    It was the the first hotel within the time/distance from my abuser the law enforcement officers told me to go for safety/asylum The GM kept my $100 deposit because I used to run hotel operations (PBX for Hilton hi!— Clearwater Beach) and he is retaliating that I blew the whistle his demand did not make sense as a leader of one… which made him look small to them; benefiting the owners NONE because we sold out and could offer 2pm check outs for a easy profit AND flip it for 4pm check in… he couldn’t intimidate me bc I wasn’t doing anything wrong or lying to make him feel superior. I also didn’t silently take his lies of me, HIS GUEST….. I asked to pay $50 because I got in at 2am which is absolutely reasonable… after a week of abusive harrassment…. And was DRIVING MISSOURI TO FLORIDA with my whole life in my truck… and he said no $39 more dollars for another night. I had to budget EXPECTING $100 returned and offer the absolute max I could for a mere 30 min extension MAX… THIS IS INDUSTRY STANDARD NORMAL EVEN SOLD OUT HOTELS OFFER THEN IF YOU PAY AND THEY HAVENT SOLD TOO MANY YET…. Still after a “no” which made me PANIC and let me tell ya, that feeling made me slower. Not stubborn like him, nope… suddenly my brain wasn’t efficiently working because pressure and unexpected rudeness. (Which I just escaped) Figured maybe a convention was coming to town and he’s double booked idk… STILL excusing his blunt “no”. Anyway still being true to my word to front desk (check audio) I tidied as I took my stuff to truck (3 trips check camera) and last round I took my car so housekeeping could start cleaning RELIQUISHED ROOM before I grabbed what I couldn’t carry BUT THEY JUDGED ME AS ENTITLED FOR A LOUIS VUITTON PURSE THAT WAS PASSED DOWN AS A FAMILY HEIRLOOM from 1999/2000 like I could purchase one of those and consciously pick a budget hotel room that was black mold infested (check 120 bathroom I am a Floridian. Black mold smells different than regular harmless mold which is serious legal liability) he said “do you know what time it is now???” ….

    DONT STAY!! this hotel was very deceiving when booked first night we didn't feel safe there as alot of police were there were busting rooms open, there was nothing said or showed this room had 2 doors to get into it so the outside door had 1/2 in to 1in gaps didn't fit in the door frame people stood outside our door talking and smoking so smoken was coming into our room when it was supposed to be a non smoking room ugg front desk people /manger had their kids there running and screaming the hallway we were there 3 nights because of graduation so there was no other hotels with vacancies so my son and I both ended up taking turns sleeping.

    Everybody, I’ve met since I’ve been there has been nice very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Overall it’s one of the better hotels to stay at for the money in the area. We continue to stay there.

    Well, the toilet had toilet paper in it when I arrived and someone left a half drunken diet coke in the refrigerator. Other than that, it was cleaned . The breakfast in the morning is good as always I'm sure.

    Very friendly staff. Hotel is priced right. Room had "dampy" smell, but we managed. The room was good size and the bed was comfortable. Had some good sex in the bed and room! All good - hope to be back in Feb!

    This is a professional staffed motel, clean breakfast buffet and coffee and tea is available 24hrs a day. Excellent indoor large pool and a small exercise room which is available staff needs take the paper sign down. Shopping Walmart is next door and supermarket is across the street. Plenty of restaurants and fast food across the street and gas stations are close by.

    The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be that they have mini split AC/heat in the rooms with a remote with no instructions on how to use it. There was nothing that told what the different symbols were for. The lady at the front desk came back and tried to help me but she didn't know either. The breakfast was okay. There was no fruit but there were biscuits and gravy and eggs as well as the other standard continental breakfast items. Overall, I recommend this motel for a nice overnight stay.

    My only problem was noise. I was in a room next to the lobby . The evening clerk was pleasant and informative at my check in, but he may need to know if he has authority to keep noise down in the lobby . There was also some celebration going on in the parking lot at 3 a.m. The morning clerk told me I could call the desk and have it controlled.

    I booked a room for my grandsons birthday, so they was able to swim. The manager was very rude, and continuously was calling me to the front desk to ask me was I aware of all the rules. I never broke a rule , im not sure why he felt he needed to continue asking me this. I definitely felt harassed, and was scared for them to even make any noise or I would be kicked out!! I will absolutely never stay here again!!

    Checked in ok. Went to the doors to get into the hotel and key card didn't work. Had to go back to front desk and they had to reprogram the card readers. Vending machines were out of order. They only had 1 ice machine located near the fron over on the other side of the building. When I woke up went to take a shower and had NO HOT WATER. Owner was called and he came and took care of it. He told me and I quote (they were busy last night and people had been using the washer) after @ 10 - 15 minutes I had hot water.

    Our stay was good. We have stayed at this location several times and the check-in process is different every time. The room was acceptable, however they need better pillows. For a king size bed, the pillows were very small and flat.

    The owner cancelled our reservation when we made it. The owner claimed that he did not let people within 80 miles get rooms. The amount has not been refunded as of yet. The owner was terrible at being courteous to us upon arrival. Horrible experience and would not recommend!!!

    Side note; we are truck drivers and we were able to park in the lot easily. No reserved spots for truck, but plenty of space to park out of the way of others. And they did not mind.

    The manager of this property denied me access to my room that I already paid for after I told him I refused to pay again for a room that I paid online for. He said he didn’t have it shown as paid on his end. When I showed him proof it was paid he said I was trouble and to leave.

    The hotel was in the process of being renovated. I was a little irritated that our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. The hotel is very open and spacious. Our room was large and overlooked the pool. There was no hot tub but a 2 foot unheated pool was designated for small children. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to area restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety for the kids.

    Not a bad hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Room was cool but humid and it never got lower humidity. It’s a humid area though so that’s a contributing factor. Would have liked a few more towels in the room. Employees were all pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is older and a bit dated but I would stay there again. No frills hotel but good for a nights sleep.

    This is my go-to stay for this area. My grands like the indoor pool and breakfast. It is convenient to shopping and dining options. The indoor room and key card outside door access make me feel safe and everyone is so helpful. I highly recommend this location.

    I have never had to seek a refund from Hotels.com but this time I will. I had to leave before I could fully check in! The clerk and the owner began yelling at me about my service dog. I had one small dog plus one service dog. They were asking me personal questions which is against the law and making me uncomfortable, but they were yelling at me. I have never been treated like that before. You do not have to prove your disability! They said they would refund my money but they have not. I’m trying to find a way to contact Hotels.com and I sure hope I can. I do not want to be stuck with this since I had to leave.

    No one at the desk upon arrival. We weren’t even sure if they were open because no one was around. Pool closed for maintenance with no advanced notice (we were looking forward to using it). Cost more than Expedia said and required $100 deposit which we better get back. The room is okay, but smells funky/old and the shower knob doesn’t work very well. We will not be staying here again. Paid same amount for another hotel last night in Dallas that was really nice. I will add that there were 2 professional attendants at the desk this morning and breakfast was just okay.

    This is really a hotel for 1 night stay, it's basic, and the lot was filled with work trucks. There was an issue with their machines on our check in. I'm watching my credit card to make sure the secondary charge falls off, and while it was clean, the smell of the cleaning agents was so strong it actually gave me a head ache. It was just fine for a night.

    The hotel was fine. My family has chose the same hotel in the past. This stay was horrible. The hotel says they are pet friendly and gives absolutely no indication of a pet fee until after you arrive and have already paid on hotels.com. I was not able to be refunded for the hotel stay and could not stay unless I paid an additional unadvertised $70 pet fee. PLUS an additional $100 deposit. That is insane. 1 late night stay band early morning checkout cost almost $300 in a 2 maybe 3 star hotel. It would be different if the fee had been advertised to if I had the option to choose not to stay and be refunded for the night. Unfair.

    The staff very nice. Requested handicapped room due to my grandmother needing a bigger space for walker and room was clean and spacious even had hand rails in the bathroom. The indoor pool was a little chilly but inside as well as outside the property was overall clean and well kept.

    First trip to Arkansas. Visiting my son as he starts his new job in Paragould. My trip was a total cold call..I knew nothing about the area. As for the hotel stay. Room was big and the bed was comfortable. Room was very dusty on arrival, but once I let the staff know, it was quickly cleaned. Slept good all three nights. Morning breakfast and coffee was average, no complaints. Pool was OK, no complaints. Fitness room was one of the worst I've ever been in. Tiny, limited machine use & the dumbbells only went up to 15 pounds. On my next visit, I may stay at Quality Inn, very convenient location for my visit. Staff was friendly. Solid 7 is my rating out of 10.

    The property seemed nice at check in pool area was ok staff check in was kinda rude a nosey price changed at check in from what site said was up by 20 something stayed two nights kids got ate up with bed bugs after complaining they just moved are room down 3 doors had to go to store and buy bags to put all our laundry in so not to contaminated the car also forgot something of the kids when switching rooms at 2 am went back to get it before check out and was refused to be let back in room to get belongings didn't even get an apology from the manager worst trip ever having to take my daughter home covered in bite and explain to my ex why her clothes are bagged like that an were here bites came from

    At first glance the room was awesome. However, there were dead roaches beside the bed, a shirt behind the chair and a spider got in my granddaughters hair at the pool. The pool was supposed to open at 9am and after going to the front desk 3 times asking about it we were finally able to get in it at 935am. The breakfast buffet is by far the best of any hotel we have stayed at.

    Person at the counter when I first checked in was high the lady the next day told me I’d be in the same room then when I got back to my room it was stripped nothing put back wrinkled sheets and pillow cases shower curtain laid on the chair trash still in the room no new towels we had to make our own bed and then when I went to check out they already knew nothing was done before I could tell them what happened

    Stay was nice. There was a child’s baseball team staying in the hotel and the children ran through the halls knocking on doors. Also the children were allowed to come to breakfast without supervision and that made guests uncomfortable because the crowed in large groups around the waffle maker making it difficult to get breakfast. My children actually found an open, nearly full beer bottle left in the room. It was in the window sill. Other than those few issues the room was nice and cool and seemed otherwise clean. The staff was very pleasant.

    Place needs repairs and updating. It is clear that ownership isnt interested. Power outlets dont work, shower curtain rod is about to fall out of the wall, faucets are severely corroded

    They require a $100.00 deposit on the room that is not disclosed ahead of booking. The restaurant it states on their site is no longer open. You cannot take your breakfast to your room. So if you are disabled like me you must find away to get back to the front desk on the other end of the hotel or no breakfast. Will NOT stay here again.

    Clean. Comfortable beds. Very nice, hot, breakfast. I loved that it had both indoor and outdoor access to the room. So we were able to park right up at the room for convenient unloading and loading of our vehicle but yet we were able to walk through the indoor hallway to get to breakfast. Very nice hotel. We would stay here again.

    The location was near all different restaurants and the staff was very friendly and polite. Check in took like two minutes if that. And during our stay there was a severe thunderstorm including tornado watch. Sirens alarmed and the staff was quick to let us know where to go for safety. Also Breakfast was amazing!!! Best b&g's!!! We've stayed here before and will continue to be returning when coming to the area.

    We were in town for a funeral. Given only three choices we went with the middle. We read the reviews and upon arrival found a clean room, bed and bathroom. The refrigerator was on and working. Except for the noisy late neighbor we slept well.
