- Staff was friendly and helpful
- Room size was satisfactory for some guests
- Extreme lack of cleanliness, including roaches, dirty bedding, and unclean bathrooms
- Safety concerns, including drug activity, police presence, and uncomfortable neighborhood surroundings

The guys at the front desk are nice and helpful. My room has always been really nice and very clean.
- 5/5
I didn’t feel very safe or comfortable. The bedding was stained, towels had stains, the chair was bent and broken, air conditioner (while it worked well) was broken, staff was not very friendly, and the neighborhood was not great. TV and WiFi also didn’t work.

Everything was great except hotel advertise that have vending machines and ice machines are free. Unfortunately vending machine with snacks was completely empty and the only two ice machines haven't ran in years.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at, & I travel a lot. I advise to stay far away from this place as possible.
- 4/5
Lot of homeless people in the place.

No Breakfast.

Red Roof customer service offered to give me 50% off which was not good enough. I slept in my car. I should have known something was amiss because there was security glass at the check in counter. Why would they need that??? Know I know. I'm sorry that 1 is the lowest trading because one is an insult to other properties with a 1 rating. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

I booked this hotel based on the other hotels.com reviews but now it is clear to me that most of the positive reviews are fake. I graduated from GCU and needed a cheap and clean place to stay. I wasn’t expecting much but this was a huge surprise… in the worst way. Upon arrival, I was met with the site of a pimp and 2 of his employees, one of which had no legs. I also saw several scary looking men, obviously on drugs. When I checked in, I was told that I was checking in to a smoke free room. Perfect, I don’t smoke. I walk in and I am hit with the smell of strong nasty cigarettes. Ew. We get into the room and it looks ok-ish at first but I quickly noticed the cigarette burns in the curtains, the mold in the shower, and the not so recently mopped floors. The only positives were the water pressure in the shower was good, the water temperature got nice and hot, and the fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. I absolutely would never come here again. Please do not come here if you are traveling with children. The yelp reviews mention multiple shootings in the parking lot. This was my bad for not doing more research before coming. Also, on our way out, I encountered another hooker whos nips and butt cheeks were completely out. Not what I was expecting to see at 7:45AM. Staff was polite
- 3/5
Arrived at the hotel to lots of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Had second thoughts about staying but ended up staying. Got to the room it was clean but the towels were rough and scratchy. The pictures don't match what you get. I was very disappointed.
- 1/5
Horrible location. I never checked in because I did not feel safe. There were multiple homeless people loitering nearby. I had to make other arrangements.
- 1/5
This hotel need major renovations does not feel save. There is a bunch of like drug adicts walking around with dogs. Also the bed sheets had stains. Stay away
- 1/5
This place is a dangerous dump
- 1/5
the neighborhood is terrible.
- 3/5
Need to clean air always smelt like cigarettes. Bed sheets was filthy
- 2/5
Door looked like it was broken into a few times, I had to call the police department because of a domestic situation, had a dog barking the whole night. Place was horrible to stay at. Location and entrance was not easy to find or figure out.
- 5/5
I don’t eat breakfast Access to property
- 2.5/5
The location was bad. Homeless people milling about everywhere. Overpriced in my opinion. There was evidence of obvious things that needed to be fixed. A light fixture was hanging off the wall and a shelf was so crooked nothing could be placed on it
- 0.5/5
Everything was broken. Smoke in a smoke free room. Sheets dirty. Furniture broken
- 4/5
I'm going to be fair, this motel is on what I would find out was a "bad side of town" in Phoenix. All this being said, and all things considered, the staff does what they can to keep it safe. The parking lot is gated so your car should be safe, and while the room has the kind of wear you'd expect in a motel in such a part of town, I've stayed in worse. Staff was friendly, and they had on site security. I give them a solid B minus. The air conditioner could probably use to be deep cleaned.
- 4.5/5
Very convenient for getting food and getting to places It’s loud in some spots because of the freeway
- 2/5
Room was very dirty bath tub was too clogged to use. Housekeeping probably spends 2 to 5 minutes per room. Just not sanitary for any guest.
- 1/5
The first room I was given smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, mold, and filth. So I asked for a new room. The new room smelled the same. This tells me that housekeeping probably uses the same bucket of dirty mop water for the whole hotel without changing it. The sheets were dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush, the channels on the TV didn't match the guide. The property looked like a lot of squatters live in this property. I will never stay here again.

Relaxing
- 5/5
It was comfortable staying there.
- 1/5
Terrible, drugs, drugs
- 3/5
The first night the room was horrible. It Smelled awful (like a dead cat had been there) and cigarette smoke. The TV did not work properly. The air conditioner had a weird clinking noise and kept us up at night. We were super tired from drive and just stayed the night. In the morning we switched rooms and the new one was fine. Clean, decent and we were happy for the money. The first night the room was horrible. It Smelled awful (like a dead cat had been there) and cigarette smoke. The TV did not work properly. Arrival felt less like check-in and more like entering a VIP event where the dress code is “follow the car in front of you and hope for the best.” Gated? Yes. Secure? Let’s call it… optimistic. Bonus entertainment included distant gunshots, tire screeches, police lights like a disco ball and some very entrepreneurial night walkers making their rounds. Don’t make eye contact if you aren’t look for a short term roommate for the night. The room itself had personality. The mattress, for example, tried to fold me into it like a taco the moment I sat down. I’m not that heavy, but it clearly had ambitions. Sheets were bug-free (huge win), though they did feature a few artistic burn holes…abstract expressionism, cigarette edition. Cockroaches were very kind to stay outside, or at least not make an appearance inside so for that I am thankful. The bathroom? A visual experience. I considered showering but ultimately decided my shoes deserved better, and my dignity agreed. End result: I slept in my clothes, hood up, headphones on, door locked like Fort Knox, and one eye open like a paranoid raccoon. Woke up alive, car still there, and honestly… that’s a successful stay. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy a little adrenaline with your overnight accommodations. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely unforgettable.

Advertised as having a pool. Upon arrival at the property, the pool was not available.
- 3/5
Shower adjustment knob came off in my hands. Sink stopper not even connected, so couldn't pool water in the sink. Overall, room was acceptable for my needs and desire to not spend too much.
- 1/5
Bad area
- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable
- 1/5
Worse hotel I ever stayed, it’s super outdated, dirty and don’t even let me talk about the linen’s condition.
- 1/5
When I arrived arrived it was immediately obvious that the surrounding area was sketchy. Saw a person walking and looked completely naked. The hotel is gated, I am assuming for that reason. The room seemed to have repairs that were not complete like a patched whole on the wall, there were also all sorts of stains on the walls.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was! Especially when you consider that this is a pet-friendly motel! The room was cleaner than even many 4-star, expensive hotels. While the hotel has suffered some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was outstanding. If I could give it a 6-star review, I would.
- 2.5/5
Price
- 1/5
Unsafe environment unsafe conditions for anyone to stay there.
- 1/5
The location and how people were walking around
- 1/5
Room was dirty, old, and disgusting. Lifted up sheets and mattress had mold and stains and what looked like bed bug residue. Didn’t end up staying and the property said my stay was refunded, we’ll see if I get my money back.
- 1/5
Bathroom had missing drain plug, floor tiles missing, etc. The kicker was the smoke alarm battery dying and beeping very loud. Maintenance was gone for the night, so we moved rooms at almost midnight, so we didn’t have to listen to it all night long. Would NEVER stay here again!
- 5/5
Very secure, never seen a motel with a gate and armed police, room was fine-an odd stain on the door by the handle-food can be ordered securely through a service without having to deal with the gate-prefer all white bedspreads-Im a sucker for a motel room that smells like cigarettes-Modern updates with some wear and tear but for the price I'm not a complainer...Couldn't tell if there was lots nearby-gate prohibitive....Area def has signs of life but car needed....
- 1/5
Nobody went to clean my room after staying, not taking out the trash or put more toilet paper ether. Area seems very dangerous as well. I’ve had stay in cheaper places and at least they were clean!
- 3/5
Everything was not as described. There were so many people there running around outside prostituting, doing drugs And also , there was somebody there that tried to get there prostitute to go to my husband's room lol good thing i have a faithful husband.
- 1/5
This one of the worse hotels I have stayed in we expected low budget but No tv for 3 days and claimed
- 1/5
The hotel was nothing like the pictures showed. There were drug addicts and prostitution right outside. The security guard was move protected then the cops. Highly recommend that you do not stay here. Horrible experience with Expedia as well.
- 3/5
Could use some updates and a good deep clean
- 0.5/5
Don't know never had one, had booked a room but cancel it a few days before the date needing it and they wouldn't give me my money back they said it was booking.com problem. So as far as I'm concerned I would not trust red Roof Inn or booking.com If I stay there
- 5/5
No ice and needs bigger shampoo and mor towels
- 1/5
Extredamante sucio, con mucho olor a humo, lleno de cucarachas... solo apagas las luces y salen a baliar las cucarachas. y super caro. terrible experiencia.
- 1/5
The rooms were terrible. Curtians and blankets had cigarette burns. Asked for Non-smoking, got a smokers room. Neighborhood is not safe. We walked away from the reservation. You know its bad when the hotel clerk is behind thick glass for protection.
- 3/5
Room smelt like cigarette. Pool was filled with dirt. Car air freshener in room for scent. Pillows were flat and probably 5 years old. Replacement sheet had cigarette burn
- 1/5
Horrid conditions
- 1/5
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and rattling constantly, making it nearly impossible to rest. Even worse, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It quickly became clear that the guest in the neighboring room was actively smoking, and the smell was coming directly into my room. This created a real health concern. I have asthma, and the smoke odor triggered a flare-up that led to a minor asthma attack. Because of this, I did not feel safe staying in the room overnight. Ultimately, I had to leave and find last-minute accommodations elsewhere, which was stressful and expensive late at night. If a room is advertised as non-smoking, it should actually be smoke-free. Between the loud AC unit, the smoke entering from the neighboring room, and the difficult check-in experience, the stay was completely unacceptable. I hope Hotels.com and the property take these issues seriously so other guests do not experience the same situation.
- 1/5
Family with 2 kids and the tv didnt work from the time we walked in the room we let front desk know about it the first day it was 1am when we checked in so i didnt expect it to be fixed that night. Told the front desk in the moring for 2 days straight and the tv never got fixed! Problem 2 bugs 2 many to be excused and the burns in the wood and the bath tube is crazy. Dont go over one block or if thats what you looking for its prostitutes deep on that block! We will never stay in Midtown or another redroof inn. Ps they did give us half our money back should have to give it all back 2 stars is false advertisement its a 1 star at best.
- 2/5
The front desk was behind plexiglass there was a security guard there. To get into the parking lot you had to have a room key because it was fenced in. We had to go to the front desk each evening when we got back to the hotel as our keys would not work. The room was suppose to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The linens were stained and the pillows were so bad that even doubled they were not the greatest. The furnace is damaged. It sounded like there was a racetrack outside of the room
- 2/5
The room appeared to be clean. The comforter had stains and holes. The window curtain had holes. There was a big gap under the door that allowed the light from outside to come in. The AC was very loud. And there were too many drifters outside the office.

Room dirty ,everything has burn marks, shower full of mold, roaches, bed sheets looks like mold ,good thing we had our own blanket to lay on top of bed and pillows .NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
- 1/5
I paid almost $100 for a room in a hotel that seemed to be falling apart
- 1/5
Room was impregnated with cigarette smell. I opened the door and sprayed fabreeze but I did not help at all. Even my clothes smelled every time I left the room. Bathroom door jammed and had to struggle to open. Key card deactivated a few times and had to keep going to office to reactivate. Only stayed there because of distance from hospice facility my mother was in. NOT family friendly, would not recommend. Price is same as other better hotels.
- 4/5
Im a single women traveling alone and I felt very safe knowing I was in a gated area. My AC was cold and my bed was comfy. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Was very happy and satisfied thanks!
- 2/5
Terrifying to be honest. Cigarette burns in the sheets, sketchy area, sketchy people right outside the room and outside the building.
- 1/5
Terrible, dirty and hot water wasn’t working… 0 stars
- 2/5
OK - Fenced in hotel/parking lot so made it but safer! Armed Security on premises/walking around! Comfortable mattress! Staff was courteous!
- 1/5
Bedsheets had holes in them and there were spots on them
- 1.5/5
Room rattled for five seconds like an earthquake when people used the stairs. Door was loose- light and sound poured in around the door jamb. Extremely noisy location from traffic and bar music nearby. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot.
- 1/5
Deceptive Practice on your part for posting a price and not as expected
- 1/5
Not safe area. The staff was nice. Lots of hairs on towels, unbelievable and dirty floor. It is just a old motel.
- 1/5
Our pillows were flat we only got 2 per bed, our bed had some sort of crumbs all over it, and a burn whole in the blanket.
- 1/5
Disgusting palce
- 3/5
it was OK till one of the employees stole some of my breakfast cereal, once when doing work in room, and another when the person just went in while i was away.
- 1/5
The room did not smell clean, it smelled musty. There were cockroaches in the restroom behind the wall The bath tub was damaged, it had a crack on the bottom along with other visible damage. The front door did not completely seal. It has a visible gap towards the bottom where air, and noise was coming through. The safety door latch was not secure. We reserved the room for two nights and cancelled the second night. I took pictures of all of this, it was the worst hotel experience. I am hoping to get a full refund for the second night.
- 1/5
Room was not clean ans smelled like smoke.
- 3/5
The room was clean but perhaps in need of some updates. The only outlet the worked was by the sink and the AC was just working as a fan.
- 5/5
I will stay again
- 3/5
Rooms too close to the freeway very noisy
- 2/5
The guy that checked us in didn't seem to know what he was doing and it took 4-5 minutes to get each resident processsed. The room had the small of cigarettes and the rolling chair ddidn't fit under the desk, so we put it in a corner, otherwise my wheelchair couldn't get into the bathroom. The place had 2 different ice machines and neither of them worked.
- 2/5
I get that it's cheap, but the rooms are just gross. This place has prostitution, drug use, you name it. The room reeked of cigarettes even though it was labeled as non smoking. Just gross. I went to turn the shower on and the handle literally fell off. Mostly don't stay here cuz it's so sketchy. Even my uber driver goes "why are you staying in this neighborhood?"
- 1/5
The room was vandalized and the front desk was rude
- 1/5
AC didn't work well
- 1/5
It was filthy…
- 1/5
If you’re visiting Arizona for the first time or just looking for an inexpensive place to stay, do not make this your home away from home. This place is far below average. The room was in terrible condition and did not seem up to code. The bathroom toilet literally stopped working while my husband was using it. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell, and we did not feel comfortable using the bedding or towels—I would recommend bringing your own if you decide to stay here. To make things worse, they have roaches. I woke up at 6 AM to roaches in the room, which was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The phones didn’t work, and when we tried to get help, the staff was unaccommodating. The housekeepers were rude and unhelpful, which only made the experience worse. Overall, this hotel is poorly maintained, unsanitary, and not worth the money. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
- 1/5
Room smelled of smoke, pretty disgusting honestly.
- 2/5
AC worked but was very musty. Room did not feel clean
- 3/5
Clean some stains but clean. If your looking for cheap safe its good. Security gate and security
- 1/5
If you want to fear for your safety, have the staff wordlessly stare at you when you go in the office, and have a gaggle of nerdowells loitering around with clear intent then this is the place for you
- 2/5
Sheets stained, cigarette burned

area is sketchy.
- 2/5
The hotel is in a sketchy part of Phoenix (just ask the local residents) and the hotel itself is in need of multiple and amenities. My room did not have a closet, bathroom counter, no where to hang your clothes, etc. I would advise not staying at this hotel if you are with family especially small children.
- 1/5
It was horrible cigarette burns in the sheets the curtains holes in the shower curtain hair in the bathtub went twice to complain and ALWAYS a sign that read be back soon!! Homeless prostitution it was terrible
- 1/5
It was HORRIBLE!!!
- 1/5
When I got in the room I killed some cockroaches. Then when I went to go to bed there was cigarette burns and dried semen on all of bedding. Then I went to the front desk and they gave me some more bedding that also had a bunch of cigarette burns in them. The floor and the top of the toilet seat had burns as well. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 50 years of life. I thought I I might just get a STD from staying there I was up and out of there at 6:00am. Not to mention the homeless people and the signs telling me that I can't carry my gun in the place that well warrants carrying one. The conditions where atrocious and should be shut down for just the unsanitary conditions
- 4/5
Good price for the night room was clean
- 4/5
Heat in room 137 would not work, thanks for the comforter and sheets
- 1/5
This room was very unclean and had roaches.
- 5/5
Cool place
- 1/5
Hotel is in bad condition, area is not safe and just felt overall uncomfortable
- 5/5
The rooms are great
- 1/5
The overall cleanliness and safety for myself was not good at all. There were two cops there just standing in the back with the hotel lobby attendant. The room was super dirty and it probably relates to the life of the property and the are of town it is in. I will never stay at a Red Roof In again and will share my experience with others who stay in that area also
- 3/5
I saw a few roaches in the room. I did message the hotel through the app to let them know
- 1/5
The room was not clean in terrible condition
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff were kind and courteous, I liked that I felt safe.
- 2/5
Luckily this is gated and had security very sketchy neighborhood woman be wary and do not go out alone after dark.
- 1/5
When I arrived yesterday to pick up my key were a lot of ambulances and the Phoenix police department. The person who attended me told me that happened a crime the last 5 minutes. I cancelled the reservation because was danger for me to be there. They told me that I need to talk to Expedia to get my money back.

The room was extremely dirty and smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. The towels had visible dirt stains and long black hairs on them, and the sheets and pillows were also stained. The entire room had such a strong smoke odor that our clothes and backpacks still smell, and I now have to replace clothing because it won’t come out. I arrived alone with my small child at 1 a.m., and the condition of the room made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid this property.

Perfection 👌
- 1/5
The rooms were dirty with blood stains on the sheets and cigar burn marks. The room smelled moldy and toilets were disgusting. Go book a room somewhere else.
- 3/5
Room was very clean but they need better property security.
- 1/5
I well never say there again!!
- 4/5
Cigarette burns on bed covers but I wasn't charged. Lots of permanent residents but they were friendly.
- 1/5
Pimps and prostitutes everywhere, living there. Thugs trying to start trouble in the parking lots, partying yelling all night. Bed bug infestation, non smoking rooms but even the bed sheets the housekeeping puts on have cigarette burns on them.
- 1/5
Parking area was not safe a people doings drugs and hookers and people yelling in parking lot all night. Sheets, pillow cases , towels all stained and dirty.
- 1/5
Horrible experience, was there for a business trip, it was so bad I didn’t even bother checking out, after the first night of supposedly 3 I left and got another hotel, keep your contract with homeless or whatever your clientele is. This place should be condemned and closed
- 1/5
We left as soon as we saw and smelled how disgusting that room was. Total time of stay was 20 seconds. We're never coming back again.
- 2/5
The neighborhood was not what I expected. There was a lot of homeless. The front desk was courteous. The room was terribly outdated and worn out. The paint was peeling, the floor was dirty. I slept in my clothes. The bedspread had stains, there was a pill on the floor. The pillows were tiny and lumpy. There was a lot of noise all night.
- 1/5
Very dangerous. We had to leave. I want a refund
- 1/5
Building is right next to the freeway so was very loud. That and the paranoia of leaving my car outside in that sketchy neighborhood made it hard to sleep. Outside of building smelled like urine and marijuana and was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. The bathroom had boogers on the wall and pubic hair on the toilet (which barely worked by the way). The only thing good about my stay was that I don't think I got bedbugs and my car didn't get broken into. Awful place, avoid at all costs, unless you're looking to buy or sell drugs I guess.
- 1/5
Room was in an unsavory spot in town.
- 1/5
The service was terrible The place had prostitutes walking around asking you if you need to have a good time they had individuals. they’re selling drugs. The sheets were stained and cigarette burns. The room had a smell to it. and the AC did not work.
- 1/5
This place was not what it appeared in the pictures. Room reeked of smoke and advertising said non smoking. Bed sheets were stained and dirty as if someone had slept in them prior. Only one light in room difficult visibility. I didn’t feel safe with drug deals and prostitution happening outside the doors. I asked for a refund.
- 1/5
They did not let me rent and stole my money no other reservation for no where I contact them for refund no comments please help me return my phones are let me go to anothermotel
- 1/5
Roaches and hookers every where … sheets are filthy… cigarette wholes in comforter.. stains on sheets floors in bathroom and bedroom were shocking had to wear shoes all night.. would not stay at this hotel again if it was free.
- 4/5
Comfortable with good AC
- 1/5
Nothing against the management/workers but DO NOT stay this property. It is in an extremely unsafe area. We unfortunately saw prostitution, drug deals and criminal activity occurring. We felt very unsafe all night and could not sleep, waking up with every noise. The noise/activity got even worse around 2-3am. SomethingUWe ended up leaving the property earlier than expected because we were very uncomfortable. We booked a non-smoking room, however it REEKED of smoke. I’m.
- 1/5
Unsafe area did not stay
- 3/5
Roaches in first room. Had to be moved. Got an additional reservation but they wouldn’t charge my card without an ID and I was paying for this for my sister who was already in a crisis situation.
- 1/5
First, I'm not for the area so I didn't know that area is very bad!!(the hood) Although they are pet friendly they are not responsible! Feces everywhere in a very strong smell of urine! But for me it was the continental breakfast did not exist!!!!! Not even coffee, oh and every ice machine was broken! My two husky service dogs didn't like it there either!!! That was THE WORST RedRoof INN I've ever stayed at!
- 1/5
Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Was housing homeless and prostitutes. Room smelled like weed and tobacco. Sheets and window curtains were littered with cigarette burns. The toilet would fill right up to the top of the bowl every time it was flushed and when i called for a plunger they said when they couldnt find one but when they did they would come to the room. Never came. There were homeless living in broken down campers in the parking lot. One of them had a 5 gallon water jug filled halfway with urine. Terrible hotel. Wouldnt stay there again if it was free.
- 5/5
Good service
- 1/5
Would not recommend this red roof in to anybody it’s an unsafe area even though it’s gated seems to be rented by a lot of prostitutes and drug dealing places decent. If you really need to stay but quality and clean this it’s somewhat possible if you really need it for an emergency will not recommend to anybody. AC in room, Burleigh worked all broken and stained with food and spotted two cockroaches in the restroom.
- 1/5
It was the most nastiness of place I've ever seen in my life. I immediately left and stayed somewhere else. There was illegal activity going on right in front. Broken into cars. Place was beyond filthy.
- 1/5
Worst Hotel ever. Looks like it sells rooms by the hour

Would have been great except for the fact that my only request was for Wi-Fi and I was given a room without Wi-Fi other than that the state was great.
- 4/5
Nothing is perfect until you get great deals on hotels. Service and cleaning is great! Towels everyday and toilet paper…key cards a new and work great! Security and staff is helpful. Bigger rooms are available and close to the cheapest rates in Phoenix.
- 4/5
Great
- 3/5
It was affordable
- 2/5
I didn't like the area. The chair at the desk needs to be replaced. The limit for the air conditioner is at 75. The keys for both, the door and the gate need to be taken to the office to be able to work most of the time. The Cox internet for WiFi doesn't until the next day. The price is high for the place.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean it wasn't a pit like other hotels could be and I got to say I was surprised given the area good job Red Roof!
- 2/5
Nice beds and room. Bad neighbor hood

Do NOT stay here! It’s people under the stairs hotel edition. It said non smoking room, entire room smelled like cigarettes air/fan doesn’t help. It’s new Jack city 2025 version-crackheads everywhere, dark, behind raggedy gate, door to 1st room offered was kicked in & key didn’t work. Front desk sketchy, if you wanna live to see another day you will say far away from here. I had booked for 2 days not knowing was on property 15-30 mins max. Unable to get comfy smoky dark smelly & hella unsafe. Behind the gate feels like you’re in prison & front desk is the warden. If I never told you nothing STAY ELSEWHERE‼️I have no photos cause was trying to get away as fast as possible

Overall the stay was fine, but the shower pressure was low and the pool had become a mattress dump.
- 3/5
Close to interstate, prices were good.
- 3/5
There was cockroaches in one of the rooms

I asked after checking in for a 3 day stay, to please do not have housekeeping disturb me. A definate break down in communication. I was extra sleepy, and needed rest! Not only was i woken up once by house keeping staff knocking on my door, but twice after i had driven 10hour's , and it wasnt even 11 am yet, and i was staying for 2 more days. After the second day it happened again, i went to the office to complain, and there was no recourse from them.

Dangerous Area!
- 4/5
Located in a questionable part of town. The room key allows access to the gated parking lot. They even have a security guard on duty. So the property is safe, but the area of town is not.
- 4/5
Bed was too soft for me. Woke up sore all over. Tub was very slippery.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Very clean room & attentive staff...
- 1/5
Not a great experience, felt dirty and unsafe. Too many homeless in area. Staff not helpful.
- 1/5
Sketchy area.
- 5/5
The property & rooms were great and clean. Just the nature of the area is a little run down. But the property was doing its best to maintain cleanliness.
- 3/5
Just not a place I would stay again due to the people lurking around and the condition of the property.
- 1/5
Not family friendly. Asked for a non-smoking rooms assigned smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was very friendly and understanding by fully providing a refund
- 1/5
Stains on the pillows and a bunch of junkies hang out outside in the parking lot
- 5/5
Everything went smooth bout check in and check out and just quiet and convenient! Was a great deal on the price and well worth it!
- 5/5
Good place.

I arrived just after nightfall and the room smelled like cigarettes and all my clothes ended up smelling like cigarettes. I didn't complain at the time because I was tired...and scared. The area was so sketchy and scary I didn't even go out to eat dinner I just locked all the locks and stayed inside. There is a huge heavy fence around the property with barbed wire on the top! I will never stay at this motel again. As a matter of fact, there was a shooting there 2 days after my stay.
- 1/5
It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but it smelled terrible.
- 5/5
Quietness
- 2/5
I've stayed at this property about 5 years ago & it was a dump then now it's barely livable. Let's start with the lack of any light fixture on the wall or recessed? GONE how about TV pathetic no reception weak signal. Your better off just streaming from your phone or other electronic device. Staff place gives nepotism an all new low.
- 4/5
Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathtub can be a little cleaner but nothing too crazy.
- 5/5
For what it is, I love it
- 1/5
Homeless people camped outside my hotel room door. a homeless person banged on my door at 5am.

Quitness
- 2/5
It was so uncomfortable partying late at night yelling screaming drug deals in parking lot 12am to 3 am in morning prople walking around trying to peek in our window
- 1/5
The property was dirty, sheets were stained, bed was hard and suspicious activity was going on outside my room.
- 4/5
Place was good for last minute
- 4/5
The area was ghetto, not a good neighborhood

My key card stopped working after every night and I had to keep getting it reactivated at the front desk. Which was somewhat hard to locate and not obvious. Parking lot is confusing and mostly gated off, and yes as a woman traveling alone it is sketchy and feels unsafe. Many characters roaming around, including someone selling dogs out of a crate out front. There was an armed security guard at one point. Thankfully I just needed a place to sleep for a few nights and didn’t care. It worked for that. It was surprisingly quiet during the night, no yelling or loud TV noises.

I loved it
- 1/5
The property was not at all like that advertised on Expedia. Upon arrival at 10 am had to wait hours for the room that I had reserved over a month prior, there were a lot of drug addicts on the property and there was a police raid (we were afraid to leave the room). I will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Decent budget motel handy for the interstate. Comfortable no frills value for money choice
- 2/5
I’m very sorry to say that the bed linens were soiled, gritty and pet hair. Other than that it was just not very clean and had a horrid smell.
- 5/5
Surprisingly, it was quite a comfortable stay...we enjoyed the stay
- 1/5
It is delapidated
- 1/5
Crackheads and hookers everywhere
- 2/5
Room smelled of heavy smoking, burn holes in the sheets and comforter. Phone was non operational. Key card failed several times at the gate and into the room. Just to name a few things. I won’t be returning.
- 4/5
Clean safe
- 3/5
Make sure you research where
- 2/5
The front door would not close all the way, all the sheets on the bed are dirty, the toilet wasn't secured down correctly, the exhaust fan in the restroom made loud noises and the people upstairs wouldn't stop stomping on the floor all night
- 2/5
This place was scary. Homeless outside the barbed wire fence . Some kind of goo on the counter when entering the room. People stomping around and fighting all night long.
- 2/5
Our room had a very nasty smell, quite difficult to describe, combination of old smoke, dirty rag, exhaust, old pipes, musty. The bedspread had stains on it but the sheets and pillowcases looked clean. The toilet seat had stains and cigarette burn marks. With that said, I think the staff try to do what they can to get their job done. Front desk late at night (checked in at 10:30 pm after a late flight) was nice, security offered to walk us to our building. Cleaning lady knocked and offered to clean the room the following day. Most of the property if fenced off --iron fence that's not very tall but possibly helps with safety.
- 3/5
This property has made improvements to make the property more comfortable and better to around I like the grass additions to the property it’s nice to see
- 1/5
People knocking on my door to get into my room, cigarettes burns and holes In the bed, girlfriend got itchy and hives
- 4/5

Filthy place. Very sketchy and dangerous part of town. Many transient individuals on the premises. Not a good place for a family stay!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean property. Comfy beds with plenty of room amenities. Secure parking and roaming security guards. Not much to do within walking distance. Freeway is directly off I-17. I would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area. Very much worth the price point / great value.
- 5/5
I like this hotel.
- 1/5
It was alright.
- 2/5
Sketchy area. Tv did not work. Refrigerator did not work and the smell is gross. Not a family friendly place to stay. I’m

Dirty bed sheet has cigarette marks . Book non smoking then receive a smoking smelly room. No heater. Never come back again
- 1/5
Smell of smokes everywhere in a “non smoking” room. Cigarette holes on the sheet.
- 1/5
Visibly stained and tattered linens First time I’ve ever walked out because of conditions
- 2/5
stained/burned bedding. a dead beetle on the wall next to the sink. the room smelled bad. stained walls and broken flooring.
- 1/5
Very dirty, unsafe lots of yelling, smelly room, stained pillow, do yourself a favor and dont stay in the area
- 4/5
The staff was the best things here other then that the cleanliness was below average and the noise was the worst I constantly heard the person up stairs with every move they made and it was hard to sleep or get peace! Overall I would say it’s a two or one out of 5 but the staff and service boast it’s up a start or two
- 3/5
I liked the room size, the air conditioner didn't work well and the upstairs neighbors were so loud. It was also a sketchy area.
- 4/5
Ok place to stay for a night
- 5/5
Nice staff but room was not clean
- 3/5
Attitude from security. Rudeness, disrespectful for nothing.
- 2/5
The room was much smaller than we expected and we found roaches in the morning time. One night stay at best but I don't see myself going back.
- 1/5
BED BUGS
- 1/5
The roaches where out of control to many drug addicts walking around the room had a funny smell
- 1/5
Very very very dirty and I couldn't change the room because there was none. There were roaches and the cleaning ladies dod not clean the room, and the condition was horrible. I felt unsafe there was smell of marijuana all over the motel and it appears to be used as a temporary housing for homeless people. Avoid this place at all cost!
- 1/5
The bed sheet were dirty, roaches and room smelled a lot cigarette.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Surprisingly good place to stay
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay thank you
- 1/5
this place was terrible from the sort. The frontdesk area wasn't sweep and was just plan dirty. The employees that work there were good. The room it self was supposed to be smlode free but smelled like a astray. It probably doesn't help that people are smoking outside by the ac. The room, bed and bathroom were dirty. The sheets and towels looked like they were never washed. The phone didnt work at all so i had to walk down everytime there was something I found wrong with the room. I can't believe a company like red roof would like one its properties look like this.
- 5/5
The staff was terrific. The room was clean and stocked. It is always a great stay when I stay at this hotel.
