Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, amenities, and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the variety of pools and dining options, as well as the proximity to Disney parks. However, there are consistent complaints about the high prices, particularly for food and parking, and some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance.

I had issues from the time I got there with the gate in the Parking garage. Room keys would not work through the entire stay. Front desk provided different keys and would not work. Fortunately, Joey was super great and credited the parking fees for the entire stay. I had an issue with a cocktail drink at the bar by the deep blue restaurant and the bartender was not friendly at all. I ordered a $17 drink that was pure pineapple juice and had them take it back. the Bar & Grill by the pool was really good though. HOWEVER, please know that the food and drinks are EXPENSIVE. Frozen drinks were $17 and bottle beers $8. This is all around. Alcoholic drinks are over priced. I found it hard to get my way around as there aren't enough signage throughout the resort. The room was nice but the hot water took for ever to run hot. Also, the safety box in the room was locked and could not use it. The room was nice and clean though. The location is great and close to Downtown Disney. I wouldn't stay here again. Found it pricey for a dated hotel and expensive food and drinks. I've stay in other hotels that are much nicer and all around price is better.

Here for the weekend and it was great! Food and pools and lazy river were awesome
- 5/5
Wry clean and family friendly
- 4/5
My biggest disappointment was that the shower still uses a shower curtain and that it smelled of mildew. If theres going to be a shower curtain, at least keep it clean and fresh.
- 5/5
Amazing staff with great service all around the resort
- 4/5
Also felt like food and beverage quality was good but service was slow and inattentive throughout.
- 5/5
The area is nice, with the lake and boardwalk and a series of pools and outdoor amenities you can walk to. Close to the Disney parks. Room was nice and well-maintained.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4.5/5
Great location, friendly staff, very clean. Not a lot of choices for food but that’s more down to us being fussy eaters.
- 4.5/5
The property was clean, well maintained, beautiful surroundings. The room was spacious and there were multiple options for restaurants. The price was a bit high and the food options at the different locations was limited and expensive. My room was very cold but once I figured out how to work the thermostat it was fine.
- 3/5
I had ordered groceries to be delivered and they got stolen at the front desk. Front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned. After being upset, they offered $100 credit, but I didn’t see it on my check-out summary. Pool was also dirty (gym on the pool tile).
- 2/5
I was not impressed. Some staff seemed oddly indifferent.

Decent location and view for affordable price Water was cold in the bathroom Restaurants were closed for no reason No AC control
- 4/5
I only gave 4 stars as the breakfast was nit worth the price. You get the same quality on a free continental breakfast at cheaper hotels. I expect better coffee and quality of food. Signia across the street has great quality food for the same price.
- 5/5
Great amenities and great staff
- 5/5
The stay was amazing and the property was fantastic
- 5/5
Everything was clean and orderly. Great location with multiple pools and lots of amenities.
- 4/5
The staff was great especially the bellhop and valet and reception people. No microwave
- 3/5
Couldn’t justify the price we paid. Room was nice. Checkin staff was friendly. But pools were so small. Lazy river smelled like urine. We ate at the pool restaurant and had horrible service — there were only 3 other tables eating? Hard to find an umbrella.
- 4/5
Our room had a view overlooking the pool on the 8th floor. We had a great view and enjoyed watching the fireworks every night. We also had a balcony that we enjoyed after picking up starbucks coffee down stairs in the morning. Perfect! Beds were comfortable and bed linens were nice. Room was spacious, and we had a nice sitting area in the king room. Towels were a little thin and shower needed some extra cleaning and maintenance. Other than that, I loved staying here! We enjoyed the pool, the grounds, and the easy uber ride to the parks if needed.
- 1/5
I did not like this hotel at all. The hallways smelled musty and did not have enough lighting. The bathroom did not have a bathtub, so I had to bathe my baby very uncomfortably. The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. I needed to use the hotel’s computer and printer, but I was never able to connect. I do not recommend this hotel at all!
- 3/5
The pool area needs some remodeling and cleaning.
- 4/5
Absolutely amazing, highly recommend to everyone we know but DO NOT fall for the timeshare presentation that is “1 hour, and you just watch a video and get $100” it took 2.5 hours, if we left before they finished they said we get nothing, it was actually a 25 min presentation then you are stuck with a very pushy salesman to haggle you on the timeshare and the different packages they offer. They lied saying they would extend our checkout time when I said I had to go, the desk said they don’t do that. They lied about how long it was and when we continued to say no they just saying “come on what about $50 it’s just $50. You can’t do $50??” very pushy and ruined our last morning at the hotel, if you’re approached by them run the other way!
- 5/5
Everything Absolutely nothing.

Bus times to Disney parks were not adequate, therefore had to Uber a few times.

- 4/5
Great place to stay visiting Disney.. Clean and comfortable, places to go and eat in the property, several pool. Food was excellent.
- 4.5/5
Different type of pools, place to grill, place is really nice for my kids (6, 8, 10 years old). No free breakfast.
- 5/5
It's a nice property. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Great hotel just a pain to get back to and out of the hotel

- 4/5
Room was very good Pillows
- 5/5
Everyone was very pleasant the hotel was really a nice place to stay we were able to see the fireworks.
- 5/5
The property was well-maintained. The staff was friendly. If I had to make a suggestion, it would only be that at least one of the pools and the hot tubs remain open past 11 o’clock for adults. The resort kind of shuts down before 11 P.M. every night and then there’s nothing to do.
- 5/5
We stayed at the Grand Orlando after staying at the Club Wyndham to extend our stay and I cannot say enough about their facilities and staff here. The beds and pillows were wonderful (especially when compared to the Club Wyndham) The restaurants and pools are awesome and the grounds are beautiful. Everything is easily accessible and the shuttles to and from the parks was a plus (Club Wyndham didn't provide shuttle service as advertised :( ) The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are in the Orlando area.
- 5/5
Beautiful room with lots of different style pools. Loved the lazy river and mini golf was fun.

- 3/5
It seems a little bit outdated but it was great overall
- 4/5
We stayed here before checking in at Disney. I personally feel it isn’t very accessible to those with mobility concerns (lots of small stone paths, steps, etc).
- 3/5
Great place and beautiful property but the staff is all about $$ and way over the top. Be careful.
- 5/5
Great hotel, great value.
- 3/5
The staff were excellent. The pros were the size of the room, the coffee shop in the lobby, the staff. The cons were the smell of weed, the rowdiness at the pool and the Disney shuttle schedule was so sparse and limited that we hardly used it.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
We enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks show from our balcony room. Housekeeping made our visit extra special with different towel art and stuffed animal care daily.
- 4/5
I didn't have an issue with my stay, only thing is i didn't need the upgrade because the view was a roof. i did have an issue with the toilet it was slightly fixed but besides that it was fine the morning bus driver to the parks was so pleasant and i hate i didn't see him before i left...
- 5/5
Awesome spot to stay as a family for a Disney trip

Clean room! Good Staff!!
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 1/5
Someone was smoking weed in a room next to us. The smell permeated the hall way. We alerted the staff multiple times. They told us security is handling it. But it happened again and again. We let the staff know each time. Would not recommend at all for this reason especially after paying more than what Expedia told us.

- 5/5
Great place and the location was very convenient.
- 5/5
Very nice place
- 5/5
Room was beautiful and we had a balcony that overlooked the lake. We stayed here after staying at the resort on the same property for 5 nights because the area and amenities are so fabulous, we didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is beautiful, has a great gym, awesome pools and a ton to do.
- 5/5
Great family stay right near Disney, with amenities available all around their small lake from the timeshare units surrounding it. Great tiki bar/restaurant. Other units had more pools, another bar, mini-golf and more. Would come back.
- 5/5
Great resort, my only complaint would be that the AC in the room was weak.
- 2/5
The towels were used, had makeup residue on them, and some were stained.
- 4/5
The staff was very polite, the room was clean, the layout of the hotel and all the pools was pretty confusing. Free shuttles to and from Disney attractions was a great bonus.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, easy location, but ice machines were out of order on each floor. Wish the pool/bar hours were open later. Great for a quick stay. Food at hotel was surprisingly good.
- 5/5
The staff was so helpful. They made us feel at home.
- 3/5
They charge me more then the advertised price
- 5/5
Pool and lazy river were great.
- 3/5
Not great. Parking is $42 per day!!
- 3/5
The staff was the most rude people I have ever met in 66 years!!! Will never stay there again!!!!
- 5/5
Very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was great.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Pools were nice, hotel extremely clean and staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Always an amazing stay
- 5/5
My husband and I loved this hotel! The staff members were so nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Very close to Disney property as well. We’d stay here again!
- 5/5
Best property in Disney
- 5/5
clean, many pools
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff
- 5/5
Great weekend getaway especially if you love lazy rivers!
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Large property. Rooms were average size, balcony faced parking lot so that was disappointing, food options weren’t as many as expected. Pizza was good and not pricy. Place looked fun if you are there with a group of kids, lots of pools that stayed open after dark. Front desk was helpful, Ben was super kind.
- 5/5
Nice environment
- 5/5
Well maintained hotel. Endless amenities. Secret find right next to disney with shuttles to the parks.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
Great resort
- 1/5
And the biggest reason we won’t go back is the hidden fees 3 night stay was 850.00 that we paid up front we get to hotel there is a 36.00 a day parking fee 300.00 resort fee need towels at the pool there is a towel fee per person per day The 4 day trip just at hotel put us over budget by 1000.00 would have never stayed there if we new about all the fees
- 4/5
Was there for business trip and didn’t use any of the amenities but still charged for resort fee
- 5/5
Other than the restaurant not opening until 5 PM, this property was excellent. The price point is spot on for an Orlando hotel.
- 5/5
The pool was enjoyable but we arrived a little late and swam in evening. It was not busy at all. We just went to one pool and hot tub and the arcade room. Room was comfortable and a quick stay.
- 5/5
Amenities were nice and the property was amazingly close to everything. Staff was unavailable and not too friendly
- 5/5
Beautiful resort property
- 2/5
The room was pretty dingy and housekeeping unresponsive. For the price - it needs an update!
- 5/5
Stayed for 4 nights and seriously never wanted to leave! Everything you wanted was at the resort or within distance. The shuttle to the parks was so convenient as well. Can’t wait to come back!
- 4/5
The outside grounds are very lovely and lots of pools to choose from. Beds can be a little bit more comfortable
- 5/5
Traveled with my family including 2 kids ages 11 and 7 and we all had a great time. The amenities were amazing and we can’t wait to go back.
- 5/5
Fun place for families
- 4/5
We had a balcony room with 2 queen beds. Beds were uncomfortable. I like a cold room and this was not. The air was blowing over the table and chairs and I feel like we couldn't feel it in the bed. No extra tissues and we ran out. Lots of seating. Good shower gel, shampoo, conditioner provided. Key card did not work at night to get the golf clubs and ball for minature golf. Shuffle board and corn hole not lit at night to play. Saw a small alligator in the lake, kids beware. Water slides not working. Before we came, there was a pool that was shut down for a private party so beware of that. Not many hotel staff to help or even answer the phone when calling from the room. Arcade games did not give out tickets. Starbucks closed at 6 pm. Our floor the 9th floor, ice machine broken. Don't forget you have a daily resort fee and a daily parking fee. We ate at the place overlooking the lake. Not much help in there. Food was OK. Pools need to be cleaned. Will I stay there again, NO.
- 5/5
Great Hotel!!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our one night stay, everything was clean and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Alexa Was There Throughout my Stay to Check in & Assist. I am a Single Floridian & This Spot Will be my Place Whenever I Come to Disney
- 5/5
Amazing location, pools were perfect, just need more food options
- 5/5
We had fun at the pool, the room was comfortable.
- 5/5
Great Price. Great Place.
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Loved everything! Enjoyed hours at the pools and relaxing on the lazy river. Lots to do, and there are several excellent places to eat. Must eat at Deep Blu Seafood and Grille.
- 5/5
My room was always spotless, staff was courteous, proximity and accessibility to area attractions was exceptional.
- 5/5
Nice and well run property. Perfect for families.
- 5/5
Shower took long to warm up
- 5/5
The pool was great but there are many tiles around the pool uneven and totally loose. Many people trip and almost fell, very dangerous and noticeably danger.
- 5/5
Na
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and close to everything
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Clean room but had to make up my own daughters bed! found staff a little unfriendly and the hotel is dated and seemed a little cold and not inviting.
- 5/5
Very nice resort with nice restaurants to eat at
- 3/5
This is not the 4 star hotel that it sells itself as. Everything is priced like it is, but the quality falls short. Our room wasnt ready until after 5pm. Room service is served in plastic trays - $40 to 60 entrees for room service should be plated. Housekeeping skipped us and we had to remind them. The decor is nice, but on closer exam not as clean as it should be. The pools are smaller than they appear and not the most pleasant.
- 5/5
Everything was incredible especially the staff. The only complaint we had was the bed was hard and so was the furniture in our room. Besides that it was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff was great! Had a great time
- 2/5
In addition, the hand towel holder in the bathroom sink was broken and kept falling down whenever you try to use the towel. Food wasn’t great either. We had a lunch by the pool restaurant and our food was mediocre at best but the prices were high. Last year we stayed at the Signia by Hilton and had a much better experience. So overall we are not satisfied with our stay at all.
- 5/5
Plenty of family activities on site, including miniature golf and two fun pool slides. A picturesque lake upon which to meander and view koi fish, turtles, ducks and other wildlife... did I mention you also get a nightly firework show, compliments of Disney's Magic Kingdom?!
- 4/5
Beautiful property, close to parks
- 3/5
Pools were enjoyable.
- 4/5
Decent resort style property. Plenty foe kids
- 5/5
The Room staff was excellent. Pool was fun
- 4/5
The pool area was very nice! The buffet breakfast was a little over priced for getting something other than Starbucks. The dinner cocktails at the restaurant were small and too much ice. Finished in just a few minutes.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant. We loved the mini golf area. Food was expensive for a single mom and 2 kids. Pool was OK and long walk to other pools, lazy river, etc.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Clean rooms. Excellent service.
- 1/5
This hotel was insanely packed - we traveled the 8 towers or whatever they were and could not find TWO chairs for our family of five. At $400/night that in excusable. I asked the staff about it and someone said 'yeah, it's always like that this time of year.' Doesn't that mean you should fix it?
- 5/5
Wish breakfast stayed open until 11. Otherwise great. Beautiful pool!
- 3/5
Clean, nice staff, housekeeping nice. I would NEVER stay here again. Being a foodie and with a person that needs to eat decent for health reasons, the restaurants were too few and not available. Open til 11 -- nope 9:30 no sushi, rest. closed on a Friday night. They had 2-3 conferences, closed the restaurants on days and closed the pool and access doors for another private event. We paid top dollar because it was spring month. Felt taken.
- 4/5
Found some items from previous occupants, fitted shots would not stay on bed, staff like always goes above and beyond, the downfall most everything is self serve, convenience store, which you have to have a room key to get in but that’s only for the other Bonnett Creek time share.
- 5/5
We loved this resort. It was beautiful and well maintained. It offered so much to do. Our children loved the multiple pool options. The slides and lazy river were a hit. The lake path was enjoyable to walk in the mornings and evenings. Staff were great and accommodated a very early check in. Easy parking and ability to get to so many local attractions. Although I definitely recommend a day just to enjoy the resort.
- 4/5
Other than those minor things, it was a really great resort!!! We had a blast!
- 3/5
I really wanted to love Bonnett Creek but I just couldn’t. It was just overcrowded to enjoy the amenities and was not what we expected. They seemed to be short staffed.
- 3/5
The resort is a little
- 5/5
Amazing Resort with lots to do, the property is well cared for and there is no shortage of food and fun.
- 5/5
Everything was as pictured and resort level quality
- 4/5
Other than the room mix up (we booked a balcony and at first they gave us a standard room) they fixed it quickly. The hotel itself is stunning will stay again.
- 4/5
The hotel is very dated. It was nice, just dated. The bathroom is very small and hard to move around, especially when trying to take care of kids. It was clean, just older.
- 4/5
Also, there were a number of other pools on the property but it wasn’t very clear if those were only for Club Wyndham guests or included Wyndham Grand guests too.
- 5/5
Ben was an amazing receptionist and was very informative about the property and what was needed to navigate throughout this property! I will definitely be visiting again in the future! Bar 1521 had amazing food and our waitress was amazing as well !
- 3/5
Pool was fine, too many out of control kids!
- 3/5
While all ameneties are available to Grand Wyndham guests, many are more catered for Club Wyndham and are harder to use. Such as towel kiosks and game kiosks that only open for Club Wyndham guests, so Grand Wyndham guests have to go to front desk to get things.
- 1/5
Not good
- 5/5
Excellent customer support. Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Attractive lobby and restaurants. Property attractive
- 5/5
Resort is very nice and very close to the Walt Disney parks. The staff was outstanding.
- 1/5
It’s alright
- 4/5
Loved the many different pools that were available.
- 5/5
WiFi was fine did not use shuttle. Love the pools
- 5/5
Love this place! Pool great and the amenities are wonderful! Starbucks right in the lobby and very close to the parks.
- 5/5

Excellent, amenities are abundant.
- 2/5
The carpet in the room was filthy! They ran out of pool towels. The cleaning crew did a poor job cleaning the room. The lines at Starbucks was 30min long with just 2 people working there. This hotel needs to do better!

- 5/5

- 5/5
Amazing hotel
- 3/5
The Grand Wyndham is a decent resort. We enjoyed the lazy river, mini-golf, arcade, and the restaurants. However, the staff needs to do a better job explaining a few things when staying at the hotel. There was no mention of certain areas being off-limits to hotel guests. Our room keys would not let us into one of the resort pools (only for timeshare Club members) and you are unable to use your key to get towels from the towel kiosks. You have to be staying at The Club and have one of the wrist bands with the fob. Same applies to the golf club kiosk...And the bathroom too! You might need to use one, but your room key will not let you in. This was incredibly inconvenient. The snooty Frenchman at The Club said that they are "2 separate entities, so no towel will be provided by The Club." I thought it would be a better fit to stay at The Hotel because you are closer to the restaurants. We were only staying a few nights and did not need full kitchens. The hotel was only slightly less in cost, so it makes no sense why we would get different treatment. The room was clean, but the shower was gross. The water would not drain, so had to stand in a foot of water when taking showers. Also, the Wyndam should have toiletries like lotion bottles in the vanity area.
- 5/5
Close to many attractions.
- 5/5
Clean and everything smelled so fresh
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The carpet needed a little love but still felt clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows on the bed were great! The room was stocked with the basics like shampoo, body was, conditioner, hairdryer, coffee and 2 water bottles. The staff were always pleasant and kind. The Spa was great! We loved the grounds and walking around the lake. It was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Very unfriendly room was not ready at 4 PM. Had to wait an additional one hour requested for them to comp my Parking, which they did however felt like other things could have been offered. Would never stay there again very bad experience.
- 5/5
I reserved a lake front room and it did not disappoint! It was a beautiful room on the 6th floor overlooking the pool and the lake - fabulous view! The staff was courteous and the entire property was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
What a gem of a hotel, the property was immaculate, the pools perfectly heated in Feb, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurants on site were great and the bartenders even better!
- 2/5
Restaurant choices are very very slim. Way too expensive anyway!
- 5/5
Clean room! The amenities were amazing, pool, fun to walk around and check out all the different things going on!! The only thing I did not like was the Starbucks in the lobby, there was a huge wait at 7:30 am, it was poorly run and needed to have better management to keep the line moving efficiently.
- 5/5
Nice hotel quiet room, pool time at a choice of multiple pools too
- 5/5
The room was excellent. However, I am dissatisfied with the manner in which one of the Valley Parking staff members approached me.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Worst service. So unfriendly. Lacks amenities. The list goes on.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The hotel overall atmosphere was delightful
- 4/5
The breakfast options were disappointing for our conference. The lack of protein was noticed by many of us, and our coworker who was gluten free had very few options other than fruit. However, we were very happy to see the great options for lunch! The food was amazing and the wait staff were very helpful!
- 5/5
Great pool, amenities, location
- 5/5
Room was clean. Grounds kept up well.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The staff was extremely courteous, and the Bonnet Creek location is very convenient to visit the Disney Parks. The blankets provided were rough and not comfortable and the room had a lot of wear. Overall it was quiet and pleasant. I'd recommend bringing your own blankets.
- 5/5
It was perfect!!
- 5/5
Room was great and service too
- 5/5
Very nice room. Staff was very accommodating. Resort had a lot of things to do.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
A beautiful and quiet resort, room was huge.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable room. Excellent staff. Good dining options. Only criticism was that most of the cardio machines in the gym were broken.
- 5/5
Room was great! Clean and comfortable. The staff was kind with smiles
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel
- 5/5
Clean and staff great
- 5/5
Great facility
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Friendly crew. Excellent restaurant.
- 5/5
Everything was nice. Staff were courtious and there always seemed to be someone available to answer any questions. Really nice place, very clean
- 5/5
They tried to charge me for parking but guest services waived it. The place is enormous!!!! Lots of amenities. Feeding the fish in the pond was a really cool experience.
- 5/5
Rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The rooms and hotel are very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was a pleasant experience.
- 5/5
Location was just minutes away from Disney Springs and Epcot. The room was clean and staff was attentive. Easy parking option with self parking at the garage or option to valet.
- 5/5
Had to ask 4 times for the bed linens for the pull out couch finally arrived to the room after 11pm the kids were asleep on the bed everyone was awake after we moved them to the couch. The next morning asked the maid for 2 more coffee pods and she said it was too late checkout was in 30 minutes. So For the price I am disappointed that at the very least we could have got another cup of coffee after all we dint get everyone back to sleep till after midnight. Very unhappy!
- 4/5
The low number of shuttles to the parks. The lack of flexibility on not giving me room by the elevator and ice machine.
- 1/5
Horrible
- 5/5
Room was very clean, the staff were helpful, the property was very well kept and we had an amazing time. Loved the fireworks from our room!!
- 4/5
Very nice staff, good food.

Excellent, and comfortable accommodations. Clean room, helpful staff and free Wi-Fi, all the comforts that make a trip away from home good. There way one slight problem with communication. When I asked about shuttle services to the theme park, I was given the times but not the location to be picked up so I missed the shuttle pick up.
- 2/5
Place has a tons of fees, they're not included in the price. Nowhere near as nice as the picture.
- 3/5
The facility was very nice. There were some hidden charges upon checkout. The food at all the venues was fair. Would not stay there again.
- 4/5
Had to call to get more coffee and cups every morning
- 5/5
Awesome bed and pillows!
- 5/5
There are different dining places and lots to do for kids. We had an amazing time.
- 5/5
Very good view. Service is not excellent
- 5/5
The staff was exceptionally welcoming
- 4/5
I enjoyed access to the many pools at the resort/property. There were activities, including a visitor/presentation from Gatorland. We got steak for room service, and it was excellent!
- 4/5
Everything was good. Only inconvenience bar and restaurant schedule. They were closed at 10 pm.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great amenities, great staff with excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The hotel was a bit hard to find as there’s a similarly named resort close by. That said the campus is lovely, walkable, lots of options for dining or drinks.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Clean room, beautiful property. Excellent staff. Very friendly.
- 4/5
The hotel and surrounding area was amazing but we did have to call the front desk TWICE for housekeeping. No one came to clean/restock the room.
- 2/5
I left didnt stay there
- 5/5
Room was great, multiple pools and places to eat on site made the visit more enjoyable
- 5/5
Clean room and the staff was always helpful.
- 4/5
Really appreciated the daily transfers to and from the various Disney parks and the knowledgeable drivers.
- 4/5
We had 'house keeping' included daily but they didn't actually do daily and even though it was scheduled for the morning they really could come anytime during that day. You can't really walk to anywhere from this resort only within the resort you can visit other neighboring hotels but otherwise you need to have a car or taxi to anything else.
- 3/5
1st room we received the carpet was soaked. No microwaves in rooms.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent with the exception of the staff at the pool he disappeared for over 45 min and there were no towels available. The breakfast where excellent but some people came down in their pajamas I would like some kind of dress code that also happens at dinner time at the bar at the pool no service for 40 minutes and 15+ youths sitting at the tables with just the bikin tops and the towels on the tables. Don’t know if some were over 18 or 20 yo . They where not a part of the hotel due to their towels where different. It was around 7 pm and a lot of the hotels guests just tried to have dinner . The service the evnong before was excellent but this Sunday as I stated we were waiting for the hostess for 30-40 min . The server came after 20 min the food took over 50 min just very disappointed. Otherwise the other staff at the hotel was very polite and service was great . I did pay $ 76.67 more than my bill just wanted to know what I got charged for that’s all
- 2/5
The staff was great! The issue was the room. We stayed in room 1119 which the toilet must have had pipe issues as there was a whistle every few minutes which kept waking us up throughout the night. The bathroom smelled of mold in general. I hope these issues to this room are addressed before placing other guests in room.
- 5/5
Pool rules too strict
- 3/5
A
- 3/5
The room is confortable and nearby the Disney theme park. However, the front desk attitude and room service quality is not as good. The cleaner just randomly put
- 4/5
Good pools. Good rooms.
- 5/5
Great staff and welcoming environment!
- 5/5
The pool was very refreshing. Clean and warm
- 5/5
Amenities
- 4/5
The hotel is on a time share resort and you can use all 7 pools which was a nice perk. Extra sink in the room which was nice. Positives - good breakfast buffet, large room, good pools to include 2 lazy rivers, 2 different water slides, pirate ship pool, bunk beds if your kids like that as a treat or you can get a balcony (can’t do both). Extra sink in the room outside of the bathroom area. Fridge, safe, ironing board, coffee maker that for the life of me I couldn’t figure out. Negatives- thin cheap pool and bath towels, no bath amenities beyond shampoo, conditioner and body wash in containers in the shower, no blankets on the bed just multiple sheets, bunk beds have a sheet and a thin waffle style blanket. No extra bedding in room for the pull out sofa bed. Tv broken in the bunk bed area. No scotch at the pool bars (husband problems lol) however good beer choices.
- 5/5
Staff were great, room and amenities were clean!
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great location! Easy to drive to each Disney park. This was our second time staying here and we would come back again. The room with the bunk beds was good for our family of five. Great value and nice property.
- 5/5
Julio helped fix the room service issue & the front desk was phenomenal, very kind & professional, I have no complaints.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
We enjoyed the location and the overall experience of the hotel. The only thing we would suggest is to offer more frequent shuttles to and from the parks. The timinng of the shuttle ot Magic Kingdom and Epcot was very sparse/spread out and did not allow a trip back to the hotel to swim and relax and then go back to the parks.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room
- 4/5
Yes Room was very clean
- 5/5
Easy transportation to Disney Parks was what we needed for this vacation. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything went great! The staff was kind and helpful, the entertainment was great. The food and drinks were great. Had a wonderful experience and i would recommend to anyone who is visiting Orlando
- 5/5
Staff is always great
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Amenities were great. Hotel staff was super nice. Second stay here and both stays were excellent.
- 4/5
Room could use updating - some stains and worn furniture. Hallway was dark and musty smelling.
- 5/5
Quick getaway. It was too cold to use the pool but the view was great. Always enjoy our stay at Bonnet Creek.
- 5/5
Just spent the night but the room and hotel were perfect!
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Everything was excellent.
- 5/5
Great staff and great location.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Everything was great - location, staff, cleanliness, etc.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean and the staff was polite. The bunk room was spacious and the view was fantastic including a perfect view of the fireworks. My mom was able to lay in bed and watch them! We did the buffet breakfast one morning and we all enjoyed it. We did not use the hotel shuttle but they did provide us a flyer with the times it ran to/from each park/destination. Pool was heated and my children were able to swim even in December. We did not receive pool bands at check-in (others in our travel party did) and I saw other guests wearing them but no one ever stopped us from entering the pool area. We did not attempt to use the Club Wyndham amenities though, not sure if that's what the band was for. Overall very happy with our stay, love that it's located on property and would stay again.
- 5/5
This resort is beautiful, clean, and simply amazing. We had a lake view family suite. 2 queen beds and a bunk bed space. Our room was huge and fit all 6 of us comfortably (2 adults, 4 kids). The food was great, the drinks were great, the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was great, beautiful resort
- 5/5
There were a few hiccups however the way the staff handled it was outstanding the food and all of the restaurants was delicious and the service and all of the restaurants and other amenities that we did use was awesome. We would definitely say here again.
- 5/5
Spacious room and many activities/amenities. One of our favorite places to stay in the area.
- 4/5
The Wyndham was a great place to stay! Our family really enjoyed so many things about our stay! It was the first time staying here, yet still on Disney property and felt so close to everything! Short drive to Epcot, short drive to the palms and Disney springs! Vallet was quick, grabbing our vehicle so often and being so respectful. Coffee shop was very handy. Front desk staff were always helpful and friendly. As far as the in room accommodations - that is why not a 4*, the coffee machine and type of coffee left were not of quality, many many stains on the carpets, the bedding was minimal and no extra sets of linens left in room (thin sheet and coverlet, no heavy blanket) the bunk bedding was same - very thin sheet with very small thin fleece coverlet. The Bunk room was very handy to have, but again very dated cubby attached, TV didn't work all of the time, and mattresses were very thin and poor quality. Overall, the resort itself was exactly what we needed and we enjoyed being here!!!
- 5/5
Nothing stood out, it was just good customer service from every staff member that I encountered.
- 5/5
Everything was good would be excellent if the customer service at the time for check in will be more happy and open to question
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Balcony view, breakfast and room space
- 4/5
Nice big room and great view
- 2/5
Rooms were dark, dingy, stuffy, and in need of renovation. It worked for a one night stay before transferring to a Disney resort, but would not be happy here for a longer duration. We had dinner at the Back Bay Grill, service was good, but the food tasted stale and freezer burnt. Overall, would not return and would not recommend.
- 2/5
It’s a good property that is close to all of Disney world parks and shops.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Yikes. Everyone there was nice, but this hotel needs serious work. 4 stars is a stretch. Rooms are hopelessly outdated, the shower drain had hair clogging it, the bed wasn't comfortable--I wouldn't stay again. Caters to families who are looking for the amenities and proximity to parks which is a bonus, but not worth it.
- 5/5
Great room, great service but too expensive
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were so quiet. The staff was great!
- 3/5
Staff was great and I had a good view. But overall, not a really high-quality room, amenities, and also cleanliness was mid. The hole inside the sink was moldy. The conditioner button wouldn't pour.
- 5/5
Loved the hot tub!
- 2/5
Room was freezing and the heat would not turn on. Was being repaired as we were leaving. Parking fees were excessive.
- 1/5
Refused to refund or credit me. Also refused to transfer the room into my family member’s name.
- 5/5
Easy check in, professional staff, clean room and nice grounds around hotel. Everyone is nice and want to assure your having a great time.
- 2/5
Room was dirty. Mattress had blood stains where you can see a previous bed bug infestation happened. Didnt see bugs our stay, but that was enough to ruin it for me. Shower water was cold half the time. Charged a resort fee and parking fee that cost more than the nightly room rate, even when you self park. Only thing we loved was the Starbucks downstairs did have great coffee and was cheaper than a typical Starbucks. However, we will not be going back and do not recommend.
- 5/5
Spacious and close to the parks
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Staff has always been nice as well… ONLY thing we didn’t like was that we have a neighbor on our floor, and their dog keeps barking a lot… every morning… wish there was a way to isolate the family with pets so others can get a better sleep. It was really disappointing.
- 4/5
We were charged for parking three nights instead of only the two that we stayed. Trying to figure out how to be reimbursed for that. Also, lines for coffee were a bit long and it was sad for my kids that there was no fish food.
- 1/5
The front staff was rude and not very helpful. We were sent to the wrong room. The TV and fridge were broken. Do not recommend.
- 1/5
Hotel is very outdated. We arrived at 4:45 and room was not ready. Upon check-in attendant didn’t give us bracelets for resort, pre purchased breakfast tickets, or WiFi password/instructions. Bunk beds were only “made”/ fixed 4 nights out of the 7. Room was very dusty, bathroom towel bar/holder kept falling and they did NOT refill the shower gel the last two days!! Two days with no shower gel (and we left daily tips for housekeeping). Overall, I found the price too elevated for the service we received
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother to them. Rooms were cleaned and stocked. Restaurant downstairs in lower level was great for breakfast and they had a very nice Thanksgiving buffet. We will be back again.
- 5/5
Clean room, kind staff, and excellent amenities. Excellent location and shuttle service to the park.
- 5/5
10/10 everything was amazing from valet staff to pool dining
- 5/5
The staff.
- 4/5
it was as expected. wish they were upfront about about resort fees
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. Staff was amazing
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 4/5
Beautiful properties with many activities, restaurants, etc. around small body of water. Multiple themed pools, friendly staff. Work of caution though, watch for self parking ($32/day) and resort fees ($40/day) in addition to what you pay if you book through Expedia.
- 5/5
Yes. The room was beautiful, the staff was gracious, and the property was beautiful. We were amazed at all of the extras the hotel offered. We took advantage of the hot tub and arcade after a day at the park. We will be back.
- 5/5
So close to everything
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Romm was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
Fantastic resort with tons to do. Highly recommended!
- 1/5
Room smelled
- 2/5
Could be cleaner. Unknown fees were charged and not removed
- 4/5
If I go again to Orlando, possibly will prefer Hyatt Regdncy.
- 2/5
Too expensive, check in was not pleasant.
- 5/5
Beautiful facility, excellent gym and pool area. Room was clean and very friendly and helpful staff! 10 out of 10
- 5/5
Great vacation resort
- 3/5
When we arrived they told us that our room wasn’t ready and that they would call us. And when asked if we could have a crib placed in the room they stated “some other family is probably
- 3/5
the room was clean and orderly... the soap dispenser was broken in the shower... and the pop up in the sink was broken all else was in order BUT.. we went to arcade and my wife wanted to play pac-man... we paid for the $10.00 for tickets... the game was broken we went to the main desk and was told after consulting with the manager "that is not our problem, it belongs to a 3 party vendor" this is a bit cheesy. I'm disappointed in Wyndham Grand to loose a reputation over a cheesy $10.00..but every one looks at the value of there reputation different. To me my "word" and "reputation" is worth much more than &10 bucks isn't yours?.
- 3/5
The property is clean and well-organized, but the amenities are of poor quality.
- 5/5
Exceptional service!
- 5/5
Room was really nice
- 5/5
Clean room, and friendly staff, and upgraded to a suite ◡̈
- 5/5
Great hotel close to the parks. Excellent service.
- 5/5
Clean hotel and close to Disney!
- 5/5
Great hotel, fantastic room with a view and friendly staff . We even got our room upgraded so it was fantastic Great experience!
- 5/5
Great Valet staff. Loved all the pool/hot tub options!
- 5/5
Very professional
- 4/5
The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Best
- 4/5
There were no blankets in the room, shampoo etc was not great quality Service was okay- not great
- 5/5
Beautiful, staff was great also
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
Room not super clean. Mold on windows. Bed cover dirty
- 4/5
Didn't use the ammentaties. Breakfast was way overpriced with no other options available other than the buffet. The room was a bit musty smelling and could use a more thorough cleansing. I did like the convince of the shuttle service to the parks. The bus was also very dirty. The hotel staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent stay.
- 4/5
Convenient to Disney, nice hotel and quiet.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 1/5
Despite paying extra for early check-in, our room’s toilet did not work upon arrival. When I reported this, the hotel staff did not offer a new room and initially treated the issue as a low priority. Only after I disclosed that I have a medical condition requiring bathroom access did they send maintenance. We were told the issue was fixed after waiting an hour, but when we returned at 1:00 a.m., the toilet was still broken. We were then moved to another room in the middle of the night—without assistance carrying our luggage—and did not finish moving until nearly 3:00 a.m. The second room also had plumbing problems, with a continuously clicking toilet and a bathtub that took nearly an hour to drain. Even after receiving a late checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door well before the original checkout time, waking us up and rushing us unnecessarily. This stay was extremely disruptive and far from what I paid for. Given the multiple unresolved maintenance issues and the stress it caused, I am requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience and lost value of my stay.
- 5/5
Overall a very nice resort that is not Disney. Price was okay compared to Disney. Room was clean ,staff was nice
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, plent
- 5/5
Large rooms and lots to do nearby!
- 5/5
The resort was nice. Had an issue with one staff member being unprofessional, however. Other than that, all else was good.
- 5/5
Just one issue bugs on the sleeper. But they comp the parking.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The property was beautiful and staff was friendly
- 3/5
Hotel had a terrible smell when we walked in. Like a burnt oil. It made all of our hair smell so bad. Hallway smelled musky Shower curtain had a bad smell. Just overall didn’t seem so clean
- 4/5
Rhe hot water
- 5/5
Very clean and the front desk persons are very nice.
- 5/5
Amazing experience
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Navigating property is very confusing
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Have stayed here 3 times in the last six months. Love the easy access to all things Disney. Breakfast options were really great. Pool is wonderful. I think parking is expensive compared to other places in the area- even Disney hotels are less.
- 5/5
Nice spacious room
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
I enjoyed the numerous hot tubs so they were not over crowded
- 5/5
Excellent property. Enjoyed the pool.
- 5/5
The shuttle bus from the hotel to the parks was beyond our expectations. That bus arrived on time every morning and evening. But, in particular, I must compliment the morning driver, Nelson. That man is the bomb!! Funny, played great music, explained everything to us about pick up time, and where to wait. He gave us helpful tips to make the shuttle service unstressed. We’re still talking about him!!!! Love that guy❤️
- 4/5
Great resort for families. 5 pools, 2 water slides,2 splash pads, 2 lazy Rivers, a dozen hot tubs. Arcades. Daily parking fee/resort fee. Extra $500+ for 7 nights. Nice walkable resort, nice to take the dock around and pool hop. Really close to Disney Parks and Disney springs. Could see Epcot fireworks every night from hotel window.
- 4/5
This is a nice resort located near Disney Springs. Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was welcoming upon our arrival. There's a separate garage to park your car if you're not interested in using the valet, although you'll still be charged.
- 5/5
Great resort. Lots of amenities and awesome pool
- 2/5
The website says room service served until 11 but was told by the rude front desk girl that it was until 9. The sign in the lobby says until 11 as well. When I mentioned that to her she paused and said quickly they were in the middle of fixing that. (doubt it) I told her that I was diabetic and needed to eat something to take medicine and she got silent and didn't have any answers. Didn't really seem to care about anything but a pay check. There wasn't a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, we got the left over from whoever was there before us. Room not vacuumed.
- 1/5
Come back down again and we still have to wait for the security to open the door for us which is understandable, what dissappoint me is that the next day we were trying to get breakfast finding out they still haven't fix the door. Such a disappointment, no compensation either. Not recommended.
- 5/5
Room was clean, great view of the pool area, skyliner, and Epcot fireworks. Pool bar area is large, great food and great staff. Close to all the parks and Disney Springs. Always a positive interaction with any staff.
- 5/5
Nice rooms. Great location
- 5/5
Clean room nice view
- 3/5
Great stay, vallet parking was unorganized and shower + had problems draining and with water.
- 2/5
We have visited this hotel several times and this trip fell very short. The pool was freezing and the music was so loud around the pool you had to yell to hold a conversation, we could also hear the music from our 10th floor room when the balcony door was closed. The new menu at Deep Blu seafood was limited and everything we ordered was under seasoned. The coffee and ice cream cafe closed at 3pm on a Saturday, they no longer offer the smores kits for kids around the fire pit in the evening. There are no longer any lawn toys by the pool to enjoy. The staff in the gift shop were less than helpful and on was rude. I asked if they had KitKat bars and he looked at me blank faced and said “what you see is what we have”. The breakfast buffet had limited offerings for the $29 per person price tag and the day we were there the strawberries were about 2 days past looking edible. It would also be nice to order breakfast al a cart. We live in Florida and come to Orlando for little staycations a few time a year and this resort will no longer be on our list.
- 5/5
Great hotel!!!
- 5/5
Great spot when staying off property at Disney.
- 5/5
Clean, and all of the staff was happy to help and very kind!!
- 5/5
Very nice thank you
- 5/5
It was great thank you
- 5/5
Very nice. Clean
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. We stay here every time we visit Orlando. The accommodations provided are amazing.
- 4/5
Clean amenities. Broke. Arcades room. Running water in room was warm and not drinkable
- 5/5
We had a great visit
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional during our stay. Always willing to help and answer questions. I would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 5/5
Great location to the Disney Resorts with included Bus rides to the parks. Prepare to pay Resort fee of $40 and $35 self park daily in addition to your booking. Staff was friendly and courteuos. Wish they had a microwave in the room tho
- 5/5
The resort is clean, convenient, and safe.
- 5/5
Great stay! The front desk staff was exceptional.
- 5/5
Always our best choice for when visiting the Disney Parks.
- 5/5
Well organized. Plenty of food and recreation options including bus transport to the parks and back.
- 5/5
Every thing was clean and quite
- 5/5
Simple check in, friendly employees!
- 4/5
The rooms that I booked were clean
- 5/5
Great housekeeping staff
- 5/5
Loved my stay!!
- 3/5
It was ok
- 5/5
We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.
- 5/5
Everything was nice. I love that you have many options for pool area. Lazy river was a plus. Food option was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Will likely book this again. Loved the property and ease of use to get to and from Disney.
- 5/5
The pool was quiet and peaceful. Room was very clean. Nice bedding. Staff was great.
- 4/5
This is a wonderful property ideally located near the parks and Disney Springs, right on Disney property. It offers a great price for such a prime location. However, we did notice that the shower in our room was filled with hair and hadn't been cleaned properly.
- 3/5
Furniture needs to updated. Rooms were fine. Understaffed at pool area.
- 3/5
The pools were very nice, but unfortunately I noticed a decline in the overall quality of the hotel compared to my previous stay a few years ago. Some areas of the property feel a bit neglected. For example, the accessible door was out of order during my entire stay, the windows outside my room were extremely dirty with green mold—making the lake view I paid for less enjoyable—several ice machines on different floors were not working, the TVs in the room were not functioning, and there were other small details that made a noticeable difference in my experience.
- 3/5
This property is nice. However, the remote in the room didnt work and when I called down to the front desk to get a new one after 45 mins of waiting I just gave up. The next morning the remote was on the floor outside the door. The morning I went to the concierge to find out about the shuttle the gentlemen I approached was busy on his cell phone. When I asked about the shuttle for the Disney Halloween thing I was simple told we dont do shuttles at night. Instead of being helpful and offer other solutions I just walked away the not caring attitude was not worth my time.
- 3/5
Doors to the pool are not properly identified. Music was too loud. It needs to be renovated.
- 4/5
We came to Orlando to visit Disney world. The hotel was cute but the food was not very good. We had the breakfast at Tesoro cove which was about 30ish$ a person buffet style. It got the job done and was convenient but there is way better food options outside the resort if you are able to leave the premises. We also tried the deep blue grille and that was so nasty. We got a burger, the hummus platter, and the buffalo wings. All was so nasty and the tab as 200$. It automatically charged a gratuity of 30$ and our service was not good because they were busy with little amount of staff. Overall, the hotel had a perfect location for theme parks, staff was available if you needed them, and clean. It got the job done for what we needed it for.
- 2/5
This property is sad, there once was a time when it was clean and beautiful, the carpets are worn and stained, and fraying, the tiles are showing grey black dirt and the grout is dirty in main areas, there is dirt mold and other accumulation of organic matter around all entrances, the elevator entry from garage is dirty and needs to be power washed at every floor level of the garage. Reception was quick and easy. The elevators have broken tiles, the linens in the bathroom are old and ratty and not the same quality they once were at this hotel. I will not likely stay here again with the cost of parking and resort fee, the Grand Hotel is just a Hotel, the Grand is gone. The price point for this hotel does not match what other hotels in the same area are offering as far as cleanliness and facility improvements and linens.
- 5/5
This is hotel is part of a large group of Wyndham buildings, many being timeshares, though this building is a hotel through and through. Rooms are nice and updated very comfortable. The pool area is nice and lots of different pools to pick from for kids to adults. Really liked the splash pad across the lake for the kids, and a few slides too. This is the type of resort that you could spend a day or two at and not need to leave with the pools, mini-golf, playgrounds etc.. It is a bit too quite for my liking at night, though there are some dinning options past say 9pm. And very easy to get to Disney from here.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Great price for such a nice hotel. The room was spacious and check in was a breeze.
- 5/5
This was a beautiful property, we did valet service and it was very convenient. Close to Epcot and most Disney resorts where our grandchildren were staying.
- 5/5
great property
- 2/5
I ended up staying at another hotel with family. Not a great experience for what I paid for.
- 5/5
The garage parking was a bit confusing as to entrance to lobby is accessible through different areas. Also, the self parking is a bit high priced. The view of the room was not one that I was expecting. ( garage view )
- 3/5
the hot tub clock was broke tiles off the tub felt dirty- the towels were so thin to dry from and small. The front desk check in person gave false information about my charges. very upsetting. and paying for parking on top of the rates to stay in your facility. absolutely absurd!! control it by card enter and exit but charging is so wrong. the beds had no decorative to them usually you have a colorful foot cover to give it some color NOTHING on your beds. and NO MICROWAVE in the room.. WHY!! just the amount you pay for a room it was lacking what some other NON resort hotel/motels provide. And the fact that our toilet stopped working was icing on the cake. yes they fixed it but seriously. Had to go to the main floor first thing in the morning to use a bathroom was not cool.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room, several restaurants onsite including by the pool. Very close to Disney Springs and EPCOT.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Everyone very kind. 4 star on room cleanliness only because the bathroom floor along SIDE of vanity not clean…..I dropped a towel and when I picked it up lots of dust bunnies and hair……however…not the end of the world. I received extra water when I asked for it which was great. The tub/shower did not drain the fastest but again, not the end of the world. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again. I do think the resort fee is excessive ….using the pools or the gym is part of staying at a hotel!
- 3/5
Simple property
- 3/5
Nice resort, $35 parking fee per night, a few things could use some updating on the rooms.
- 5/5
Great everything!
- 5/5
The room and the employées were very helpful and the transportation to the disney parks was excellent
- 3/5
Room amenities were under-whelming. In reality, they were pretty basic.

The property is beautiful and beautifully maintained. Room was spacious enough for my handicap scooter to maneuver. Pool area and poolside bar/restaurant were great!

Great!

Loved the area and how many hotels in one area, it was beautiful
- 3/5
Staff seemed not to be trained on housekeeping. Everything else was okay.
- 3/5
I enjoyed the variety of pools. I didn’t like how expensive the food and drinks were. And the timeshare tour representative was TOO aggressive!

Great Lake view

I honestly was really disappointed in this hotel. I only needed one night before transferring to my Disney hotel and read some great reviews about this one. It looked beautiful and had lots of pools, but the service was such a let down. It took 45 minutes for us to get our bags when we were told they would be “right up” and w head hot food on there too. When we called about it, the guy had an attitude and said it was a full -service hotel when we said we would have just brought them up ourselves.

The property was beautiful the staff just wasn't welcoming.
- 4/5
It was near the parks and I loved that it was pet friendly.

Pools n outdoor activities for families
- 5/5
What a great, affordable place to stay near Disney! The kids loved the pools, waterslides, and you couldn’t beat seeing the fireworks every night. The pond had beautiful fish & it was a beautiful facility overall. The transportation to & from the parks was reliable & convenient. We’d definitely return!

Great place to stay!
- 1/5
We checked out hours after checking in on same day we arrived. Room had a view of a giant air handler. The bathroom door was warped and required an act of god to open and close. Dismissive and rude front desk reception when informing them we were going to check out due the room. Too bad, was really looking forward to trying the restaurants but will not bother returning based on this experience. Being a holiday weekend I understand that new accomodations may not be possible but the lack of give an F is really disappointing for a Wyndam Grand Hotel. Had a much better experience at the Wyndam Garden over by Disney Springs.. Looks like we may be getting charged for 3 nights of parking so might need to look into that once the charges are finalized.

Pools are too far apart

Great place to stay. Clean, convenient and nice facilities
- 5/5
We loved our stay. And so did our 2-year-old! We will definitely be coming back for future travel
- 3/5
Resort amenities were nice but our room was dated. Carpet was dirty and bathroom is small. Daily parking rate is also high considering there’s a daily resort fee.
- 5/5
Close to the attractions so would stay again
- 5/5
We love this place every year for a few years now. You don’t even have to leave the grounds to have an amazing vacation. Highly recommend.

I never stay anywhere else. Consistently great and close to everything Disney

Worst experience ever. We rather miss our conference that stay here

Our family loved the amenities, especiallybthe diffetent pools in the complex. Staff wetr all friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the variety of food pools rivers and common areas
- 5/5
It was very tranquil and comfortable. I enjoyed it very much. Especially my morning walks around the waterfall lake with the many different ducks walking up to me as well as the Koi Fish.

Too high was still renovating

Love my stay this is my fourth time! I wish we would have more towels in the bathrooms. Overall I liked my trip and will be back.
- 4/5
Lovely and friendly staff, great food!
- 4/5
The room was clean. Pools and lazy rivers are nice!
- 4/5
Great place I would go back. Booked last minute trip for kid birthday to Disney..lazy river was fun for kid lots of alcoholic drinks and empty cups around.. They don’t answer their phones at front desk, I was hung up on twice out of sheer ignorance, Otherwise fairly acceptable facilities, fun place and generally clean compared to town. Shuttle driver during the day is great he needs full blown recognition does his job well. Beats a Holiday Inn!
- 1/5
You can hear your neighbors loud and clear. Kept us up. You have to pay for parking and your charged a daily resort fee for nothing. Not a good choice
- 4/5
Property was great overall. My only issue is the parking fee is outlandish, $36 everyday to park your own car is excessive especially if you already have to pay a resort fee on top of that. Also when we arrived there was no WiFi available for the first 3 days of our trip.
- 4/5
Food options were decent but expensive.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean staff very welcoming! Restaurants great food!

Extremely disappointed that buffet breakfast was not available. Spent $115 on breakfast and still left hungry. FYI- The drinking fountains down by the bus stop do not work. Same as last year. They turn on ok then immediately the water drops so that you can not drink from them- at all. Last year was like this as well. Aside of this, this hotel is amazing. We love staying here as a young couple, and now with elementary age kids. So many activities and options around the resort complex. We appreciate the dedicated bus to Disney area. This year we even stayed here though we were not doing any theme parks. Instead we went to the Disney shopping/dining/entertainment area twice. Kids love the bunk bed rooms. They visited so many resort pools and lazy rivers throughout, but their favorite with our own hotel pool. Fireworks from the theme park while swimming is an amazing experience! I'd absolutely choose this hotel for any Disney related stay, or even if you are not theme parking. Amazing place that we've been returning to for years. FYI- The pirate ship waterslide pool in the next tower has great snack options for pool time- even Icee machines. Wish we had known sooner!

No blanket in room. No microwave. Hair in bathtub.
- 5/5
Had a great time exploring the properties and all the amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Is our 3rd time in the same hotel, and all very well.
- 3/5
It was a stain on the sheet and they was not good in communication when it comes to fees and holding deposits in which I never received what I was quoted.
- 5/5
By far one of the best Wyndham properties! The walking trail is unrivaled, perfect for you and your fur baby :)
- 4/5
Great overall stay but charged 40 dollar per night for resort fee but no internet connection access for three days, entire time of my stay. When I asked about fee and no internet available. When I asked about this they said it wasn’t their fault. They still were good with charging me the “daily resort fee”.

Nice area

Beds were not made too well, besides that everything was fine. 20 year veteran of this bonnet creek resort. Love it

My family had a blast.

Great weekend getaway
- 2/5
Good evening the staff was ok. Some weren’t good at all. A few not thorough. I had a package delivered Saturday morning. The 3 people there didn’t know where it was. Yet when I came back that night. The 2 ladies immediately found it. We had no comforter the 1st two nights. Had to sleep with sheets after repeatedly asking. Then our closet door was off track. The tv was fuzzy and we couldn’t watch it.

Main dining room, sushi bar and room service were closed temporarily
- 3/5
I loved the place! The atmosphere is amazing, and the people were friendly and welcoming. However, we did experience a delay at check-in we arrived right at 4 p.m., but didn’t get our room until after 6 p.m. After a long trip, waiting over two hours was tough. Thankfully, we were offered some breakfast to hold us over, which was a nice gesture. Despite that hiccup, we had a really great weekend overall. The weather was beautiful, the location was stunning, and we’d definitely come back again!

I liked the rooms, the lobby, the pool and the landscape

Bed was comfortable, but ac wouldn’t go down. Quite a few food options but wish some had later hours. Chocolate cake was superb. Couldn’t always get hot water in shower. Had to wait til later and then it worked. Spa was fantastic. Wonderful customer service.

Staff was professional and friendly! Bed room was nice and convenient to hotel restaurants. The pool area needs to be upgraded

Sheets were not

Poor service overall. Bed was like laying on concrete. Hard to sleep in past 6am with doors constantly slamming and people talking in the hallway.

Best

Pools were super fun for kids, liked having access to them all. Room was decent. Areas around the pools were pretty smelly and gross, and the food was 2x more expensive than it should have been. Dinner at the bar/restaurant outside was not good at all and $90 for two.
