Overall the place looked clean but the workers who did the maintenance for that place were very loud speaking to each other and it was very annoying because I could here them right outside of my door. It lasted for about 20 minutes straight. I'm happy it was 8 o'clock in the morning and not 8 at night.

We had two beds and one was comfortable. The room was a little dirty. The floors had dirt on them and looked unmopped. One wall had what looked like dried up sont on on it.. We were also right next to the ice machine and it kept going off all night. But other than that it was good.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. I like the receptionist, she's quick, friendly, and welcoming. It's a very nice hotel, relaxing, and everything's great. I don't like the only thing It's cold. But that's probably just the way the building is. The staff and cleaning staff are trying and doing a great job. Thank you for this hotel.

The staff were so friendly! The check in was easy and the property was in a good location. I booked this based off of reviews that the rooms were clean and unfortunately we didn't get a clean one. I was tired after driving all day so we just dealt with it but wish my experience matched the other recent reviews. For $200, would have liked towels without hair and a clean shower. There was also random furniture in walkways.

I give this Motel a 5 stars because I was pleasantly surprised by my entire experience. The front desk staff (Kenneth and Amanda) we both very pleasant, attentive, and made getting checked in a breeze and answered any questions we had. The room was clean, smelled good and updated. I felt safe (which is importantly for me). There is small morning snack bar offered with coffee, juices, muffins/breakfast crackers which was nice and the coffee tasted good. I would stay here again when traveling to North Palm Beach for an affordable and very clean option!

We were there for maybe 16 hours total. Our main issue was the ac. While it worked, it was so incredibly loud. We finally just had to turn up the temp so it would not come on as often, but then the room was warm. By 4 am I just stayed awake. The sheets had some holes including a cig burn. But the checkin was super easy. The room was clean and it was quiet.

It was advertised as a free breakfast. There was coffee and only three prepackaged snacks. The worst breakfast offering we have ever seen in all our travels, with the exception of those that do not offer breakfast.

Dirty, poor service, accidentally checked another guest into my room. They walked in while I was dressing. Also the hot water didn’t work well in the shower. The front desk didn’t seem to care.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had any hotel in my life And I travel seven months out of the year. When I go to the bathroom to turn on the shower, there’s this horrible putrid smell then I dropped my towel and I look at the floor and there’s gnats in the bathroom and little bugs crawling around. I then talked with the front desk guy about it his name was Sam. He was so beyond RUDE. He kept saying he doesn’t smell or see any bugs when clearly they were crawling on the floor, and I was bending down pointing at them and he had his glasses in his hand and he didn’t even put them on. I asked for a new room and then he put me in a new room and then said don’t complain again. Are you joking me?? I now have a video of the second room with parasitic worm things that we’re moving around on the shower floor in the shower floor was wet. Highly recommend not staying here.

Kennth at the desk was great. Had no air-conditioning in the first room. He didn’t question it. He got me another room right away. But was unable to sign onto the Wi-Fi, which was a little frustrating and the TV didn’t work. The room also had an odd smell to it.

The staff at the desk did his job, I was given a card key and signed a paper. The checkout staff was polite and friendly. The room was meh…the bathroom is in desperate need of attention. Great proximity to the laundry, parking, and front desk without a ton of noise. The location is perfect for anyone that is stopping in North Palm just to explore the area for a couple of days.

The heater didn’t work, so I froze by but off on the first and third night of my stay. Had problems with my reservations. This by far was the worst experience I’ve had with this Super 8.

The room was in very poor condition. A wall outlet was completely non-working. The bath tap water had almost no pressure. The hot water never exceeded tepid warm, a box of tissues was left stuck to the bathroom vanity surface. The glass slider was left in the open position - not locked. The black-out drapes do not cover the bed area so it can easily be seen from the outside. The bed linens and towels need to be updated.

No heat during cold wave. They provided portable electric heater.

The WiFi password they gave me didn’t work I went to the front office 3 time they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong. Check out time at 11:00 At 10:07 the housekeeper already knocked on my door. People smoking by my door. The Room was nice and clean bathroom was very big and clean. The heater didn’t work perfectly.

The first room we were given smelled overly disinfected. We put our things in the room and went to dinner. Came back and the room smelled so bad from mold. There was mold growing all over the shower and sink. The toilet was also had a broken handle and wouldn't flush. I requested another room. The person staffing the front was so kind and apologetic. The second room we got was much better. I gave this a 3 star due to the staff members I encountered being so helpful and kind.

Once I checked in, I didn’t get the room I requested, I was placed in a room that was extremely dirty, the bed sheets had white satins and blood on them, cigarettes wholes in the sheets just disgusting. When I was trying to tell the clerk about it he brushed me off and was like he don’t need to see pictures as if he had already know the room was not up to par. He didn’t even try to offer another room well at the point I just wanted my money back and slept in my car!!!!

I've stayed at this motel every year, twice a year for years. It's always been super clean, staff has been helpful and nice, no coaches or other bugs. No more. The room smelled terrible, there was mold in it, visible in the bathroom walls. There were small bugs in the bathroom, and baby roaches in the room. The AC machine was leaking water inside the room, making it musty and humid. There were 3 towels when we came. The second day cleaning obviously came since the AC had been turned up while we were gone. No towels were changed. Nothing except the AC had been adjusted. The third day cleaning came and made the beds, took the 3 towels and left two - no pool towels or extra towels for the pool were available. The bathroom was dirty - cleaning isn't done the way it used to. I woke up early and stayed in the lobby because my daughter was sleeping in our room and didn't want to wake her up. To my surprise, the bathroom in the lobby was locked, and when I asked for a key, the woman at the front desk asked me if there is something wrong with the bathroom in our room! The bathroom in the lobby has always been available for guests to use until now. I shouldn't have to explain why I needed to use the bathroom there. There were people smoking marijuana in the next room, outside. It smelled terrible. The staff walked by several times but didn't say anything to them about it. They couldn't care less. I am disappointed, and for the rest of my daughter's college, I'm staying somewhere else.

I had to have surgery and needed a place to stay before my long drive home. The staff was very accommodating and kind for the price I cannot complain. The only downside was when there was noise in the parking lot at echoed in the room, but I am a light sleeper, it didn’t bother my husband at all again the staff was amazing and for the price I cannot complain

The manager or maintenance person is extremely rude. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and there are cheaper options in the areas. Never stay here unless you want to be miserable.

Just honestly felt gross staying there. Should have known better. Won’t make the mistake of staying here again.

The Staff was frienly and responded to requests. The complaints are minimal and easily solved. The freezer in refrigerator required defrosting, unable to fit freezer packs in area. The a.c. unit filters required cleaning. Plenty of towels available, just ask. Linens in goid shape. Mattress in goid shape, slept great.

Put into a room that the maid missed that day. Front desk got upset with us but moved us anyway. Next morning ask about mess. Was told that room was not cleaned after last guest.

I had booked a prior hotel but upon arrival it was a dump of a place, owner was nice enough to give a full refund, my husband found availability at the Super 8 we booked a room right from the parking lot , it is in a very nice area. We had 3 other friends looking for a room all last minute booking everyone got a room we had a great time we even use the BBQ grill in the pool area after the beach and spent a nice Saturday evening with family and friends by the pool. Other guests in the pool area were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night before our cruise. We were given a ground floor room, but I believe because of the hurricanes the doors were not fully sealed on the bottom floor. This caused some bugs in the room (we were also near the garden area). We informed the staff member and they were understanding and accommodated us. He changed our room to a second floor room and it was a lot better! It was a nice place to rest for the night before we left and we are appreciative of the staff.

Amanda was such a sweetheart and did all she could to accommodate us during our stay. Harri at the front desk and Regina were very nice as well. Carl the Manager has no bedside manner with his Customers. Hotel property is nice but I was in three different rooms because of the roaches and other bugs. It is a shame because the place is very nice but they have a bad problem. I was in a renovated room and the furniture was new but the bathroom door was never changed, it was disgusting. There was a big gap between the door and the frame which allowed all kinds of bugs to get in and our two other rooms were like this as well. Laundry and vending area is outside and there are roaches crawling on the table and washer and dryer. The hotel does have an exterminator that comes but clearly they need to come more often. It’s a shame because I stayed at this hotel and my family countless times over the years and recommended it to people and I cannot believe how downhill it has gone. Staff was nice breakfast was grab and go. Staff all tried to accommodate us but there was only so much I guess they could do.

The property and pool were in good condition. The rooms are outdated but not horrible. The towels were thin and scratchy and I didn’t have soap. I had to take the top off the toilet tank and fix the plunger every time I use the toilet. Very annoying. Housekeeping doesn’t come every day so you must request towels or extra toilet paper. The price was right. I stayed four nights for a business trip. I would probably stay again but pack extra toiletries and bring my own towels. I went over spring break so this was the only reasonably priced hotel in the area. I did feel safe and it was rather quiet, considering it was spring break. I relaxed at the pool each evening and the pool area was nice and the water was clean.

The room was filthy. There was urine splashed on the toilet and floor, not cleaned when we arrived. There was also trash on the floor in the bathroom behind the toilet. The desk person was unpleasant. The towels are small and thin. There isn’t much that I can say was even just ok at this hotel. I will never go back.

The room was clean and neat, beds were a little firm, the pool was gorgeous. However, we didn't receive maid service after the first night, when we returned from working our show, the soiled towels were still on the floor and the beds were note made up. I called the front desk to request service and was asked to bring the soiled towels to the front desk for fresh. I think the least someone could have done after missing us on maid service would have been to bring us fresh towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, a good value for the money, everyone was courteous and pleasant.

Reservation was screwed up. We had to check-in twice after being given someone else's room which resulted in us being locked out of our room with our stuff in it. Floors were dirty to walk on

Front desk managers were helpful and accommodating.

Not veryclean and toilet was backing up every time we used the washroom.

We were given the room directly across from the ice maker and next to the housekeeping rooms. It was continuous noise all night and made service started making noise on talking at the crack of dawn. This Motel was far from capacity and we could have been given a room in a much quieter area. Also, we were told there was a morning breakfast and it was a bowl of prepackaged muffins and coffee. The bed was beyond uncomfortable.
