Check in was friendly and quick. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Elevator inside was quite warm and needed vacuumed.

The location was perfect! Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would change is the mattress, it could of been a lot softer, but i know not everyone likes a softer mattress, you can't please everyone.

I would have gave it a 5 stars but the beds were hard ass hell!! Now my back been messed up every since and I was out of work for two days

Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly & helpful as well. Room & bathroom were both clean, nice bath/shower and towels. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & ironing board! The location was great but the hotel was kinda tucked away. Entrance to the hotel parking lot was a little odd to me but not a major complaint or anything. Price was a little more than I thought it should be.

The check in process was fast and easy. Room was clean and spacious bathroom. Beds and pillows were a bit worn-time to upgrade! Food was very delicious and Barbara was attentive at the breakfast area. Her area was well stocked and organized! Gas station and shopping center were walking distance. One block away from Kroger , Target and Ross. This hotel is on a good location. Overall experience was good!

Clean facility. One thing I did not like is that we had a refrigerator that you had to push a button to come on and then it was only for two hours.

The staff was professional and hospitable. Thanks to all those especially went out of their way to make me feel special. As a person in a wheelchair I would like to suggest adding a vanity mirror to the bathroom. The mirror on the wall is too high. For an accessible room the sink is too high. That is why the mirror is too high. Also, the door entering my “accessible room” feels like 40 pounds of pressure. Way too heavy. Regardless, I gave excellent ratings on everything because the staff was so friendly and willing. They seemed to understand my concerns. I will return one day.

Breakfast was excellent. Housekeeper was not observant for things needed done. Like leaving the tissue box empty in the bathroom. Or picking up used towels on floor in bathroom.

Great convenient location. Took water running forever to get a warm shower but it was a warm weekend so it wasn’t too big of a deal. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds…

Amazing customer service and professionalism

You really can’t go wrong with any hotel in Peachtree City. Everyone is friendly, the property is clean, and a short walk to dine or to get a manicure. Random factoid but I found it to be a nice surprise.

George was awesome. Paid for a king and went to check in and they didn’t have any. Didn’t offer any kind of compensation or credit for not having what I paid for. Seemed like they didn’t really care.

Tang greeted us as we entered the lobby. He was very kind and helpful. Provided us with directions and places to eat.

Got... there to check in, I was only customer at the desk or in the lobby. The deck clerk was on the telephone for approx. 5 minutes before waiting or acknowledging I was standing there. Appeared to be a personal call, once off the phone efficiently checked me in.

Very well appointed furnishings, quiet, large breakfast choices, clean lobby and room, fairly large rooms. Only drawback was the pool was not open.

No water pressure, tv remote batteries low or remote not functioning, bed not comfortable, pool closed, breakfast was not like the breakfast pictured… more like La Quinta Breakfast quality. For the price Embassy suites is better quality with better food and functioning amenities with water you can feel that doesn’t dribble on you like a stream that’s dried up.

The shower was huge. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stuck to shower wall. They are in pump bottles. I had to try it to see if it’s better than the little bottles they usually put by sink. And it was much better. Still prefer my own, but I could use theirs when I need to. Room had two TV’s. One by the bed, and one by the couch. Overall happy. Will stay there again.

I was given an extra hour to check out. I ended up only needing about 15 minutes, but was glad to not have to wait in lobby with my belongings.

The front staff at checkin were nice but not very informative or knowledgeable about the shuttle that was suppose to be available. Did seem to have the answers nor did they try and find out anything when asked. Seemed very young and inexperienced for what I thought was a relatively higher end hotel chain.

How hotels like this get a 9 is beyond my understanding. I would give it a solid 7. Also, it was also nice to find a well worn T-Shirt in my room when I checked in. Also had billing issues. I think the billing issues are on Expedia's end and not the hotels end.

Such great service!! We were going to arrive a bit later than expected, I called ahead to let the front desk know we’d be late and when we arrived they had already pulled our keys and had them ready to go — since it was so late, that was GREATLY appreciated!! :)

Always love staying here because the staff make you feel like family. One of the best breakfasts around even with the continuing safety measures. Fresh fruit, fritatta, quiche, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, juices, danishes, etc. You won't go away hungry.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean with modern amenities. The only downside was the bed - I had trouble getting comfortable and woke with a backache. Other than that, it was excellent.

Toilet paper was low when we checked in with no new rolls. Called front desk and she said we would have to come and get them. I refused and said for what you charge, it should be fully stocked. She said I will be right up.

The staff was very kind and the property is well maintained and clean. The breakfast was a little light on choices. Not my worst experience ever but it ranks up there? As far as I know it was no fault of the staff, they were doing everything they could to solve the problem!

I arrived to the hotel and was informed that I was to be given a double queen room when I paid for a King room. When I showed the receptionist my receipt she informed me that my reservation was changed. I paid for a King room, so I was very disappointed that my reservation was not honored. They also didn't apologize or offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

I discovered my fridge would only run for two hours. I brought this to the attention of the staff and nothing was done. Day 3, no hot water. I had to take a cold shower twice that day. Day 4, room was never cleaned, no new towels, my trash was full so I set it outside my room. They didn’t just empty it, they took my trash bin and we had to go find another one. Day 5 finally time to leave! My room should’ve been tax exempt. I go and talk to the front desk. Yes sir we will send you a new bill. The updated bill had NO changes. Overall the poor experience. Luckily there are some great places close by to eat.

From check-in to check-out was amazing. Our front desk receptionist was sooo accommodating. She made me feel at ease from the moment I walked it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting in the area!

For the price we paid and knowing the entire hotel and undergone some serious renovations and for how high the ratings were, we were shocked at how uncomfortable the bed was and how much we were able to hear on either side of the walls from both our neighbors that shared a wall with us. They weren't even being loud, but we could hear one guest's cough throughout the night as well as a couple next to us talking about breakfast. We will definitely not be back as the price just did not make sense for how uncomfortable we slept on the bed. My husband and I were both up every 2 hours tossing and turning from the hard and lumpy mattress. Quite disappointing.

Very friendly check in staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff there was also very nice. We had a great experience here and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed fir seven days and could not get my room cleaned once until the day before I checked out. Because of this policy people had garbage throughout hallways to be picked up which is unacceptable. Communication with front desk and housekeeping was very frustrating.

I choose this hotel based on location. I wanted a hotel close to airport. There are closer hotels but the surrounding areas are not as nice. Here I can go for a safe run right out of parking lot.

Patty, my receptionist for both nights, was incredibly warm and welcoming. Each time I passed by the desk she would ask about my stay and check-in to see how I was doing (I was in town for a funeral). She was wonderful!

Good hotel to stay. Only stayed for one night, but rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice area also. Views limited, but not bad. Didn't try breakfast so can't rate that. I recommend if you like a nice place to stay that's comfortable. Good mid-range hotel, as usual. It's Marriott.
