The family absolutely loved it, this was are 2nd trip to Pensacola. The staff help us find some amazing restaurants. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who checked us in but she is amazing, she was very informative, help us with when places would be busy and which ones would be good with kids. I owe her a big thank you. 100% recommending this place

Was very clean, and all staff were very friendly, and helpful except for 1 older lady with the kitchen staff. The older lady with the kitchen staff was very rude, hateful, and acted like the guest were in her way. No one likes an attitude from employees with the money it cost to stay there.

Breakfast was excellent every day, we actually missed having it when we got home from our trip. Desk staff were friendly and helpful every time we spoke, well done. We did use the guest laundry room, which was clean and easy to use. We didn't think to bring our own, but would have preferred dryer sheets to the fabric softener available in the lobby. The switches by the door were confusing. We were halfway through our trip when I'd finally figured out one of them. Still don't know what the others did. We would have benefited from some kind of signage on how to use the thermostat. I figured it out, but only after 2 nights of feeling broiled by the always-on fan (directly facing the pool area).

The breakfast was really good. Waffles, egg-cheese omelet, even coffee tasted good. All was fresh and area clean. We enjoyed the nighttime sitting by the outdoor fire pit.

This stay would have been perfect had it not been for the horrible beds. After 4 days, my knees, hips and back still hurt. The front desk said there was going to be an overhaul soon so hopefully the mattresses are replaced!

We were only there for one night, came in town for a concert with some girlfriends and when I tell you I have never felt so welcomed than I did by Vance. He was eager to assist and the next morning was kind and understanding when I checked out and needed to get back in the room 5 mins later. Not mad or aggravated at all he had to let me back in. Offered a few suggestions for coffee and brunch spots. Just all around a great experience. The beds were comfortable and rooms were a great size for 6 women to get ready at the same time in! Haha. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast food could be kept a little warmer. The west parking lot could have been fixed and put in working order to allow access from that end of the building when going for walks. And a west end walkway entrance would be nice after going to the church next door.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The commode was for children. It was entirely too low for an adult. I am handicapped. There were no grab bars to accommodate me around the commode.

Staff was so friendly! They helped accommodate me with late check out so I could finish out my work orientation. My husband raved about the wifi speeds. My children loved the amount of space in the room. The bed was comfortable. The brought a pack and play to my room free of charge for my baby. Breakfast was delicious and free every morning. We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites. The room was clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was good and had great options to choose from. But the best part was the staff that went over and above to make sure we had a great stay. Vance at the front desk was always smiling and greeted you each time he saw you. He gave ideas and was helpful in letting us know some things to do while in town. We had car trouble while in town and the hotel manager offered to give me a ride back to the hotel after dropping off our car at a repair shop. Just an overall great experience at this hotel. The staff earned 10 stars in my book!

We were just passing through so a quick one night stay for our family. We were met with friendly customer service and they called us 30 mins after getting to our room to make sure we had everything we need. Room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options between hot and cold items and healthy or quick on the go options. Check out was simple and we were on our way.

TV didn't work. Front desk swapped the controller but second didn't resolve. Someone came to address the problem but she barely spoke English and could not make TV work. We were told hotel sold out and no other room or options for making TV work.

U had a wonder stay at Marriott hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was supper friendly & attentive. The location was convient for shopping & restaurants.

The breakfast had a good variety. Our room was not clean. The beds had hair in them and to had to have all bedding changed because they were full and couldn’t move us. Also, the shower was not clean. It had used soap and hair in the tub. Not sure if I would stay here again but the beds were comfortable.

The room and hotel was extremely nice and clean but comfort was awful!!! The bed makes you roll and sink down to the middle and the couch was extremely itchy and uncomfortable!

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I would wake up because there were pain points on my hips and shoulders. Also, we were near the elevator and the room buzzed whenever the elevator operated. So it was like an alarm clock all night long. Even with sound machines, the decor was somewhat dated overall, just not a comfortable stay.

The hotel was really nice. The room was superb! Breakfast was good as well. I honestly wasn't ready to leave. The only negative is that housekeeping didn't come by. But we still were able to manage as far as having clean towels and tissue. I would definitely stay again and would recommend!

Breakfast was better over the 2 weekend days as it included waffles. Do NOT pick this place for the breakfast. Pool was clean. Staff was decently nice. Carpet in room has a faint odor like it needs a shampoo. Not a bad room/hotel, but I’ll definitely pick a different property in coming months.

I booked a room specifically for my son who has Down’s syndrome and his sister. They are 3 and 4. I purchased a room that was handicapped and with a tub which I am sure I paid more for. I did not get a tub even when they changed my room which made baths impossible. When I complained I got no refund for what I did not get but a smile and hope you come back soon. It was a waste of our hard earned money and they had no sympathy what so ever.

It was late, I figured that out in the morning. As I suspected, I was overcharged, the manager corrected. I was still bothered, that the front desk employ just lied and BS'd so easily when she obviously made a mistake. We left the hotel and expected to have our room cleaned and restocked with towels on day 2. Came back to nothing tidied up or replenished. Too tired to deal with, we asked for fresh towels. Day 3 we called the front desk and asked for fresh towels and housekeeping while we were out. We were gone all day, came back around 6pm to nothing done again. At this point I was beyond frustrated with this property. Called and asked why our room hadn't been tidied up, no towels, no trash removed. The front desk responded they had no note of a request. But, we could come and get more towels and gave us a trash bag to remove any trash ourselves. The front desk was terrible at this property, and it never seemed to be the same employee from Fri-Monday. The only positive was Donna from housekeeping, after hearing that front desk dropped the ball, she came and emptied our trash can and picked up the wet towels. She was great and went above and beyond where her co-workers could care less about the guests at the hotel.

There was a large swim team from Tennessee staying at the hotel. They took over the dining area in the mornings and all others had to wait or go elsewhere. The team was rude and loud. Management should have opened the conference room for such a large group so that other guest could eat. We paid money just as they did. There was a football team to come in next, however, they were all so polite and quiet!! We love the staff, they are there when you need them. I actually felt sorry for them having to clean up after that swim team. We even witnessed one of the managers go tell the food lady that she needed to put such and such out (since the swim team took it all). Why didn’t he just go grab the item and help her out? She was going as fast as she could to keep up!

Checked in very late with kids. Got a room with a blower, to what we assumed was drying the wet carpet. Then we found out why the floor was wet, the sink faucet was faulty and spewing water everywhere so we put down towels to keep the floor from getting wet, we had kids and the floor is slippery and unsafe for kids. Also mold can happen from wet carpet and that is t safe. This room should not have been rented to us.

Springhill suites are my goto hotel when we travel. Even though the hotel was full of kids swim teams, our room was quiet and comfortable

The only negative takeway was the kitchen staff did not upkeep the breakfast area also the food was not restocked and we had to ask several times for food. The selection of items was not the best. During my past experiences the marriott had breakfast but not this weekend.

The property itself was fine. Nothing exciting. It was a little outdated. My main complaints are the bed and the lack of housekeeping. When i checked in online, i opted for daily housekeeping. I asked the front desk on day too about someone straightening the room and she told me only om day 3. Well day 3 came and passed and still no housekeeping. Also the bed was solid as a brick. I slept so horribly that we check out a day early
