This is a great place to stay for a quick overnight it is a bit farther away from the highway than some of the other hotels. If you do not like highway noise but want to be close to everything, this is your place. It has been well maintained. It has plenty of grass to walk dogs
- 5/5
The entire property was immaculate. Room was very nice. Will definitely make this my stop on my trips from TN to FL.
- 2/5
It was mediocre
- 4/5
Room was a little outdated, but clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Place great place to stay at a very affordable rate

Clean room , no smoking smell , comfortable
- 3/5
The room smelled must. Need some update.

We needed a hotel on our way to Florida. We stayed there 6 hours to sleep; place was clean and beds were comfortable. Luckily we had to be up at 6am to get on the rod because our neighbors were blasting music at 6am. Not a place I would stay for more than a night but perfect for a quick night on the road. Definitely worth the money.
- 5/5
The motel has been recently renovated. It is clean, fresh and worth a stay if you are in the area.
- 3/5
Never got hot water to come out of sink or shower
- 5/5
Pet friendly, friendly and efficient staff
- 3/5
Room had a weird smell when we first got it and woke up the next morning. Stains on sheets and in the shower.
- 4/5
Employees was nice and it was clean
- 4/5
Clean, no frills, overnight lodging. No problems - other than the door seemed to have a little gap around it. Made me a little nervous. But it did lock securely.
- 5/5
Good location and lots to do around the area. Needed a break from driving all day.
- 4/5
The a/c unit needs to be repaired, the sink still takes awhile to drain the water, can’t use the freezer ice is all over it, ice machine is hit and miss sometimes
- 5/5
Very comfortable

I was only there for one night but the room was clean and ready to check in at 2. The staff was all very helpful with everything.
- 5/5
Excellent service.
- 2/5
Opened the door and immediately could smell where animals had stayed there. The floors were dirty and dead bugs in the corners.
- 1/5
I never arrive at the location and i tried to contact them to refund my money. No one never pick up. I called Expedia to contact them and they told me they do it for me and I never heard back from them either. I say avoid this place at all cost.
- 5/5
There's a Chick-fil-a and a Popeyes within walking distance. The location was quite. I felt safe traveling alone. And the room was clean, and bug free. The hotel staff were friendly. Overall, I felt the room was a great value.
- 4/5
Quiet, but charging $15 a night per dog, kind to much, specially the first morning noboby clean the floor
- 5/5
Outlet problems, water drains out of sink slowly, water takes long to warm up most times, some of the a/c units do not work well
- 5/5
The water started to take long getting hot, in the sink and bathroom. Besides not having ash strays for smoking rooms, and not having more than one trash can. Everything else was good.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
the decor of the place and cleanliness.
- 2.5/5
The room could have used some Repairs and a deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust that needed to be cleaned and the toilet needs to be re-seated it moved when you sat on it.
- 5/5
Great people. Very nice rooms at affordable rates. Hidden gem of a hotel.
- 2.5/5
The pool hasn't been running in several years and the breakfast hasn't been available in over a year the staff told us. This was disappointing since this was one of reasons this place was chosen over others.
- 4.5/5
Only ¿complaint¿, someone had previously smoked in our room. The hotel had tried their best to clean the smell but smoke is hard to get rid of. I don¿t really fault management for this, people are going to do what they do, but it was noticed.
- 2/5
Having to change rooms r/t ac not working, no toilet paper, phone on the desk didn't even have a dial tone, wallpaper on walls was coming off the wall, looked like from humidity, short staffed. Gps did not accurately describe where to go to get there.
- 4/5
Did have roaches in the bathroom and microwave and refrigerator area. Did inform fort desk. Other then that it was an ok stay
- 5/5
It was amazing and clean and quiet , I loved it
- 4/5
no clock in the room.
- 2/5
i was a little upset bc my ceiling was covered in mildew or mold & then the bathroom had a lot of broken things like the toilet seat & the towel rack etc … i’ve stayed here before & it was fine but the mold was a no from me bc i have severe asthma ..
- 3/5
The room itself was clean and ok even though it was a dark and somewhat depressing. However the room ceiling was stained and cracked. The shower ceiling had a big hole in it with insulation hanging down. Also thw shower curtain had mold all along the bottom of it. Plus there was very little hot water
- 4/5
It was OK.

The room was clean and looked newly redecorated. But there was a lot to be desired in the amenities. There was only 1 soap for the sink and tub (in different areas). Also there was no signal to the TV so we could not watch. The office area was not open to go into I had to check in and out of at the overnight window. This may be because covid but it was a little disappointing. We only spent one night so I didn't complain to the office but it was a little disappointing.

No hot water during our stay and a hole in the bathroom ceiling.
- 3/5
Dislike the bathroom. Even through the room and bathroom had been somewhat remodeled the ceiling over the shower had a large part peeling off.
- 1/5
There were roaches in the room and the room smelled like sewage because the toilet stayed backed up
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
The bed was super comfortable.
- 4/5
There is no Kleenex in the room. The ice maker didn’t work.
- 2/5
Hot water took forever. Bathroom was horrible. Needed a lot of repairs
- 4/5
Room was clean.
- 3/5
Very clean and staff friendly but morning clerk was always asleep. The shower heads are too low. When they remodeled they should have spent the money and raised them. Need more selections at breakfast.
- 2/5
There are no telephones in the room. No coffee pot in rooms. Uncomfortable beds with a very thin blanket. Won’t stay there again
- 5/5
We stayed here on a business trip, as vendors for an event at the fairgrounds. Management was really friendly and helped us with a couple special requests. The room was clean and look like the hotel was remodeled in the past couple of years. For the money this is a great budget hotel.
- 5/5
I had been driving for 2 days heading south on vacation. My back has been hurting from the trip and sleeping in another hot 4 days before. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were amazing. Nice staff as well.
- 5/5
Decent place, very well lit, near the highway and a lot of fast food restaurants/gas stations nearby
- 5/5
Best secret around great stay clean and comfy
- 4/5
Room 205 door needs something added to the bottom of it. There's about an inch Gap at the bottom, looks like something can crawl in the room. We placed 2 pillows against the door at night. Other than that, everything else was ok.
- 1/5
No coffee in room. No hot water and had to go to office.1 bagel left for breakfast. Cannot believe it had it good rating. Someone beating the system.
- 2/5
I often stay at America's Best Value when I am on the road and only need a place to stay for a few hours of sleep. This facility in Perry, GA was not new, the rooms were clean but there were bugs all over the bath and vanity floors. In the morning, cockroaches had joined the small beetle bugs. I got dressed, brushed my teeth and exited quickly, didn't bother to shower. I would look for somewhere else to stay if you happen to visit Perry.
- 3/5
The ac was cold and the water was hot. Other than that everything was average at best. Pillows were awful and bed was not comfy. We got there after midnight and woke up at 6 so it was not bad for the cost. 2.5 stars.
- 5/5
Great choice!

Amenities were not there that were mentioned. They mentioned that the breakfast is included but there was none. They were rude.
- 1/5
Short stay at night traveling north, an even for the 6 hours that we stayed I dont think it was worth it. Smelly room, dirty carpet that you cannot walk bare foot and not in a good shape overall. It worked for a hot shower and some sleep. Although he explained it as a change in management and not having permits yet, it is advertised as having free breakfast. When we asked, no breakfast. I don't think is worth it. Other places really close, would have been cleaner and included breakfast, for basically the same price. Too bad we chose this one.

Shower and camode were not clean or sanitized
- 0.5/5
Location The room was non-smoking but wreaked of smoke and stunk otherwise as well. There was a terrible smell. The room was filthy and there were people outside the door talking all night.
- 0.5/5
The distance to the fair grounds... We found bugs on the bed, they didn't put any toilet paper or toiletries in the room. It advertises that they have roll away carts for children for an extra cost. They have one. They were kind enough to give us an extra set of blankets for a pallet.

The one bed was broken, but they came and fixed it. It could have had a refrigerator and a little coffee maker. Didn't realize they didn't have them. Also, could have had some fruit for breakfast instead of junk food.
- 5/5
The hotel was located two or so miles away from where I wanted to be, but with my trusty GPS I found it easy to do my coin show and find my hotel. Limited eateries, though I did find a APPLEBES very close and the food was fine.
- 0.5/5
Nothing The room was smelly, the bathroom was filthy, the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was horrible, and there were cheaper hotels advertised without booking through Priceline. Do not book this hotel. It was so gross.
