery and good. This was our second stay, we will be staying again.

Fourth time staying here before a flight, always easy peasy, nice, clean, wonderful people work here, always helpful and pleasant.

They front desk staff were courteous and informative. It was a smooth and quick check in. The room is clean and beautiful. Dave, the valet, went out of his way to help us.

It would have been extremely helpful if we were given the paper about the hotel when we checked in or better yet have it in the room. Some guests are not techies. Written directions about how to use the television and elevators would have been helpful to us. The staff were friendly and courteous. My husband experienced technical difficulties obtaining WiFi on his laptop and wasn’t able to get the assistance at the front desk. It would have been nice to have known that a microwave was available near the ice machine. Coffee and tea, but no hot chocolate especially with many guests having children. A continental breakfast would have been appreciated for families going on a cruise. Yes there is a food court nearby but it was challenging for parents with young children.

Very convenient for a late night flight and quick departure. Rooms were very clean and updated. If your facing the airport lobby; it can be a bit noisy but nothing to detract from stay.

I booked this hotel because of all the good reviews. When I checked in to the hotel room was very stuffy and bathroom were small stuffy dated. Our room balcony can’t be open, the air conditioning was very loud with a big bang sound every 5-10 mins at night, I almost thought someone try to open my door but it was the sound from air conditioning. The hanger on the wall were loose and hanging I can’t even hang my coat on it. I don’t knowhow others gave wonderful review maybe they gave me the worse room in their hotel. We were their one night before Disney cruise the staff didn’t even let me know they will collect luggage early like 8am in the morning the staffs knock in my door at 8am in the morning but didn’t say who or what they need. In the morning at lobby I asked front desk if they have any usb port I can charge my phone at lobby while waiting to check in the cruise instead of direct me to the high chair area full of charging ports he directed me to the vending machine saying they might sell charger there??? I will never go back I rather take uber to the port canaveral hotel area next time for pre cruise stay.

As usual, our stay at the Hyatt at the Orlando airport was wonderful. After a long flight, it feels great getting your luggage and checking into your hotel, 5 minutes later. The sushi at McCoys is always the best. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an early morning flight out of Orlando and decided to try the Hyatt at the airport for a matter of convenience. The room was nice and surprisingly quiet! Comfortable beds, well-kept bathroom. The critiques we have are the overall cost for a room ($240/night) and the cost of dining in the hotel. Sure, you can walk around the airport and eat at the food court, but its basically all fast food. Had our flight out been later in the day, we likely would have stayed outside the airport given surrounding hotels are much cheaper, and there's plenty of dining options elsewhere.

A clean spacious double queen room that worked well for our family of 4. Location was fantastic for an early morning flight.

Room was clean, bed was okay. There was a lot of noise. I could hear people down in the food court or walk by my room talking. Who ever was in the room above me kept banging things around, also sounded constant water running. For an airport hotel one would think the sound proofing would have been better.

Drove in 5 circles around the airport and couldn't find how to get to the Hotel. Called hotel and got over simplified directions that didn't help. Found entrance by process of elimination, lol. Valet parking only while unloading luggage. Hard beds, hard stiff sheets and hard pillow. Didn't sleep at all, but it was in the airport and helped make an early flight less stressful.

Stayed here on Saturday 11/9 This whole place was just creepy during the airport chaos. Avoid it like the plague. I couldn’t stay there a night because there was a lot of white noises and you overlooked families sleeping in the courtyard who had cancelled flights. I needed assistance getting down to the lobby and called said I was visually impaired from flying late and not having my contact lenses and they said they wouldn’t do anything like that and that maybe they would call would call me back they’re really busy. So much for hospitality there! So I grabbed my bags and stumbled down to ground transportation and barely got any airport assistance either even from the TSA. Weird times here. I’d stay away. I even called to donate my extra night that I didn’t want to return but their automated system had NO way of allowing me to make it happen. Boo Hyatt!

Was great for a one night overlay before Disney

This is a great place to stay when you know you’re going to be tired from a lot of travel or and need to decompress and reset before leaving the airport the next day. I always find it clean, comfortable and restful. Check in is efficient and pleasant. The prices seem to fluctuate with events and sometimes are high enough for me to look elsewhere, but usually they are in line with other comfortable accommodations.

The service upon checking in was great. They took our luggage as we arrived early and our room wasn't ready and when our room was ready they texted us to let us know we came and got our keys and they brought our luggage up to our room for us after we got it settled into the room

Always a nice, convenient place to O/N if you have an early flight. Moderately overrated as you look around and see where this Hyatt Regency cuts corners. That attitude reflects on every employee and is felt by the guests. Kind of a “we’re good enough; no need to try harder” attitude. As an example; I’m staying at another Hyatt (not a Regency) for the next few days. This place is kicking the Regency’s a$$ in every area and it’s cheaper by $150 a night!

Lovely place to stay the night before our Disney cruise! Very relaxing to sit by the pool and enjoy the sunset, and then we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel bar and grill. Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and checking in for our transportation to the port was easy and done right at the hotel!

Second stay here and I will be a repeat customer any time I’m in the Orlando greater area.

Though the hotel itself is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly and kind, and the hotel is located right above the airport terminals, the outside of the hotel and navigating to self parking was EXTREMELY difficult. I am a well traveled person and was struggling to get around to self parking. It was too much confusion and everyone kept giving us different ways to navigate the situation. It would be best to do valet if you’re staying here.

Best place to stay when flying out early if uou dont want to deal with the morning drive. Park at the terminal and just walk down to walk through TSA.

Hotel is located right on the airport property. You come down the elevator and you are right at the checkpoint for TSA entry. This side is for specific gate entries, the other ones are on the other side which is easy to get to. A very short walk. Parking is right on the airport parking garage, if you follow the signs, you may miss it. Just go into the garage and you will see other signs directing you to the top floor for hotel parking.

The first valet, we gave him 5 bucks and said we were just dropping off luggage as we had to return car. He walked away. Then this young man came up and wow, impressive as he ran and grabbed a valet for hotel, explained they are full service and asked if we need help im the morning and told us those assistance services as well. Sold! In that one man alone. Customer service is everything and the other entitled older man, wasnt mean, just didnt help and took the tip he didnt even deserve. Shouldve went to the other valet that did assist.

I’ve lived in Florida for many years this is the first time I stayed before a flight due to my early 6 am departure time ! Valet was easy, room was great an convenient! Bellman takes you bags to check in and an escalator down to security gave me the convenience of gaining some extra sleep so I’m not exhausted before I even leave ! Highly Recommend and from now on this will just be part of my pre vacation !

I thought I was parking nearby but it turns out you can only reserve in terminal C if you’re gonna leave your car there all weekwhich is so far away from the hotel. You have to take a train.
