Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

The location is great, but it is an average hotel with small, older rooms. The staff did not acknowledge our arrival. We had to try to make eye contact with one of the five staff at the desk. Our check-in took forever. We were later told that the hotel had just installed a new computer system, but no one made the effort to alert me to that fact or to see how to get me to a room more quickly. They just kept their faces buried in the computer screens. The elevators are at either end of the room buildings, but we were not made aware of their locations or which one to access. We had to find them at night, and they are not well marked. I would consider them hidden. I had to get out of the car and walk up to the 1st floor rooms to figure out where our room higher up might be. We stayed one night and moved to the Rosen Plaza, which was a much, much better experience in every way.

The staff were great upon checking on and out. The bathroom had German roaches and the shower had a little mildew inside of it. This hotel needs up grades IMMEDIATELY! Its 2026 and the rooms are out dated. Looks like 2006. I will not be returning to this hotel.

We were given a location facing a parking lot. There were plenty of rooms available. We are elderly and would have appreciated a room on 1st floor close to pool.

The location is great if you want to be in the thick of it. The big problem is the rooms. We had 2 rooms, insects in the bed both times, toilet didn’t flush and an awful odour in the room on arrival.

When checking out, after paying and not requesting anything, the manager got defensive, tried to blame me for not calling and reporting every thing. The picture of the roach I smashed I must have let in the room (nevermind the gap in the door!) His attitude bewildered me. I was trying to be helpful and hadn't planned on leaving a review, but he really pushed every button. So here we are...

This hotel is situated in a very practical area which offers quick access to all the parks and a varied range of places to eat. The rooms are a bit dated but spotless with towel change daily. Overall a definitely good option.

I would recommend any family with kids or older parents to come here it is amazing it is gated it is safe no problems everyone is so nice and goes above and beyond and I would recommend this hotel to people with family and kids you cannot get wrong three pools constant stuff to do arcade it's just so warming and welcoming and I would suggest everyone to try it because you will never go to another thank you Rosen point for letting me bring me and my family and I make it amazing adventure and a memory to keep and we will be back thank you. There's nothing wrong with this hotel so I cannot say there's nothing I didn't like. I stay at Rosen Point on International every time with my family when I come back home to visit family. If you staying with small kids like myself then stay in building C 210? area. My kids love how great the game room, playground and pool are so close. I love it here.

House keeping ask if I was gonna check out today which she woke me up at 9am which my checkout is 11am. Cause being woke up I didn’t feel so energized for your breakfast so took my time packed and left. Don’t know how things are run in house keeping department but they need a list which rooms are checking out and the time and not be knocking hard and loud 2 hours before checking out This happen this morning Monday May 25th 2026

I like the amenities but the bedroom was not very clean. Bed sheets looked like they were not changed. Not replace by fresh ones. And the floor were not clean.

We were unexpectedly stuck in Orlando due to bad weather, and this property handled a chaotic night of stranded passengers like true professionals. The accommodations are simple, but they include everything you might need. The place was spotless, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. Excellent value for the money and an unbeatable location.

1st and the last I. Mentioned I was traveling alone and was stil place in a room on the top floor far from elevator and my room was not cleaned properly I had to get them to clean it again . The lobby staff is very nosy and pushy to sell timeshare asking where was my husband like super wierd. And I was asked if I was underage like I didn’t look old enough when I said I was 44 they thought I was lying .

Room was spacious and clean. Towels replaced every day and beds made every 3 days. Staff were great, shops in the hotel were great and the hotel was right beside the stop for the iride which was handy to get to wherever we wanted to go.

This hotel is clean and in a great location. There is a ton of stuff for kids and teens to do on the large property. Everything was in good working order although our room phone kept ringing so we had to unplug it. The staff was very friendly as well. The bed was comfortable.

One downside- Close to freeway so must be able to sleep with air con and traffic noise- didn’t bother us but May be a factor to consider. Good value for money!

For a hotel in such a busy tourist area, I expected cleaner, more modern accommodations. The staff was okay, but the condition of the hotel really took away from the experience. I wouldn’t stay here again unless updates are made.

The staff was polite, and being close to restaurants and attractions was a plus, but I expected more for the price. If you’re looking for a modern or updated hotel experience, this may not be the best option.

I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store. They offer a buffet breakfast (for a fee) until 10:30 am. Parking is $10 per night. The "amenities" I scored a 3 were a very soft mattress and a TV remote that did not line up with the guide channels. There were things I wanted to watch and could not. I let it go. I was able to get a wake up call, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying there again when I am in the area. I'd like to try out the pool and buffet breakfast buffet.

On top of that, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, showing a complete lack of basic maintenance and room inspection before assigning it to guests. It’s extremely disappointing that a hotel would allow rooms in this condition to be occupied. This reflects very poorly on the management and overall standards of the property. I have documented everything and will be escalating this to corporate, as this stay did not meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly recommend others think twice before booking here until these issues are properly addressed.

The staff was professional and courteous. We did not get the opportunity to eat breakfast or use the bar. The hotel is 1/2 mile from the convention center which is what we were looking for the volleyball tournament. It walking distance to.the convention center and restaurants which is a plus. The room was outdated. Be careful the public parking garage is run by a private company and the hourly rate is about $8 per hour. They read your license plate, know quite a bit about you and when I went to go pay using the QR code, they had my credit card on file. I never heard of this company. Apparently the company uses AI for everything. I have a handicap license plate and they did not care when I mentioned, still had to pay. Lastly the hotel charges you $10 to park on their property per day. Compared to the Rosen plaza, approx $25 and Rosen Centre $40 I was ok with it. You do hear some road noise from emergency vehicles but quiet from everything else.

Rosenn Inn is always my go to. It's location is perfect. The rates are reasonable along with clean resort, friendly staff, and on International Blvd!!...Icon Park, RESTRAUNT Galore, 20minutes to the airport. Perfect location.

Absolute gem here on I Drive. You can literally walk everywhere and have a great time. Hotel is great room was clean. Office staff was amazing. Stay here if your in Orlando #JRideReviews Brand Recommends.

Place is worth it for the money you pay. However, to avoid surprises, clarify the parking fees. It is advertised that it is a free parking but it is not. Once you are there, you have to pay a daily fee for it.

Overall the hotel is very nice but it’s definitely an older property. Cleanliness is not an issue but in some areas you can see it’s an “aging property”.

Our room was Clean and Smelled Nice! I appreciate the ladies who helped keep it clean. We stayed in building F. It was by the buses/ shuttles and was super noisy during our stay. I had constant headaches due to it, on Saturday From 6am to 10pm it was nonstop NOISY. Helicopters, Busses. family shuffles, I finally went to bed by 11pm with melatonin, it was a little rough. Other than that our stay was good for Orlando, as the location was close to everything.

Definitely more of a two star hotel. There was so much noise outside our door even heard people arguing early in the morning. The beds aren’t to comfortable. Did not have the best sleep. It’ll probably be the last time we go to this hotel. Also older and more rundown.

The room that we got was right next to the express way which made it pretty load. The room was updated with no carpet that was nice. The room was nice and the beds are so comfortable. We had no problems during our visit.

My room was cleaned everyday, reasonable priced parking $10. Day, good daily price and close to all the parks and restaurants. My son and I like staying there because we can walk to eat and drink. It’s an older property but it’s priced good for the money and location.

We ate at the hotel the night we arrived, my girlfriend got severe food poisoning and had to be transported to the hospital. After returning to the hotel at 5am I asked for one simple formality, just a late check out. I was told they would not provide me one and that my only option would be to purchase a full day. I purchased the full day and decided to approach management in the morning to hopefully get a better resolution. When I spoke with the manager Ali, he was standoffish and implied I was falsifying the story. Not once did he even apologize for the event or showed any sort of sympathy. I invited him to check his cameras to verify my story. He did later on as he called me to verify the time I ate at the restaurant on site and for the time I returned to ask for the late check in. He did not call me back with any resolution even after proving the events correctly. This is the most inhospitable hotel I have ever been to and the rooms themselves are also subpar. If you expect any sort of human empathy or care I would look elsewhere. This hotel chain should be ashamed of how they treat guests.

Close to many places, 17min walk to icon park and many restaurants. 8-9 drive with car or uber to Discovery Cove and Universal Epic Universe, the inn also provides shuttle service to main park attractions. I did not get my 20% for being a silver pass with Expedia but its okay everything was great on the stay.

As we left the hotel this last time, I asked my kids to find one negative thing. They couldn't, and I can't.

I wasn't able to get any sleep at all. Late at night kids are disruptive, 4:30 in the morning adults are disruptive then at 8:30 in the morning the staff are disruptive, talking loud while walking past your room. Not a place to stay if you're wanting to actually relax and get some rest or sleep.

Property is HIGH TRAFFIC and VERY loud at all hours. Smoking rules not enforced. Rooms are extremely outdated. Expect to pay extra at check in, as we were told that although we booked for 5 occupants, they only allow 4 without an extra $45 a day, along with required $50 a day parking, regardless if you have a vehicle to park. Avoid the "gift counter" next to check in, u kess you want a time share.

The room was very clean and comfortable, nice for a basic motel room. We had an accessible bathroom also. Two minor issues: leaky tub faucet that ran continuously, and a very stiff door lock that was hard to open. The door lock could have been an exit safety issue if there hadn’t been a huge window on the same wall.

Location was amazing.Theme parks all close and the Pointe right across the street! Property was clean for its age. Self Parking being an extra $20 per day sucks…just add it to the room price and no one will gripe. Price was right for the location. It’s an upgraded motel 8, it’s in a good location. The rooms are clean and if just getting sleep is what you’re looking for then this location works but if a nice hotel is important to you/part of your vacation experience, stay somewhere else.

Location is key. One side of the building is up against the freeway and is quite noisy, the other side is much quieter. Love the 24 hour store, great for late night ramen in the microwave.

Enjoyed the room. Location of the room was very convenient to get around to where I needed to go. I should have just went ahead and purchased my room instead of waiting to pay at the hotel, I had liked the first price which got my attention to get the room in the first place. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the room for what it was meant to be, a place to wind down and begin my next day.

The breakfast staff were unprofessional and chatted throughout our time there.

Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

Upon arrival to the room, it smelled odd and the bathtub had hair shavings in it. Told the staff but they just gave a blank look so i went to cvs and got comet to clean the tub out. Rooms are in bad need of a carpet deep cleaning or renovation. Lighting around property is dim and needs updating. Got a weird comment from a man working the attraction booth when I was passing by. He said I look like I belong the Hilton... Hotel is In a convenient location to attractions and stores. General store in the main lobby has EVERYTHING you need. It was impressive.

The room was clean, noise from I4 could be a bit much depending on where your room is. Morning security guy came to work at 5-6 am in a yellow truck with a loud muffler and tried to park for 5 minutes. Terrible wake-up call

Fantastic hotel

Room smelled like dog feet and urine. Concierge desk swindled me into a time share tour at another resort for discount Disney and universal tickets which costs the same online. Bath tub or toilet was leaking water onto the bathroom floor. Laundry machine token dispenser takes your money and doesn't spit out the correct amount of tokens. The only thing nice is that it's in a good area.

Came for multiple days for EDC Orlando so the mini fridge and microwave were a must! Paid the extra for the breakfast which was a decent spread, and the staff was super attentive and very nice! Picked this place because it is in walking distance to a lot including a main road and a 24 hr Walgreens. The hotel itself also had a snack/dry good shop open pretty late. Big property, staff was awesome considering the contrast between ravers and families lol. Will definitely consider staying again next year!

The entire property was well-maintained and welcoming. The lobby and shops were beautifully decorated for Christmas and even had a “Letters to Santa” station set up. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. You could not ask for a better centrally located area. We were blown away with this place for the price that we paid.

I would give this place a 1 star rating, but like I stated above, the staff and location was great. Other than that, the room was unbearable smelly. I had air fresheners and damp rid all around the room and nothing helped. The old moldy smell had me feeling nauseous my whole stay. The bathroom had a sewer smell that wasn't as bad as the rest of the room, but it was definitely smelly. In my opinion, the hotel is a super old building that they really need to gut out and replace everything! I will not book there again.

Room spacious and comfortable. Decor not particularly modern but honestly, the value for money was exceptional. Clean, comfortable and staff were great. The hotel is a selection of buildings all build around pool areas and parking, with easy access to the central block that has a really handy shop, bar and restaurant. Location is great for walking to dinners and drinks. Will definately return!

Always getting good deal on flights and accommodations

The rooms are a little outdated, but they are comfortable and clean. The only hiccup was the first room I was assigned wouldn't open due to a broken lock, but I was given a new room right away so it was alright. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're traveling on a budget but don't want to settle for your typical budget motel/hotel.

Room was very outdated

The rooms are horribly outdated with half of them facing the freeway and beyond loud. The air conditioning in the rooms are awfully loud and blast you with freezing cold air when they engage due to them being so old and inadequate. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows rock hard. I got a max 4 hours of sleep a night as it was nigh on impossible to get extended sleep. The WiFi is an absolute joke. It barely gets you a signal most of the time and it is capped at such a low speed that you can barely use it. It has no upgraded service but I would probably not be impressed if it did have one. The food? About as one could expect. The breakfast was acceptable - one notch above Motel6 but below a Hampton Inn. The restaurant is not even open every night, which is probably a blessing as the one time I did try the evening buffet I left most of it. The bar food is some of the worst I have ever had - frozen food, packaged sauces, nothing is fresh. Absolutely awful. And you hide a 20% service charge on every bill. I understand why you do that as nobody would willingly leave a tip for the slop that is served there. Clearly this is a hotel for smokers and you are constantly walking through a cloud of smoke. There is also a constant smell of weed around the grounds as well. The staff were fine. I mean, who would want to work in such an awful establishment? You need to tear it down and start again as this just ruins the Rosen brand. Awful hotel
