Room was beyond my expectations and could imagine no other place to stay in pensacola. I've gone to other places and this blew them out of the water!!!!

Room was very clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Outside made you feel secure and safe.

The staff was wonderful. Antonio & Micheal and all of the front desk staff. Our housekeeper Aretha was also wonderful. The ladies that fixed the breakfast wonderful. I have nothing bad to say at all about my stay here. I am so sorry that I didn’t get everyone names. But I wanted to make sure that I acknowledged everyone I came in contact with. Thank you all for all of your hard work and making our stay here feel like home when we were displaced from our very own. I can’t thank you all enough

THE hotel was real clean and fresh. Great Hotel.

After a lot of searching, I found this hotel near the airport. Everything I found had bedbugs except this one. We arrived and it was clean and immaculate, and everything was bleached and white. Comfortable bed and you got several streaming channels for free, which was a nice perk. If you’re looking to stay near the airport, this is the one.

The breakfast was good. Need to add bacon to the menu. Being close to the basketball court and a maintenance closet. I could hear that all the time when I was trying to sleep.

They accommodated our late check out due to a basketball game we had to rush to. Overall 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

I have two thumbs-down comments: The bed's mattress was incredibly soft and left me with a sore back because of its lack of support. And I really missed having Coca Cola products in the mini-store.

The front desk staff to the housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Please reconsider pets beyond the first two floors, especially for service animals.

Our fourth week staying at the Residence Inn this summer. Every time has been exceptional. Staff and facilities are the best in the area. The entire property looks like it is brand new. Breakfast buffet is great, with continually fresh food and a great selection. Very quiet at night with a very comfortable bed. Full kitchen facility in each suite.

The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I loved the pillows! The breakfast was wonderful! Overall, our room was very clean & neat. Additionally, the staff were very friendly & helpful. We would definitely use this hotel again!!! Highly recommended. I believe the cleaners missed sweeping the kitchen floor when our room was serviced.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to everything and the airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable and loved that it included a small kitchen. the Bathroom was large and well lite and the couch and desk area gave us room to spread out.

Only 5 mins away from airport! Definitely in the center of everything you need. Southern Hospitality at its finest! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I'll stay again when I visit Pensacola again.

Everything was at your fingertips. You could even wash dishes or cook food if needed.

Wonderful stay. Would definitely use again. Comfortable bed. Rollaway beds available. Family with 3 kids - we used the pullout sofa bed - which comfortably accommodated the boys (9,12).

Our 2nd time to stay, my kids are happy staying here, staff are so friendly and so helpful. The entire place is so clean. I appreciate the staff for accomodating our needs when we need it.

Everything was great. Room was clean and breakfast staff was very friendly. Only knock for this stay was the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I was used to from other stays here.

Staffs are very nice, room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast is always a plus. Parking is free and pool aas decent (wish it was heated) but it's ok 😃. See you all soon in Feb again!

I have no downside (and you can delete this), but the remote for the TV in the bedroom was extremely hard to work. It would be a nice amenity if transport to nearby restaurants might be available, and perhaps it was...we didn't ask. However, I seem to have lost a small box of rings to give to my granddaughters. it disappeared.

This was the nicest hotel that we have stayed at in quite a while. We nearly always stay in a 3-3.5 star hotel whose rating is at least upper 8's or in the 9's. On our 2 night stay, we experienced no problems at all. Beds were comfy. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good. No issues. I've stayed in several different hotels in Pensacola, and this was hands down the best experience so far.

This hotel is perfect. The room had everything. Dishes , dish doap, stove, perfect amount of room. Loved it, and loved how clean it was .

We were in town for a sports event and had a lovely stay. The hotel staff was always pleasant and greeted us as we entered the lobby. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court.

The room amenities were superb as well as the staff, however the room next to me had a party with loud music and loud people until late hours at night. At some point they burnt something in the microwave and the alarm went off for a while and the smell lingered for a few hours. The desk manager promised to take care of but it took multiple complains and calls before they finally settled down past 11pm. This was an overnight stay and we had the get on the road early so needless to say that we did not get a good night sleep.

Very clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Ryan at the front desk. The shuttle driver Daniel was a very nice guy as well.

I love the cleanliness of the room and overall of the property. Also the front desk staff was very nice. Furthermore the many options they give you for watching tv or movies, I was impressed.
