The rooms are nice and the service was great!

It was as a decent stay. Fair warning we walked into a room that was vaped in and terribly hidden by a horrible air freshener. I told the front desk, I wanted to make sure we weren’t charged for it. Pretty easy going staff. Clean, room had a little mold in it which we felt when we woke up. Quiet though if you’re traveling.

The room was very nice and clean! There was also a pool that was also very clean as well. The staff were also very helpful.

Great stay, very clean loved the bar/restaurant in facility. Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Cleaning personnel were far to early to bang on door before check out times.

Disappointing

1st room they put me in smelled like a locker room and had a stopped up sink. They put me in another room that was a little cleaner. Some clown smoking at the hot tub and some chewing tobacco in the elevator. Trash around the hotel when I left this morning. Expected more at that price point. Staff was very friendly and location is convenient.

Clean, close to the airport. Great welcome We called many times about the shuttle service so we could drop our rental car off and my husband had to fight to get a ride. Very frustrating, when u call and are told one thing and had to argue about it. Call the supervisor, etc.

I Didn’t Like The Fact That I Was LIED To By The Staff I Booked A Reservation & Didn’t Even Get To Stay At The Property . I Arrived At The Property Came To The Front Desk And Told The Young Lady I Had A Reservation She Took My ID Did Some In The Computer She Was Looking Puzzled So I’m Wondering What’s Going On Because It Doesn't Take Long To Check In If You Have A Reservation Already. SoThe Young Lady Proceeded To Go To Back & Ask Someone Something She Comes Back & Tell Me You Guys Are Sold Out . So I Say How Are Youu Guys Sold Out If I Had A Reservation Already That Doesnt Makes Sense . So She Say Sometimes We Overbook As Another Young Lady At The Other Counter In Checking A Couple In So I Was Trying To Figure How Are The Couple Able To Check - In If You Guys Are Sold Out . Then She Say That Holiday In Express Can Match Youu Guys Price Wrote My Name & The Price On A Sticky Note I Was Going To Pay I Say Ok, I Go Next Door Explain What Happened Over At Your Property Then He Tell Me That They DONT Match You Guys Prices But Still Proceeded To Price Match Due To The Insanely Inconvenience On You Guys End

Clean, large room, great shower, our favorite Dove cleansing products. We did find that the door to the hallway did let in quite a bit of noise. Some young gents were having a fun evening, but not late into the night so we were ok with that. We would have liked a bottle of water in the room.

The pictures are not accurate. The bathroom does not ave a walk in shower as shown in the reservation and the outdoor area to sit does not have the umbrellas. The receptionist staff is very young and very unprofessional.

Could not use the breakfast far this time around due to the recent changes of you either having to use your points or pay $10 per person which is crazy. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Price was very good compared to the other locations- especially downtown Pensacola. Location is convenient to the interstate, malls, beaches, and hospitals. But very high traffic area with a great desl of noise. Breakfast is not free.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. I was disappointed that it is implied that this is "close" to white sand beaches when in reality it was about at least a 20 min drive. Also, there is a 10.99 additional charge for a breakfast that should have been complementary in my opinion.

Overall the room and building was nice, however on the last full day of my stay the toilet broke. The handle broke when I went to use it and the toilet wouldn’t flush at all, it wasn't a big deal at first, I told the morning staff at the front desk between 7am-8am, he said the maintenance man would be in at 11am and he would have him look at it. I returned to the hotel around 4pm and the toilet was not fixed. I notified staff again when I was leaving about the toilet and the lady didn’t seem to care, I returned to the hotel again around 6pm and the toilet was still broke. It was disappointing to have no effort given to resolve this issue, I went through the lobby multiple times and nothing was said to me about the toilet. I don’t believe the maintenance man even looked at the toilet, so he either didn’t care or the staff never informed him. I’m Disappointed in the staff for not making this a priority especially since I gave them all day to fix it. Even if I was given an alternative option for using the restroom at the hotel I would’ve been fine with that, I didn’t even get as much as an apology.

Loud music plays in hallways and from the bar downstairs late into the night. We had to turn on sound machines to drown it out even after we asked the staff to turn it down. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The hot tub never worked and the pool is in the shade of the building most of the day so it’s cold. There are people smoking outside right at the front entrance and on the back patio though it’s marked no smoking. The room is clean but the rest wasn’t great

We retreated to Pensacola to avoid the major Ice Storm in North MS. From the check in experience, through our check out, we were impressed. A special shout out to Eve in the dining area/lounge—She made us feel like family—She constantly went out of her way to assure we were pleased with the morning and evening dining experiences. I feel bad that I failed to get the evening chef’s name—Also, a truly remarkable and personable person. He even shared his special dessert that he was testing to add as a signature item for the menu. The spread for the breakfast bar was far above our expectations as well as the menu choices and quality of the dinner experiences. Hats off to the entire staff of this hotel—Your hospitality made us feel like we were welcomed and all accommodations were excellent. Thank You All.

Room was clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was not included, $4 per person, marginally worth the $4. Scrambled eggs were burned a bit, the fried potatoes seem like they may have been made last week and were microwaved, bacon was not in strips but piles, only almond milk. Clerk at the front desk when we checked in said they made to order breakfast, there was no way to order breakfast that we were able to find. Hotel was good don't spend for breakfast go to Denny's across the street, $5 Grand slam is better.

Convenient access to the interstate. Lobby, dining area and rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel was generally quiet, although my location near the elevator and icemaker was not. (You could hear people getting ice nearby very late into the night.)

This booking was for my fiancé as he was due to come to the area, he was unexpectedly called for service as he is an army soldier Expedia nor ihg would refund me back my money for the stay. I told them it was under unforeseen circumstances but they did not want to hear it.

Given a room that had an adjourned room via door, my wife did not like this. Bed was uncomfortable. In the morning the person in charge of breakfast lied about the cutoff time. So we did not get to have breakfast. Overall I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I did not receive the room I reserved and paid for. The room they placed me in had lots of maintenance issues, like the phone not working, a running toilet, and the heating system took over 2 hours to come on. I have stayed at this hotel before and I beyond disappointed in my experience.

The staff was lacking to say the least. Horrible bar experience, not good front desk experience. Room was clean, but outdated.

When we checked in, we were sent to a room on the fifth floor that hadn’t been cleaned. We went back downstairs and were assigned another room on the same floor, that also wasn’t cleaned. Then to be told moments later that there were actually no more rooms available. The front desk agent had to start making calls and eventually told us that the Holiday Inn Express next door had a room for us at no charge. We loaded up and headed over there, but no one was at the front desk. We called out multiple times with no response. I even called the hotel from my cell phone several times trying to get someone’s attention. After more calling hello, an employee finally came out from the back—barefoot—and admitted he didn’t know what to do, so he began making calls as well. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful situation. We only needed a few hours of rest before continuing our drive, and we had attempted to cancel earlier to avoid this ordeal entirely. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the chaotic check-in experience made an already difficult travel day even worse.

only booked at this hotel because of the hot tub and it was not operational during the whole stay. Trash cans were overflowing, there was a $5 charge for a breakfast that is generally free at other hotels. Had to go back to lobby because room key didn't work. Had to look for check-in staff every time, and once I wanted for nearly 10 minutes. Even if all had been good, this hotel was overpriced based on others. I'll not book here again.

This hotel was absolutely terrific.

The next morning, I requested clean sheets and a new comforter from housekeeping, but the attendant informed me there was a “five-day rule” and that bedding could not be changed before five days — even upon request. This policy is unsanitary and unacceptable. When I went to the front desk for help, the clerk responded with an attitude, making me feel like my request for clean bedding was unreasonable. Additionally, my room had a constant ticking noise coming from the wall, the bathroom contained pubic hair that I had to clean myself, and the “non-smoking” room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy Lysol. This experience was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and well below the standards expected from a hotel listed through Hotels.com. I am requesting a refund or travel credit for the inconvenience and poor conditions I endured. Please forward this complaint to hotel management and confirm receipt as soon as possible. Had to wait a while for check in and the lady mixed my check in up with somebody else’s reservation so got locked out of room. Could have been avoided had more attention to detail been taken. No free breakfast you have to pay extra. Overall it was just a basic hotel. It was ok for one night.

The hotel is dated and old. They did not give me the room I booked.

Staff did not clean the room after we asked them to clean. There was a broken chair inside of our room and we could not use it. There was some lamps that were broken and could not use. I’m very unsatisfied with this hotel. Would I stay for the convenience? Yes, hope they can work some stuff out to make it better for next time.

The room was so so clean. The handle on the closet door is falling off. Upon arrival we pulled the sheets and mattress cover back. The mattress cover had blood stains on it. Bathroom was so so clean. Bathroom shower had dirt built up on the bottom of the glass doors. All in all the stay was ok. Needs to be updated and renewed

The hot tub hours are supposed to be 7am but actual is 10am. Breakfast buffet was very good especially booking the day before for 1/2 price. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom having an open concept shower was very good. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall a good stay. Room was not quite ready when we arrived at the door so a slight miscommunication between cleaner and front desk.

Nice property. Surprised the mediocre breakfast cost $13, disappointed a $200+ room didn’t have a free breakfast. Also refused to give us one minute late checkout unless we were “members”. The pool was excellent.

Pictures on website is not the same place. Old and dated and smells old and musky. It was fairly clean but whatever they mop the bathroom with makes the floors slippery when you have shoes on. Not worth the money spent. For the same price I’ve stayed on the beach in Daytona and it was a beautiful hotel that was new and very upscale. This place need to be remodeled ASAP.

This has been the worst hotel and booking experience in my entire life. I have basically been robbed. My money is gone, and there has been no hotel stay. An adjustment to my reservation was requested 4 days before original booking but was denied by the property. Clearly before the deadline on their policy. I work in the hospitality industry and never would have expected this treatment.

The towels needs to be replaced. The towels were very rough. Had to go buy some new towels from Walmart. Had to ask for fresh coffee in the lobby.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning, some updates and replacement of broken/worn out furniture. The cooked to order breakfast cost way too much and was the same basic self serve every other hotel has for free. I may have been confused on what cooked to order means.

Room was very hot. Never got below 77. Comforter on the bed had holes in it with the stuffing falling out. Staff didn’t seem to care.

We booked a room that said it had a king size bed and a sofa bed. We got to the room at 2am and it was only a king size bed in the room. The front desk told us that all we booked was a king size bed. When I showed him my reservation he told me that there were no other rooms to move us to and that it was “probably because we booked through a 3rd party site because all he sees on his side is a king size bed. He offered no help until I got upset because my kids had no where to sleep. He then said he “might could find me a roll away bed” but kept blaming it on the fact that we booked through hotels.com

There was a dog that continued to howl bark all night long. Not at all what I expected for the Holiday Inn to allow. Very disappointed. Everything was clean and staff was great. Just the allowance of a pet to howl all night was disappointing!

We were in a king suite. The badly needs to be refurbished. Especially the sofa and chairs, they are very worn. Carpet on 3rd floor hallway had lots of rips and tears.

We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our stay. We were there for 3 days and each day was a pleasant experience. First, each of the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable (the bed was especially comfortable) (I’d like to have that mattress in my home. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Pensacola area.

Our room was dirty. The carpet was wet, the pillows had a bad smell, the room smelled musty overall, there was garbage on the floor from the previous guests.

The room had doors that should be in a house. The room was very damp and muggy. Bathroom small and tub faucet dripped all night. Handle missing off microwave. Entry way to room was congested. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful place to stay. Very close to resteraunts & Convenient stores.

No complaints at all very clean and comfortable and I didn’t even have to unpack my bath bag , they had the best smelling Dove shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion provided . We will definitely be staying there when we come back.

It's nice that they allow pets, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Having a restaurant onsite is a very convenient option, but I didn't get to check it out. Be really careful not to miss the turn into the hotel entrance or you could end up on the interstate since it is literally right by that turn and next to another hotel entrance.
