Relatively new property, nice pool and comfortable bed.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Beautiful setting Rooms are very nice. Love the bedding. Only suggestion for improvement is for staff to clean/update the patios/balconies off the room.

This is an amazing place to stay for a concert or conference. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have balconies with views. The hotel is situated in the city but you would never know that once you drive up to it. It is completely surrounded by trees and nature. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The only concern I wanted to mention is that we ordered room service on Friday night, and the food tray remained outside our door in the hallway until Sunday. Unfortunately, it created an unpleasant odor. Also, when we checked out this morning, one of the metal food covers was still in our room, even though the room had been cleaned on both Saturday and Sunday. Aside from that issue, everything else about the stay was great.

I tried to order breakfast from downstairs Saturday morning but was given the run around by the front desk morning rep, Nick. I called and asked to be transferred to the kitchen for room service. He advised me that breakfast was not available for this morning and not until dinner service. I told him that I scanned the qr code in my room for further assistance. He said the qr code does not work, which I know was wrong and did work. I asked him to transfer me to the kitchen. The phone rang with no answer. I called him back and told him what happened. He had an attitude. He transferred me again to the kitchen with no answer again. I texted the rep of my concern and said that a front desk rep will call me back. No one never did. Plus, I inquired Friday night to a different front desk rep if this service was available and indicated it was and its appropriate times. I had to go out and get breakfast from Chick-fil-A when that was not my plans. I wanted to enjoy a quiet, peaceful breakfast in my room using the hotel's room service. Later that Saturday, I spoke to a different front desk rep, Jernice. I explained to her my concern about Nick. She was disappointed in his response and said that was totally wrong. As a courtesy for my trouble and time she gifted me a breakfast voucher free to attend Sunday's buffet breakfast. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable and understanding as well as apologized for his actions. She gave me the manager's information to discuss further. I asled him twice for his manager's information during the Saturday morning call and at checkout. He indicated he did not know their schedules and wanted to assist me further with my concern whch I did not want his limited amd unprofessional assistance any further.

All staff we spoke with were exceptional friend link. They responded quickly to our request.

The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. Not the best setup for a hotel. We had three girls getting ready together with only one mirror in the bathroom.

Overall, the property is well-maintained and offers many on-site amenities. The only issue I experienced was that the mini refrigerator in my room was not working.

Always a great place to stay! This was our third time to stay here for a soccer tournament, and the staff and hotel were as nice as ever. If in doubt, stay here…you won’t be disappointed!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked which is rare! All lamps, outlets, coffee maker, and the water all drained as it should. So nice to find because it’s getting more and more rare. The front desk staff were nice and wonderful. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were both excellent.

Love the dining area. There is a wide variety of breakfast options and a chef ready to cook up an omelet to your liking. The area near the hotel is amazing, just a short walk to a lakefront with nice views. A lot of dining options in the area as well.

The hotel is beautifully decorated . The rooms are comfortable and have really nice shampoo, conditioner, etc The breakfast area is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the scenery

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, our room was nice, the view, the employees… loved it all! Breakfast was even delicious. The ONLY issue we had (and it’s a very small inconvenience) is the parking and the lighting outside. It was sooo dark leading up to the hotel. The parking was back behind the main building and it was also not lit well. The entrance wasn’t clearly marked or highlighted, luckily we saw other ppl leaving so we tried the door with our key and it worked. It was a cold, rainy night so leaving our vehicle in a dimly lit parking lot was a little unnerving but again, not a deal breaker. Once we got in, our room was literally clear across the other side of the hotel so it was an inconveniently loooong walk with our bags. We did love our room once we got to it, it was just journey getting there lol. Otherwise, would definitely book again and will probably request the same room again 😂

Room nice, clean. We weren’t in an ideal area for convenience of take our pup out. But nice.

The room was nice and clean but a few key items lowered the score. 1. Dogs are allowed to be in the hallway and bark incessantly all night and early in the morning. Bring earplugs!! I’d suggest to the hotel to put dogs on the same hallway so non-dog people can sleep. 2. The cleaning people begin talking in the hallway at 8am! Check out is not until 11 so this also lowered the score. The shower is mediocre - FYI

This hotel was very clean. We also had a pleasant surprise of a nice Halloween party on the property during our stay. It was nicely done with free food as well as adult beverages and Halloween candy for the kids. They kept us entertained with games and activities. Very nice surprise. We were not aware of it until one of the staff personally invited us to the event. Also the hotel was very quite and in a very nice area for accessing many other businesses. Will definitely stay there again.

This was my first time at this location. The grounds were well kept and I like the fact the hotel was slightly tucked away from the main road. The hotel was very clean and up to date. I will definitely stay again.

Showed up at 130 AM after a 6 hour drive to check in… was told “sorry, we overbooked and you don’t have a room. With the soccer tournament happening you might have to go further away to get a hotel.” We booked this room 2 months out! Also, I was told that the policy for this hotel is that it overbooks and puts family at risk of this happening to them.

My wife has a hard time sleeping on a pillow top mattress.

Hotel was close to the hospital and that’s why we stayed there but very nice staff and guests

The staff were kind and courteous, the property nicely cleaned.

They need closer parking especially when you have older guests. They would not allow parking at front door to unload baggage and check in. Consequently, we had to check in walk to the car to get our luggage, while struggling the downward and upward trek to the car. When asked for a map of the property to locate amenities, there was none. Had to take a photo of the map that the customer service person had at the front desk.

staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. John helped me resolve a problem with my Delta flight check in and all with a smile. All staff was courteous and kind

Beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood. We would stay here again. Our beds were a little firm for our liking, but it is a hotel bed (not our bed that we are used to.) Overall 10 out of 10 for a night in the hotel.

My husband and I had the best time. All of the staff were super helpful and extremely nice. There were a lot of amenities! The hotel is tucked away in the woods and made it feel less commercial. We can’t wait to go back!

Jist a quick overnight stay while traveling. Surrounding area is really nice area. Hotel room not as nice as thought it would be given its a resort and conference center. A bit dated, no mini fridge and the air conditioner rattled all night. Otherwise comfortable and clean.

The in room television worked poorly and wiring and box were hanging from behind television. The volume was very poor on the television television as well adequate toiletries, adequate coffee, and tea in room, bed, sheets, and pillows, exceptionally comfortable. Bar food was good and breakfast buffet was very good. Nice selection.

From the moment I walked thru the entrance hearing "Welcome" to the offer for assistance when we departed, our stay was a delight.

I arrived after dark, about 6:30 pm, and the front entrance was unattended, dimly lit, and adjacent buildings were dark and seemed unoccupied. There was no valet service and the parking area and side entrance were a long way from the front entrance. The side entrance to the facility from the parking area was unlocked and required no room key so I did not feel secure entering alone . I drove to a restaurant in another location to wait for my traveling companion who was two hours behind me. When we entered our room which looked acceptable at first glance, we saw that the small upholstered sofa in the room was quite obviously stained in several places so that we did not want to use it at all. The morning of our departure we asked at the front desk if there was a place to get coffee. The staff were very nice and pointed us to a small unattended coffee station with no decaf coffee available. They did not mention whether there was a restaurant or dining area of any kind on the premises with any sort of breakfast food offered so we assumed there was none. We had trouble finding the exit to the parking lot as there was no signage and it was quite a long way from the front desk. The grounds were attractive in the daylight but the building was too large and sprawling. For all of the reasons mentioned, I would not book there again.

I stayed 3 nights and l was placed in room 444 my e experience was very disappointed. It was my birthday and was very hurt and uncomfortable with the room.Handicaps room,l took a bath in the tub, l am very uncomfortable,room wasn’t clean.your general manager should look into this matter. I need a refund. I am a senior citizen choose your hotel to enjoy my birthday. Looking forward for a favorable reply. Unhappy guest.

As a women staying by herself and arriving late, it was very dark around the property and the parking was away from the bldg. I did not feel safe and then they put me in the very last room on the floor and I had to walk a very long way to get to my room and then offered no help to find a easy way to get to my room.

It was great, a little difficult to unload because of the cones all out front, but great shady parking lots. Balcony needs to be swept, but it is in the woods so they may have and it just got stuff on it that quick. I did not get to use much as my stay was very short, but we will use again when we travel that way.

1)the signage at the dining room stated its hours and recommended going to the bar for service, when the kitchen was closed. But the bar did not serve food while the kitchen was closed, so the recommendation made no sense. 2) Sat. morning, I reported the outlet in the bathroom was not working. Nothing was done and no message for me Sat evening, nor Sunday at checkout. 3) floor lamp was not working (I had wanted to use it to read), reported that during my checkout. 4) the lstaff member who checked me in at 9:30pm directed me to park about the back of the building, remarking that the door was locked after hours. Really weird there was closer parking just across the driveway from check-in. It was dark and I'm a 74 yr old woman. Why would she not consider closer available parking - regardless of my age. I expect more from a Hilton Hotel.

Surrounding scenery is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant had fast service and good food. Went to a concert at the Fred. Location is perfect for this.

The property is very large so you don’t feel crowded. The pools are very large and nice, although the water was a bit cloudy and there was a lot of tree debris floating in the pool.

It was great! The only issue I had was parking and walking all the way to the hotel in the dark. I didn’t feel safe in the parking lot. Too many trees…they had golf carts which I thought was to help people get back and forth but it wasn’t. There was no security guards around.

My family and I have been staying here for years and we always loved it at first. Several years ago there was a drop off from quality and service so we haven’t chosen to stay there in a long time. However, my wife and I decide to stay there for this weekend and it was the most excellent condition and service and stay that I’ve ever had there. Whoever is running the operations there owns it now is doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep coming back thank you.

This is my second time staying at the Hilton Hotel & Conference Center. They still did not disappoint. The food was exceptional and always fresh: we ordered the burger, the Mediterranean Salad a few times, quesadillas, the salmon, the wings are some of the best I had thus far. The maids don’t speak English, but using my translator and my daughter helped. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming.y daughter and I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi. Overall if we could give more stars ⭐️ I would. Thanks Team

The room was ok, but it’s very far away from where you check in. The hotel is just built like that. Parking is terrible, very far from entrance and then the long hike to the room. The balcony had spider webs and very dirty chairs. Would not stay here again.

Overall nice stay. Pros were that hotel was clean and grounds well kept. However, there were a few cons: It has poor handicap facilities. The front entrance has no ramps for disabled persons, nor does it have a ramp to easily roll luggage into hotel. We had to lift luggage up over a step. The handicap parking was in back of hotel and a person using a wheelchair, has to go thru 2 sets of double doors to get into building. There was no ice maker on the second floor in our wing, we had to use elevator to go to first floor level to get ice. Other than our problems with handicap accessibility, the hotel is very nice. It is clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful. We would stay there again; but, hope they will reconsider some of their hotel design and layout plans for the disabled.

I did not like not having a microwave. Our fridge did not really work not cold. We had 3 people and no mirror at all to get dressed in bedroom while the boys showered. Needs a mirror in the bedroom area.

Nice quiet clean property. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Shopping and dining within 2 miles. They do have a restaurant and bar on site. Also limited room service. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice pleasantries from the staff.

I will definitely stay here again the next time im in peachtree! The one thing that was very confusing was the elevators, I had to take the long way around every time. Overall it was a great time!
