Convenience for an early flight to the airport, the price was City standard, the staff was outstandingly, courteous and professional, For hotel food it was exceptionally good! I had to clean the shower before I used it because the grout was quite dirty and it had a smell to it, but it is season and this hotel is very busy. And this really was not something that bothered me at all.

Disappointing

When I showed up there wasnt anyone to check me in for about 20 or 30 minutes. I couldnt sleep due to the air conditioner making an unbelievably loud noise all night. This was the worst stay i have ever had.

Maintenance called to reset door- that worked. —-for a while, maintenance called again, he fixed the door and was going to get me a new key. I told him not to, we were leaving early a.m. anyway. 4. When AC came on in 505 and the fan makes a terrible noise. 5. Went to get another room and was given room 504. 6. That fan was so annoying I decided to keep 505 and turned the AC off so the fan would not run. 7. Your staff (front desk and maint) was diligent and responsive and accommodating. My charge was amended. Good people. 8. You can Run the AC in 504 and 505 and see if those fans are conducive to rest. I don’t think I am an over-reactor. 9. Just fyi: the phone in the room was dead, not charged (if even plugged in) and it was from room 501. I.e. I had to physically go down to the front desk regarding each of these items.

Breakfast was great.

The gentleman who drove us to the airport in the shuttle was great, timely, friendly and helpful.

No usb port in room. Very inconvenient. Also towels above the back side of shower hidden from view so thought we didn’t have any.

Location was hard to find at first the address that’s given on the booking site is not a hotel it’s a neighborhood. The property was beautiful on the outside it was ok in the lobby and dining area needs a little upgrade but decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful the food was delicious from the bar breakfast on point everyday. Parking was horrible it was limited paid parking so I paid for parking and when we came back to the hotel we didn’t have a parking spot we had to drive around and wait. The hotel in the hallways was very cold and once I arrived in my room the carpet was very damp made it uncomfortable to walk without shoes my mini fridge was not cleaned out other than that Me and my family love a good Hyatt!!!!

The room was hot when I checked. There was no microwave in the room. No shower cap. The TV did not work. The redeeming feature is its location.

The breakfast food was not good at all. Neither was the coffee. It was very acidic and made me sick. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room needed to be upgraded.. it smelled extremely musty. The temperature was difficulty to maintain a comfortable level.

Great staff for kindness factor Room wasn’t cooling, I sweated all evening, someone else’s hair in my shower before taking a shower gross. Asked for a wake up call - didn’t get one no dial tone on phone. Coffee makes in room didn’t work that was awful for my 3 am wake up to get out and board a plane times.

All the furniture when you came in was dirty looking. After checking in we got to our room found that it had not been cleaned. Bed was still un made, trash in trash cans and the previous persons towels were still on bathroom floor. Went back to the front showed pictures of room. We got another room. This room had been cleaned. Room was very worn. Beds were rough. Everything needs to upgraded. Even the carpet in all the hallways is tearing. Great place for a hotel just Hotel seems run down. When we fly from Pensacola again we will stay somewhere else. Wasn’t worth the money.

Missing stopper in bathroom sink (just a big hole. 6. Unit is not on the beach as shown in some of the pictures. 7. No instructions how to use the front door locking mechanism. 8. Can't access porch due to a nonfunctioning sliding door.

Great staff. Very accommodating. Immediate shuttle. Hotel is literally AT the airport. Weather was not a usual sunny Florida day, but I wanted to walk. Out the back of the hotel across a street, through the airport parking garage and into the terminal. Did several laps in terminal and parking garage and got 2 miles.

Clean room, staff was awsome. Bar and food area are open late.

We did not have pets at the hotel and did not use the shuttle.

Every piece of metal in the room was rusted, doors, lamps, toilet paper holder. However, the room smelled VERY clean, beds were clean. Bed was missing 2 pillows. Found sheets stuck into the couch. Kind of a weird vibe, but staff was friendly and nice!

Everyone who worked here was extremely pleasant. The free breakfast was amazing. The gym was clean and had plenty of good working equipment.

I had mistakenly booked my reservation for the night of March 1 instead of February 28. Despite this error, the night manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding of our predicament. He was both professional and friendly as he resolved the issue and ensured we were taken care of for the night. Please extend my gratitude to the team for their exceptional hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We were given a handicapped room due to being fully booked. The room’s surfaces were dirty, lots of dusts and stickiness on phone, headboard, ottoman. Stains on carpet. Loose electric outlets, burned out lightbulb

Staff are very friendly, stayed because of cancelled flights due to 22” of snow in the north, a quick one night stay.

Clean room, Hotel clean, excellent staff by way of friendly and helpful! Perfect place near airport to fly out. Keep in mind they do charge 10 per day for parking in addition to your room rate.

It’s been about a decade since my last stay at a Hyatt property and I was gravely disappointed. At first look, the outside of property and lobby were nice. The staff seemed pleasant and check in went well. However, when I stepped off the elevator, it was apparent updates were needed. The doors to the room were outdated and keys had to be inserted opposed to just tapped which could potentially cause a security issue. My biggest gripe was the room itself. So happy I brought my own cleaning supplies because the room lacked cleanliness. I had to wipe down the entire bathroom because what appeared to be residue was all over the toilet, shower walls, sink and even door into room. The grout in showers needs deep cleaning and the complimentary shower gel/shampoo/conditioner had build up on it. The remotes seemed to not have been cleaned in weeks and one of them was missing a back to it. The TV lacked clear instructions on how to stream and the Google cast code was not available. On top of all of that, the beds were hard I kept waking up throughout the night and my back was sore. I won’t be back here unless major renovations are done and would not recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. Bathroom door is a sliding frosted glass door. No ventilation in the bathroom. Mold on ceiling, rust on every metal fixture, wallpaper peeling, hinges broken on doors, stains on furniture and sheets.

Broken heater. Outdated HVAC system that needs to be replaced. Windows are thin and let a lot of the outdoor chill inside.

Room was terrible and have been terrible the last two stays.

We booked here for the last night of our trip since we had an early flight and it’s right by the airport. Rooms were big, clean and nice and cool when we arrived. The staff from the front desk, to the lady helping with breakfast to our shuttle driver were all very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very short, but enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Everything was great except the door to the bathroom was very hard to close and it didn’t have a lock and it was a glass door and I felt like since it was a glass door I would break it

Key stopped working 4 to 5 different times

The staff was friendly enough, but first room they gave had no working telephone,no working clock and black mold on the ceiling. They switched my room, it still had no working clock and the floor needed a good vacuuming but at this point Iwasnt willing to fight it out. I would not stay there again, and I saw many airline personnel there and thought poor you!

The walls are thin. I heard everything going on in the rooms next to me. When I checked in, I had to be moved because the air conditioner was not working. I did appreciate an early check-in that was nice. There is too much noise. I did not like being disturbed on the morning of my check out the housekeeping asking if I needed anything they didn’t bother me before then asking me such questions so it made me feel like they were trying to rush me out of the room since it was the day, I’m checking out.

It was very convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly. Beds are ok. The place needs a little face life. Anything that was medal had rust on it. The key cards would quite working . Always had to get them fixed. My door was hard to open because it kept on getting stuck.

Overall condition of the rooms needs major updates. Outlets are loose, cabinet doors broken and room seemed dusty even after being cleaned. Positive though was the complimentary breakfast.

The staff was kind and accommodating after what was a day filled with flight cancelation and rebookings.

The Hotel ran out of clean bath towels we were told House Keeping was but there this should never happen..also the handicap was not available..

Ac was not working at all in the room and it was also loud ,also the sheets for one of the beds were dirty. Staff was very helpful trying to solve the problem but we decided to canceled our reservation seeing the conditions of the rooms they were offering to change us.

Blackout blinds in room did not work, AC in room vibrated so bad that we needed to move rooms. Door to room needed to be adjusted as you needed to pull so hard on it to open or ram your shoulder into it to open. Expensive rate for the room offered. Pool was not open as door to pool was not working. They said it would be an hour and never was fixed. Disappointing.

Room was so hot when we got there even though a reservation had been made weeks in advance. I asked for my room to be cleaned daily and for fresh towels which they did not accommodate even after reassuring they would.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing—super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the AC had been turned off before I arrived, and it took half the night to cool down. Other than that, everything was great and I’d stay again.

Broken door in bathroom smells room

Took the staff almost an hour to check me in.

Check in was suppose to be at 4pm and did not check in until 4:45pm . The room we received had a musty moldy smell. Carpet was wet . Light fixtures had dirt on them . TELEVISION did not work or the remote control .refrigerator was broken . No microwave . Shower was broken . Tub was dirty . Shower drain was not working and tub was filling up with water . Shower head did not work . It did not have pressure , instead it was spitting out water . When complained at the front desk the customer service desk treated me like I was an inmate asking and complaining about my stay . I was also treated like an inmate telling me that this is all we have and we cannot do anything about it . I asked for another room and they didn’t have it . I called and complained 3 times . I even called Hyatt main office and they transferred me to the service desk . The next day I went to the service desk and Kyle helped me and assigned me another room on the 3rd floor. Apparently rooms on 3rd floor were ok but not worth 200$ a night !!!!! Breakfast was wacky ! I have seen better breakfast than this powdered eggs , pre made waffles bacon .

Relaxing! They have the best front desk customer service for a hotel. Friendly staff. Very attentive. My breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese with picante sauce tacos were amazing and the breakfast bar gives you an opportunity to make your own breakfast parfait with fresh strawberries and blackberries. The housekeeping staff supplied us with everything we needed and allowed us to sleep in without knocking on our door for services. The maintenance staff was quick to respond when we needed to get out remote programmed to the tv in our room. I would recommend to all my friends and family. The Hyatt Place is an excellent place to stay.

Staff were very helpful. We checked in late and the air condition in the room was making a loud noise. No fault of the hotel, things break. The clerk made the effort to find a new room for us and personally went to check it before we walked back up. Very clean and easy walk from pensacola airport. Would definately stay here again.

What I didn't like was my door would not close properly you had to slam it and push it open hard . Told front desk about a light being burned out in the bathroom maintenance never came to change it out. The room had a 2000 look to it , needs to be updated bad. Other than that quiet and peaceful.

Floors were dirty, especially the elevators. The pool lady was rude to my kids complaining that they were leaving water on the floors. The room had a terrible noise coming from the air conditioner.

Had a great time

hotel room was not clean, rust on all lamps, even next to the bed. The AC panel's screws were loose and the AC itself was noisy and on top of that I am pretty sure the bed had bed bugs. We are not staying there anymore.

This was the perfect place for us to stay to catch our flight out of Pensacola airport. It was just a quick overnight stay but the hotel was nice, our room was clean. The staff was friendly. There were lots of food options and shopping right around the hotel. It is super convenient to the airport. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport or it is right next door to the airport if you're driving. Would it definitely recommend!

Basically attached to the Pensacola airport and my sister was being a princess that morning so we took the shuttle which is a whopping 3 min scoot around a corner- but the hotel doesn’t care even if it is only a 500m drive. Great staff!

Had to get new key cards because the card door reader wasn't accepting the card. Besides that, i enjoyed my stay there.

When I arrived it took almost 15 min before the attendants stopped making drinks to get me checked in...I didnt like that my check in took so long when i already did the virtual check in and the room was fully paied for. Then the man that checked me in asked for a card to have on file for the room and it would be a 15$ charge that would be refunded the charge after I left. It turned out to be a 41$ charge and there was no refund. I didnt bother eith the menu after another guest told me she waited 40 min for a pizza. My room had a tall, empty bottle of body wash in the shower, so I asked for a refill while I was gone. I was given 2 little chubbs of soap. The pool wasnt clean, there was algea growing in it. I expected more from a hyatt... the only good part was that the room seemed clean.

Was not at hotel long but served what we needed

This hotel is both dirty and poorly maintained. The bedroom and hallways smell horrible. The Television was broken, and the heating was noisy. The guests in the room next to us was noisy all night and the front desk, although they tried, could not settle them down.

Staff reeked of Marijuana, equipment not functioning-TV.

Front desk staff is excellent. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt appreciated.

Folks at the front desk are excellent. We had a problem with the remote, maintenance responded quickly. We think this was a good choice for us and our two poodles! Thanks so much, we had a tough day and you guys made it so much better!

We unexpectedly had to do an over night at the Hyatt Pensacola Airport. The check in desk was very friendly and offered information regarding our stay. The breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean
