    The AC did not blow. It sucked. The evening ended up a little warmer than expected. The prostitute standing outside of our room sucked less than the AC did. We’ve stayed in worse places but the staff was nice. The hotel was located behind an abandoned bank. That was kind of odd. It served it’s purpose.

    TV turned off when ever the microwave was used. I requested a room on the first floor but I think the staff intentionally placed me on the third floor instead. Just because I asked for the first floor. Last but not least: my security deposit was taken for no reason.

    The only positive part of my stay was the front desk staff, who were quick and helpful when my AC stopped working and I needed to change rooms. Other than that, the hotel was extremely run down and dirty. I found stains on the sheets and pillowcases, along with hair in the bed even after housekeeping cleaned the room. Furniture was damaged, floors were patched poorly with carpet instead of being properly repaired, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected. While the location is convenient and within walking distance of many places, the area didn’t feel very safe at night. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and would not return.

    I didn’t like that grass was on the carpet at the entrance of my room. My key device was malfunctioning and couldn’t open the door on my second day. The shower head was old, discolored and sprinkled water from the hose connection. Apart from those few things, it was convenient and okay.

    Súper sucio no ponen jabón ni Shampoo las toallas rotas, la carpeta sucia no la limpian, según que no se puede fumar en el edificio y la mayoría de negros salen a fumar al pasillo y las habitaciones huelen a sigarro el lobby súper sucio la que atiende ahí en el lobby es bien floja no se esfuerza en atender bien, las máquinas de hielo no sirven y la única que funciona está bien sucia en general se siente peligrosa toda la zona del hotel y el hotel en si es peligroso por el tipo de inquilinos que tiene

    They said it’s a smoke free hotel but literally everyone was smoking everywhere outside the rooms and in the parking lot they said they would charge $50 for a towel that had a small stain witch made no sense because the towels were very cheep and small towels wasn’t worth $50 even if they were brand new blankets had stains on them the room had a cigarette smell that was so nasty and my husband and I don’t smoke that was the worse part of the stay was the smoke smell everywhere

    The motel is conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants. It offers adequate rooms and amenities but the walls are not sound proof so we could hear neighbor's loud conversations late at night and television noises.

    It's in a good location. Easy to get a bus or cross the street to get things you need at Target or a breakfast at IHop. But that's about it. Mold in various places, hookers walking about. Very weak toilets. At least the room temperature was easy to manage. It's doable but don't expect it to be a great hotel experience. It's a motel. Better as a last resort or a place you are gonna try and be away from for everything but sleep. No roaches or bedbugs at least so that's a PLUS

    A hold was placed on my credit card for incidentals. At 2AM when I turned on the AC, my card was charged again. I called, ask why, the front desk said the fire alarm went off in the room which means I was smoking in the room. I advised the front desk I had not been smoking in the room, asked how to correct it, it was the second charge, and should be refunded. The front desk was rude. Told me to speak with the manager at 8am. At 8 am I was told by the person who came in at 7am, the manager wouldn't arrive until 10am. He said he would check the room to see if it seemed like I was smoking in the room, he didn't find anything that made it seem like I was smoking, he'd attempt a refund but stated I would not be allowed to return to the location. I was only there one night for a funeral and it was a horrible experience.

    This is close by to a couple of fast food restaurants. The front office rep told me there was no iron in the room when i checked in. But there was one, but the cord wouldnt extend. The hair dryer did not turn on no matter hom many times i reset it. A few stains on the sheets. I checked out and requested an invoice which showed the $100 deposit refunded. However, was still charged the $100 the next day.

    A minor thing is that the hotel still charged me ~$3.30/night for tax, after I prepaid the entire stay with taxes and fees to Expedia. It’s not a lot of money, however they could have made it more transparent. I only found out after the trip from my credit card records.

    Upon arriving there was homeless people camping by the dumper waiting until 3pm to go to there rooms. On there web site it showed a nice front desk / lobby which wasn't here it was rude employee behind a plex glass.

    Disgusting. We were met in the bathroom by a roach. The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty carpet there were cigarette burns on the toilet. We were given the option to go to anothet roach room without any refund or wait 3 days for an inspection or leave. We chose to leave and had to book another hotel in the middle of the night, i would not recommend this to anyone.

    The room was clean and smelled really nice. However, we couldn’t get any because the mattress was in bad condition. The was lumpy and it a mattress topper on top. Nevertheless, it was a restless three days. The also need to have security on the property.people watching you in your room then walks back & forth past your room then will make noise outside in hopes that someone will open the door. We will never stay there again unless security is patrolling the grounds and they get new mattress’s

    My recommendation, if you decide to stay here would be to ask for a room wuth a microwave and refrigerator. I had both, but the ice machine worked the first couple of hours I got there. However the ice machine was not functioning for the next 3 days that I stayed. The sheets and towells were clean and the room and bathroom was clean.

    The bed in the room was not made up when I arrived, the tv in the room was available for one night for about 6 hours and never came back on, and the room had roaches coming out of the bathroom drain. I reported evrything to the agent on duty and she said I can talk with teh manager Monday morning. She was not apologetic or willing to anything about the issuesI was reporting.

    Everything was pretty decent. I really liked the fact that they had a good rating online I got a good deal on the room for under $100. You can’t complain for the night. The only things I would say are the rooms are a little dingy and bumped up. They could use a little TLC. The TV is very old. The hand soap was out by the sink. The bathroom was pretty decent. It could’ve been a little bit better. There was also a bunch of random hairs in the shower on the wall like seven different kinds of hair so it wasn’t just one person. I also noticed that the hand soap was loose on the wall and the door had a light gap coming in. I could see the outside. The air conditioner was really loud and made this tinging noise all night. I also got back to the hotel around 11 o’clock maybe a little earlier and there was no lights on at all and we couldn’t see we had to use our flashlight on our phone to get to the room not a huge deal but could be a safety concern in an area that you’re not familiar with the room itself was pretty clean could’ve been swept up a little bit better in the corners, but the sheets were glean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t notice that there was a refrigerator or a microwave in any of the rooms so we did not have one either. We did have a small coffee pot and a luggage stand. Also, you have to adjust the air conditioning from the air conditioner located low on the floor, which could be confusing or hard to figure out for some people. The owner cares about it.

    Given the price point, my expectations werent high. The room had a weird smell to it, the remote to the tv was broken, bed was very uncomfortable. Said it had free wifi, however, no mention was made of it at check-in and on the holder for the keycard, it had a spot for wifi password, but was left blank. Once in the room, i checked for wifi networks and the 'redroof' option looked a bit shady.

    We moved out from the hotel and while asked for refund they denied as only the manager was allowed to refund the money, however, was not there, super convenient. I had called, emailed and tried everything, and still not refund after management did not do anything to get the noise in control, even when they have this "Quite Policy"

    Location charged my card and processed my security deposit as a transaction after the total was paid in full through hotels.com site. Only transaction on it was supposed to be an authorization hold /security deposit for incidentals, I had zero incidentals, but was still charged, and my deposit was never returned to my payment method.

    This is a Red Roof Plus; but it feels not too different than any other recently renovated Red Rood Inn in the area. This location feels safe, no loud noises coming from other guests or parking lot noises going on all night. Comparing it to the location in Lanham; it’s a bit cleaner and not as “busy” at night in the parking lots. Compared to the Laurel location, it’s more expensive, and the beds aren’t as comfortable as that location ; however it’s a lot quieter I’ve found. Positives: the staff are friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Recently the night staff kept my reservation as long as she could even when I had a flight cancellation and couldn’t arrive until 4am.

    I tried calling the property 5–6 times, but no one answered, which was disappointing. The service overall was not satisfactory. The bedding was uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise coming from the fridge. We requested a ground floor room due to difficulty going upstairs, but our request was not accommodated. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

    I was only there for 2 nights, i was surprised at the large selection of the "room service" menu, unfortunately it stopped at 9pm so i didn't get a chance to try it, but a couple sit down restaurants and burger places all walkable and a Target and CVS for anything you forgot to pack. I stayed while visiting the capital so an Uber to the city was about $30, about 20 min. It was sub freezing temps and i noticed how drafty the bottom of the door was, not sure if that's every room, but it was kind of annoying. Otherwise its a really decent room for the money and friendly staff to go with it. I'd stay there again if i visit the area.

    Motel was not as represented. Very tired but clean though we found bugs in the bathroom and on the walls. Looks like young cockroaches according to pics. Was noisy and had some sketchy people in the lobby on a few occasions. Did not feel safe. Would not recommend.
