Reviews
Innisbrook Resort is a beautiful property with well-maintained grounds and excellent staff, offering a variety of amenities for families and golf enthusiasts. However, some guests have expressed concerns about outdated rooms, lack of refrigerators and microwaves in rooms, and issues with air conditioning and cleanliness.
- Beautiful and well-maintained property
- Excellent staff and customer service
- Outdated rooms and lack of amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves
- Issues with air conditioning and cleanliness in some rooms

Beautiful and extensive golf community / resort. Old Florida charm. Rooms and architecture is 70s, and it’s a mix of residential and hotel units. Felt more like renting a condo than a hotel. Unfortunately we left w flea bites (most likely from the unit itself). That’s the reason for the low stars given. We did not raise a complaint with the hotel
- 5/5
Always my go to vacation spot…wish they had more options for restaurants and shopping inside!
- 4/5
This is our go to spot in the Clearwater area. Golfers paradise, lots of pools. The property is spread out so it never feels crowded. Building exteriors look old fashioned but the 1 bedroom king suite is fully updated. I like having a full kitchen and nice balcony. 10 min ride to Honeymoon Island beach. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. You will need a car but they have a little shuttle that will run you around. About 30 mins to Clearwater beach.
- 5/5
The entire resort was gorgeous! Only con was the hours of the pool especially with children.
- 5/5
Amazing place to spend a weekend with family. Will definitely return
- 2/5
There was no fridge in the room. Had to go to them to request one because the phone wasn’t working
- 1/5
Breakfast wasn’t included and the 25$ resort credit wasn’t given
- 3/5
I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers didn’t come in until 6 am. I was transferred to security who said they would direct the Uber to my building. At 4:20 am, when the Uber driver arrives, he was let in, but not told that I was not at the clubhouse. I had to contact him. During my phone call to him, someone from the clubhouse did come out to tell him that I was not there. It seemed as though the staff didn’t talk to each other.
- 4/5
There are places to eat, such as the Osprey restaurant in the main building (where check-in happens) a second casual pub like restaurant in another building, and a really nice Steakhouse restaurant. I like staying here because I like the grounds with the golf courses, trees and beautiful plants and foliage. There are always those who seem to be disappointed that this is not a glamorous/new resort. They (the resort management) cannot simply legally implode the buildings and build new because the buildings/ units are privately owned, at this point in time and for the foreseeable future. Enjoy it for what it best presents as, lovely units on beautiful property with golf courses & tennis courts.
- 3/5
Pool water was durty... leafs and twigs in waterside part. Current was to strong for kids from left water slide. And their housekeeping made a mistake cleaning our room when we were staying another night. They picked up a Yeti cup with ice tea in it and a cell phone and threw them both into the same plastic bag... if I didn't already need a new phone I would have thrown a huge fit over it...
- 4/5
No elevator to upper floors A little dated with decor
- 4/5
The property was extremely outdated, and there were many restrictions when I came to the Pools.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room clean and quiet l. There is no elevator. Consider adding the information to description on all websites that offer rooms at your resort other than list floor. The shower head is old and does not work correctly. It needs to be changed. Consider adding a handheld. The toilet runs. It does flush correctly. Change it. The exhaust fan is old and sounds like a C-130 warming up. Also consider separate switches for bathroom light and fan. The bedside light does not turn off unless the wall power switch is off eliminating the ability to charge phones at night. I unscrewed the light bulbs. The blinds do not keep out the light. The room faces west so hard to dim the room. Consider changing the small decorative side drapes for full ones.
- 2/5
The accommodation is basic and old
- 5/5
Loved the pool and all of the options for restaurants
- 4/5
It would be great if the resort had family style bikes . Like the ones on the beach. The staff said they had them before but only single rider bikes are available now. That's unfortunate for the kids that don't know how to use them with out training wheels . Same with some adults!
- 4/5
The photo in hotels.com of bathroom with step in shower was misleading since we got a room with a bathtub. The appliances (stove flat top and dishwasher should come with instructions. It wasn't east trying to use them.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Clean, large and updated rooms with a stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!
- 4/5
was very nice, lunch very good
- 5/5
Great place to stay & beautiful resort! Rooms very clean. If staying several nights voucher for free breakfast would be nice.
- 5/5
There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants.
- 4/5
Resort was great, we played Island and Copperhead and both were in great condition. Food was good but breakfast buffet was overpriced and included 20% gratuity for barely any service which seemed excessive. Otherwise, staff and everything was great. The pool area was also nice in between rounds. I would recommend.
- 5/5
Junior Suite was amazing! South golf course was great as well.
- 2/5
My room credit was not applied they didn’t know nothing about it.. Pay more for the resort fee .
- 5/5
The room was excellent overlooking the golf course. Loved it.
- 4/5
Staff was well-trained, professional, and caring. Spa was top-notch. Grounds were beautiful. Condo was roomy. Well done.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and top service. Loved it here!
- 5/5
Great on everything
- 5/5
Staff was outstanding. Pool was good but a bit crowded. Too many children. South course was in good shape. A bit too expensive to play. Steak house was great. Service by our server Ralph was very good. Drinks were made to perfection.
- 5/5
One could not ask for a better staff! Impeccable! We will be back next year for The Valspar:)
- 4/5
Pool was great. Good drinks and good music.
- 5/5
Pool was amazing!
- 1/5
Total garbage rooms are what you might find in a roadside motel
- 3/5
The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.
- 4/5
Everything was okay would stay again .
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Such a relaxing resorts. Great restaurants. Also very friendly staff. Chris at the front desk was so helpful with a great personality. We will definitely be back again.
- 5/5
Grab and go breakfast was short-staffed and took over 15 minutes to checkout prepacked food. Otherwise, the resort has plenty to offer for both kids and adults. Pickle ball paddles are free for loan included in the 1hour court access. Current buffet breakfast cost $26/person.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort, beautiful grounds and golf course. The only issue is at the condo. There’s a bunch of Karen’s running around complaining that you’re there.
- 5/5
All was great
- 3/5
Property is dated. There is a lot of traffic in the resort. Pool towels are only avaliable at the main pool. Staff at the residence is not helpful or act like they cant speak english. They only offer a unappealing breakfast buffet for $30. There were 4 more addon fees each night at check out. Also, not really a "resort", its more like a residence. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
The resort rooms are dated and worn and need a refresh bathrooms very small. Work out room very busy hard to get on equipment, some equipment is old and rusted. Food very good at restaurants. Staff all very nice.
- 5/5
The facilities were execellent
- 5/5
Golf shop staff was very good. Excellent job cleaning the rooms daily.
- 5/5
We only stayed a short night but everything was lovely. I would love to be their for a week to truly experience the resort.
- 4/5
Only stayed one night. Room was good. Didn't have time for anything but golf. I don't recommend the island course. Over priced, played other courses in the area for a third of the price and prettier . Copperhead would be the only one I would come back for. I would stay at the resort again.
- 5/5
So many pools and great place to visit
- 4/5
Overall a beautiful property and room. Just a few disappointments.
- 5/5
Pool was great, staff was very friendly. Gorgeous golf course
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Innisbrooke is a golf resort with beautiful grounds. We had a spacious apartment and a big balcony.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Room is old but clean and comfortable! We were very comfortable!
- 3/5
Carpeting. Nice staff. Hard to find. Shade was broken. Window wouldn't open.
- 4/5
Everyone was great
- 2/5
Building hallways smelled like cat urine, bld #16 almost the whole visit.. The rooms need to be updated as well.. Paying that amount of money u should receive a better room etc..
- 4/5
Access to activities, restaurants and amenities Takes time to learn your way around
- 3/5
Check in staff was great. The building we were in is very old, hallway smelled like wet mold. The rooms are outdated as well and the room had an adjoining door that doesn’t have a door sweep the allows you to see into the room next to you. For $300 a night you would think it would be better.
- 4/5
Bathrooms were big and location was good. Breakfasts were very good.
- 5/5
The clerk in the inverness pro shop was quite pleasant and professional. The dinner and service at Packard's Steakhouse were superb.
- 3/5
All in all, it was a pleasant visit.
- 2/5
Our first stay was excellent. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating—especially the shuttle drivers, who kindly assisted my wife with her golf clubs. We truly felt we had found the perfect place for our regular visits. Unfortunately, our most recent stay was a very different experience. While the front desk and restaurant teams remained wonderful, the shuttle drivers were noticeably rude and seemed unhappy to assist my wife with her clubs. This change in attitude significantly affected her experience. She shared her concerns with the front desk manager during the stay, and I attempted to do the same at checkout. Disappointingly, no manager came out to speak with me, and we received no follow-up or apology. Because our first visit was so positive, this was especially discouraging. We hope this was an isolated incident, as we would like to continue staying here. However, the lack of response from management leaves us uncertain.
- 3/5
Super nice staff, Needs updating for the price
- 4/5
Room was good.. no elevators though to get to the rooms. Can get inconvenient if you have luggage
- 5/5
Always excellent service and accommodations.
- 5/5
cleanliness, spacious, great pool and manicured lanscape NA except ice machine on first floor
- 5/5
Room was spotless
- 4/5
Staff was excellent and helpful. They actually have people that will help you with your luggage. That is so hard to find these days. My only complaint was the room had a weird fish smell.
- 3/5
Shower wasn’t working due to broken diverter and tub wasn’t draining. These were issues that should have been checked before assigning the room. They couldn’t switch us to a different room but staff responded quickly and were able to fix it. Cooktop wasn’t powerful enough and took over 20 minutes to boil water so we couldn’t use it. Pool and pickleball courts were great.
- 5/5
Did not use the pool or have breakfast so cannot comment.

This property is fine, the buildings haven't been updated for ever. Golf is overpriced! 400+ a round and you have to walk to driving ranges or take a shuttle. On the range Saturday morning there were no balls. The carts have no GPS. Buffet breakfast for 26.00, but watch, they throw an automatic $5 service charge on the check. PLace was empty, I asked for a later checkout due to 8PM flight. They offered me 25.00 per hour to rent the room. The room, adequate, by my friends and I all found our winders very dirty. Would not return to this "resort"
- 5/5
Wonderful climate!
- 5/5
Loved shuttle service
- 4/5
Room was clean but dated...staff good
- 4/5
Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Great as always!
- 5/5
The room was perfect and very clean. We spent 3 days by the pool which was the highlight of our weekend. All of the staff were very courteous and friendly. The resort is so huge and it was our first time there so we were a bit overwhelmed the first day. However, the staff helped us situate and made several recommendations to help us enjoy our stay. I am old and i forget his name, but the gentleman at the pool (Bill?) who has been at Innisbrook since 1990 was especially helpful. We are planning an annual trip at Innisbrook. Thank you!
- 4/5
The Staff at the resort was very accommodating. Room service was also very good.
- 5/5
Room was perfect and clean with quick service amenities including a beautifully designed pool area with slides will be coming back for a long stay

Property was very clean and quiet. Loved the lap pool. We will be back!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. The room was very clean.. Bed was comfortable. Perfect.

Yes
- 2/5
The images on Hotels.com make it look fantastic. The golf course @ nearly $700 for 3 players is run down and poorly managed. Over priced and under whelmed.
- 5/5
Great facility, so much to do! Played some golf (Copperhead & Island) and enjoyed the pool! Food was amazing at all the places we ate, but Packards was exceptional!
- 5/5
Staff are wonderful. Rooms and the buildings are a little outdated but still clean. Overall a wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Excellent overall
- 5/5
Quiet, spread out, lush greenery, free laundry facilities, kitchenette, husband loves the golf courses & practice facilities
- 5/5
Staff was great, clean and spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Everything was so nice and clean but what sold me was how kind and nice the staff was.
- 5/5
The resort and staff where amazing. The pool was awesome as my son loved every minute of it. The service the staff provided was truly amazing. This by far was one of the best places I have stayed as they were very reasonable on the price we paid and it was worth every cent.
- 5/5

Found cockroach. Internet didn’t work. Otherwise was a nice stay!
- 5/5
We loved the pool
- 3/5
No fridge was very inconvenient and it was not cheap
- 5/5
The value of the room for the money was top-notch! Our room was close to the main pool, which was fantastic. While the room rates were super reasonable, be prepared for food and drink to be very expensive.
- 5/5
Great stay! Staff were amazing super friendly and welcoming! It was nice to park the car and just relax, everything you need is right on sight! Definitely will be back!
- 5/5
It's so quiet clean. Pool is amazing. Nice people. Like living of the grid.
- 4.5/5
It was clean Breakfast wasn’t included
- 4/5
Very nice and quiet. Off season
- 5/5
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! I will be returning in the future.

- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay there
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The golf course was in excellent condition. I would definitely go here again.
- 5/5
Beautiful property lots of things to do for kids, adult spaces as well.
- 4/5
The pool was very close to our room. Was not aware of the dress code to eat at restaurants on site. Had to go off site, so we couldn't use the $25 expedia credit. Very sad.
- 4/5
No complaints. Only stayed one night. Fitness Center was good. Pool was nice.
- 2.5/5
The room was decent and clean. Bed was comfy. The damp/moldy smell in the hallways was really heavy. And the toiletries that they "provide" were basically empty and when we asked for some, we had to call twice. It was disappointing for the amount we paid per night.
- 5/5
All staff members treated us very well, like royalty. We will definitely be staying there again in the near future.
- 5/5
This is a wonderful family venue! It's beautiful, safe, clean and good value for money. We will definitely book again. We're delighted that we found such a gem!
- 5/5
Room was already best possible. No upgrade necessary
- 4/5
It was quiet on property so that was nice. The rooms are really dated.
- 5/5
The family LOVED the pool! Very family oriented and just what we were looking for. The food at Lochness pool was exceptional. The best quesadilla and macaroni and cheese we’ve ever eating. The drinks were top notch too. The room was great but we didn’t like that there is no mini fridge. We had to rent one.
- 5/5
Everyone was so accommodating and friendly.it was a lovely getaway
- 5/5
Excellent and beautiful stay!!!!
- 1/5
Very old and not well attended. Because it is mostly owner owned and lived in condominiums there is not staff at pools, lobby etc. Also, no regulations on noise. Owner above my room was doing renovations/hammering at 7am Saturday morning. My tv did not work either which was an absent owner issue.
- 5/5
Packard is amazing
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the bed. The bed was hard to sleep on, and I ended up sleeping on the couch.
- 5/5
A very comfortable room in a quiet atmosphere, perfect for rest and relaxation.
- 5/5
My husband son and I had an amazing stay. The lochness pool is so nicely maintained with bar service and a grill. Theirs always something to do whether golfing, eating or just wanting to relax. The room itself was very tidy with plenty of storage space and amenities. They had Panama Jack bathroom products which smelled lovely. Will definitely be returning.
- 4/5
The room does not have a fridge. The noise of water dropping from the roof down to the window made us very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, quit
- 3.5/5
Location was close to people I was visiting. The grounds are very nice. Good fitness center and pool. Very outdated furniture. No elevators for 2nd floor rooms. Paying a Resort fee especially when I only used the pool and fitness center 1 day out of four!
- 5/5
Clean and renewed. Great service
- 5/5
The rooms and the pools Nothing
- 5/5
Everything was nice. I’ll be back
- 5/5
!
- 5/5
The staff are very professional, warm and friendly. So much to do within the resort, but we did manage to visit Tarpon Springs too! We are already talking about our next visit!
- 5/5
Spacious rooms, quiet and clean. Staff professional and accommodating.
- 4/5
immaculate resort
- 5/5
Love this hotel. We stay every year. The staff is amazing and gives a family friendly vibe
- 3/5
.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room and bars at the Copperhead Course and the Osprey were super nice. The only adverse item was that the fan in the bathroom turned on with the light. So, if someone went there in the middle of the night, the fan would disturb the person sleeping. We would certainly stay there again in the future.
- 5/5
quiet, seclusion and beautiful only the bare minimum basics available in the suite in terms of cooking equipment. the patio was filthy and I needed a broom to sweep it off, but none were available. We needed a toilet plunger, but none were available. we had to ask for extra toilet paper and towels. The bugs were a huge problem so sitting on the patio I got eaten alive the first night! The furniture was extremely uncomfortable - inside especially. The patio light did not work at all. The lights in the bedroom did not function appropriately. salamander Grill was excessively overpriced, and the service was very low par. I had reservations for two nights and after the first experience, I canceled the second night reservation at that restaurant.
- 4/5
Love this resort - so clean and impeccably maintained. Great central location I was slightly disappointed how under supplied the kitchen was. Our reservation is a full 2 bedroom facility - complete w a full kitchen- and the supplies just were VERY basic- that was disappointing-
- 3/5
We asked for late check-out twice, and received no response.
- 3/5
Really loved stayed across from the pool, we used that often. Having dishes and utensils was nice to save us money. The sheets and blankets were so, so soft and the soap, shampoo and body wash smelled so good. The bar soap smelled like legit poop. The bed was hard as a rock and I woke up in pain everyday. The resort was great and we’d def come back if the beds were upgraded.
- 3/5
Not for me .. Breakfast at this property is expensive and not many options … and to reach staff at the property they is a in house landline which is not working… and they couldn’t even find my reservation when asked for additional info .. not worth for the buck.
- 5/5
Fantastic experience, mistake on our part only making it 1 night.
- 3/5
Nice area. Room needs updated.
- 5/5
We went Clearwater, Florida to visit the Marine Aquarium and I found Innisbrook Resort on Hotel.com. The place is absolutely amazing. It’s on a golf course and the building we stayed in was on one of the waterways. It was such beautiful scenery to see outside our room’s window. The staff were so kind and welcoming from Sebastian in Reservations to Paul at Check In. They have restaurants on site all over the resort as well as several pools to choose from, and there is also a day spa you can spend time at if that is your thing. We will definitely be going back and staying there!
- 5/5
Property is pristine, our room accommodations were excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
We loved the ease of staying at the resort. The pool was great.
- 5/5
Old school feel for this historic resort. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Very nice… spa services, restaurant, pool.
- 5/5
The resort was very nice and quiet. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We ate at the grill and the food was delicious and the service was great.
- 5/5
Overnight with Senior parent
- 5/5
Great stay, beautiful property. Was not expecting to pay a $40 fee for booking through Expedia.
- 4/5
Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Some issues with the tv cable and toilet were promptly fixed. Beautiful grounds, nice room though very compact. The bed was comfortable but very firm. Loch Ness pool was great and food and drinks were very good. Thank you!
- 5/5
I was very happy and surprised at how comfortable our stay was. My only suggestion would be more communication on room location. The lack of handicapped accessibility, was a bit concerning. We were shown the building, but it wasn’t intuitive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
- 5/5
The room was great, the TV is old and gave us a little trouble. But they came and helped
- 5/5
Great location and ambiance.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful property, we will definitely be back!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Love this resort! I come every year for memorial. Christine and Heather are awesome at the Lochness pool !
- 3/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Pretty property. Did not like: For not golf player resort has little value. High resort fee with little value. Extremely loud music at main pool. Garbage hasn't been removed building in 3 days. Room has old dusty carpets.
- 5/5
Great pool and food
- 5/5
No complains. Beautiful condo, easy parking, quick checkin and great choice of pools. Reported toilet running all the time. Couldnt hear it unless you were in the bathroom. More conservation issue than annoyance. Shower very clean. Would recommend saftey grips on pool rails.
- 5/5
Our first stay was a surprise stay, it was the only hotel with available rooms following two back to back hurricanes in 2024 for us to house our crew helping with the relief efforts. At the time, what we could see of the property was pretty much inundated with water as much of the area was. It's a dated hotel with really nice rooms that need some loving TLC. You can clearly see what is was back in its heyday. We said we would go back just so we could see it not under water. And we did, and its as we thought it would be. It's a beautiful facility with lots to see, and tons to do especially during a golf tournament. With pleasant staff. We would go back in a heart beat all it needs is some TLC. Hopefully the new owners will be listening.
- 5/5
Very nice place
- 4/5
The property was beautiful & well kept; however, the room was somewhat old & needed updated. The staff was friendly & helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent golf course , hotel , 8 minute drive to tarpon springs
- 5/5
Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds. A bit dated, but still very nice accommodations and so much space in rooms. Well worth the pricepoint.
- 5/5
Great location and super friendly staff!
- 5/5
I feel like it was perfect for our trip. My two regrets are that we had so much off campus and the Klosterman entrance was closed.
- 5/5
Loved our stay .wish it was longer.
- 3/5
It’s a resort, but everything is really spread out on the property and the rooms are mixed with condos people live in. I’d recommend staying somewhere else if you want that true resort feel. Stay here if you want a country club and really conservative feel.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff were prompt in helping us. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Stayed here for golf outing no complaint
- 4/5
The only issue was our room had an air conditioning unit on the floor right next to our bed. My husband hardly slept
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds!
- 5/5
Nice surroundings, nice staff, enjoyable stay
- 4/5
The resort was very spread out, so it wasn't easily walkable to restaurants and facilities but there was a convenient shuttle service. The resort fee of $42/day seemed high. Pools were scattered throughout the resort but only one provided towels and other amenities. LOVED that there was a free laundry room on each floor in our buildings! Bring your own detergent, though. Packards restaurant was excellent, though pricey and very loud. Market Salamanders Grille was average. The furnishings were dated and needing an upgrade, but the bed was super comfortable. Loved having a balcony overlooking the Island Golf Course! The golf courses we played (Island and North) were disappointing- for the price we expected better conditions. I'm sure Copperhead was much better (and the fee was higher) but for over $300, the Island should've had nicer fairways, bunkers, etc. All in all, it was a good resort and we had a great time!
- 5/5
We love it
- 4/5
Very cool property if you are planning on playing golf for sure! Thought it was over priced (food, drinks, room) for what you got and on top of that resort banged me an extra $40 per night (on top of what I thought was fully paid through expedia) for zero extra service. I’d return to play golf, but if that wasn’t on my agenda, even tho the staff was very nice and room clean, I’d find somewhere else.
- 5/5
Wonderful property to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities, the scenery is nice and its very peaceful. Although the only problem i had was it is a little bit of a maze so make sure to get a map from guest services to make sure you dont get turned around!
- 4/5
The unit where we stayed was really nice! The kitchen was very modern and had everything you needed! We were right on the golf course and the view was beautiful’ ! That particular pool was not the best, however if you’re looking for privacy then , look no further! I’d say the down side is as a vegetarian none of the restaurants had any options suitable for me and you can’t keep eating chips and guacamole, you get what I mean , overall it was a nice property
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful - would love here if I could !!!!
- 4/5
Not enough dining & bar options when staying multiple days
- 5/5
I had a great time with lodging, many restaurant options and lovely spa.
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
We enjoyed the home away from home feel while enjoying the amenities of a resort. Wonderful restaurants and spa. I look forward to returning in the future.

High quality resort with excellent amenities. The staff were pleasant and expedient. The grounds are lovely and relaxing. We will be back.

This is a wonderful resort, extremely clean and any time I needed something it was done immediately. The only complaint that I have is that the pools were absolutely cold. They say it's heated but anyone who went in it said it was freezing. Especially with the cold snap in Florida; it should've been warmed accordingly. Also the main pool (The Lochness) was closed at 6 and a couple of days it closed down at 4 pm. Pools are a main source of entertainment and relaxation. Disappointed in the pool situation.

Bed was comfortable No refrigerator, lack of seating in room, room was cramped. No value. Meals were expensive with very poor service.

Room dirty. Called after saw a live lizard in room and they never came to get it. Also tub wouldn’t drain due to large hair clog. Repulsive!

All was good Except for one person in the reception who was not welcoming, helpful, informative. That kind of person is needed for first time visitors. The rest of the staff was outstanding.
