I contacted you immediately after I booked this stay in the incorrect city/location and I was told that the reservation would be canceled

Easy check in, clean room, nice pool, and a good breakfast. Everything that we needed.

When we arrived all the trash was overflowing from the bins. I don’t know for a few bucks more u can get something better

Not really the hotel's fault, but other guests were very noisy in the hall late at night. The room was over the pool so we heard a lot of noise from there as well.

The staff was nice. The location is not a far drive from local stores. The breakfast was nice although it ends early. Breakfast included the basics: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, coffee, juice, etc. The parking lot is shared with a restaurant/bar, but this did not interfere with our stay. I felt like the property could have been cleaner. The floors in the hotel needed to be mopped and the rugs were all stained. The property is older so no bells and whistles. The room was spacious and had a little sofa but that was also stained and had a rip in it. There were fly alway hairs on the beds and in the bathroom. Staff was nice and changed our room but there were also fly away hairs on those beds as well and in the bathroom .

Not the cleanest but the staff are awesome people. The breakfast is top notch. The amenities are awesome and overall a great deal. The people at the front desk were always available. Great staff and respectful manners make up for a place that isn’t tip top clean. My family and I would definitely go back. Great job staff keep up the great work.

This was our 3rd and last stay at this property. First time was amazing.. second bad, 3rd worse. Rooms are a great size, but are in need of paint and a remodel. Furniture has stains, walls needed a paint job. Shower looked like it was moldy, but might have just needed recaulked. Bathroom faucet needed replaced and the water pressure was barely a small stream.

The breakfast did not have a good selection of food. The dining area was small and the food area was small.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and did help with my issues. Unfortunately, my room was not ready even though it was past check in time. Once I had my key, the door wouldn’t unlock. It took three trips down the elevator to the front desk to finally get it to work. The rooms were okay but are on the worn side. Bed linens were clean but the bathrooms and floors could use some upgrading.

Friendly staff, huge room, and easy access to and from local amenities. Stayed the weekend for a wedding, and would definitely recommend to others if they are doing a 1-2 night stay. Clean facilities, and great coffee / continental breakfast!

stayed here for the george straight concert. its nice that there are restaurants right in parking lots basically and walking distance. room was clean. desk staff was friendly and we got breakfast the last morning of checkout and it was good. will be back when we need to stay in this area again. I do wish the prices were better but that is how it is everywhere unfortunately and it was much reasonable then areas closer to clemson.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we couldn’t get a handicap room because they said that they were working on the room and they had a water leak this time they give me a hearing accessible room but online I had ordered a handicap room then they told us that they only had one handicap room and that it was not available and we got aggravated and talked to them again and they said they didn’t have anything and we actually had a handicap room, even though it was just hearing accessible. so my husband told them we wouldn’t stay there anymore. Well, about 15 minutes later they come and knocked on our door and they had a handicap room for us right down the hall that was available the whole time but we were thankful the staff did accommodate us being that my mom is on a walker. The room was nice. The only complaint that I have was the bathtub which had rails was very slick. There was no way I would’ve put my mother in that tub. Other than that the room was great.

After being given keys to an occupied room and surprising the guests therin we were offered another room that was thankfully unoccupied. The hotel was relatively clean and quiet.

The AC did not work at all! The sun set on my room window so that made the room extra warm. The front desk stated that some rooms had a motion sensor for the AC but wasn’t sure if my room did. But it did! I thought it was a camera because I was in the room several hours with constant movement, on high cool, constant fan, on 60 degrees. The shower leaked water on the floor.

Room was good and was clean. Everything worked (TV, Air Conditioning, Shower etc.) Most of the staff was friendly. Breakfast was better some days than others. Booked extra nights while there and they added them for the rate I booked at rather than the higher rates. Bed was good and room was quiet, didn't hear the other guests from the room and there the place was just about booked out. Overall, 9/10

We had zero hot water all week Our refrigerator didn’t work and was replaced with another one that didn’t work Our toilet didn’t work either I tried to have a manager call me but they just don’t care. Just an awful experience. If I don’t get some sort of refund, I’ll never stay there again. In my review of the property will reflect the same.

The room was a dump. Sofa had visible stains. The TV was very small and some of the outlets were so bad i couldn't plug in my chargers. Also way too expensive for as bad as it was. Could have stayed at a Red Roof Inn and pay less and had a better experience. Was not pleased with the front desk experience. An overpriced dump.

The room was very clean, and roomy. Well stocked and housekeeping was fast and very neat! Offered coffee 24/7. Only one bag was one morning the no one monitored the breakfast foods and it ran out long before time. There were many unhappy customers. The morning before was perfect.

Location was convenient for our needs. We did not have breakfast so cannot say how that was. Towel racks in the bathroom would be a good addition. Hot water was not very hot and low water pressure in the sink which was odd because shower was fine. Bed was good.

Signage directing to room incorrect. This senior couple walked to the end of the hall only to discover incorrect signage. Photos on Expedia indicated this type room had a walk-in shower. It did not. While we don’t need an accessible room, it helps to have a walk-in shower. The ice maker on this floor was broken which required this senior to go to the lobby to get ice.

It's fairly unacceptable to stay on a site like this, walking in and seeing the shower is not clean. They clearly hadn't cleaned it in months. Perhaps they expect that "magic" spray to clean it, but sorry, it doesn't. Pink fungus/mold and black mold all around the shower. It was absolutely nasty. As far as the bedding, clearly not a washed comforter as it had black spots in a few areas, sheets looked washed. As far as cleaning the room during my stay? No.. never once did they enter. I guess that's a Covid thing? I don't know. Never got clean towels or a made bed in the 5 days I was there. Would have been nice if they would have told me this policy. I haven't travelled in a long while, so didn't know that was a thing. 1st night, the keys worked.. but expired, so couldn't get in the 4th floor room when I returned to the room on the 2nd day. Seems like a basic thing to program a key to open the door for an entire stay. Overall a disappointing stay due to the quality of cleaning.. it's like they don't even try. Oh.. one more thing.. Room 415.. apparently the room at 515 has a leak in the shower pipes, as whenever they shower up there.. it pours into the shower in 415.. and you can tell it's been leaking for a LONG time.. tell me the cleaning crew hasn't noticed that.. really. Moldy and old. Pay a little more and find a better place..

The property is clean overall and we only interacted with one desk clerk a couple of times. Our issues are with the room and the overall accomodations. There was no bedding in the room for the pull-out sofa bed, so we sent our teen son to the front desk to get some. They were out of pillows. How? No resolution there. In addition, the luggage carts were almost impossible to find and the one we did find was falling apart. The caulking in the shower was very moldy so there's that. Not a great place but we were only there for one night, thankfully.

Some of the staff were nice, the lobby looks good but the room was very dirty. The bathroom was stained and dirty, the room carpet wasn't even vacuumed. There were trash, cigarettes buds and food behind the couch and the bed sheets and cover were dirty with makeup, dirt and some stains that looked like feces.

Great spot loved the Mexican Restaurant next door.

The stay was wonderful and although it seemed clean. It is definitely showing its age. There are stains here and there the couch and box springs and curtains, and things just need a revamp. That being said it filled all of our needs as far as comfort and amenities.

We had a comfortable stay. It was convenient to where we would be spending time during our visit. My only issue is the bathroom/shower was a little bit rundown so it appeared kind of dirty. Otherwise the stay was great.

Convenient to I85 and Crackle Barrel is walkable. Further from Clemson University than I expected. Bathroom shower not clean, shower door rusted, couch was stained and had holes in it. Piece of PVC pipe on dress drawers. Curtains stained. Bed comfortable.

We had a great weekend getaway!! We will definitely be coming back soon. It’s not far away from home maybe a hour but it’s a gray place to getaway from the normal life at home!! The only thing is the indoor pool was way too cold!! We could not get in it all weekend, the inside pool room it’s self was hot but the pool water was cold!!

The couches in the room need to e cleaned. Spots all over it. Carpeting needs cleaning.

Finding you is a dangerous adventure, especially at night. The highway is dark, there are no street lights, and NO SIGNS of any kind identifying any of the number of accommodations in that street! And the traffic is moderate-to heavy much of the time!

We had to switch rooms because the sofa bed was stained and some of the plug-ins didn't work. Everyone was very nice and understanding they gave us another room with no issues.

Staff was superb helping. The annuities very convenient. The washing machine was out; however staff informed me that hotel next this mines as a sister hotel and that I could use their. Rooms were very clean.

Highly disappointed after our stay. Rooms need a makeover. Mattress on sofa bed was flipped over to spring side to cover up the blood and dirt stains on the mattress pad on soft side. Poop on pool deck area and after telling front desk they said “we will let somebody know.” 30 minutes later, nothing…it should have been attended to immediately and pool area shut down.

Our stay was great. We had some parking trouble a couple of nights and had to park at Cracker Barrel until events at the hotel and Mexican restaurant wrapped up. Other than the parking, the stay was good.

The room was noisy due to fridge compressor probably going bad. Also half way used toliet paper with that being only roll in room. The breakfast area barely had anything and selection was not good as well.

The room was okay. My first problem was the sofa bed, when we pulled it out I had pee stains on it and food stains. It was dirty and had never been changed. Second, discover a dirty towel folded with the clean. The shower area had soap film as if it was never cleaned as well as the upper part of the sink. The last strike was in the middle of the night at 1:30 I realized that I was being bitten by bedbugs when I turned on the light s and bite on my body that was itching. I have video. I checked out immediately in the middle of the night . Just disgusting! The attendance didn’t seem too shocked. I believe they know that they have them and just offer you another room.

There were plates of food left out in the hallway the entirety of our 2 night stay. There were cockroaches eating the food and throughout the hallway. Asked the staff for an extra pillow and they told us to use the ones from the bed (we were staying in a queen suite with a pull out couch and two queen beds, only 6 pillows total in the room and 2 adults 3 kids). Told them the sheets felt scratchy and dirty and they just said sorry. We stayed new year’s eve into new years day and they didn’t have any breakfast on new years because “the staff performed so well they gave them the day off”. I understand the day off, but there was no food to eat. Overall not a great stay.

Stayed the night with our family. The woman at the front desk was very nice. There was a Mexican restaurant next to the hotel and a Cracker Barrel. The area did seem safe. However, when we arrived to our room. It seemed like it wasn’t clean. There were beard hair trimmings all in the sink and counter. There were mystery red stains on the carpet and brown stuff splattered all over the walls and on the skirt of the bed was a giant mystery stain. The whole room felt very disgusting. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again, especially traveling with children.

Always enjoy when I stay there kids friendly

When we arrived to check in, we had waited several minutes at the empty front desk before finally having to call out for assistance. The front desk clerk was pleasant, but seemed half asleep when checking us in. When we got to our room, there were peanuts and popcorn left on the floor that had not been vacuumed up. You could tell the room had been very haphazardly "cleaned" (hair on the shower curtain, toilet not clean, dust build-up, stains on headboard, etc). We opened the curtains and had a lovely view of the HVAC units and had to deal with the noise they made while trying to sleep. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. The hotel served its purpose of having a place to sleep and shower, but we won't be staying there again.

Staff was extremely helpful with the stay. It was an emotional trip with a hospice situation. Losing a loved one is never easy but staff worked with me on possibly needing a late stay

Overall this is a nice hotel. The girl who checked us in the first night clearly did not want to be there or to combine our two reservations. The lady the next day was much nicer, but dismissed an issue with a broken bathroom door with a”oh yeah, we have 5 or 6 rooms with that problem”. The problem was that the door wouldn’t stay open. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the only way to get the steam and dampness out of the bathroom was to prop the door open with a cooler. We had to do this for 3 days. Overall the hotel was clean except for a small amount of mold along the shower base.

There were roaches in the bathroom and all over the ice bucket when we woke up in the morning I could not wait to check out. I have sent notification to the property manager and let them know the room the issue was in.

No one available at front desk for check in when we arrived. Bathtub grout was very dirty. Sticky substance on bedside table. Window shade had disgusting stain on it when I went to close it that almost looked like blood. We went to a show and returned around 10:30, and no parking was available at hotel. The lady at the desk told us we would have to park at a business nearby and walk over to the hotel. Around 12:15am, guests out front at the front entrance talking very loudly and the noise was carrying all the way up to our window on the 4th floor, keeping us awake. I called the front desk, and the night clerk was very polite and took care of it for us. We have stayed at this hotel many times, but there will not be a return trip. For what we were charged for this room, it should’ve been a much nicer experience!

My 1 night stay with my husband was not off too a good start, our room was ordered to be a king size bed we had a queen size bed ,the tub had some mold around the tub.Call the desk to change our room, she said it wasn't anymore available, she didn't try to make things better.

Got stuck in the worst possible room. 101. Right by the exit on the lower floor. People talking in the hallway and the door opening and slamming shut at all hours. Really hard to sleep due to that noise.

Cons- The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and the noise level of the hotel is loud with very thin walls.

One of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed at. The Mexican Restaurant next door was playing extremely loud music until 2:00am. I then got up at 6:00am to use the bathroom and there was a huge roach in the room. I cannot leave this hotel fast enough.

It was an excellent choice for us and the accommodations were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Greenville area.

Our stay at the Comfort Suites was excellent. Karen the manager was so very helpful in extending our room a few days due to family medical issues. Kim was also very helpful at the front desk. Cons: breakfast is lacking options, and the attendants (for both mornings) seemed to struggle to keep up with demand. One of the elevators was out of order so there was a lot of demand (and waiting) for the one that worked. I finally just started taking the stairs. Also, the pool was out of order which was a huge bummer for my kids bc we specifically sought a hotel with an indoor pool. Bottom line: if all you need is clean bed, then this an option. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

We were there for a baseball tournament. Check in was super easy and the manager was very nice. The breakfast was good and room was clean and spacious.

Close to everything

Stayed here for a weekend while visiting some family in the area. We booked the large suite with two queen beds and a pull out. The room was very large and decent however there were blood stains on one comforter which really bothered me. The bathroom was pretty clean and it had a jack and Jill sink which I usually never see so that was super convenient for our party of 5 that was staying in the room. Every front desk staff member was extremely courteous and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We spent time in the pool which we were lucky enough to have all to ourselves and was pretty nice. The breakfast buffet options were pretty great compared to most. And if hotel breakfast isn’t your thing there was a Cracker Barrel right next door and a Waffle House across the street. Ample parking, no bugs or mice were seen. Overall definitely worth the stay and will be back.

Everything was great except our air conditioner did not cool well!! I told the front desk staff and had someone came twice to look at it. Still didn’t work. They offered another room but we were leaving the next morning so we declined. I would appreciate financial compensation for the unpleasant, warm stay in room 102. Thank you, Annalee Weaver.

The sofa bed in our room had crumbs on top of the cushions, more crumbs and food wrappers under the cushions, and a big stain on the mattress. We reported this to the front desk and asked that the sofa be vacuumed when housekeeping came to our room. Instead, housekeeping did not come in at all, so we returned the next evening to a dirty sofa and a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom.
