Rude and lied to me that i could pay for another night when i drove 4 hours to stay

Rented a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl smoked in it every day since it was built. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in it. I immediately checked out once I realized the room was filthy and requested a refund that I was promised but have yet to receive. I didn't have the room for 30 minutes. I did receive my deposit but not the $68 I spent on the room.

The room had no closet. The first day there was a truck parked in front my door all day (3 feet away from the door). The property is in need of some fixing up and updating.

I did not use the air conditioning.

Nice middle of the road motel. Front desk manager ( D.J.) was really friendly and helpful during our stay. The motel is obviously dated, but really clean and kept up. There is a clean, nice mini mart directly across the street I walked to several times. The motel is located just a few minutes from the Navy base and Pensacola beach. There is a great Irish bar with excellent food nearby. I will be back in a few months and will definitely stay here again

was very clean except the floors definitely could be mopped/ scrubbed. i’d definitely stay there again. staff were very kind and quick to help. they don’t supply any soap but other than that i enjoyed my stay and the Air conditioner did wonders lol!

It lacks in amenities. Work desk was on the opposite side of the room from the only two electrical outlets

I did appreciate the fact that the staff was willing to move me to a better and more appropriate room. It made me more likely to want to come back.

It was a very comfortable stay for overnight. The area was well lit and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

If you're looking for basics, you got it but, don't expect that reflected on the price of the room.

Very dirty, itchy

It was hard to get ahold of anyone working the front desk, by phone or by hitting the ring doorbell on the door. The room was pretty clean and they changed the trash bags daily. Room pretty much looked just like the photos online. Overall it was an okay hotel to sleep in, which is all we need a room for as we spent the day exploring the area. Don't know that we would choice to stay again next time as it was so hard to get in contact with anyone working.

Extremely disappointed in this hotel especially for the price I have stayed in lots better hotels for a fraction of the cost there was holes in the bathroom floor the shower control was barely hanging on and didn't function properly the toilet was in piss poor shape something smeared on the wall the curtain barely even cover the window light steadily coming in all night. Whoever took the pictures for the website must've did glamour shot photos back in the day because they know how to doctor a photo . When I asked about viewing the room before staying there the owner told me he was going to charge me anyway if I didn't stay there , both me and my son slept with a gun beside our bed . overall horrible hotel should not be a 5.6 rating should be a 1.2 in my opinion

Additionally, the bedding appeared outdated and worn. One of the blankets even had visible holes in it. Given these conditions, my family and I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Shortly after we arrived, another family checked in next door and also seemed dissatisfied with the location. Ultimately, we made the decision to leave and secure accommodations elsewhere. We were disappointed, as we were looking forward to our stay, and hope this feedback is taken seriously. We’d appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet, clean and the a/c worked great.

It was an okay stay for the price for the holiday weekend. But the room is very basic, looks clean but it was not 100%. Smell humid

Toilet wouldn’t flush, there was two roaches crawling on the bed, the floors were super super dirty, there were only two towels provided , the bedspread was dingy and just over all a not nice hotels room. Hard to believe they required a $50 distruction deposit

Front office workers, were nice. Room was horrible. There was a smell upon arriving to the room. Room was not very clean. Bedding had yellow stains. The room look old and run down. Was not worth the price.

Good hotel

We arrived to find wet floors and an overwhelming smell of floral cleaner. (Strong enough we all had headaches) Despite the appearance of the floors just being mopped they still left the bottom of our feet black when walking to bathroom. We booked a room for 4 people but were only given 2 towels and had to go ask for more. Also, the interior door lock had been ripped off so we had to use a chair in front of the door for safety. It wasn't all bad, though. At 2am we were treated with a free crime show in the parking lot complete with 5 police cars, police dog chasing after someone and an arrest.

Water pressure was terrible. The room was pretty shabby looking there were no amenities.

My room was new and had the nicest all tile bathroom of ant place I have stayed. The lady at Reception was delightful & the bed was comfy & I love places that have a fridge & microwave so I can make my own dinner.

Unlike: Stayed 3 nights but the bath towels did not changed

The room was clean and nice for the price. The main issue is that the shower function was a problem. The main handle broken and had to work the valve stem just to take a shower.

The door to the room was bent in a way that it would still lock but leave a gap between the door and frame that flies would come through. Hair from previous guests was still in the shower and the floor was clearly not mopped.

It’s a place to stay, nothing more nothing less.

Our stay began with an introduction to Rodney the Roach. He welcomed us upon our arrival in our room and then stood sentinel outside our door. Wonderful. Since the staff insisted on a deposit to secure the beauty and quality of their rooms we were surprised to note there were burn holes from the top of the bed linen in the bottom. An added bonus was the feel of the great outdoors accomplished by floors so dirty it only took one trip to the bathroom to turn your feet as dark as the black hills. I could go on so much further but I am trying to erase the memory of our of our stay here. It was a thing of nightmares.

Checked in and the room was not cleaned asked for a new one and the lady was mad I used the first one, was trying to overlook until I moved the cover and the sheets were gross

Hotel/room is in terrible condition. Wanted an extra fee for damages ahead of time but the room was already damaged. They charge for ice at the ice machine. I travel often and this is the first tone I’ve seen this.

The guy that checked us in was very nice. The stay was plesant. No Riff Raff around. Very quite, slept well. Will need to bring hand towels from home as they so not have them. Night shift guy didn't want to give out extra bath towels. The 2 days we stayed it was k motel. But don't think we will stay again.

The green cloth chairs had white residue all over them! The toilet was dirty. The curtains were too thin and had a few stains on them! We did not even stay the night, we checked out and went home and we live 6 hours away from Florida!

i was pleasantly surprised at the overall condition... GREAT.. also had the TV, MicroWave, small Fridge, AND a Electric Iron WITH the Ironing board!!.... altho i was told NO "PETS", they did not comment about my ALLIGATOR.... but it was a LOT better than other "brand name" motels i have frequented.

Driving in after a 3hr road trip. It was 8pm, we were 5min away from the hotel. The office called me. Canceled our booking because they claimed they lost power. He admitted they'd known since early that morning. Had to find a last minute replacement and the only thing affordable that was available was a nasty place I would have left immediately it hadn't been so darn late at night.

Expedia and they would not honor them. I had to pay for the room again. In all my travels this was the first motel that demanded a damage deposit at check in ! I hope Expedia promptly refunds my payment made on the web site.

The grounds were clean but had some maintenance problems

After my friend, who uses a wheelchair, and I unloaded our stuff, we discovered how utterly disgusting the room was. We went back to the office and told him the issues and he immediately said that it was too late for a refund because it was 30 minutes after our arrival and if we had issues we should have come back to the office immediately...but I had to pack up my friend and her wheelchair.    The employee did not want to hear what our concerns were but we were moved to another room...that was not handicapped accessible, and the cleanliness of it wasn't much better.    The only way to describe the room is disgusting. The door had so much dirt on it that it was brown instead of white on the bottom half.   The comforters both had stains all over them.  The sheets had stains and dirt on them and the employee said that the stains on the sheets were caused by a new washer. The pillows had what looked like mold and one had a huge black stain. The microwave and fridge were caked with food and grime and stunk.    The bathtub had dirt and grime in it. The drain in the tub was missing the top part so it could not be plugged, and there were little dead bugs in the tub. There was only 1 small towel, and there were no wash cloths. The floor was extremely dirty. The edges. The location is terrible with drug deals and a lot of people just hanging outside our door. We felt very unsafe!!

very large room. new flooring and fresh paint. Comfortable bed a huge plus. very simple and a little difficult to get there with three left turns off of the highway. Great price!

WiFi didn’t work in the room, we complained about the multitude of wasps nests outside of the hotel we were told to not worry about it, I am highly allergic to wasps and bees I found this rude and uncaring.

It was ok. The smell of mold and mildew over took me. I had to go to walmart and get some air freshner. The door to the room was very hard to open and close. I had to use force to open and close the door. The comforter had me itchy or maybe it was just my nerves. No telephone in the room and there's a charge for ice. The television didn't come on at first and didn't change channels. The smell in the office and the room took me out. But the custodial workers were very friendly when I returned my key. It was a spacious room but the floor was kinda dirty. When my child got out the shower and walked on the floor their feet had dirty and grit on them.

Lady at the check in was exceptional. Room was beyond rough. Refrigerators can give you tetanus. Rusty as can be. Sheets and pillows were disgusting and stained. Handle was falling off the dresser.

Sheet dirty,,front desk really rude

It was a very unnerving stay and couldn't wait to get out of there. Unfortunately it was so late at night after driving all day I couldn't cancel. I felt like I was in a crack house (never been, but as I would imagine). They have security camera all over so that have me some comfort and the check in guy was really nice trying to help me feel safer.

While this property price point and star rating would discourage one from staying. I thought, how bad could it be? Well it was so bad and too late to find another place that we slept in our car. This was the best option given that there were mating palmetto bugs aka giant cockroaches on the walls and floor as well as an unpleasant live red spider in the bed sheets. When approaching the reception clerk and expressing our gasping experience she said they were over sold and well the bugs are normal. As if it was okay. In addition to the"normal bug" encounter the room was filthy. Sand in the bed, stains on the bed spread and stains on the bathmat. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. We would have but, it was 2am and everything was oversold. So we slept in the car. This is a first in 54 years. I will say the reception clerk was pleasant just doing her job. They will not provide a refund...so trust me... go somewhere else.

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. 3 cockroach’s within the hour span I stayed there. The towels were dirty and the blankets were dirty. There was stuffed towelettes behind the bed. Literally anything else would’ve been better, I want my money back.

Got a room for some employees. Got charged extra for some stuff they claim my employees. Not worried about the money. But I am pissed off that I have called 3 times, not been able to speak with a manager, been given the run around a million times about who saw what, and yet have to been given any proof.

The pictures do not match hotel.com as far as condition of the building. There was homeless people on the corners and rough looking people in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE specially if you are traveling with your kids. The area is rough

Check in was okay, got to the room, the whole family started itching, had roaches, the room had a bad smell, the room was not clean and floors looked like they have not been mopped in months, people were walking around outside that looked like they were looking for someone to rob. Needless to say we did not stay and the people at the front would not give me my money back. But that is my loss I’d rather have me and my family feel comfortable and not itchy

I worked for what it was but it was in serious disrepair. If you just want cheap this will work but I would recommend spending a little more for something a little nicer

Do not believe the pictures. What is shown is NOT what you get. Pedestal sink, no cabinets no tissues, industrial no lid toilet. Broken shower fixture. Tiny, thin, cheap towels. Vast, sparsely furnished room with grimy, non matching bedding. I slept out of the covers on and under beach towels. TV remote didn't work. Price gouged for the holiday weekend. No coffee or amenities....nothing but a scary, regretful experience.

I am a younger girl with my friend who is also a young girl. We are college students on a budget and tried to save a buck by staying here. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A YOUNG GIRL!!!! As we checked in there were men everywhere staring us down in such a creepy way. Homeless men, other hotel residents. We were immediately scared but decided to check out the room. No padlock. When we shut our car door we could see people watching us out of their windows. We felt so unsafe that we dropped the keys immediately and left. Decided driving all night is safer than that. If you’re a man this might be fine for you. Hotel was old and dingy but the staff was super nice and the cleaners were cleaning to the best of their ability. The place is just gross. Overall this place was not worth the cheap price. Bad location, everything was bad!

This Hotel is a nasty mess. CJ checked me and Grandson in..Room was filthy..House keeper acted like i was Bothering her to ask her to remove those nasty blankets on the bed and the top sheets.. Stains Burns yellow hair all over the place I had to take a towel and mop floor it was full of hair and nasty

Sink was clogged and drainpipe was broken. Bare floor was covered in dirt. No carpet. Desk and chair were sticky. Staff was rude when I tried to get a refund.

CJ went beyond to get us in a night earlier due to the other hotel we were going stay an issue happened. Between Miley Hotels.com customer service agent and CJ one of the hotel's managers, they handled it for me. They are awesome

it does look a little iffy.. however staff is super sweet. The rooms are simple, sweet, and nice!! Pricing is amazing and cheap. I will definitely book again the next time we go!!

Took a long time for the water to get hot in the shower.

the room was remodeled but a couple of nails were holding the faucet in the sink also the bedspread was dirty and stained so I just put it aside and used my own bedspread.also the toilet lid was in poor condition.

Stains on chair dirty restrooms

The motel was old and dirty. The person checking us in made me stand outside in the heat and wouldnt allow us to come in the checkin. The blankets were dirty and sheets were stained. Rooms smelled of smoke although it was non smoking. Very dirty part of town. Definitely didnt feel safe to be outside.

There was nothing to hang your clothes only one nightstand in a king size bedroom and one chair Very poorly. I guess you get what you pay for it’s true.

This place was dirty. Looked like a damn drug house. Was not happy at all when i saw the room. Did not look at all as shown in the pics. 80.00 i feel as if i was cheated out of my money. Just drove from Houston tx. Too late and too tired to find somewhere else. I am still upset about the whole experience. Will never even drive by there again!

They take over $100 deposit without your knowledge and refuse to give it back until you check out. The neighborhood is dangerous and sketchy. The room conditions are moderate-poor. I don’t recommend staying here unless you are extremely desperate.

For beginners,the manager was rude when claiming we had no reservations.There was a ice machine but you had to pay for the ice.Beware,stay far away from this place!!!

This hotel is ot as advertised for sure. Parking lot is completely torn up and supposedly under construction. This property is more like a pay by the hour type and priced way too high. You even have to pay for ice! Hotels.com need to remove it from thier site because once you book, the hotel will not refund you and says they have no control over the advertised pictures. Stay away!!!

Asked to see the room before check in and was given attitude. I was told I would be charged even if I didn't stay. I told her that was unacceptable that I would contact my credit card company. Then I was shown a room and bathroom smelled like mold. She showed another room to us after that and we stayed in it.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Drug addicts were all over the place and i had just booked the hotel and I immediately canceled but they still charge me a deposit fee. What they have listed is totally false . Please visit the site to see for yourself . Not a safe environment at all
