It’s home ! All was lovely

Hotel is lovely and the facilities are great You can expect to add $200 a night on top of the price you think you’re paying, they were dipping into my credit card over and over, it felt totally out of control, I paid nearly $800 on top for a three night stay, not just taxes but parking is huge, $30 extra per night for a five year old, all sorts of other things, I felt totally ripped off by the time I left.

The JW Marriott at Bonnet Creek was an excellent day. Will definitely stay there again everything from the lobby the restaurants, the pool the rooms and the staff were excellent. Definitely recommend it.

Sean at front desk was par excellent....facility was superb...and food was spectacular. Watching Disney Fireworks from the Roof top Sushi zbar was an added Bonus!!

Everything was great with the exception of wait staff for breakfast ! They completely ignore you unless you want the buffet .. very rude every time we tried to eat there . Otherwise the staff is great . Just don’t eat breakfast there !

Stayed at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek with my husband and kids for spring break. We had a wonderful time. My teenagers truly enjoyed themselves. Great stay in a centrally located hotel. This was my second time at the JW and I do plan to spend some time there over the summer.

I dont know if they keep guest with pets in a designated area of the hotel, or certain rooms. I do like pets but I hate pet friendly hotels. The thought of sleeping in the same beds as pets it disgustes me. A friend died beacuse she got a tick from a pet that was brought from another country.

NYE party was a nuisance for those not attending but we were happy to accommodate as it was just one day.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff were excellent throughout. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I would avoid the top floor, I could hear the elevators but was able to get moved to another floor and the room was very quiet.

Clean, well maintained and festive lobby area for New Years Eve. Room was very ordinary, nothing luxurious or special in line with JW standards. Could have been a room in a Hampton Inn, for example.

The hotel is excellent. Beds are beyond comfortable and everything was clean. One issue with staff at check in who was not familiar with the pay at property option and dismissed my concerns which was very discouraging. The issue was resolved the next morning but still didn’t like the treatment.

Todo muy lindo en el hotel. Pero de los 4 días que nos quedamos, el segundo día no nos hicieron limpieza en la habitación. La señora llegó a las 7pm a preguntar si todavía queríamos que nos hiciera la limpieza porque no le había dado tiempo. No sé si fue error de la empleada o el hotel carga de mucho trabajo a sus empleados, simplemente se paga una tarifa completa y no se recibió lo prometido, creando incomodidades (con 2 niños necesitas limpieza a diario). Por lo demás es lindo el hotel, la ubicación muy buena, tranquila y segura para la familia.

Property is new cleans and great for families. Food is great. Playroom for kids was a great bonus. Great stay. We liked it a lot. The front desk staff needs better attitude they aren’t very helpful and referred to my 3 kids at check in as “so many kids” and were trying to offer me the presidential suite for my “so many kids”. You think for being a family friendly property the staff would be welcoming.

Loved the hotel! Rooftop restaurant, Illume was incredible and the vibes were solid. Also, the gym was clean and had all the machines and weights I needed to stay on track. Overall, great experience and would return.

Great hotel staff, property and all the bells and whistles. Just needs to have a better ambiance down in the lobby , bar area.

Did not find the bed nor pillows (in a suite) to be comfortable whatsoever. We asked for different pillows and still were left disappointed. No other complaints, staff was attentive and went above and beyond whenever possible.

It was very nice. We have stayed there before little pricey ! a surprise resort fee, which was horrible, when we were paying for a high price already parking and more expensive food.

Cleanliness Staff Overall, the hotel stay was good and I had a positive experience. However, I was unexpectedly charged a resort fee of 50 USD at check out. The resort fee was included at the time of booking through booking.com/ This charge was not clearly communicated at the time of check in , and it left a negative impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay. More transparency regarding additional fees would greatly improve the guest experience

This was a place of peace and tranquility. I enjoyed going into the steam room and mist showers.

Ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. The quality of the food was very good. The service could have been better. The spa was wonderful! Camilla was very helpful in booking my services and all treatments were fantastic. The women working in the spa were all very lovely and customer oriented. An automatic 20% gratuity was placed on the bill. Was disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinner. (Monday night??) Had to eat in the lobby bar area on uncomfortable chairs and in the midst of all the bar patrons.

This was a great experience until it was time to check out. They charged me upon arrival for an upgrade then when it was time to checkout they said I hadn’t paid because my card was declined. I called my card and they said they decline the new transactions but I was charged the day before $200 for the upgrade. The clerk kept wanting to go back and forth with me until I said stop. I will dispute that charges with my bank because I’m going to be late for DisneyWorld!

This hotel is beautiful and clean, room and pool services are 10/10. I took one star from the overall because of the hotel administration and front desk policy that needs revamping and retraining. They charge my card everyday instead of charging the balance at checkout, in my opinion that was poor business tactics, even my financial institution thought it was fraudulent charges. At checkout we paid the full balance which went out of our account and almost a week later there is still a hold on our card. I must add that the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable in trying to resolve our issues.

Stay wasn't typical Marriott standards. Check was ok, TV in room didn't work then our car windows were smashed early in the morning. The maintenance was quick to come review the TV then he brought back a new TV 20min later. The car breakin was obviously not the fault of the hotel; however, we're on vacation so we don't have anything to clean glass out of the car or secure the window to get home. Marriot was less than helpful with providing us with access to a broom, garbage bags and tape. The valet was sincere and gave us as much information for the police report as they could. Assistance for completing a police report for a crime on their property or reviewing activity on their cameras could have been helpful but was not provided.

It’s was absolutely amazing! Me & my best friend stayed there for our birthday trip & loved it, they have amazing people there, even though we seemed a little out of place, we’re from the mid west & stuck out like a sore thumb, the service was amazing & the workers always helped us if we didn’t know something, one of the valet guys, Danny & a waitress who worked in Illume named Melissa always helped us when asked and made us feel comfortable & welcomed, the spa there was amazing as well, it was both of our first times in a spa & the ladies did great! It was very calming and relaxing too, we’ve already talked about going back and can’t wait until we can

This place is on the expensive side of things. But it is top notch. We had a great two day stay here, after being on a cruise ship for 10 nights. Was good to chill out. The free shuttle service to the Disney attractions was great.

Amazing hotel with world class service and amenities

My wife and I were newly weds and we had a fabulous and very luxurious honeymoon experience at JW Marriot Bonnet Creek. The hotel, amenities and our room were all in top shape, the staff was wonderful and treated us like royaltie.

Secluded area, with nice amenities. Some of the front desk staff weren’t very happy to be at work in most days I was there, but outside of their attitude, we had a great time and would stay there again for the room and location

Beware the $50/night resort fee. No room service Tue/Wed. In-room TV fickle, esp trying to use Netflix. Gelato is out of this world delicious.

Food at restaurants is not good fish and tabs tasted frozen not good Spa does not have jacuzzi or cold pool and had more people in the rest area so could not sit .

Such an incredibly delightful experience to stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in its clean, inviting and tastefully decorated. Every staff member was polite and helpful. Both restaurants offered excellent food and drinks and each bar made drinks that did not disappoint. It's also in a very convenient location central to everything. We would highly recommend staying here. We will be returning.

Transportation and rooms are very clean

The hotel is beautiful! Everyone from valet, front desk. to housekeeping were all very nice and accommodating. The ONLY bad thing is the food. Sear and Sea was a pretty restaurant but the food was not good…I actually got food poisoning from the beef carpaccio appetizer. Room service the food was mediocre. So while I recommend staying at the hotel and having a drink at the lobby bar I would NOT recommend you eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel.

The only negative would be the parking. I already have to pay for parking at every park so why do I have to pay to park at the resort??other than that I have absolutely no complaints.

I cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed this hotel and we have been to many! This is by far my favorite one and the staff treat you with such respect and kindness. Will be staying here again.

What a high level hotel experience should be!

While the property itself is quite nice, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and dining area. During breakfast, we noticed lipstick on a coffee mug that was served to us, popcorn kernels scattered around the bed left from a previous guest, old stains on a face cloth, and hair in the bed that had not yet been slept in, as well as hair around the toilet. After mentioning these issues to the front desk, the gentleman assisting was extremely dismissive and couldn't be bothered to help or resolve the situation in any way; he said, "Sorry, I'll let housekeeping know, but I can't do anything else about it." Needless to say, I'll probably stay at a different property during my next visit.
