The hotel had a smell.

The continental breakfast was scarce at best and the hotel was difficult to locate if you are not from the area.

Nothing Nasty stains on the top cover,nasty stains on the walls, Fire extinguisher glass had been previously broken out,bath room faucet dripped all night wasn’t able to stop it, no fire detector in room or Iron, couldn’t set in either chair in the room one was stained, the other was cut in the back of the chair and stains in the seat. I felt like I was in some nasty low budget motel. The motel had a stank smell in the air smelled musty. I have more photos but I can only put 4.

Only stayed 1 night but Clean and in a good location

The A/C worked well, Shower head was great. Beds were comfortable.

Reserved a room with a king size bed. When I got there they didn't have any king size beds. All they could offer was a room with two full size beds. Waste of my time.

Not enough towels for two ppl. I reserved a handicap room and only got a room on the 1st floor. Ppl fighting at night, ppl having loud TVs early in the morning.

The place was filthy. Food crumbs on the nightstand. The fitted sheet was on backwards. The bathroom was disgusting. None of the receptacles worked. The breakfast was 2 cold cereal choices and juice. The carpet in the check in hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Absolutely disgusting

Cover on bed has stains and cigarette burns. The shower was backing up in the tub. Rolling chair had no cushion on it nothing but the fabric and broken.needs updated for sure. Staff were awesome. Security wise great and very quiet.

Room was not very clean . The entire hotel was not very clean . The doors leading to the outside has a sign as you enter doors are looked use card to enter . They were unlocked 24 hours a day. Also he would prop the doors opens on the daytime for hours at a time. I guess to get read of the smell of weed. The whole time the cleaning staff did nothing but harass us about cleaning . We got the room it’s was dirty . Suppose to be non smoking had holes burnt into the comforters on the bed. Tell flip the sheets over instead of changing . The linen was a yellow color like it had never seen bleach: Breakfast is a honey bun or cereal and you were lucky if you were able to get a cup of coffee. So when it’s says breakfast that means you going out to get breakfast everyday.

If youre looking for a room with a bed and hot shower thats not overly expensive. This place is it. Front staff was pleasant. Beds were comfy, shower was hot with a decent amount of pressure. Room itself was clean but the hotel hallway smelled like smoke and the carpets could use a good vacuumn. Breakfast was cereal, toast and coffee. If you dont plan on being at the hotel except for sleeping and showering than this place would work just fine.

You know you're getting a deal. You need a place to stay on a budget, this is it. Very safe! Great staff, very accommodating, & courteous! It's a little older & might not be 5 star but they more than make up for safety & security. I would stay here again!

I ordered a queen size room got a full size bed. My husband is tall and the bed was small. The air also didn’t work and we were very hot

The property was interesting to say the least. The shower wall was busted and the bed was stained with burn marks and smelt like a chimney! What tripped me out is the tape on the shower lol scotch at that I thought that was hilarious

The bathroom had a water leak under the counter. There was dark brown/black hair on the floor in the bathroom. (I don't have dark brown/black hair.) The towels and sheets looked and felt clean. I slept well. For the price I paid, the hotel was what I expected.

Had to literally come up with a jiggling method to get the door to even lock on my room,hallway reeked of pot the entire stay

The absolute nastiest , dirty hotel I have ever seen. The floors haven’t been vacuumed in a decade. Counters are nasty in the room. Jacuzzi tub surround and tile needs lots of work. The door would not latch. Air conditioning was not cooling properly. The shower didn’t even have a handle to turn the water on. And it looked dirtier than me so …. The place is filthy. Bad filthy. Pure laziness on the staffs part. A cigarette box label laid in the floor in the main entrance for two days. When I say it hasn’t been vacuumed in a decade I’m not exaggerating.

While we were grateful to find accommodations last minute, the rooms were definitely not cared for well. Linens are stained, counters not wiped down, halls smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had not been vacuumed recently, our door wouldn’t close well and latch, and the shower had no knob to turn on water, air conditioner needs servicing, and the toilet malfunctioned, Do better Wyndham. We can deal with old and outdated…but there’s no excuse for filth.

Filthy hotel - stained sheets. Hotel lobby smelled of marijuana. Beds uncomfortable. Thankfully they refunded our second night.

Quick service checking in and out. Room was clean, Terrible smell of smoke in hall. Breakfast bar was cereal, bread, honey bun, coffee with powder creamer. Limited seating.

The only true downfall was the overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallway. The room surprisingly was odor free clean and fresh smelling. Bed amazingly comfortable. It was an older hotel but was clean comfortable spacious and easily Highway accessible

Staff were super friendly and helpful, but the property was lacking. The main hallway reeked terribly of cigarettes and the door to the room was hung crooked. No gap on top right corner and almost a half inch gap on bottom right.

It’s good hotel if you want peace and quiet. Also it’s very reasonable prices. Plus there a lot of stores n food close by.

There was no knob on the bathroom door. No cups. There were no grab bars in the shower. The man who checked me in was inebriated.

Only street to hotel had huge washed out holes, parking lot was newly coated but getting to it created challenges to avoid damaging vehicle to get there. Doors into building only had one working door each side but opposite doors making entering tricky with luggage. Breakfast was blocked off and unavailable; rooms don't have carpet but hallway does. Housekeeping didn't seem to speak any English and used hands to communicate with me. Won't be going back as it also turned out to not be as convenient to the funeral I was there to attend.

Dirty and very noisy

Upon arrival we saw ashtrays filled with cigarette butts and specifically asked for a non-smoking room. Theirs response was that all of the rooms are non-smoking. Once we entered the room, it was filled with obvious smoke scent and there was an empty ashtray next to the bed-lamp. The most disgusting things were that the bed spread were filled with cigarette burns and the white bath towels looked like it should have been bleached a second time. We arrived and checked-in at the hotel 1:40 AM in the morning. Basically, the room was just a place to rest before heading back home. We made no complaints to the staff and hotel. Woke up and left 7:30 AM in the morning. Lol - We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast because of how disgusting the place was.

When I arrived the staff acted like I did not have a room. Kept asking when I booked. The room was dirty. There was a dirty towel on the nighstand. The air conditioner leaked. I personally feel I should be refunded for the stay.

The linen on the beds looked like they haven't been washed, the towels had black stains on them the bath had hairs in it the floors had not been swept & there had been food left in the refrigerator. Overall the gentleman working at the front desk was very friendly.

The shower barley put any water out and the floor was very dirty if you walked around in your socks they would get black on the bottom

This was absolutely the worse hotel I have ever stayed at!! First, pulling into the parking lot, both entrances have giant potholes that are unavoidable and are deep enough to really damage your vehicle even going super slow. Then you pull into the parking lot which has trash all over the place! You then get into the lobby where the lady working is rude. You then get to your room that you paid almost 200 dollars for and find that the room has no alarm clock, no microwave, no coffee or tea maker a different tv than the website says, 2 tiny packets of shampoo with no soap and no soap for washing hands and enough toilet paper for one persin to use the restroom twice. The jetted tub in the room was filthy so we had to go to the store to get supplies to clean it ourselves, as soon as you turn the water on the faucet immediately raises up and almost rips off the tub. Then, the outlet for the tub jets is just a power

Place was horrible. Filthy. And not because of the remodeling they are doing. I booked for two nights and when I left during the day they went in my room and threw away about 14 dollars worth of food and drinks I had left in the room. And when I said something about I got looks of confusion and excuses. Then, I swear, they came to my room with half of my food they dug out of the trash. What kind of place does that? Extremely disappointed.

Nasty

It was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is under construction. There was plastic covering the carpet in the hallways during out entire stay. Old toilets, buckets of trash, small scaffolding, dust, noise, and workers working in the hallways our entire stay. Not to mention the rooms are dirty, there is no coffee in the room or in the common areas all day. Breakfast? If you are lucky enough to get there first, there may be a small wrapped dollar store pastry. Otherwise, you are left to go to Waffle House. In the parking lot, the same trash sat for for the complete 5 days that I was there. The whole stay was just terrible.

Super 8 is infested with BED BUGS Expedia still has not refunded my money ! I paid for week and could only stay 2 days I need my money refunded! Super 8 in piedmont needs to be shut down and exterminated I started out in room 112 asked to be moved because I had many many bits on myself and my kids. Was moved to room 216 still eaten up with nasty bed bug bites. THIS WHOLE PLACE IS INFESTED with pictures of the bites on myself and my boys!! I am not pleased with Expedia about how this is being handled please make this right and refund my money

Overall dirty and smells like smoke. The lady checked me in seemed like she hated life. Zero personality!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was very run down. The front desk clerk said it has recently been purchased by a new owner and they were going to make changes for the better.

Just overall a big disappointment. I will not reserve another room here. Not a good hotel I just don’t know where to begin . Book somewhere else.

I stopped here for an overnight stay and the lobby was decent and staff was friendly but room was very outdated and blanket had burn holes in it and linens were discolored. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

If this hotel were person it would a shower, new clothes, and better friends. To say i was disappointed in this horrible hotel would be an understated of epic proportions.

I don’t expect a lot from a super 8, but the room was beyond opposite of what I booked. I would have left but the Lyft experience was already terrible, it was almost 1am by the time I got in and I already had this booked in advance. Ended up in a smoking room (I’m a non smoker) no other room available, two beds instead of single and it’s more than filthy

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff didn't do to good of a job. I found 2 syringes in my room behind frig and microwave stand, one was new the other dirty. There were 2 queen beds and one had a stain on the mattress cover that looked like blood but unsure of what it was. They didn't clean my room well, so I would clean it then let them come in every other day for fresh linen, I have been staying there for about 2 weeks due to former roommate getting married and having trouble finding a descent place. But overall it has been more positive than negative.

I wish there was a pool and laundry.

The room was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!! We spoke with the front desk clerk for a different room or refund they would not accommodate us. It was so bad we left and checked into another hotel. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Sleep in your car or under a bridge first.

Was charged a 25.00 deposit when I checked out he said I paid no deposit.The room had a foul odor upon entering. My fiancee was naked house keep knocked twice and proceeded to open door.I will not use this place again

This was a very horrible experience. After traveling in traffic all night from Washington DC I arrived at my prepaid hotel room at 5:00 AM. Looking forward to a shower and a nap before getting back on the road and driving to Texas. But when I get there the woman told me that she had canceled my room because I did not show up on time. Even though I had already paid for the room. She canceled my room and did not refund my money. She then informed me that the room I would have gotten was still there and empty but she didn’t give it to me. I somehow don’t think she would have been this rude if i were not an African American. She could not provide me with any documentation saying it was company policy to cancel a PAID room. This was a horrible experience. And i will let everyone know.

Entering the property the hallway smells. 'Dirty' and not clean. The room itself was horrible. The walls are coming apart, the window facing the tight wooded area with the laundry basket full of leaves and garbage, is being held locked with a broomstick looking pole. My dog kept finding and trying to eat really nasty looking (something). I had to literally put the blanket from the bed on the floor under the vent because there was something on the floor in front of all the garbage tucked away that looked really bad. I was so tired i curled up in my blanky and my pup and i were out at check out. This place should probably be remodeled or deep cleaned. I will never even consider staying here again

Condom wrappers and beer caps under the desk in our room. Stains on the sheets. Front desk guy makes you feel unwelcome. Wouldn’t stay here again, not even if it was free.

Can’t believe Wyndham put their name with this hotel. Strong cigarette smell thru out facility. Poor quality towels, almost thread bare. Coffee pot didn’t wk.Breakfast was a joke. 1 kind cereal, few small apples, one small some kind of pastry and waffle maker barely functioning... very skimpy offerings. Pay more, stay elsewhere!! Will be contacting Wyndham on this as I’m a Wyndham club member.

Bought the room on Expedia. Upon check-in, I was forced to give a deposit. The room was disgusting. Dirty, counter separating from the bathroom sink and no towels. Called the front desk and was told I had to walk to the front desk for towels. I was wet from the shower and didn’t notice there weren’t any. I used the sheets. Horrible experience. $78

It was a great price and the rooms were clean and service good

The desk staff person was pleasant and helpful in accommodating a special request. This was the best thing about the stay. The motel was felt dingy and outdated though it looked like it may have been recently painted and it cost too much for what you got. I'd give this a 2 out of 5 on the hotel itself, but 4 for the desk person.

I was upset because this was the 2nd time I booked a room at this hotel through Expedia and when I got there they had already given my smoking room away. The hotel told me that this is an ongoing problem with Expedia.

This place was overpriced for its condition. It’s a dive. Hallways smelled of cigarettes. Two person room received only two small towels and both were stained. Lights didn’t work. There were one positives: lots of free parking, air conditioning worked, plumbing worked, it was quiet. Just overpriced ($100 complete) for its condition.

Overall, the hotel was okay. My circumstances for being there was my biggest concern. It served its purpose and was clean.

My husband's truck was stolen out of the parking lot. The night attendant would not call the manager so the police could not look at surveillance cameras. The morning attendant would not call the manager as well, and told my husband " not to worry, everything would be ok." We live in another state, this is his only vehicle..... How is it ok??? How is a crime like this committed, and the manager not called? I would NOT recommend this place, with their ignorant workers to anyone!

EVERY DAY & NIGHT WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE PLACE IT REEKED WITH CIGARETTE SMOKE LOBBY 1ST FLOOR YA HAD TO ENDUR THE SMOKE TO GO UP STEPS TO FIND THE SMOKE/SMELL IT TOOK MY BREATHE AWAY TO HURRY AND GET IN OUR ROOM WHICH STILL SMELLED OF CIGARETTE,,,, TERRIBLE PLACE,, HOWEVER THE THERE WHERE TWO MEN AT DESK WHAT WERE VERY NICE... THERE WAS A LADY THERE 2NITES WHEN WE CAME BACK SHE WAS TERRIBLE NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO US,, AND SHE WAS SMOKING... RIGHT THERE AT LOBBY DESK... NEVER WANT TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

The say was ok because of people arguing down the hall and I think a fight broke out.

There wasn’t much positive. The coffee in the room was bad, there weren’t any sugar packets, only sweet & low. The coffee at breakfast was nonexistent. The hair dryer in the bathroom fell off of the wall. The gfci outlet in the bathroom was missing a piece.

There was a general state of disrepair. There was an attempt to paint, but it was obvious no paint prep or care during painting was taken. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wyndham would be wise to remove their name from this hotel.

The booking was to be cancelled last night. We did not stay at the hotel because the room itself was unsafe for my 2 granddaughters. There was rusty razor blade from a box cutter on the edge of the bathtub, with a ring of rust around it.. This was in exact reach of a 3 year old & 6 year old. Then we started looking around the room for anything else that could have the girls. The room appeared as if had not ever been cleaned. There was no way we were staying there. We requested a refund and were told no. They were to cancel the 2nd night reservation, but proceeded to inform us that night was not refundable either. We are out almost $195 for a filthy hotel that we did not even stay at.
