This place was horrible stay away

It was just a place to take a break from the road

This has to be the worst place we have ever been. If I could give them less then a zero I would. They do t have anyone to clean rooms or bring towels or even do maintenance. Our water pressure trickled out and I complained 3 days till finally they came and fixed it on the fourth time. I spoke to the management on the phone and they were super rude and nasty. Stay clear of this place I certainly will.

No hot water. The first night was outdated and rundown.

I book a room ahead of time for a pet friendly room the site said it was pet friendly but when I arrived they were not going to give me a room because the man said no dogs allowed. I informed him that the sign behind him on the wall says WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY FACILITY. He then decided to tell me that if I paid him 5 dollars he would allow me to stay this time. If it wasn't for being late and a storm was going on i would have left but he wasn't going to refund what I already paid. The room smells horrible. I slept a couple hours then got out of there . Be aware something shady is going on there.

Only half of the room was upgraded. The bathroom was very outdated and in need of an upgrade.

The price The bathroom is old and dirty. I had to go buy bleach and clean it myself. There was hair on the pillows the tub and sink doesn’t drain and it smells old. It needs to be remodeled.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and neat. I did not watch a lot of television, but I was glad to see it was available for me to watch. The bathroom and the towels were the worst. The towels looked very old and more off white, than white. The toilet was dirty, mainly because it looked old too. There were no hangers in the room, and when I asked for some, the desk clerk told me, more than likely I would not be getting any. I did not get any. After the first night, the pillows were very hard.

Terrible. We needed a quick stop to rest this was the cheapest option. (Not even cheapest) Terrible super dirty. But what can you expect for $100.

Overall great experience for a budget friendly option. The buildings/rooms were dated, but it was clean over all with no bedbugs or cockroaches to be found. I'll be booking again when I return to the area!

2nd room could not get in 3 room fair at best

Poor management. House keepers don't clean before you get room. If you want clean towels you have to transport dirty ones to office. Toilet don't flush, tub does not drain, sink clogged as well. The floor was so bad looks like it wasn't scrubbed. I can provide photos and videos upon request. The gentleman that checked in was understanding and tried to help with the issue. The women working the front desk was unprofessional, rude, and very unhelpful. Wasn't able to speak to management regarding this issue. Poor poor experience! No coffee pot on room. The website for this hotel lies!

The floors were dirty when we arrived. Only one bed had a down blanket the other just a sheet. The bathroom had mold around the tub. Towels were stained. No shampoo and conditioner or body wash to bath. Fresh towels were not brought in at all. Ac didn’t work the first night. Unable to get into the room second night because of handle being stuck. Light didn’t work and phones wouldn’t charge by the bed second night. Homeless man would knock on the door to ask for money each night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating

One only person to check people in to both motels.

They had the most comfortable beds ever. The hotel was very clean. No mildew. We will be back.

The location was great to go Perry fair. Shopping area walking distance. Non smoking room smelled like smoke found out housekeeper did a lot of smoking. Toilet very small and shower outdated.

My 2 young boys and I were on vacation in Orlando, left late at night to avoid the incoming hurricane. Arrived around 4am, the woman who checked us in was covering 2 desks and very kind. I asked about an extra hour for check-out the next morning, she said she though it was possible, would just need to check with housecleaning in the morning. Called the next morning and the rude clerk said no, I would have to pay an extra $15. Real nice. The room had bugs all over the bathroom floor, the toilet was scuzzy, looked like someone threw up into it. I should be refunded, not charged extra for an hour. The place was old and gross. I would only recommend to support the livelihood of the kind woman who checked us in.

I did not take the breakfast. The location of the hotel was very nice. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the cleanliness could have been better.

The cold water didnt work that well in the tub or sink, the tub didnt drain well at all.

Never ate breakfast, had to leave too early. Dog walking area was too far to walk in the dark.

I liked that the air conditioning worked really well. The room itself was pretty clean, and the cable and wifi worked really well. I was in a nonsmoking room, but when other people would smoke in their rooms, the smell would linger into your room. There was also a little bug in the bed, but after I killed it, I didn't see another one, so it wasn't a huge deal. The room itself didn't feel too cozy, but for what you pay, you're not going to get the nicest thing ever.

We have stayed here several times. Good price and convenient location. We have we always been pleased staying here until this trip. The owner call me about 2 hours after we checked out and accused me of stealing one hotel pillow. I told him that I did not take a pillow I actually bring my own pillows to sleep on. When we checked in there was 4 pillows and there was 4 when we checked out. 3 was on one bed and 1 on the other when we left. They charged me $25.00 for a pillow I did not get nor did I sleep on. I will never stay here again!!!! I also learned to video the room when I arrive and when I leave.

It was not bad I needed place to stay for night, plenty of fast food in area.

Dont stay here if you have any expectation of customer service. After you click the pay button your money is gone and they dont know you. Honest mistake or not you meannothing to them. I think their business model is fail as fast as we can or more accurately take the money and run. Good luck folks

I will always place cleanliness and staff before all the bells and whistles and this motel is excellent in both areas. To paraphrase, "You can not judge a motel by looking at its exterior". I got a bargain for the price paid and I will return to the Great Inn in Perry, GA whenever I am in the area.

The property is close to the highway and eateries. You have everything at your finger tips. Front desk staff was friendly

We were spraying roaches every day for the whole week.

Easy hop on I -75. Next door to Walmart. $10 pet fee for our purse size dog. Hotel could use updating but it was perfect for a quick sleep over on a road trip. It shares the same parking with a Motel 6 which usually has no pet fee.

Needs to be cleaned better and terrible bed.

My only problem was low water pressure in the shower. A/C was very noisy. Great place to try and get a few zzzzs and hit the road again.

For the money this was a great room - it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Few frills but if you are just wanting a place to sleep it was great. Only complaint - my husband and I are nonsmokers and I could smell faint stale cigarette smoke from another room, but my husband said he couldn’t smell anything.

Convenience was ALL it had going for it. We had requested ahead, a room that faced the parking lot with room for our truck pulling a motorcycle trailer. When we arrived, she gave us our key and told us where to park. We brought all of our stuff up to the 2nd floor and set it down. Then realized that the beds hadn't been made, or trash taken out. I went down and asked if housekeeping was still there, and she said they were gone. (it was about 7:30pm) She didn't ask why, so I said that our room hadn't been cleaned. She said that was the only room on that side. The area was somewhat "questionable," so I asked for clean sheets and towels so we could make up the room and keep an eye on our bikes. She handed me the stuff and said "have a good night". Wow!

Rooms were fine, staff was great, pool was nice, but felt very unsafe with the happenings in and around the hotel. Some very sketchy people around and made me feel very unsafe and wouldn't let my kids out of my eyesight. Other than that it was fine and worth the price.

Staff friendly only downfall was the Aircon & fridge made a huge noise otherwise very neat place

Overall a pleasant stay.

Just looking for a place to crash and this was a great choice. Clean room, good location by restaurants and close off interstate but not noisy. Only complaint was no coffee pot in room.

Stayover for the Southeastern Model Show. Very convenient location and comfortable.

Room was ok. Bed was very comfortable but sheets could be updated. Great if you need somewhere to crash quick and cheap.

Location was great close to I-75 , Walmart and good restaurants. Room was a good size and clean.
