This wasnt even close to the room i was showed online. It was tiny the fidge was dirty. This was very disappointing considering i even paid more for the tiny room i got then what i was told it would be.

Nice stay in a comfortable room.

After staying there, I would probably not want to stay there again.

There was an unworkable policy about pets that I did NOT know about till I checked in!! We lost our full amount we paid for our room and could not stay there because they wouldn’t budge about our dog and they wouldn’t give us a refund either. Terrible motel, terrible policy, not nice staff/management!

It ok if you just need a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable.

Staff was very helpful, and friendly. Room was clean and well supplied and they did room service each day.

It is very peaceful and comfy for the price and it has become my preferred choice when I am working in the area.

Cons- my pillowcases were moldy dirty, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on bedspreads. Bed smelled like wet dog, asked if room was ready a couple hours early d/t getting into state early, even though she said it was ready, was gonna charge me. No cofee maker

I reserved a room on Expedia got to the office made me cancel reservation I had to pay cash and I never got refunded my money . Owner and his wife were very rude and disrespectful worse hotel and service I have ever had I will never go back

From the beginning, this stay was a disappointment. The room was dirty and drafty, and the sheets and comforters had stains and scratches. When I left an initial review from the check-in, the motel manager called our room THREE TIMES and told us to take down the review. We were visiting Paragould for a funeral, and we had booked two nights, but after the check in and seeing how the room looked, there was no way we were staying. Tried cancelling the second night twice through both Hotels.com and the motel itself, but they claimed they couldn’t and did not refund us for the second night (we left after the first night). I would not in a million years recommend this place to anyone. We were charged more than we expected, the service was bad, and our experience was terrible. Do NOT stay here!

No coffee available & didn't even have an alarm clock.

It was just what I needed. Everything I was hoping for was here. It met my expectations perfectly.

It was ok. No outlet at vanity for curling iron and no facial tissue provided. People were nice, but hotel needs updating.

The price was reasonable but a little high for the quality. This is the first place that we have ever stayed that when we tried to tell them the trash needed changing we were handed a new bag and told where to take the old bag. The toliet became stopped up and we were told where to find a plunger and we had to plung it. The toliet had also over-flown when it became clogged and we had to demand that the floor be cleaned so it got a swift wipe with a mop by the staff with no mop bucket to wash out the mop and go over a second time. Not some place I would recommend to my friends.

The owners were nice, when we were leaving the man cleaning a room ran out with an item that the occupants had forgotten and gave it to them when they were about to leave, I thought that was very kind. Our bedding and everything in the room was dirty though, the batteries were dead in the tv remote, and we were overcharged. The room we booked wasn't available when we got there so we were given a different one.

Room smelled horrible and was very nasty. No carpet and no lights except lamp. Needed a shower in the morning to wash off the smell of the room!

Inexpensive Motel. Just the basics, but the room was clean and it had all you needed at a bargain price. The outside doesn't look like much, but the rooms themselves were nice inside. Was at least 20 a night less than the next least expensive in town.

If you are expecting a big chain experience, this is not your place. If you are looking for a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a nice TV, this will fit your expectations. It is an older property, but I found it to be clean and maintained. I saw no insects and didn't notice any unpleasant odors. It is a budget property and that is what you get. Simple and no frills. The management was very nice and accommodating, even after I informed them that I would be arriving well after midnight due to my drive up from Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis.

We needed an affordable place in Paragould and this fit the bill. It's an old motel but it is kept up nicely and everything is clean.

This hotel is nothing fancy, but it is clean and cheap.

Felt like at any moment my car was going to get either broken into or stolen. Well someone did steal fuel. I arrived at 2 am and by the time I was in my room it was 2:30. Next morning they were calling me to check out by 9. Check out time is supposed to be 11. Leave me alone when I have time to sleep. Will never stay here again.

With the exception of the TV, everything is very old and outdated, although, at least functional. It's about as basic as you get if all you are looking for is a place to rest.

did not like it. was charged an additional 10.00 for three beds all in one room. not enough towels, the bathroom/shower was as small as a closet. would not recomend it to anyone.

staff was courteous and professional, location was excellent for my purposes. the price was right for my budget.
