Room was clean. Could not adjust ac temperature to a cooler level. The weekend I stayed there it was over 90 degrees. But other than that the stay was fine.

There was a ship on the property that takes you to the National Harbor a must see. The basic breakfast was very nice and a sweet lady named Maria greets you and takes good care of you.

The room was nice. It was clean. The only issue was even though there are signs for quiet times at night, there were kids running up and down the hallway after midnight. The a/c unit was a bit loud for the room but it did keep it cool.

A really nice hotel that’s within minutes of National Harbor. The room was clean and ready on-time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Shuttle to and from National Harbor was immensely useful and the Driver, Mr. James was the best, my wife and I will never forget him.

The room was clean but had to change to a different room due to wasps coming in near the window. Staff were very friendly, the shuttle was free to the casino. Only thing was the restaurant was closed while we were there so had to make sure we ste before returning back.

Unfortunately, due to the times we are living in the hotel was short staffed. However, this did not take away from the friendliness, helpfulness and time they put into being cordial and polite.

everything was great except I wasn't told the ice machines were only on the i believe 4th and 7th and running to the 4th floor to find out that was out of service. breakfast was good quick for me to grab and go and catch the shuttle in time the older lady who drives the shuttle in the morning was sweet and down to earth. I was going to book the following week because I was returning but the rates went sky high and no rooms was available for the dates I needed buy I will return

Staff was all very helpful, clean room with helpful amenities. Elevator was down the next morning and staff quickly had it back up and running. Convenient location

AN OH YEAH ITS CONVENENT TO PLENTY OF STORES FOOD LIQUOR GAS PIZZA SAFEWAY DOLLAR STORE RESTARAUNTS FAST FOOD ETC. I will come again and recommend

Room was nice. The only thing was inconvenient was that only one elevator was working at the time I was there. It was my second time staying there and ill continue to stay there..

The staff was insightful of the area and assisted me with any needs quickly and nicely. Parking was spacious. The hotel was clean and spacious. My room was nice and clean upon arrival and the staff came everyday on time to clean up. The driver was great and allowed me to see the surrounding area with a calm mind that he would get us to and from safely. My only gripe was the gym. Only one elliptical and a dual cable machine.

I tend to over think everything so that made me feel safe being that we are new faces in the area I didn’t like that our room neighbors were very you could hear EVERYTHING

The only thing was the breakfast, not much to choose from , no eggs , very small breakfast like pastries, fruit and coffee bagels .

Great experience with check in and the room was perfect for my child’s send off for prom preparation.

For the most part the room was as expected the hotel premises was exceptional, however, disappointing part of my day was what they considered a breakfast It was much less than a continental breakfast. Overall rescheduled for 1 to 10 this hotel will get a 8.5.

During our stay only 1 elevator was working and during the morning the staff hadn’t loaded up & guests weren’t able to use it much. Most guests were utilizing the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t really a “buffet” as mentioned. It a continental breakfast with bagels, toast, yogurt & cereal. Nice for the price-point.

The staff met minimal professional requirements; they were polite and helpful when directly asked a question, but they lacked an "above and beyond" hospitality attitude. For instance, basic amenities were not communicated to us at arrival—I didn’t even find out the hotel offered complimentary coffee and rolls until we were literally checking out. Safety and peace of mind are incredibly important to us when traveling. The parking lot featured prominent signage stating "Park at your own risk; we are not responsible for your vehicle." Seeing that left my wife feeling unsettled and unsafe about the location of our car during the stay. Ultimately, my expectations were much higher based on the marketing, which is likely why the final experience felt disappointing. It’s a fine, clean place if you just need a basic spot to sleep, but don't expect a premium experience.

The AC would make a noise like it was going to explode every 2 minutes. We were on the 7th floor and you could hear it outside in the parking lot. When we went to the front desk, they knew what room it was so it’s obviously a problem. Said they were going to look at it and call us while we were out and let us know if they could fix it. No call at all. We asked if they could move us but the hotel was completely booked. We asked for a discount on the room but the manager wasn’t there the entire time we stayed there. Left a message for them to call but never got one. Listed as in the “National harbor” area but it’s really not. It’s in a pretty bad area. Stay away if you are planning to stay in the Nova, DC, Maryland area.

I made the trip for the wrong weekend by accident and the hotel never responded when I inquired about changing the date and I lost my money.. Long story short i stay at the Harborside a lot but from here on out i will not be choosing Harborside.

This hotel made travel feel easy mode! The room was so clean I briefly considered taking my shoes off at the door like I was visiting grandma’s house. The staff were friendly, helpful, and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when I had a question. The airport shuttle was right on time, saving me from my usual ‘am I going to miss my flight?’ panic. And the parking? Plenty of space—no need to audition for Fast & Furious just to squeeze into a spot. Would definitely stay here again!😄

I wish the room was cleaner, and the walls weren’t so thin. We could hear everythingggggg going on around our room and the hallway. It was actually one of the worse sleep in a hotel ever. The bathroom had water marks in ceiling and also mold like. I really liked how helpful the staff was and the shuttle bus was also a nice touch to the stay. Just wish we enjoyed our stay more.

On the day of check one elevator was working and the guest were not informed that only one elevator was work. Some of the guest on the 5th floor had children that ran up and down the halls all night. Other than those situations the hotel is phenomenal and the staff too!!!!!

We got woken out of out sleep BOTH NIGHTS by children, the Ice Machine and Staff cleaning the rooms LOUDLY!¡ Asked for extra wash cloths and towels we had to go get them ourselves from downstairs The Positive is that Front Desk was very nice atmosphere very safe rooms and through out the property was clean Wouldn't stay again due to the noises I don't like to be awaken out of my sleep!

The place was great but the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on since it was just a box spring and uncomfortable. I had to use pillows to sleep on to make the mattress softer. If they changed out the mattresses for something of a Marriott quality it would be my go to hotel when in Md?

The room was very clean. The front desk people were very nice They had a shuttle to the MGM grand which was nice but I didn’t get the chance to use it after a very tiring day of flying from Italy. Bed and pillow very comfortable Had a great night sleep.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had toiletries that were just ok. No restaurant or bar anymore and I was disappointed with that. Otherwise it was ok and they have a shuttle to go to the casino, outlets and the harbor.

This property has clean rooms, decent pillows etc. I would have rated it higher except their restaurant is closed and apparently has been that way for a while. As their is nothing within walking distance, you have to take their shuttle (free) over to the Gaylord if you want to get something to eat.

My daughter and I stayed here the night before an early flight. We arrived late and had to park behind the building. There was some “activities” going on behind the building. I honestly thought “I hope my car is here in the morning.” The limited interaction I had with the two employees at the front desk was pleasant. The room was clean. The screws on “safety” lock on the door were so loose that it rendered the lock useless. The most disturbing part of the stay was when we left at 4:15 am we used the recommended side door. Upon exiting there were three people outside engaging in illicit activities. Long story short, we did not feel safe here.

Breakfast was terrible. Continental and not well stocked. Room was ok. Property seems well maintained but the rooms lack attention. Parking was good. They're certainly making their money off their proximity to the casino, which is the only reason we stayed there. It's really not worth their asking prince for rooms unless you need to be close to the casino and/or are attending an event/conference/function at this hotel. The shuttle to the casino was, however, a good amenity for our purposes as was the free parking. They really need to do a better job at breakfast offerings and add hot options. The rooms could use a little more love too, but the beds were comfortable. Bathroom had some maintenance issues and the fridge didn't work.

I have no complaints! The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room looked great. The bed was so comfortable. The smell in the hotel was amazing!!! The only thing I would say is the continental breakfast was 👎. I only was going for coffee anyway but there was very very limited selections for people who do actually take advantage of the breakfast. Other then that, I have no complaints!

Now the bad, breakfast is horrible, bagels, coffee, and tea. That’s it. I’m not expecting a crazy breakfast but, not even pancakes? I booked this place specifically for breakfast for my kid. Wish they made it common knowledge that it was just bagels….. but other than that, good place to stay at.

My family and I were very impressed with this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and everything had a modern feel. I didn't interact with staff outside of checking in but the person I dealt with was nice. The continental breakfast was not visually appealing so we didn't eat in the hotel. And parking was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

I was happily surprised. This hotel has a very welcoming and friendly staff! Including the morning breakfast lady and the shuttle drivers. Near grounds are kept very well and clean! Upon checking in my room, I was taking by the amount of space the rooms have. Impeccable floors and very very very well kept bathrooms. Everything was exceptionally clean. Room had a microwave and mini fridge, iron and iron board. Updated USB and phone charges. All worked like it suppouse to. This only tells me one thing, whoever manages this hotel has a good team who does not let this place run down. Shower, towels, toilet, bathtubs and curtains, under bed were Impeccable clean. All furniture was dust free. I cant stress enough how important it was for me to find a confortable and clean hotel when far away from home. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the MGM casino and near shopping center. They also have a small breakfast bite on the go from 7 to 11am. The cherry on the cake is that they have a 12 noon check out. It can not honestly get better. This is conveniently located 15 minutes from Airport.

Must stay at the hotel was horrible. The beds were hard, very uncomfortable. There was no restaurant no bar. We had a snow storm the parking lot remove all the ice was still treasures to get in and out of there you could not get any food delivery. It was horrible if it was the canteen machine three dollars for a small chip I would never stay at the hotel again.

I was told that someone was coming to remove the snow, but it never happened. My stay was Sunday 1/25/26 thru Tuesday 1/37/27. One morning early I was leaving the hotel, walking to my car and was stuck standing in ice.I called the front desk to see if the officer who had just walked into the hotel could assist me to my car. The front desk attempted to contact the officer, but no response.

The staff was excellent, location great, clean, and very comfortable...however, I was disappointed in the fact that THEY stated a restaurant, and bar was available to visiting customers. Drove from NY expecting those things available so we could relax at hotel and not fight evening traffic.

The shower in the bathroom was in need of care. Upon showering the faucet popped off from the water pressure and hit me in the leg. The staff was great in dealing with it. It was fixed immediately. The entire room was dated and the trim around the ceilings were uneven the entire esthetic of the bathroom was very poorly done.

Rooms should have USB type C ports in today's world. You just can't skip it. Nobody uses old usb compatible devices anymore and the this issue with these old ports is, the power output. They lack to transfer required power to devices that are to be charges with usb type c connector. Second: not sure if i remember correctly but the hotel website showed hot breakfast which is not the case while Portum is shut. Rest staff, rooms, and amenities were all good.

We were going to concert at MGM - was perfectly located - we did some sightseeing & it was easy getting to & from DC. Would stay here again!

This is a nice somewhat older hotel. Very close to the MGM Casino. Very clean and modernized. Very few options for breakfast, basically muffins and bagels. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very nice hotel, clean room and friendly staff. They even provide shuttle services to the MGM and Gaylord resorts. Our only gripe was the noise. It felt as if the walls were wafer thin. You could hear the neighboring room as if it were in ours. Our room faced the street and you can hear every bit of the traffic despite being on the 3rd floor. In the morning, staff walked around with two-way radios and you could hear them talking.

No room service during the 3 night stay. Small trash cans were over flowing. No hot food options because restaurant was closed. If we know the on site restaurant would be closed we would have chosen another hotel.

Good option that is close to the National Harbor and not as pricey. The shuttle was easy to access and takes you into the Harbor (drop-off at the Gaylord) and also the MGM. Made it so easy to get to our show. Wish it would have run a little later for pick-up afterwards.

Too noisy.. front desk did nothing about and too strict on policies. As a pastor I had to leave early because of the noise as I needed to prepare and rest for the next day.

Also, it is worth noting that the bar and restaurant were both still closed during our stay. We had read about this before we booked but it was still disappointing to see both areas in darkness. We didn’t try the breakfast as we were keen to get away after our experience the night before.

Stayed for 3 nights absolutely nice only downfall was no pool I didn’t realize that was on me.

By NY standards, this is not a boutique hotel however, the hotel is close to everything, the rooms are clean and the shuttle is a plus.

The staff was super welcoming and very knowledgeable. Loved having transportation to the nearby MGM Casino. Bathroom sink was clogged and the towels are rough and hard. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and would stay again.

I’ve stayed at this property twice now and it’s a very convenient location . Close to MGM and National Harbor as well as DC. The walls are super thin so you hear everything but it was very comfortable

Very nice hotel. Great location. Only reason I say service wasn’t good was because the late night front desk clerk tried to prevent the shuttle to the MGM from giving me a ride. The shuttle person was more than willing to go but she was clearly upset and didn’t want him to do it. He did it and I tipped him well.

(continental) was ok but I felt that with a restaurant we could have good food. No restaurant open. As a former flight attendant our hotels if they had no food would always provide menus from nearby establishments that would deliver food to the hotel. A suggestion for you. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel could definitely use a remodel especially the bathroom. The ceiling tile above the shower had stains and there was a big hole and some smaller ones. Definitely needs a remodel. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again until it’s remodeled.

Nice room, comfy bed… but the walls clearly missed the memo on privacy. I could hear my neighbors’ whole conversation and whoever they had on speakerphone! Add in the hallway soundtrack, and it felt like I booked a group stay without knowing it. Great place if you like company, not so much if you like sleep. Rest, hotel was conveniently located a few minutes away from Gaylord convention center and area felt safe.

Great location!!!! MGM 3 mins. , Tanger outlet 5 minutes ,the National Harbor 3 minutes , DC Wharf 15 mins. and National monuments and museums 15 minutes away. Staff was very friendly, hotel very clean and shuttle very covient. Things to be aware of : walls were thin, but kept TV on that fixed that. And breakfast was a little lighter than I like, but the orange juice ,coffee and danishes were very delicious. Especially the coffee.

The hotel and staff were great! I’ve stayed at the hotel before and it’s always nice. It smells amazing as well. The restaurant was closed for renovations, but i understand that it should be back open in a few months. Room was nice and clean, the water pressure was amazing!

I knew this was the hotel for me and the smell alone has me wanting to come back. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, self parking available with plenty off more spots in the back of the hotel. It is approximately seven minutes away from the National Harbor. My room had a microwave, fridge and Keurig and two bottles of water with no price on it. Just go experience it for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The rooms look nothing like the photos. The lobby/common areas on the first floor are as pictured, but nothing beyond that point is as advertised. The rooms are very old/outdated (there was mold on our bathroom ceiling). The bed moved across the floor as it wasn’t stationed in position and the walls are very “thin”, which made for terrible sleep.

Stay was fine until my lady friend decided to take a shower, she looked down while bathing and there was some kind of bug in the shower.

The lady at the front desk didn’t greet me when I walked up to check in. She wasn’t rude but she wasn’t friendly. She didn’t seem like she loved her job or wanted to be there. Other than this, check in was quick. Room is clean. Bring your own towels & washcloths. Theirs are tiny & thin. The room has a microwave & fridge. Overall, worth the price.

When I go back to MGM for a concert I will stay back at the HaborSide Hotel. The customer service was amazing . The convenience of the shuttle bus was a plus Ms. Linda was awesome. The hotel is a 10+. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom small and out of date they need to update them and have a restaurant inside the hotel. Overall those two little things will not stop me for staying there again and again.

I was in room 417 and he room needs o be sound proofed. I felt like I was in a race track. I heard loud cars all day and night. I could barely sleep the last night because here was this loud music from 10 PM till I left at 6:00 AM. he beds were not comfortable. I would wake up with a sore side and ribs after a few hours. Lastly, it was disappointing about the restaurant being closed.

No bar, no restaurant as was advertised. You could have given your guest a heads up. Breakfast bar was very minimal.

Sooo the property itself was beautiful but there were some issues, for one the pipe in the bathroom was leaking and it took over 2 hours to be fixed but later found out that he had to go get a part, our room door was jammed, we got stuck on the far left elevator, hit the call button and no one answer, and last but not least-complimentary breakfast is definitely nonexistent, there was no real breakfast just thick soggy muffins, tasteless fruits, the bananas were bad, and there was bread to toast lol. Also, I’ve never had a $100 hold for a stay. We probably won’t stay again but the property was nice and clean.

I didn't like that hotel sid not post to the website that restaurant was temporarily closed.

The room did not have a walk in shower. The bed was set on a raised platform making it harder to get in.I was told all the rooms were not like that so if you make a reservation ask first.

The restaurant was being remodeled while we were there. Would definitely stay there again!

A comfortable room for the night. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was good. The only issues I would point out is there is no information sheet in the room. A guide for numbers or restaurants in the area. Also the hotel restaurant/bar closes too early. Other than that it was a great experience.

Hotel shuttle runs to MGM casino daily.Things that I didnt like is the amenities. They dont have a business center for use, no pool, one restaurant, and our room wasn't clean that well unpon early arrival.

Biggest issue was communication regarding shuttle service. Due to low population in the hotel, shuttle service was limited. The hotel would pay for ride share during shuttle hours shuttle hours, but this was not effectively communicated to ne or all employees. I had to explain this to one employee. Another employee simply would not answer my questions regarding shuttle service as he was apparently too shy or soft-spoken. Apart from the silent desk clerk, however, staff was helpful during my limited interactions with them.

We come here at least 2-4 times per year to be by the National Harbor or to go to surrounding areas like Old Town Alexandria or Baltimore. Always a great stay! The shuttle is very convenient as well so that we don't have to find parking at the Harbor. This time was to be close to Northwest Stadium to watch football. Very convenient location for many things!!!

One of the best offerings is a shuttle can take you to MGM, Outlets and National Harbor, from 7 AM to 1030 PM (I was told not 1045). But these areas are very close, about 1-2 miles. Parking is free, right next to highway.

The food, even though you have to pay for it was delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay and the bed and bedding were nice and comfy. The only discrepancy was that it was kind of noisy during the morning hours around 7 to 8 AM. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a couple of cocktails and food at the bar. The bartender was very friendly, and the food was delicious. The beds were okay, but were not put back correctly on the frame because they tilted when I got on the bed.
