    I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone rude customer service they lied to me had me waiting outside the front desk that there was a manager on his way to the hotel waited about an hour and a half for nothing and when I called back they said that there wasn’t nothing they could do for me at the moment and on top of thiat they charged me for $75 dollars for not checking in ….

    The room had stains on the floor. Counters .tub and sinks. There was a couple pairs of dirty socks in the chair which tells me the room was not properly cleaned. The blankets on the beds had black stains on them. The woman that worked the night shift was rude. first time visiting Phoenix from Illinois and this place was horrible!! I checked in the 8th and checked out the 9th my children deserved better than that. I just want my refund I will never ever come back to this location! I checked in the extended stay biltmore and it was 10 times better and cleaner. livable for a whole week I highly recommend that one it's on 16th Street.

    The hotel is old, run down and not maintained, this is a bad part of town. The room was dirty, sun flower seeds on the floor when I arrived, holes in the carpet, couch and cabinets are beat up.

The sink is missing the stopper so my earring fell in the drain. The microwave and vent hood is rusted both should be replaced. There is a lot of drug activity and two broken down wrecked cars in the parking lot. I’m guessing people live there on the premises so I lived under people that fought loud all night. I was in room 216.

    Very run down rooms. Room smelled bad. Everything is old and out of date. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom including the toilet seat. The only saving Gracie was the staff was friendly and A/C worked well.

    There were lots of tissues on the bath room floor, the the bathroom door couldn’t open without getting caught on the toilet and couldn’t keep closed, the foldout couch had BROWN stains and didn’t come with a sheet, the chair was 50 years old, it came with no shampoo and conditioner, the customers were sketchy, the front office was closed when it said it was open and the place was generally pretty dirty.

    We spent nearly an hour to check in because our reservation was lost. Then we get to our that was below subpar. Everything was either old, cracked, or peeling. The two main lights didn’t work, so it felt like a dungeon. NO basic amenities were provided, no hand soap, wash cloths, coffee maker or iron. The beds were beyond uncomfortable, I could feel every metal spring in my body. Only one sitting area in the “kitchen.” The TV was the only good thing in the room. Thankfully, it was only for one night because we refused to wash in that tub. Oh yeah, not to mention the front desk will not be available 24/7. To say our stay here was a disappointment is an understatement. I know the saying goes, “you get what you pay for,” but I’ve paid for rooms in this price range and this was by far the worst.

    We were desperate for a room after all hotels around the airport were booked. Got there around midnight, and the on call receptionist was responsive within 10 minutes and very kind. Room kinda smelled like cigarettes but was overall clean and decent for what we paid.

    I could not stay in this room. It was horrible and did not match the photos on the website. It was clean but extremely run down, the carpets where stained so bad they looked almost black. I had to book another hotel since I could not sleep at this location. The staff was nice though.

    Pets were welcome, the welcoming was lacking staff was too busy being dry and rushing the check-in so she could hurry up to rush outside to some strange man in a truck SHE ISSUED ME A ROOM WITH NO SECURITY!! The room had no locks.. then she had to go “check” I chose not to stay. I did not reside in this hotel.

    Great location. Rooms were extremely dirty. Asked the maid for a mop because the floors were so dirty and she only had a broom. Homeless sleeping on the stairs and in the parking lot. Our first day we asked the front desk to have a broken light fixed in our room. We asked 3 times and no response in the entre 2 weeks we stayed there.

    I reserved a room at this hotel for my mother. When I took her there and went into the room to get settled in we were horrified. The room looked made up but upon closer inspection there were bodily fluids on the sheets and in the bathroom. It is an old building and it is full of what appear to be low income vagrant type people. They were working on old cars in the parking lot, little children were running around and we witnessed what we believe was a drug deal. The area around the hotel is not a bad area so this was a very unexpected experience. The woman at the front desk was nice enough to let us out of the stay with no charges. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

    Staff were not available when needed, and the front office was locked. To make matters worse a homeless individual with staying in just a few free feet from our door and there was lots of movement all night long. This added to the overall feeling that the property was not secure or well managed. For the price and the expectation set, this experience fell far below acceptable standards I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. (The homeless car is the one pictured with towels on the windows, right next to my room). I did not take a picture of the sinks. It draining.

    The conditions in this place are DEPLORABLE. The place is INFESTED with german cockroaches. Once a place is overtaken by german cockroaches, it is almost impossible to get rid of them. I paid for a suite and i got a 1 room bed, kitchenette, seating area. I never sat on the couches because the roaches were crawling all over the. They were all over the counters, the banquette, everywhere. There were splotches of blue and pink pank all over the carpet. Even without the splotches the carpet was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned in ages. There were ZERO amenities. No plateware, no iron, no cookware, no hair dryer. No am breakfast, no coffee maker, no anything!!! I booked through a third party, expedia, so cancell8ng would not have allowed me a refund and i was on such a short budget that i wouldnt be able to afford anywhere else in the meantime. Im still distraught after several days post my stay. The sad thing is, this place has so much potential. The staff was very friendly. The conditions however are worse than ive ever experienced. Drug addicts in the shadows getting high...and even one of the maids openly fraternizingbwith one of the guests in an obviously inappropriate way...in public!!! It wouldve been another 60 bucks for kitchenware, but why would i cook there when the roaches are literally all over the counters. I will add photos.

    Terrible…we were a family of four only allowed 2 towels. We saw oaches running up the walls. It had a kitchenette but pans had to be purchased. Busted cabinet, fridge had dents all over. Inwould never stay at another extended stay again.

    We did not stay here, we got a refund and stayed at a different location. My children did not feel safe in the area, the room we were put in, the door looked like it had been broken down before. The bathtub was rusted badly around the drain, the pull out mattress had stains all over it. The front desk employee was very friendly and understanding.

    The room was clean but run down. The parking area was well lit. The location felt a bit suspect and when I went to check in after 11pm the doors were locked and I had to call an operator who had to ring the night staff to open doors and check me in. Their policy was to gather everyone in my party's ID's. (4 persons total) I was not impressed.

    IT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY DECIDED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION AT 7:50PM AFTER I HAD RESERVE AND PAID WITH 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE!!!     Weird smell, probably due to filthy, heavily stained carpet; either someone had disassembled a motorcycle or maybe a body? Light fixture covers missing, adding that just right starkness. TV remote dead, not one single plate or utensil in the kitchen. Need I go on? PS Frint desk was friendly and efficient, that's a plus.

    Room was dirty and smelled like old smoke. The bath and the microwave was rusted up and dirty. Only 2 towels and we were 4. Had to stay the 9 nights and not once did they clean our room or bring us clean towels. No Glassware,utensils or pots to cook. Fridge was leaking and the hide a bed was still full of crumbs from the previous 6 guests that stayed there. Our feet were black from just walking in there. Door looks like it has been pried with a crowbar. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

    When I checked in the first night, the room did not have any towels. I called the front desk and they said they were delayed in getting towels to the room. I never got towels that night. The following morning, I called the front desk again and they said they would send towels to my room in 30 mins. Two hours later, I finally got my towels. Unfortunately, there was no soap either so I could only rinse off. I ended up taking a shower somewhere else. I don’t expect much, but towels and clean sheets should be the absolute bare minimum when it comes to hotel rooms. Very disappointed in my stay there and I will most likely never stay there again.

    Got there at 9 pm , very sketchy area. A lot of marijuana smells everywhere. We were given a room on the second floor. We open the door to a very run down room. It had a big gaping hole with a vent only covering in the wall. Looks the air conditioner had been stolen you could literally see inside our room from the outside. When I say hole I mean hole. It was freezing. We could hear every thing from the busy 44th street. Then the smoke detector going off all night. No garbages, no towels, no shampoo and conditioner. I would never sray here again. Definitely not worth 131.00!!! I do have pictures!

    All of my towels were dirty when I arrived. Whole room was dirty but when the stack of FOLDED towels is all dirty, what else wasn’t cleaned? Also will never understand why a hotel can’t clean counter tops and floors. It’s called bleach.

    We also experienced unprofessional behavior at the front desk, which caused financial stress and unnecessary displacement. After raising valid concerns, we felt targeted and were later banned without any notice or explanation. This property needs major improvements in management, communication, and guest treatment. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

    My husband and I did not feel safe with our two young daughters here. The whole premises smelled like smoke, with questionable clientele, and even though we requested a non-smoking room, you could still smell remnants of smoke. The bathroom had mold in the tile. We left and booked an alternative hotel.

    The hotel was old but seemed to be mostly in good condition, however... there was a dark substance splashed on the bathroom walls that could have been washed off. The electrical outlets were loose so most of them wouldn't hold the cord for a phone charger. There were no wash cloths and, most importantly, NO HEAT. The unit blew only cold air. I would appreciate a refund-- whole or partial, as it wasn't exactly a comfortable night.

    This was probably one of the worst extended stay experiences I’ve had. The initial room they tried to put us in was occupied and dirty. One of a few rooms left we were put in had no shower curtain, lamp missing light bulb, and shaddy. The bathroom also had very dim lighting. They should also have people smoke away from the rooms. Multiple times a day they was a person smoking sitting on the stairs , which lingered into the room. Staff was friendly, stay missed expectation by far!

    WORST CHECK IN EVER!!! called to let hotel know i was check in very late due to delayed flight and said it was OK, just call them when I arrived. I did and there was no manager on site after 10pm, then was told their system dropped my reservation and would have to wait 90 min for their night audit to finish to see if they can get me a room at 2am.     Sketchy. We saw our room and immediately left to book a different hotel. Parking lot filled with people that came out and stared as we were unloading the car. Avoid if you area a family with kids. Old, smelly, dirty room. No extra blankets or towels. No shampoos or soaps in the shower. Needs serious renovation. Smelled like a smoker lived there for 20 years.

    Grungy would describe the room. Rust in bathtub and microwave, material hanging out from bottom of bed, everything crammed into the space so when walking into the bathroom you got clipped by the tv. Two very thin towels and washcloths with a small bar of soap provided. The bathroom fan was filthy. Noisy from outside. Pool a sick green color. At least the doir locked. Very friendly desk person, the rest of the outside was clean and in repair, the room was disappointing. Not really what you would expect looking from the outside.

    Received a call from the property at 5:15pm as I was driving from Los Angeles to Phoenix informing me that they were overbooked and did not have a room for me that night after all. They “bragged” about giving me a refund as if they were doing me a favor. They also mentioned their other location nearby but offered no help in getting me booked there or another property despite me asking for such help. Unbelievably rude and unacceptable.

    I never even stayed there. I walked into a dump that stunk, was run down and obviously not taken care of. I went back to lobby which by the way I had ti knock on a door to get them to even come out was extremely rude. This place looked nothing like the pictures in hotels.com. I went back to front desk and they refunded me 460.00. I should have been refunded the entire amount. I then had to go out in a city I don't know and find a place to stay. I was treated like crap. This place should be condemned. I want a full refund

    Front desk did not know that the unit I was assigned to by her that was being worked on inside of the place. She quickly looked up for another room to assign me and is efficient in the process. Room I was in was it clean, things under the bed and there were trash items there, this I know because I lost an earring in the room looking for it but did not find it.

    I called the front desk to edit the spelling of the name for check-in. The front desk told me they cannot do it. I will have to cancel and rebook so I did that three times and then when we went to check in, they said they don’t have any rooms available and we couldn’t even stay there worst service in the world

    Our stay was horrible, no security onsite. Upon our arriving I asked for a bottom room and the front desk said there was not one available and put us in an upstairs room. Upon entering the room, the smell of cigarettes hit us - it was so heavy. The carpet was covered in stains and the couch had stains in pain sight. The countertop, appliances, bathroom looked unclean and run down. I was in disbelief. I went back to the front desk and told them we could not stay in that room with the filthy smell of cigarettes and that we have an infant. She changed our room to a bottom floor. Wow! Thinking we were getting a better room. Upon getting out of our vehicle, my niece, grand-daughter and I, several men were standing outside their rooms smoking cigarettes. Entering the room, it smell like bad mildew. The place was not kept up with cleaning. Old furniture. The microwave did not work, and there was no lock on the door, and to top it off there was no hot water. We left the place to get to our appointment, and when we came back the men were still outside smoking and the room had that cigarette smelled. I was upset. Desk services told me they would do what Expedia advised. We ended up staying one night cause we were so tired from traveling. Sometime during the night a lady and man were yelling at each other. leaving the next morning I wanted to speak to the office manager but the doors were locked, lights off. I do not recommend this place. It needs to be close down.

    So gross, the room smells like death, mold, and Marijuana. I booked a room after Hotels let me down with an absolute atrocious Hotel and this was not much better. No pillows, said I would get a sleeper sofa and it didn't have one only 1 bed with a recliner. Room was beyond dirty. Guests that live there were smoking Marijuana on the steps and blocked us from going down. Had to squeeze through and was worried my car would be stolen at night. Did not sleep well, did not shower it was so dirty.

    It's an old hotel than I expected, in a poor and unsafe neighborhood. The room was terrible. Many things were broken, didn't work, and trashy.     I will put the pros and cons: Pros, free parking, fridge, microwave and stove top and very cold ac unit. Cons: no ice machine, no daily service, you have to bring your towels to the office to do a exchange. No bedding on sofa bed, it is on request. The are has a Costco, Ross, Taco bell and some other good stores. At was convenient for where I had to go.

    Made an error booking by selecting the wrong day. Called hotel 10 minutes after booking to cancel and was advised I needed to contact Hotels.com. Contacted Hotels.com and was advised they were unable to reach the hotel and I would have to wait 24-72 hours. The next day I was advised by Hotels.com that they contacted the hotel and “fought” for flexibility but unfortunately the hotel refused to stray from the STRICT cancellation policy and would not issue a refund. Very poorly handled!

    When I arrived at the hotel at night, tired from the trip and with my two small children, the hotel staff told me they only had a single room available. They also said it was NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY that I had booked a double room and paid extra ($80), and that if I wanted to stay, that was the only option they could offer me. I had no other choice, especially since I had already paid in advance. They refused to take any responsibility, claiming it was hotels.com’s fault. Terrible service. On top of that, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the shower had a leak. I contacted Hotels.com to see if they could help resolve the issue or at least give me a refund for the extra amount I paid. They spoke with the hotel, but the hotel refused to take responsibility. This is the LAST time I stay at an Extended Stay America hotel. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.

    I have photos of this room and it is absolutely disgusting. It’s super dirty, unsanitary and just overall nasty…i am EXTREMELY disappointed with the pictures.     This hotel has not been managed at all, and the sleeping situation was not suitable for my family and children. I have photographs. I would love to share with any of your staff that had any inquiry why it was not suitable for me and my children before my son‘s surgery at the Children’s Hospital. I would like to request a refund as we were there for only 20 minutes, evaluating the room and found it unfit accommodations for me and my family. There was mold in the bathroom, which would’ve made it a safety hazard for my child with asthma and unsafe.. there was blood stains all over the floor, and the pullout sofa was severely stained and ripped. I would request that somebody to reach out to discuss refund. You can also contact the hotel to verify the room is not slept in. We did not go to the front desk. We just left because we had to rush to find a place to sleep.

    I would not stay here again. The neighborhood is sketchy. Water was off when we checked in. There were a lot of patched up holes in the doors. There was toilet paper shoved in the peep hole. I had to slam the door shut to keep it completely closed. Within the first 10 min of being there the manager opens the door and shuts it and walks away. I could go on and on but I won't. Stay elsewhere.

    The room did not appear to be cleaned beforehand. Hair in the tub/shower. Dirty floors that left foot print on bath mat. Sink in kitchen area & counter top not wiped down. Stains on bed cover. Called front desk & they said housekeeping were in another room and would be over after. Never showed up. We went to Target to get some clorox wipes to wipe areas down.The next morning i called the front desk again & stated the room needed to be cleaned & that we wanted clean bedding. We would be out for the afternoon. She said she would tell housekeeping right away. Got back that night just after 10pm, housekeeping never showed up to clean the room. Paid $200 a night for that kind of room. Very disappointed.

    I definitely don’t recommend this motel for solo women travelers. Large groups of men hung out for hours drinking in the parking lot. Also the walls and doors are paper thin.     I tried to call 3 times to check in because I was running late but nobody answered. When I did show up nobody was at the desk. I had to call from a landline outside the office. When someone finally picked up they said they were done checking people in. I explained I had a reservation with them. Customer service did not care and was rude. I know there was an issue because 3 other people were waiting as well and explained they had the same thing happened with them. Made zero attempts to call other sister properties or to help in any fashion. The next day I called to make sure I would be refunded, that lady was very polite and helpful. I explained to her about her night staff and she said she would tell the manager.

    We had to come to town for my husband to have surgery. we chose extended stay because it was close to the hospital and it had a kitchen. There was not any amenities in the kitchen it cost $20 for one set of silverware, large plate, bowl, mug and cup. We were also charged for our emotional support dog. This was an extra $85 in "hidden" charges that we did not have! Very disappointed. we have never had a more upsetting stay with a Hilton hotel. Honestly My husband would have had a more comfortable stay recuperating from his surgery and we would have saved money staying at a motel 6!
