The room was real dirty nasty and there was a bunch of stuff in the cooler

As we got out of the front desk, trying to find a path to get to our room, a man approached us. He said something to us. Hard to understand but I got scared. Next morning I woke up due to someone's loud crying noise.

THE HOTEL WAS POORLY MAINTAINED. DOOR DID NOT SEAL PROPERLY LETTING IN LITE. BED SPREAD ON BOTH BEDS HAD MULTITLE HOLES IN THEM. THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH MASKING TAPE AND MOST OF THE SLOT WERE BROKEN. THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS DISTASTFUL!! WILL "NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN"!!!!!!

The property is located in a questionable area, and there was a police SUV in front when I arrived. The room was in desperate need of maintenance. The AC unit was held together with duct tape, the TV screen was keyed, and the tub handle was loose and did not turn the valve. On the positive side, the room was clean, the door locked, parking was good, and the price was low. Plus, I was not robbed. You get what you pay for.

I had a mostly good experience. The staff were quick. AC was great. Plenty of parking. The room was in great condition, pretty clean and the furniture was not to bad. The only problem I encountered, which made me a bit upset, was that the sheet on my bed was covered in hair. It was little tiny short hairs all over the sheet. I'm pretty sure it was dog hair. I was honestly shook, like wow. I had to remove the blanket, pillows and take the sheet off. Luckily the sheet under was not covered in dog hair. But this experience was definitely not pleasant. If y'all could please ensure you wash your sheets better or something because that's wild. That's the only reason it's not five stars.

There was nothing remarkable about the location, close to freeway, maybe. The area is surrounded by homeless, there was a shooting sound like near the hotel at night. The room smell like cigarettes and the smell would make me cough. Overall the room felt and looked dirty. There were bugs in the shower.

I had requested a non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. I did request if I could move rooms since the room did have a strong cigarette smell. They offered another room but it was downsizing and I would still have to pay the same price. One of the beds the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns. The smoke detector would not stop going off whenever I used my blow dryer. Saw a few cockroaches in the room. I had to go back once to have my keycard fixed because I got locked out.

When we pulled in there was someone squatting in the parking lot taking a poop. The room had cigarette burns on the curtain and the bed. The toilet and bathtub had things carved into them. It didn’t feel clean.

not the best part of town. High fence around most of the property, I assume to keep the local riff raff out. At least there were 3 police officers behind the counter when I checked in and saw police patrolling the property multiple times, so I guess the motel understands the danger in the area. Leaving 7 am in the morning, person was walking in the lot. One piece spandex body suit with cheeks hanging half out. Property was very dirty paper dog poop room didn’t have any amenities was in a fenced area but looks like a lot of the rooms were rented out to shady characters maybe on public assistance did not feel comfortable there they said they had coffee juice in danish’s for breakfast juice machine was out of order had coffee. No danish is available. One ice machine in the office did not work. Supposed to stay two nights, but we left after the first night. Not even a clock radio for alarm this was a super eight by Wyndham this to me should be taken off being by Wyndham we booked for two nights only stayed for one night at this point be nice to get a refund but we’re just happy to get out of there

Room was terrible, Comforter was covered in cigarette burn holes, AC unit was covered in dust and half taken apart, and we found fleas around the room, bed and bathroom. Would not recommend.

There were places to eat but area was horrible, alot of homeless people, sketchy people, people talking to themselves on the corners.

Located in crapvulle of Pheonix, maps directed me to a locked gate with all kindsbof people roaming around and tgis was at 3 in the morning. Traveling with grandaon and we kept driving. Would not want to park my truck any where around there for was afraid of break i. And would not be able to sleep, let alone wanting to expose my grandson to this. Clean up your property, pictures on lune looked great but not true representative of reality. Si disappointed.

This motel is horrific. It is in the worst part of Phoenix and you can feel that immediately. The area around the hotel is terrifying. The motel lobby was poorly kept. On walking into my room, there were many dirty marks and scuff marks on the floors and stains on the walls. There were various bugs in the room, but no bed bugs that I could see. The sheets were paper thin and had various stains as well. It didn't appear that the bathroom toilet paper was changed from the prior people as there was only about 2/3 of the roll left when I first got there.

Room was clean , bed had no extra blanket, comforter was burned all over with cigarettes burns, and the house keeper rudely beat in my door accusing me of non payment 2 times after check in other than that I checked out early next am and won't use that location again

Want a clean room? Won’t find it here… staff may have potential to be decent if given even an n minuscule amount of empowerment but the clown that somehow finessed themselves into the GM role.. The property is conveniently located in the heart of a shot-out red light district! Booked by accident while standing in the lobby of the correct, Wyndham property in Mesa but Bozo wouldn’t help me with a courtesy late fee waiver.

First the room was not ready then the air conditioner was held together with tape then no hot water I only showed ones. A couple of other things the microwave was old and rusted it was disgusting the door had a large gap you could see though then to top it off I had roaches in the bathroom. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The blankets have holes in them, the non-smoking room smells like a room that's been heavily smoked in, the shower water gets slightly warm but still uncomfortable for showering, the AC unit is completely busted and missing parts. The rooms were filthy, with blood on the floor, roaches, air condition units held together by tape. It is also in a bad part of town and people are sitting outside continually looking for a opportunity to rob you.

Yes this room was very neglected. The phone was broken, the whole hotel very dilapidated, visible blood in bathroom and on beds, bedding not clean, made me itchy, hard to find entrance, gated all the way around property not shown in pictures online, looked different than online. Overcharged for this location with unseemly people. I was worried the whole time i was there.

Accommodations were perfect!

Amenities were subpar location was horrible. The hookers were walking around getting to the actual parking lot was a pain checking in lady was yelling at staff in lobby had burns in my covers on the bed.

Booked through expedia. Pictures on website are deceiving. This place has alot of drug trafficking and prostitution all times of the day and night. Very unsafe place to be. Run down property. The rooms were filthy, linens were dirty, stained and stink. I got a non smoking room and everyday it smelled like Marijuana. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Honestly i only booked it because it says "by Wyndham " and never thought it would be something expedia would allow on their site. Please know WYNDHAM does not OWN this property. Either someone helps them clean it up or shut it down. And my room was not remodeled at all.

Was absolutely dirty. Feet turned black just walking on the floor. Super tiny. Barely room to walk between 2 beds. No towels. No toilet paper. No WiFi. Nobody in the office to talk to. Went to a meeting all day, came back to find our keys deactivated. Finally found someone to let us in. Had to go to another hotel to get them reactivated. Nobody in the office there either. Drug deals right outside our room. Would NOT stay here.

Me and my girlfriend had flew in from Oregon for a vacation to experience where we are going to be moving in September and when we arrived at the hotel, it was nothing like listed. We have arrived into the parking lot and there was no joke 15 to 20 tweakers/ homeless people all around the parking lot and in the rooms staring at us the whole entire time and harassing us. The rooms were filthy and smelled like cigarettes along with dirty bedding(we went and bought our Own after seeing) the staff was very rude it was overall one of the worst experience I have ever had. And they weren’t willing to work with us.

Nothing to many hookers on and around the property. I checked out the hotel on Friday evening. How can I receive my money back from Expedia. Please advise

There was no hot or even warm water when I went to take a shower. I let it warm up for around 10 minutes and it was still ice cold. There were also 20 or so gang members near the gas station across the street.

I was given a room around others who were clearly partying. As a solo traveler it would had been nice to had been given a quiet room being that the hotel was half full. Didn’t get much sleep because of it and people were hanging around my car setting off my alarm multiple times. Im sure the cost of a security equals the cost of 2 nights stay. The ac/heating unit had didn’t have any buttons so after guessing which was ac and heat i gave up and just shut the unit off. There was no insulation on the door so you can literally hear every single car passing by and people walking in front of the room. Pillows were so flat i actually went to store and bought a cushion to sleep with and accidentally left it in the room when I left so lost an additional $30 dollars. Not the best experience and now i have to get back on the road tired from lack of sleep.

I booked this as I was driving into town and thought a Super 8 couldn’t be too bad. WOW was I wrong. This place is a garbage dump. Dirty,nasty. Hookers roaming by the parking lot,a tweaking dude passing a small folded dollar bill to the lady working there right in front of me. Wouldn’t recommend if it were free.

We showed up and the place was very sketchy and in a bad part of town with a huge homeless problem! We didn’t feel safe at all and ended up paying for another room in a different hotel for the night. The lady at the front desk (which was fully enclosed behind safety glass) was understanding and canceled our reservation but it does not seem to be possible to get a refund since we booked through Hotels.com.

Went from Bed Bugs in one room to Roaches in the next. The location is god awful the neighborhood is dangerous and dirty.

I had booked a nonsmoking room due to being sensitive to smoke. It made no difference as there was a diving door where the smoke all came through anyway. I had let the office know and asked if we could be moved and they said no. On top of that, this place is infested with roaches. There is activity nonstop, there was actually a whole fleet of cops who showed up when we were checking in. Supposedly I was going to be reimbursed for one night which never happened so on top of everything, they will lie to you, too.

The property is in the absolute most dangerous street in phoenix. Uber drivers did not want to come to the area to pick us up. Street people doing drugs in parking lot and laying by our car. Didn’t stay more than an hour and we left. Too dangerous

I have never left a negative review for a hotel, ever. Im just not that picky. But here, we dealt with loud noises outside, traffic and trains. The beds were horrid, one having holes in the blanket. The room smelled of smoke and the next day im finding new bug bites on my body. Ive counted 7 so far. The pillows might just barely meet the definition, maybe.Door locked and closed, still felt cold air draft in. If you hate sleep and your health, book a room.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The front desk was horrible the security was horrible. I booked a hotel for me and my kids and my friend and her kid and her childs father. as we we already going through alot and needed a place to stay. First they booked our rooms 5 doors down from eachother. A friend came to check up on us and was there maybe 10 minutes brought some food for our children. The following morning . Security woke my children up banging on the door accusing us of prostitution. When i asked why they would ever think that they looked at me with disgust . I have never felt more disgusted in my life . This is my first time being or staying in glendale and i am absolutely appalled at the accusations . After praying about it i decided to share my experience. Please do not book this hotel. Am extremely disappointed in the service at this hotel . I will not be back

The staffs are so amazing. They are kind and helpful. The room is clean and they make sure that they clean it everyday. I niticed that the beddings have cigarette holes. The location is kinda sketchy though. The road leading to the hiotel is not well-lit. I don’t recommend it to solo female travellers.

The security guard harassed us most of the night. Kept saying there were people in our room that were not checked in when everyone was checked in. The microwave did not work the shower leaked all over bathroom floor. The ice machine and vending machine did not work. The neighborhood was too unsafe to walk to the gas station on the corner. The front desk staff were not personable at all. After walking into the room there was a very strong smell of weed. I went back to the front desk to see if they could transfer me to another room or get a refund. They said there were no available rooms and that security would have to go up to the room to see if I was eligible for a refund. That was fine with me and I said I was going to call my girlfriend who was in the room at the time and let her know someone was coming up. After not getting a refund and leaving, my girlfriend told me that security walked into the room with no warning. No knock, nothing. They barely inspected the room, and treated my girlfriend like she was an animal. Never going back to this hotel.

The room came with crawling guests.... There was roaches and room had really strong cigarette scent although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Immediately went back to the lobby and requested a refund, called expedia which was the site I had booked the room with and explained what had happened, requested refund, and was refunded within a couple of days.

We felt like we were in a bad movie. Holes in the blinds, holes in the sheets and blanket, and in a sketchy area. Both beds were up against the wall, so if two people are sleeping in the bed, one person has to work their way down to the end of the bed to get out…it was a trashy hotel. The pictures are deceiving. Nothing has been maintained. Wyndham needs to evaluate this property as their name is tagged to it. We will not stay at another Wyndham property based on this hotel.

Staff at the lobby was a bit rude when I checked in. He wasn't very good at communicating where my room was and I was left trudging around outside in the rain with multiple suitcases trying to find it. It took the security man to come find me and assist me to be able to find it, since signage isn't very clear. I was NOT told about the room key being used as a means to unlock the gates, leaving me confused and the guard had to help me because one of the card readers stopped working. Narrow walkways, gate shuts on you and is hard to keep open when unlocked, outdoor draining areas leave several slip hazards when it's drizzly ..most things are NOT ADA compliant. Room wasn't great, either. Stains and filth on the creaky floor, stains and holes in the bedsheets and stains on the toilet seat. I saw a few roaches over the course of my short stay, including the biggest one I've ever seen in my life. Water pressure in the shower is poor but water pressure in the sink is too strong. Bathroom floor got flooded a bit each time I showered. Bed was very uncomfortable and I had to shove my body hard against the door to properly close and lock it once inside the room. It's a hassle to order food to be sent here because unless you are in a room facing the lobby, it can't be delivered past the gates and you have to walk to the lobby and deal with staff to get it.

Beds what sheets with a stain, there was mold in the restroom and a mildew smell radiating all throughout the room. Left there as soon as possible and booked a room else where. Notified the front office that I left and due to its disgusting placement of the room. Ask for a refund and they said they were going to give it to me only to discover they they told the booking agency no. Reason was cause I notified them an hour after I checked in which was a lie and provided and screenshot of my calls to the office. There was to resolution with the hotel what so ever.

To begin with, the location of the hotel is in what locals consider an unsafe area. This is obviously not suggested anywhere on the site; however, travelers would have no idea. Upon check-in, the clerk asked for ID from myself and and my daughter, age 12. Once in the room, the door didn’t close all the way, only kept shut by the lock, but the entire frame flexed when under any pressure from the outside. The side and edge of the tub was scared with what appeared to be cigarette burnes and the sink faucet was so loose it moved up and down and side to side. The chair to the desk was dirty and the outlets near the desk were blocked off. Only one outlet in the room near the bed. The bed cover looked dirty, stained and ripped. I quickly decided not to stay and asked for a refund which was denied because we were there for more than 30 minutes. Makes me question the type of establishment.

I e stayed at this property several times and the staff has always been excellent. But maintenance efforts appear desperate in some rooms and the cable TV system doesn't provide reliable picture quality. Network issues abound.

The water in the sink sprayed everywhere when it came out. The property in my opinion should not be a hotel especially for the area it's in. When I asked to get my money back for two of the three nights I had reserved since I only was going to stay one night they told me they would refund me for two of the nights. The refund hasn't made it yet but there's still a couple more days left for that to occur. I appreciate them working with me on that.
