I stayed for one night only. Quiet and comfortable hotel in a convenient location for activities and restaurants. The room was also quiet and the bed was comfortable. Everything was in working order. The breakfast choices were limited. However, I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Rooms need updating
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Everything here is great!
- 5/5
I'd go there again. It was clean and quiet, just what I needed
- 4/5
This was an emergency stay, so we weren't much concerned about the facility. It was quite difficult to make the shower work (we finally asked for assistance and got instructions from maintenance).
- 5/5
Very nice staff and same staff every time we go. Good breakfast and quiet atmosphere. Rooms clean and beds are comfy. We have stayed at many hotels because this is our favorite place to fish. Also located close to where you can watch sunset at the beach. Awesome restaurants near by. Their pool is very large and well taken care of. This our new favorite place to stay when we go fishing.
- 3/5
Half of the stuff was broken. No working ice machine never any pool towels breakfast was mid staff rude. Was wasn’t even 11 and the cleaning lady was rushing us out of the room. Not to mention we got to the room and it was semi clean dirty sock in the room
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
best location for tarpon springs.
- 1/5
Worst hotel in the world
- 3/5
The room itself wasn’t bad; the bed was comfy. The overall property just needs to be redone.
- 4/5
The breakfast was minimal. Hot tub was not working, but the pool area was wonderful. The location was awesome.
- 2/5
Hot tub not working since last year, gym only one machine working, hallway of hotel hot very hot. Wallpaper in bathroom coming off, no decaffeinated coffee for breakfast, air-conditioning kept me us up most of the night (making noise). Last year I paid more for my room pool side and the room had HBO, this room on second floor not as nice as first floor room and had no HBO, all rooms advertised HBO. I believe getting rooms online their giving us the not so nice rooms. Not a good experience 😕
- 5/5
el desayuno muy sencillo
- 4/5
Need some repairs in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet area. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Every time I go to tarpon Springs this is my go-to excellent staff clean rooms close to everything especially the sponge docks ❤️ I have been coming to the quality inn for years I stayed once at the Hampton not impressed this hotel's a lot better
- 1/5
Bathroom had hair from previous guest all over the floor. The bathroom needs a complete redo. The halls were creepy to walk through. The place needs a complete over haul. The screaming and swearing from the room across the hall. I was afraid to go out when I heard someone yell "I'm going to kill you bitch". We called the front desk to report this.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, big pool, great staff, great parking, clean room. The breakfast was lighter than we thought. Only hot item was waffle making. Coffee was good.
- 5/5
Always love it here, very clean and the pool is immaculate
- 5/5
We enjoy staying on weekdays, very quiet then. Go fishing and enjoy their breakfast. We have stayed there several times and same people still working there. Close to the beaches, we go watch the sunset. Close to shopping and amazing Great Restaurants.
- 4/5
It was very clean and quiet That was too far away from town, but I made it
- 2/5
Building is falling apart. Not elevator.
- 5/5
Nice room for the price. Easy check-in. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Stayed for Memorial Day weekend and had an awesome experience. Staff was very friendly and would absolutely love to stay again.
- 3/5
Proce was right, but this is an old hotel
- 4/5
Not the best, not the worst, but the room was clean.
- 4/5
It’s fine.
- 4/5
Breakfast could be better with more choices. Towels were not 100% cotton.
- 5/5
Room was great, good breakfast
- 2/5
ok
- 4/5
Well maintained Breakfast was nice!
- 2/5
They had a nice pool We didnt have hot water to shower then they came a "fixed" it but then we didnt have cold water and it was scalding and they wanted us to switch rooms but it was already 930pm and we just drove 15 hours so we just decided to go to sleep and the guy at the front desk when we checked in was rude and had a bad attitude. Glad we only stayed one night. We've stayed at this hotel 2 separate occasions years ago and it used to be nice but not really anymore
- 1/5
The staff was very rude to my son because he wet the bed
- 5/5
Muy buena ubicación y limpieza
- 5/5
Great staff great area
- 5/5
Staff was great room was excellent breakfast was delicious pool was clean and warm wife and i Wife and i loved everything!!!
- 2.5/5
The location The breakfast. How old the room in the inside are. How small the pillows were. The bed were small
- 1/5
That housekeeping manager was very rude my son had a accident in the bed she knocked on the door and ask my son to talk to me and said I can charge you a fee I’m not going to do it this time but please put something on him so he don’t wet the bed again the next day she did it in the lobby around guests about charging me again I was very insulted and decided not to stay again because how I was treated
- 5/5
Hot water not very hot.
- 2/5
The shower did not work at all. The guy at reception desk was rude and obnoxious
- 4/5
Convenient
- 1/5
the room had black mold right above our bed. the hotel overall was very unkept.
- 4/5
The inn was very clean
- 5/5
Stayed one night clean room.
- 3/5
It is very quiet and the courtyard is a pretty place to hang out and read or have a cup of coffee. That can be delightful when you are traveling. The outdoor furniture was fragile and plastic and the overall atmosphere was very basic and impersonal.
- 3.5/5
Shower spout was very difficult to work.
- 2.5/5
It was in a great location Dirty. Like why it look like there’s blood stains on the carpet. Have you ever heard of a carpet cleaner? The sheets were dirty. The room was outdated. And I couldn’t get the shower to work.
- 4.5/5
Great bed free coffee all day and night and great staff.
- 2/5
The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. It was a rough nights sleep for two nights here. We will not stay again unless they update some things and enforce the resort standards regarding what they allow their guests to do on the property. The rules are loose to say the least. I would want to stay there with my young children.
- 1/5
Awful. Awful. Awful. Rude. Rude. Rude. Reception asked us if we "sat on the toilet" when we immediately asked for a different better room and that "you booked through Expedia so you got a cheap room". He charged us a lot extra/night for an end room that overlooked the edge of the pool. The air conditioning was very loud all night and the internet was impossible to keep on—very disappointing based on room rate. The coffee maker in the room had no cups on final night. Located next to public storage and a trailer park, this place is a poorly run dump in bad conditon & they don't care about guests at all. The hallways throughout smelled like pot, steamed into the old carpets. Gates were always open and unlocked with odd pick-up trucks parking all day long and vagabonds wandering around. Felt unsafe. Breakfast was labor-intensive, make your own waffles or bagels or cereal; "fresh fruit" meant only apples, unless they count the yogurt cups. There was no variety for three days. While video loop at breakfast ironically showed us beautiful hotels & cappuccinos to rub it in. This is a hotel for truckers, drug dealers & the down-trodden. Pick another hotel.
- 5/5
Convenience close to everything
- 1/5
Dirty , noisy , people sleeping in the parking area, ac old and noisy , no elevator for upper floors! Stay out of that place. Scary too!
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable and a beautiful pool courtyard area
- 5/5
Nice rooms and property!!
- 5/5
It was very nice and everyone was friendly
- 4/5
Everything was good, not the kind of breakfast I like, but I'm picky about breakfast
- 1/5
Roach infestation
- 3/5
The pool, and the room were nice
- 5/5
The hot tub was closed but not that big of a deal.
- 2/5
While the staff at this hotel was nice their rooms need some major updating. The first room we were given was so smelly. It seemed someone had smoked in it and then they had tried to cover it up with a floral spray of some sort. They did change our room without any dispute. The second room smelled fine but it was old with rust on the lamps, marks on the walls, bathroom was old. The carpeting in the hallway was stained and worn.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast
- 3/5
facility was fine for the price - no complaints.. If i spent 300.00 id be pissed.. So we were here 4 years ago because we love tarpon springs. The breakfast used to be so much better...eggs and extras...like a real breakfast. They are down to bare minimum now...a real decline. My parents also use to stay here becasue they had relitives close. I told them what was going on now and they were so disapointed. Its still a good value....but at this point if you are not going to do a decent job with it - just remove it from the facility....i just dont get why they are skimping. What really would a couple pans of food cost. Just say we dont have breakfast - or do a better job. the facility was fine.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed. A little run down. Furnishings, etc, but didn’t disrupt my stay.
- 3/5
It was a place to rest your head. Needs serious updating and upkeep. But staff was nice.
- 4/5
Great deal for the price and location. Comfortable, clean rooms.
- 3/5
Room/facilities could have been cleaner. Overall a good stay for the money. Pool was nice.
- 4/5
Old hotel, but very clean. Staff was very good.
- 5/5
Had a great room with easy access. Staff was friendly breakfast was nice. Property was well maintained.
- 3/5
We had issues with very spotty wifi connections, that was the biggest negative. The staff was quite understanding, saying they are in the process of upgrading the wifi, but some outages were still happening. We did request a room change because of a family group being quite loud in the corridors at 11pm. The staff did speak to the parents and we were moved the next morning. Since we were in town visiting the grandkids we were not in the hotel much of the day, but were able to enjoy a good night sleep at days end.
- 5/5
For a quality inn, the price was great. We were able to use the pool and check-in early.
- 4/5
The room was accessible and renovated nicely however there were steps and stairs to get every where else. I fell leaving breakfast and very thankful I caught myself with railing after about 4 steps and didn’t continue to fall. Breakfast worker asked if I need help (she saw me fall) and I just wanted to get back to my room. The pool area was nice however there weren’t pool towels to dry off with. Front office was told with no response.
- 5/5
Parking feel safe and the area aswell, the room was clean, Staff was not there when we arrived for at least 4 minutes the same thing happened at the checkout, Breakfast was horrible they only offer waffles for all the guest.
- 5/5
Awesome. Cost effective
- 1/5
Parking was good. Outside of building looks good, however inside is dirty. Cockroach in bathtub! Eating area for continental breakfast was dirty and counters undusted and extremely limited on available food except cereal or make your own waffle. Boo on them and I will never return. Lynn H. in Oregon.
- 2/5
Never had any wifi connectivity in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get a signal. Breakfast was sparse. Very difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.
- 3/5
Poolside was lovely but for some reason the lawn crew decided to come on a Saturday and run the blower and mower for over 2 hours in the middle of the day. All the quest we’re complaining, Just completely bad timing! I bet the pool is dead on a Tuesday at 10am? Maybe schedule that then.
- 3/5
Plenty of parking.
- 5/5
Property is old but well maintained. Only complaint was noisey air conditioning unit in room. Otherwise room was kept clean and bed and sheets comfortable.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager was especially attentive and responsive to requests, which made a noticeable difference. Staff overall were friendly, and the hotel offers convenient perks like free parking. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated that pool towels were provided. The breakfast is basic, but you can make fresh waffles. The bar wasn’t open during my stay, so I didn’t get to experience that amenity. Overall, it’s a solid budget-friendly option that covers the basics, in a very nice way. Good solid stay if you’re looking for good value.
- 5/5
close to everything
- 3/5
Great pool , wish they’d fix the hot tub
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
The rooms and facilities are nice. The building is showing it's age. If that's not an issue for you, this is a good value.
- 1/5
The building was old and falling apart. The front door had tape on it, and did not feel secure. The pull out cou ch had a cigarette burn and it was a tiny futon, with an uncomfortable bump in the mid area. Very difficult to sleep. I would love a refund
- 5/5
Didn't need them
- 5/5
Nice hotel, clean rooms.
- 5/5
Every ok
- 4/5
Was only there for a brief stopover but the check in was easy and the registration attendant very helpful
- 1/5
Place sucks
- 3/5
Place is okay at best. I spend many nights on the road from Hilton/Marriott level to Red Roof Inn/Super 8 level. For the price this property is at the lower end of the spectrum considering I can get into the lower end at $50-60 per night not $110-120.
- 5/5
Clean rooms comfortable beds. Not much room in the parking lot though. I drive a larger truck and it was a little bit tight. Other than that a wonderful place to stay
- 3/5
Hotel is big and inviting with ceiling to floor glass windows, however, cleanliness of property leaves a lot to be desired. Our hotel room floor as well as that of my sisters were wood tile that was sticky and therefore felt as if though no one passes a mop on them, only a vacuum or broom. The steps that lead to the floor from the lobby were dirty and one step was missing a piece and was patched up with duct tape. The steps had a spill on it, caution board was placed over it, we left in the morning and when we got back after 9 pm the board was still there. Curtains in rooms were stained, need upgrade. Breakfast had no protein only the usual waffles and toast and the like. Hotel was convenient on US 19, has a gym and laundry room as well as pool, we had a first floor room overlooking pool in the distance, but very walkable, overall property needs update in the lobby chairs and other areas of the hotel. The rooms were good size and the bed was comfortable. We were there 4 nights, we found it to be a good hotel but needs thorough update and cleaning. Oh the planters next to parking lot should have plants and not let guests use them as ashtrays or used as weed growers. Stay was good, but the little things show care in hotel and guest experience. Paid about 100 dollars a night if slightly more. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was friendly, helpful and always approachable with a smile.
- 3/5
Breakfast is limited as there is no protein foods such as sausage or bacon. Only one waffle maker, which makes us wait for our turn to get one.
- 1/5
Dont be FOOLED hot tub doesn't work, It looks like a motel 6 on last legs outside thats it. Rooms were clean though. Pull out is not a pull out its a futon.
- 4/5
The pool was awesome. Kudos to the pool cleaner. The lady taking care of the breakfast bar was right on top of refilling, cleaning, and make sure everything was ready.
- 3/5
Room smelled. Wifi not working correctly often interfered with data. Overall ok
- 2/5
The room had a dead cockroach on the floor when we checked in. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine when it started. Property needs to be updated. Internet was slow when we arrived and when we went to use it in the morning it wasn’t working was told it was.
- 4/5
yes
- 1/5
It's very run down. The pictures are not accurate.
- 3/5
The gym was disappointing. The elliptical and tread mill were not working. The accommodations were kind of dated but satisfactory.
- 2/5
Although staff was friendly, the entire facilty was old and dirty. one bright spot was the pool area.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
You need to have more of a selection for your breakfast menu
- 4/5
The room was clean and the room housekeeper (Lily) was so sweet making us towel characters. However the complimentary breakfast was terrible. A very small selection. No decaf. The only bread was a bagel. They started to clean up before the 10am cut off time.
- 3/5
Room very average, front desk often unmanned, hot tub closed in disrepair, sparse breakfast offering
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
Old, needs a lot of maintenance and fixtures were rusty, chairs ripped, shower hardly working
- 5/5
Great staff and clean rooms.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The overall exterior could use a refresh.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Breakfast was simple but very well done. Thanks!
- 3/5
Didn't use the pool. Hot tub was broken. Hotel is clean. Very small breakfast choices, but it worked. 1type of bagel, and 1 type of cream cheese, waffles, cereal, apples, and yogurt. Hot water option on coffee machine was out of order. Good stay for a couple days. I recommend Johnny's Grits around the corner for an optional close restaurant.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff .
- 4/5
Staff was very nice, excellent location off Highway 19, lots of good around and close to attractions. Only downside, our room could have been renovated a little. Built in shower walls were damaged. Other than that, would stay at this location again
- 3/5
This hotel did exactly what we needed it to do, it gave our family a place to sleep for two nights while we were on the road. It’s definitely outdated and could use some refreshing, but we weren’t expecting luxury when we booked. The pool, however, was a highlight! Our family absolutely loved it, clean, inviting, and the perfect way to unwind. A couple things to note: there are no elevators, so if you’re on the second floor (like we were) and not in a super convenient location, be prepared for a lot of stairs and a bit of a trek back and forth with luggage and kids. Also, the pillows were very flat basically decorative at best, so you may want to bring your own if you’re picky about sleep comfort. That said, the staff were genuinely lovely and kind, which always makes a difference. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay.
- 5/5
Room was great & staff courteous & helpful
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff.
- 1/5
We could not get the HVAC in the bedroom to switch to heat mode. We had to turn it off as the A/C kept kicking on regardless of what temp we set it to. We could get heat in the front room so had to turn it way up. The TVs are old and small. The one in the living would display no channels. The one in the bedroom was difficult to figure out how to use and only did so after online research. On arrival, as normal, i was asked for a credit card and i.d. What was not normal was the fact a photocopy of my drivers licence was taken, without asking if they could do so. I've traveled to many countries and throughout the US and never once had a copy taken of my i.d. When I checked out I asked for the copy of my drivers license taken without my permission. I was told they have to keep a copy of it for 30 days as required by DHS. I researched and found no such requirement by DHS. Needless to say I will not be back and will not use Quality Inn and Suites again as I understand taking and keeping a copy of the license may be a corporate policy, not a DHS mandate. Had I been told in advance or at check in they were taking a photocpy and retaining it for 30 days I would never even have checked in.
- 3/5
Good
- 4/5
Mary who was in the breakfast area was so friendly it was a pleasure to have coffee there.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and in great shape.
- 4/5
Clean friendly staff
- 4/5
Clean room and facilities. Hot tub was broken and cordoned off. Apparently nothing is being done to repair it. The breakfast was sub par. Nice reception libby and front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Hotel was great. The breakfast area needs 2 waffle irons. And more fruit than an apple. But overall the hotel was great
- 3/5
A little bit dated I would say. The breakfast was just ok.
- 4/5
The lady who did breakfast each morning was great. Need more choices though.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze. They accommodated last minute that was in on a scooter. Clean room and lots of towels. Our second overnight here.
- 2/5
Very tired. “Suite” was directly adjacent to major thoroughfare and was very loud. Rooms by the pool probably would be fine. We won’t be back.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable hotel, available laundry room that was well lit and locked for safety. Coffee available around the clock. Only recommendation is that they locked out the audio on FoxNews.
- 2/5
Not only I was charged twice for deposit the room was so dirty looks like was not cleaned before our arrival floors were awful
- 1/5
Room smelled like bleach. Trying to mask the cigarette smoke. Guy on balcony above us smoking.
- 5/5
Clean room quiet area
- 4/5
No wifi internet but everything else was great.
- 4/5
Large, clean room
- 3/5
It was quiet, rooms were clean, hallways and exterior could use some work, beds were so small, overall for the price it was better than expected.
- 3/5
The room was satisfactory. The buildings need some updating.
- 2/5
The bed was new, bathroom has no safety bars unsafe, continental breakfast is sparse at best, the facility needs a major update
- 4/5
Clean rooms a bit updated. Don’t care for wall air conditioners but it worked fine . Toilet backed up for no known reason. Otherwise nice. Grounds and pool area very nice. Minimal breakfast but coffee good with waffles, bagels, cereal apples. All staff very nice and friendly
- 5/5
Tee enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Room is very clean! Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Water pressure was low and not super hot. Overall a pleasant experience.
- 4/5
Great lobby. Nice breakfact. Friendly staff. Loved the folded towel art
- 1/5
Pictures are deceiving, tv only has 5 channels that work. Everything is very outdated
- 4/5
Reception staff man was efficient and professional. Room was clean with balcony and nice pool/courtyard view
- 5/5
all of the above
- 5/5
On a very busy road . Breakfast queue for one waffle maker
- 4/5

Our room was clean and quiet. It meet our particular needs.
- 3/5
plus a real long way from lobby Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Courtyard view was lovely. Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is convenient to Innesbrook Golf Resort.
- 1/5
Called expedia customer service which was helpful and we got the two rooms all sorted out. Then, once customer service was off the phone, the hotel insisted I had to pay for the rooms at the property and I had already paid for them! I called expedia back and the customer service representative stated I had to pay at the property, despite my reciept from expedia stating I paid for both rooms at time of booking. Now I have to contact my credit card company because I was double charged for the rooms. As for the rooms, they were non-smoking rooms that wreaked of cigarette smoke, the window by the bed had a window AC unit that was not properly fitted to the window and anyone walking on the walkway behind the room could easily kick in the AC and break into the room! There was a palmetto bug on the floor in the bedroom, the shower half worked (the water kept pouring out the tub spout despite pulling the lever all the way up), and some of the lights didn't work in the room. Icing on the cake? You could see that the door had prevously been kicked in. DON'T STAY HERE.
- 4/5
Courteous staff…..room was as described.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
The Rooms smelled and was very dirty and humid
- 5/5
Very clean n spacious room. The checking in clerk was so welcoming n checked us in right away.
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional.
- 2/5
Room in bed were OK. Bathroom sink did not drain. Hotel is not accessible and this was not in your advertisement. I had to walk eight steps down to my room eight steps up to the lobby four steps down. I recently injured my spine, so this was not welcome. Less than OK.
- 2/5
The front desk wanted a 100 at check in , I said I should been told that , he got a real.attitude , noisy from the outside , old.bldg , was cheap and i should understand the that, would never stay there again
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price.
- 4/5
This is a great hotel, rooms are nice, could use some updates. Breakfast is nice, wish there was a little more. Staff is friendly, plenty of parking.
- 3/5
Hotel needs serious updates
- 5/5
The room was great. We didn’t have any issues even though we were late checking in. The manager was running the desk both at check in and check out. He was a great help in providing driving directions to downtown Tarpon Springs.
- 3/5
older room but clean. Strong smell of deodorizer. Door closing is loud in the hallway. Good for the value paid in this area.
- 5/5
The hotel manager was extremely helpfull and accommodated my special needs . friendly and very professional
- 1/5
We arrived check in was smooth, but then we got to our room and it smelled musty, then I used the restroom #1 and the toilet wouldn’t flush, then while waiting for maintenance we spotted cockroach’s. Maintenance arrived and cleared the toilet and promptly carried the used plunger through the room and dripped through the room and left… we went elsewhere!
- 1/5
Do not go here unless you want to risk bringing home bugs or sickness from overall filth in this hotel.
- 2/5
The room was okay..very outdated than the photos. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. So our room was very muggy. We killed a small cockroach in our and we had to do laundry here also and found a dead cockroach in the laundry room.
- 3/5
View from balcony terrible
- 5/5
The room was spotless and all of the staff were great 👍
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The Staff including housekeeping were kind and helpful during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
I was charged an extra 13.38 i don't know why, and i would like to find out.
- 5/5
Pool side rooms, breakfast could use a little more but overall very satisfied
- 4/5
Room was dated, but clean and comfortable and good value for the price. Breakfast room was attractive overlooking the beautiful pool area and food was adequate. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Basic average stay. Meets basic standards if you just need a place to crash for the night.
- 4/5
Lobby and room great, only issue was toilet not flushing great, had to get a plunger from staff. Cold frig, AC great. Mattress not so great, way too soft for our liking. All things considered I feel a great value for the price and would stay there again.
- 4/5
The staff were nice, the room was clean. The futon couch turned into a bed, not very comfortable, but worked. The breakfast was free, offering waffles, coffee, juice. Would have been better if there was eggs and homefries. But overall we had a good stay.
- 5/5
Comfy bed
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great room! Very clean. Front desk was top-notch.
- 5/5
Nice and clean room with patio and cleanest bathroom also quality breakfast
- 5/5

- 4/5
Booked the balcony, looking over the pool and courtyard. Nice for the price.
- 4/5
The room was downstairs, older but clean. It was very good for our short stay.
- 2/5
The room floor was sticky and the room had a bad smell. The breakfast area was also sticky, and the breakfast was really minimalistic. On the second day not even with any toaster.
- 4/5
Always a great place, bed pillows could be better though. No complaints otherwise.
- 4/5
Everything very nice. Did kill a couple small roaches in our room.
- 5/5
Yes ..first time staying there and it is a nice place to stay with everything you need and will be returning in the future..thank you
- 5/5
Person who registered us was very kind. Room was perfect for an overnight stay and great location
- 1/5
The room had issues, the shower walls were splitting apart. No TV guide and no instructions. The breakfast was minimal.
- 4/5
bed. just less amenities.
- 4/5
Only complaint is that very weak internet which made business challenging at times.
- 4/5
Clean and relaxing

When you first walked through the door, there’s a moldy smell, and the breakfast was very bland, but the staff is very nice and you can tell for such a large property in the age of the property. They try their best to keep it up.

Room is clean

- 5/5
Super comfortable beds
- 5/5
This hotel is conveniently situated for us between two groups of our family. It also has a bar once we’re finished driving.
- 4/5
Staff is very nice and room was clean. The hotel is right on US19 so expect noise. We stay here often so ask if there is a room further off the road if available. The breakfast is very nice and it’s centrally located.
- 5/5
Great hotel and reasonably priced. We had two 2nd floor rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was beautiful out in the courtyard. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. I will definitely recommend this Quality Inn. If we're in Tarpon Springs we're going to stay here again.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Very good option for the price. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Nice balcony and scenic pool area.
- 5/5
Great place clean good customer service and a very good breakfast
- 5/5
Very convenient for our trip to Tarpon. The gentleman at the desk kindly upgraded us to a main level room close to the entrance to accommodate my mother with very limited mobility. I really appreciated that! Will definitely stay again on a future trip. The quiet music playing in the breakfast area is a very nice touch!
- 4/5
Requested 2nd floor. No effort to accomodate. Was on 1st floor. Room not as nice. High humidity downstairs.
- 4/5
Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast didn’t start until 7. I was out the door by 6:30. My daughter was in a collegiate golf tournament. She won the tournament.
- 3/5
Outdated. Needs upgrade
- 5/5
The front desk man was so nice, he is a true asset to your company!
- 5/5
Room was really clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool was clean and the staff were very friendly.
- 2/5
Furniture, kitchen and bathrooms outdated, shower not working. Next to very busy and noisy Highway-19.
- 5/5
We only stay one night, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staf.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Convenient location. Older property in good condition. Comfortable bed. Lamps were rusty.
- 4/5
It's a nice hotel. Staff is great.
- 5/5
Nice staff and pool. Rooms are a good size.
- 4/5
Rooms was clean and affordable
- 5/5
Goooooood
- 5/5
The room was nice and the balcony was enjoyable. We sat in the lounge in comfy furniture with calm music playing.
- 4/5
Breakfast was limited... but good
- 5/5
I found the hotel clean comfortable and accommodating. I was a little peeved that I had to ask for a second key and the tv was difficult to work with but I was overall pleased w/ my stay
- 1/5
Humidity
- 1/5
Mold on the ceiling. No hot water for shower. Everything is rusting including all lamps and shower towel holders
- 5/5
Great stay, I stay there at least once a year

There is, however, a significant pooling of water from an AC leak. It is actually taking the finish off the walkway in front of Rm 387. My wife did leave a list of some small items to fix/upgrade in our room. The beds were comfortable, and all in all, we were pleased with our stay.
- 4/5
Easy to get too. Close to downtown Tarpon Springs sponge docs. However, you can hear everything and anything from the hallways to the nextbdoor rooms to outside and fromt lobby. The installation sux. Not a very good sleep night. But for the price, it was good.
- 4/5
The location is solid, surrounded by food, and excess to the highway.

The pool area is great. The area is very clean.

Jay at the front desk did a great job. No road noise from US 19. Stayed in the 200 block. Pool area neat and clean. Pool was clean with no debris even with all the plants.

A little far from area but worth it quality for price

To start with, we arrived at check in time (3pm) and waited 15 minutes while the staff did shift change (you would think that shift change would not be scheduled at the beginning of check in time). The parking lot was dirty with pieces of trash and broken tiles on the ground that were never cleaned up the three nights of our stay. The door in the room had a 1/4 inch gap at the bottom and conversations could be heard from other rooms so I am sure others could hear ours. I needed wifi to do work while on vacation but it appears we were out of range from the router as we were never able to obtain an IP address. I reported this to the front desk twice. The first time I was told that it was being fixed, the second time I was given the employee wifi code. This did not work either. When I checked out I ask for a discount for not able to connect to wifi and was told that it would be reported to upper management. All in all, the room was clean and the AC worked even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. The staff was friendly and accommodating specially the house keeper (Lily, she cleaned the room daily and left towel art in the bathroom which was amazing) and the Breakfast Attendant (she was happy and friendly and pushed this to all she attended). This is not a bad place to stay, if you do not need wifi, are not bothered by the hotel grounds being un-kept, the high noise level and are not in a hurry.
- 3/5
The staff at check in was very outgoing and nice. What i didnt like was the air dryer was not working and the bed wasnt so comfortable.
- 4/5
The hot water wasn’t hot
- 1/5
The hotel is a DUMP, pure and simple! There were Lizards in the hallway, there was a dead roach in my room for two days next to the Air Conditional. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and there was trash outside of a room where work was being done. The experience was horrible, and I will NEVER stay in such a DUMP ever again!!
- 2/5
The bathroom is in need of an overhaul. Water was not draining in tub properly and sink as well.
- 3/5
Beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately it seems like the property was just cleaned and painted after the obvious hurricane damage. Ceiling looks sketchy with water stains painted over subpar repairs. Carpets in the corridor on the first floor you can see the water stains coming out of each room. The repairs could have been done much better especially being the brand of hotel this is.
- 1/5
This hotel is in pretty sorry shape. Nice people. They do work hard at keeping it clean. However, this property is due for an extreme renovation, or even replacement. Hotel room was akin to traveling back in time. :'(
- 5/5
The hotel was very well priced. It was older but clean. The pool was very nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. I did see a cockroach our last morning which disgusted me but I was told they’re common in Florida.
- 3/5
It to me felt outdated and dirty. The room however seemed clean. But the hallways look like there was a stain that went down the hall on outdated carpet
- 1/5
I would not stay here again or recommend. If you’re on a budget, the price seems great, but you will end up spending more on medicine for itchy bites and a fan if you don’t bring one with you because it’s so hot and lunch not long after breakfast due to it not being a hardy good first meal to start the day and is not a selling point.
- 5/5
This property was clean and in good working order. Busy road but near the things we wanted to do.
- 5/5
I was informed that it was remodeled recently and it was spacious, clean, nice staff, comfortable room, I like the breakfast area too
- 5/5
Perfect location, flexibility with pool hours which we loovee! We’ll be back
- 5/5
clean,nice staff,good parking and security
- 5/5
Group of friends preparing for a fish trip place was excellent. Škrtel definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
This place probably peaked in the 90s, or that’s just the last decade in which anyone did anything major to take care of it. Someone should consider ripping out the carpet so it won’t feel so gross.
- 3/5
We tried to call to see what time the pool area closed because we wanted to sit in the hot tub but the phone in the room did not work. There were people in the pool so we decided to suit up and go out. When we got there
- 1/5
This hotel is really run down. Floors in bathroom were dirty with a black smear on the light switch. The front door had a huge gap under it where bugs and lizards could come in. Broken umbrellas at the pool are. Don’t go!
- 5/5
Gentleman at front desk was fantastic
- 2/5
Will not visit this hotel again.
- 3/5
Not many people around. Off season. Grounds need more attention. Rooms need some place to hang your stuff, hooks in the bathroom.
- 3/5
The guest check in and breakfast area was nice as well as our room. Only complaint was outside around the pool area. There were only 3 tables and 3 umbrellas and one of those were broke. About 12 or so lounge chairs that were dirty and ripped. The grounds around the pool looked liked it had not been swept in a while and lots of flower pedals laying around. There was a hot tub but it looks to have been closed for years and stuff was thrown all around that area.
- 1/5
I left the next day and when I went to check out they said it was prepaid so I couldn’t get my money back.
- 3/5
The linens were clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The property had some broken furniture near dumpster but not in it, looked bad.
- 5/5
If you cAn get a room not facing US19, it’s a wonderful stay.
- 4/5
The staff were great. They were helpful and accommodating.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and organized.
- 2/5
Walls in room were dirty and furniture is well used. Just nèds a remodel.
- 4/5
We always stay at this Quality Inn its clean , great location, bed was too soft this time, myonly issue.I will definately go back again.
- 1/5
I will just say this is the most unsafe hotel I have ever went to literally didn't even stay the night it was unclean overpriced and a health department needs to come look at it the door had a huge gap which easily could be kicked in maintenance never showed up to look then when they went to move us to a room there was somebody already in that room it shows you how unsafe and how they do not pay any attention to on which room is rented out also it smelled like marijuana horribly front desk person was very rude an absolutely disgusting
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
Room and overall hotel seemed clean my only complaint was the hot water was only warm at best and the pool could have been a little cleaner
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
We had a blast. Loved the roof top seating
- 4/5
The host at the front desk was fantastic and able to accommodate our family quickly as we were a very late check-in. The room was comfortable and the beds were great. Wish they were at least a queen size but they are all doubles. The breakfast was adequate and served it's purpose. The only issue we had was the toilet took forever to flush and the A/C is still on the wall, not a thermostat like in other places.
- 5/5
Beautiful pool area!
- 4/5
But I left a ring in the room and during checkout the housekeeper rushed over to return it before I left. So sweet of her as it is very sentimental.
- 5/5
Place needed a deep cleaning as well as some modern decor. And a new mattress. Boy did I wake up with a backache.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel the room was fantastic. Will be staying here again soon.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Nice pool area. Very comfy bed. I'd stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice for a quality inn.
- 1/5
Had a weird smell as soon as you walked into the unit. Pillows were horrendous, it was soft yet very flat. Bed was very firm. Our bathroom shower was messed up. The faucet was practically pulling off the wall. Floor was peeling off the ground. Lights were dirty, tables were dirty. Breakfast was a joke. Avoid this place unless you have no choice.
- 3/5
Cute pool and courtyard area. Gives old Florida nostalgic vibes. One complaint is that there are no fans in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Loved
- 2/5
Tired facility w/decent bed. Room flooring was warped. Blackout curtains but no privacy curtains to allow light into the 1st floor room facing cars/walkway. Very limited breakfast (no eggs, protein or fruit - only bagels, waffles and cereal). Not a nice experience.
- 5/5
Lots of shops near by
- 5/5
Front desk was nice, room was clean, no complaints
- 3/5
Pool area was shabby. Cigarette butts on the pool deck. Plastic cups in the pooll. Seat and chase lounges worn out
- 5/5
Close to downtown Tarpon. Rooms were spacious. Continental breakfast was basic. We had a small verenda overlooking a spacious pool that had beautiful flowers and greenery. Only disappointment I can honestly say is that the pool closed at sundown. I would have liked a swim after dinner. Regardless, i definitely would stay here again.
- 3/5
Dirty. Convenient to shopping area.
- 4/5
The hotel is good for the price, a good option for one or two nights. The amenities are limited.
- 4/5
It very big and very nice good lication
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy front desk manager was very polite
- 4/5
A special shoutout to David at the front desk, who truly stood out. We watched as he kindly and patiently assisted an elderly woman over the phone with a level of compassion and attentiveness that’s rare these days. It was heartwarming to witness, and it really made an impression on us. We also really enjoyed having a private balcony, and the bed was super cozy. Despite several families staying on the property, it still felt peaceful and quiet—a perfect little retreat!

Very pleased with the friendly helpful staff. The room is clean and comfortable. I will be saving this location for future trips to this area.
- 3/5

Food not as good as before. We used to have hot cooked food, not now????
