Cracking little place to stay. Really well stocked suite, with everything you need. Super washer and dryer. Nice pool, and a really nice touch with the communal barbecues, available for use, and kept really clean. Really friendly staff, and loads to do if you’re here for the parks. Easy parking.

We loved the Kingstown reef it is in a great location. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. The staff do an excellent job keeping you informed of all events. The only con was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait an hour past checking in to get in our room, other were waiting in the lobby for their rooms as well. It was worth the wait though.

A few things that didn’t feel very comfortable for me: in the second bedroom, the window faces the elevator area, so it’s not very private or cozy. It also seemed like this room was originally designed more like an office, since there is an internet box (router) installed on the wall right behind the bed at head level, which felt a bit unusual for a bedroom. Also, the internet is not included — it costs $10 per day for up to three devices. And the laundry room is not in the unit, but located on the floor. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for my family.

The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Staff were friendly in accommodating throughout our stay. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for a group, and the complementary laundry facilities were a huge bonus. Everything felt updated and very clean. Overall, this was a great day and we would absolutely return.

The Magnolia Building could use a power wash on the outside— the building looked a bit dusted and spiderwebs all around. The inside of our unit was nice and spacious, nice well stocked kitchen, and the washer/dryer was great. However the carpet was stained in both bedrooms, the bathroom tiles in the master bathroom were cracked and unsteady when you walk on them. The living room couch had a vomit odor. Also, when you check in, you get pressured to learn about timeshares which I was not interested in, but the concierge kept pushing it. I did a preliminary Expedia review on the property and when I went to the front desk to check out— the worker asked me about my review and asked me to elaborate on my comments— I was caught off guard and put on the spot. It was very awkward. Overall this property is good for large groups/families, however I think there might be better places to stay in the area.

Everything was great about this property with only two exceptions. The bed was too soft for my preference, and we did not receive the $50 debit card promised for doing the time share review. But that will NOT prevent us from returning. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to EVERYONE!

Wasn't fond of the scheduled sales pitch at 830 am our first day there. Felt uncomfortable when I said I wasn't interested but was questioned why.

Parking was convenient, well located and spacious room. I have stayed here before and highly recommend. My only complaint is all but one bbq wasn't working.

Negatives were that you had to pay for WiFi, and there were only 16 sun beds at each pool which wasn’t enough in the early afternoon, considering there was plenty of space around the pool area.

Great property for the price, the biggest issue is in todays world even cheap hotels and motels have Wifi this property makes you pay 10.00 a day is absurd. Also we come to vacation and relax not be asked constantly at check in to hear a sales pitch

Everything was very clean and we had a great experience and super helpful to have had some dishes to be able to use. Also we enjoyed having the hot tub working with the cold we were able to have some time in the pool on other places we have gone they would even work in hot days. The staff was very polite and helpful since we arrive late that day. Thank you for everything and if we come back we will definitely try to book here again

We enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Mini golf was fun for kids but too noisy for us wanting to sleep in.

Negatives: The condo smelled like old cigarettes. My guess is that it was once a smoking room and unfortunately painting the walls does not remove the odor and my allergy to nicotine is still triggered. We stayed two nights and by the morning we were leaving I was coughing and feeling ill. The carpets need replaced. They are visibly old and appear dirty. The water pressure in the shower was low.

Staff was courteous and friendly, however the main check in building was undergoing construction and we had to check in outside on the porch. The rooms themselves are beautiful, spacious and clean. Our only complaint is that the elevators had a strong chemical/metal smell that made riding in them unpleasant. Didn't get to use any amenities as it was too cold to do so, however I would def return in the summer months to take advantage of the pool/mini golf. Would def recommend!

The resort and condo are nice but check-in was a very unpleasant. I did not appreciate the intrusive Wyndham solicitation that was forced on me after check-in. It made me frustrated and angry. This may be my last stay w/Wyndham.

They didn't respected my reservation, they sent me to another place. They couldn't say why, but it was disrespectful for them not to honor my reservation. I made the booking there dou to the location. But they sent me way farther than expected. And i was notified hours before my arrival. So, i they suck on that part.

Our space was huge and beyond comfortable! The best nights of sleep I have had in a hotel! It was clean, welcoming, and offered a lot of activities on-site. Additionally, the staff was beyond friendly, and accommodating to our late check-in. It was conveniently located near all of Orlando’s attractions, and parking was easy and free! Me and my Family stayed a week and we had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Everything was great, relaxing and cozy. Spent our Christmas week here and it didnt disappoint!

So many amenities that didn't cost extra. Quiet rooms and great area, within 20-30 minutes of just about everything and anything.

The staff during check-in and checkout were very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean I definitely loved the kitchen. I wish they there were elevators at the corners of the building because it was a bit of a walk to get to the elevator’s stationed in the middle. Also there’s a lot of little critters around the property like small centipedes and lizards but it’s common in Florida. Overall it was an amazing stay!

The only downside is that the Wi-Fi was extra, when most places nowadays are free.

The rooms/apartments were in good condition: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Ours had plenty of space for a family stay, with a nice kitchen setup and everything we needed for a week. The corridors, while perfectly functional, could benefit from a refresh — there were some scuffs and marks on the walls. It didn’t impact the stay, but it was noticeable compared to the otherwise well-kept interiors. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was the expected timeshare sales pitch at check-in, but it wasn’t overly pushy — after politely declining twice, we weren’t approached again. We didn’t attend any of the evening events, so I can’t say whether there was additional sales pressure there. The only real issue we had was that our checkout date was entered incorrectly. This led to a stressful moment when we received an email - while we were at a theme park - asking why we hadn’t cleared out our belongings. Thankfully, the front desk resolved it quickly after a few emails, but it’s worth double-checking your reservation details at check-in to avoid surprises.

Worldmark is a nice property and easy to get to and from. The staff was helpful and courteous. I stayed in a studio unit which featured a murphy bed which was not easy to get in and out of, but comfortable. The amenities were set up for a one day stay, you need to go to the office for extra anything. A nice stay for a couple of days.

Resort was very clean and guest services was amazing. However when we arrived we were told the elevator wasnt working and we were located on the 5th floor. No accommodations could be made so i had to figure out how i was going to get my 82 year old grandma and my mother who has heart issues up to the top. It was fixed and then broke again. My mother and grandmother never left the room once we got them up there in fear they would have to climb stairs again. We were told security would meet us to help them up which they never came. Wifi isnt free, it has to be purchased. Wish they could have acclmated our atay better being that my mother and grandmother weren't able to participate in any of our planned holiday activities due to the elevator being out of service.

The units are very noisy. Security came several times to our unit from complaints from the downstairs unit for noise from our toddlers walking back and forth. All before 8pm. Idk why they couldn't move the complainers but unless you're in the top floor you'll hear footfalls. And balcony doors opening and closing all over.

Had a great stay. Apartment was very spacious. Would have preferred second bedroom to have bigger beds. Also, only one electric car charging station for such a large number of apartments.

One major problem was the push to attend a timeshare presentation. I declined on day one but was phoned at least 4×. That was very annoying!

Cancelled our booking the same day! Basically we booked well in advance for Xmas break they were offered more Money for bookings and cancelled ours just before we got a flight from the UK leaving us without accommodation. Don’t risk booking with them as you cannot guarantee they will honour it!

Hotel was quiet but it felt old and shabby. Furniture, doors, carpet etc. all appeared very old. There was no housekeeping for our entire stay of 4 nights. Hotel did gave towels on the request though.

Kitchen had all conveniences to make the stay easy. Even if you only used it for breakast. It was a lovely big space, bonus enough hangers and storage space for what we needed. Bed lovely and comfortable. Pools clean, towels provided. Lovely to have an evening swim if been out all day. I would stay again.

Close to all the attractions and having a full kitchen is a great way to save money on eating out plus it is equipped with all the kitchen accessories needed to complete your meals ! Roomy and the bed was very comfortable! We will definitely be back to this property soon!

We used the pools and miniature golf while we were there. The property was clean and even though we didn’t have our own washer and dryer in room, we had one on the floor. They were free!

Enjoy the time I was there. My children enjoyed their room. Only thing I wish they had was a attachable shower and leg prop for the big people. Lol. But other then that my stay was good would stay again.

Pretty good stay. Treated my family well. Try to push you into timeshare. Room looked clean when we checked in. Lots of outside bugs were somehow getting in overnight (we were on ground floor). Not enough to cause any issues but it was still there. Nice miniature golf course and pool the kids were able to enjoy.

The room and property were great. Absolutely loved our room. Read the fine print though - wifi is available but not included. I had trouble connecting to the wifi and their wifi support kept insisting it was my email address that was the problem even though they could communicate with it and bill me for the wifi I never got. I finally got a refund for it. The hotel has assertive sales staff that want to get you to go to a 90 sales presentation. I was asked to attend one before I even had the chance to see the room. I had 3 calls from 3 different people in 1 hour. They have a text option for guest services but in one instance it took them 9 hours to respond. The staff were okay. They seemed bored and uninterested. Nice pool, some activities available like outdoor chess and checkers, mini golf, fitness centre, ping pong but not much else. We liked it because it was quiet. It's not like a hotel where they have a lot of amenities and room service. It's a condo with all the comforts from home in your room. If you're okay with trying to be sold a timeshare then you'll probably like it if you're not looking for bells and whistles. Loved the room, the pool was great, the sales pitches and tech support were a huge turn off.

Beautiful resort, huge rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We usually pick Disney resort but atayed here so we could all stay under the same roof. Will definitely come back! Cool wristband keys as well so i didnt have to worey about loosing my key!

We had a ground floor apartment right outside the pool. But it wasn't too noisy and the pool was clean and tidy

We did have the front desk try to sell us a timeshare but weren't bothered again after that. Hard to get to the city and theme parks, only 1 bus runs up and down the main road and we had to run across 6 lanes of traffic to get to it. Uber was the way to go. Overall a decent place to stay at a good price!

The room smeel of wet damp towels. I woke up at 5am with rashes(any or spider bites) Like little bug bites all over. My body requested a room change. No one got back to me for 3 hours. I went down to front desk and the lady accused me of having allergic reaction to my food. I eat last night.

Property and room were great. Only thing I did not like was handicap shower was very tight for non-handicapped.

The property was beautiful. Accommodations almost perfect. One comment to the management. HVAC (vents, fans in bathrooms) were in dire need of cleaning. If I had a vacuum I would have done it for you. We were comfortable however.

Clean, comfortable condo in a great location. We stayed in a 1 room condo that also had a ceiling fans. The room was very spacious, the bathroom especially so, it was exceptionally clean and offered everything needed for extended stays. The washer-dryer was very useful and appreciated. Staff was very friendly, check in and out were both a pleasure. The resort is in a great location with many dining options nearby and easy access to both parks and interstates. Concierge was very helpful and offered a number of benefits, the amenities of the resort are impressive, but we didn't have the time to explore them and had to decline several offers to attend a presentation. Used as a base to explore the Orlando area and theme parks, Kingstown Reef has much to offer and we would happily stay again.

Property was close to SeaWorld Parks so minimal driving time in heavy Orlando traffic. The units were clean and property had all essential facilities without being too big. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have free wifi like everywhere else.

First, no bedbugs. Quite frankly that’s my only criteria at this point. Very spacious. Two bedrooms and a sleeper bed. Nice kitchen and two bathrooms. No housekeeping between night. Don’t care. Some might. It’s a bit rough. Chipped paint, questionable upkeep tub spout at least 1/2” off wall and “fixed” with caulk etc. not complaining, I don’t really care but might be a turnoff for some. Nice veranda with chairs so fresh air—so many places sealed so liked this a lot. Very nice pool. Clean. Bbq grills really nice place to spend time. Easy to park and good building planning. A lot of food options (and an Target/Publix/fast food) close. Overall a win.

The hotel was great and I thought the amenities were nice also. We really only had time to use the pool facilities but I would like to have used the mini golf and the BBQ, realistically though the Disney parks were why we were there and it took most of the time. The disappointment was entirely related to getting pressured into a time share presentation. That was not what I wanted and will avoid booking here in the future and discourage all others I advise to also avoid it. I booked a hotel room and don't want to be subjected to this unless I request it. I would not even mind if it was just one question but the pressured check in process was VERY distasteful and frustrating!!!

Lovely place and big apartments but BEWARE of their scam to get you to go on a “tour” which is apparently just to learn about the resort and in return you get one week free to stay there. I was sceptical and didn’t go and glad I didn’t. Apparently it’s a 1hr30 hard sell time share!! And you only get 1 week free if you commit and sign up! Very underhand way of getting you to go and extremely unprofessional - basically a scam!

We were wowed by our unit. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfy beds, balcony overlooking courtyard. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy access to laundry. Only negative was that access to wifi was not included without paying. Otherwise, i highly recommend staying here.

The 2-bedroom/2 bath unit was the perfect size for our family of 5. The. Check in wait time was terrible (a few hours after the published time).Felt like since we are not Worldmark owners, we were their last priority, especially when we decline to attend their WM ownership presentation. Not sure will return to this property.

I wish there was a play area or larger children's area at the pool for kids. Otherwise, it ticked all the boxes and we enjoyed it greatly!

Overall it was very clean, very nice, and comfortable. All we needed. The only thing i would complain about is that the apartment i was supposed to get with the number of bedrooms is not what i ended up getting for the number of people we were. Considering i had booked months in advance, and was never made aware thst i would not have enough beds for my kids and then only find out upon arrival and be told that its too late and that there is nothing they can do because they are overbooked and because i booked with a third party it was "their fault" for overbooking guests and not the hotel. Nade me disappointed. But after driving 2 days from canada to florida with 5 kids and having no where else to go we had to make do. Apart from this this resort seems like a great place. Wish we had stayed longer and had gotten to see it more and weather would have been nice to have tried out the outdoors stuff.

One negative was that wifi was not included and you have to pay per device. Who does not include wifi these days, especially in Orlando?

Was nice few days nice first impression but wasn't very inviting when going to our rooms a bit tacky outside the rooms although once inside our rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were very nice although we didn't appreciate trying to be sold another holiday on arrival at the desk when we had been awake for over 24 hours and also to be told one of our rooms wasn't ready

The rooms are huge and you can save big by going to the nearby Publix and cooking food in the full kitchen in your room.

The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for Wi-Fi. There were five of us and the charge was higher by the number of devices. Not cheap. Other than that, everything was lovely. Property grounds and units were spotless. Will definitely stay again.
