    Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds a family of 9 including 2 kids. We've tried DoubleTree by Hilton in Washington State and we were given the warm cookies individually. Here, the front desk person said just maximum 2 per room which made us disappointed. Also both the rooms A/C were loud. Rooms were also so far from the elevator.

    After driving for 16 hours and booking 3 rooms, we were told the rooms weren’t ready despite the check in time being 4:00 p.m. The front desk staff, an Indian man, advised that the rooms were not clean and it would be a wait. He could not tell us how long the wait would be and did not seem to care that we paid for rooms that should’ve been ready at 4:00 p.m. We were then told it was “first come, first serve” as other people were checking in and being given keys to their room. So we went back to the front desk and was asked to take a room with a queen bed that was ready, one king bed (we did book this) and that we still needed to wait for another room to be available. Mind you, this is now all happening around 4:20 p.m. To make matters worse, the desk agent advised that us since we purchased the rooms on Expedia, to get a cheaper rate, we can’t pick the beds we need. Rather, we have to take what’s available. I told him that the rooms costs the same on the Hilton website as it did on Expedia and it was only booked through Expedia since I have VIP status with them. I also made him aware that both my husband and I were also Hilton members and we proceeded to show him proof. Regardless of how we booked the rooms, they were paid for in full and shouldn’t have been made to feel they were free or that the hotel was doing us a favor. Needless to say; when we finally got into the room, they didn’t seem clean. There was dust everywhere, hair on the pillows and one room smelled like pee.

    The was mold in the rooms . The room wasn’t really cleaned . The towels and rags weren’t white . The evening staff on Friday night is very rude the young lady . I Told her I had an emergency and had to leave I would like to have the receipt she said to me I can’t give it to you because I still have to change you for the night. I then explained to her that was fine she proceeded to say that I scheduled my reservations through a third-party, then printed the receipt.

    We arrived at 8:30 PM to check in to find the hotel fully booked Little to no parking one elevator working and that was the beginning. Arrived in our room to find day old five slices of pizza in the refrigerator, not in a wrapper, not in a container just on the shelf. Went to use the phone to call the desk downstairs to find it not working upon speaking to the guy at the desk. I was told there were no available rooms and that he would notify the manager. Upon returning to the room, went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink to find that the water did not go down what seem to be an eternity. Returned downstairs to the front desk to explain the situation with the sink and it was once again told there was nothing that they could do. I explained it to him that this is no way for a Hilton to be run, he assured me the manager would call my stay was 5/16/26 to 5/18/26.

    At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of driving. Photos are from the first room.

    At first glance, the place is fine but a little deeper dive and there are just a lot of issues that are being ignored. The towel hanger in our restroom was falling off the wall, the drain cover for the tub was broken and not attached at all - just set there by housekeeping, the bedside light didn't work, 1 of the 2 elevators was never working, and more small things like that. Staff was nice & accommodating as much as they could but the general care of the hotel is being neglected and it's showing.

    Asked for fresh duvet through text and in person due to stains on the one in room, three times. TV had a blue screen over half of it. Only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper in room. Just would have expected a little more for the amount I've paid.

    This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I thought it was a little sketchy from the outside surroundings. However, the hotel was beautifully furnitured and the room were extremely nice. The front desk staff were extremely nice and accomodating. Extremely professional all the way around.

    The hotel room was clean for the most part and smelt good. When I went to the window you can tell they don’t wipe the window sills it had a lot of dirt on it. The staff were okay they really didn’t speak when coming into the hotel. Overall it was just an okay visit

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. I've stayed at Doubletree properties in the past and found this one to be lovely as well. Staff was accommodating pleasant, and was able to provide me with everything I needed. I was staying for a college tour at a nearby university with my child and when we return for further visits, I will definitely stay with them again thank you!

    Our TV was not working. Things were missing from our bathroom, and when we asked for the items, they did not bring them. So I had to go down to the front desk to ask again for the items. They forgot to clean our room, even though I specifically asked them to do it, so we had to ask for new towels. Breakfast, for the price, was the quality you would normally get at another hotel for free. A lot of people had issues, and I would see them complaining at the front desk.

    Everything was going well until the last night when the central air had a banging noise that woke me up. Twice I went to the door thinking that someone was knocking the door. When i got up from my sleep, no one was there. I couldnt go back to sleep because the banging was nonstop. Apart from that occurrence, everything was good.

    It was beautiful once I walked in and clean. I didn’t like the location of my room. I was in room 401 at the end of the hall. No carpeting like the rest of the floor and the housekeeping room was across the hall. The outside entrance of the room was very drab. I will return the end of the month and hope to have a better room. Thank you

    Arrived at 8pm .. was greeted by friendly desk person’s. I was quickly given a room. Also was given complimentary water and cookies. Went to my room and it was clean. Once I arrived in my room, I discovered closet door was broken and heat in the room did not work. Was informed by staff that entire side of building i was on the hvac was not working. On top of that shower didn’t heat up so my wife wasn’t happy taking a cold shower. Heat went out during first night and was fixed before noon the next day.. would have liked to been offered another room.. Luckily temps outside weren’t subzero so it was not totally freezing in the room but it was a lil uncomfortable waking up to a chilly room.

    Overall, I'd give it a 4.5. Reason for 4.5 instead of a 5 is because I felt that breakfast should have been included in the itinerary, given that I was staying for almost a week. In any case, the room was clean, spacious and everything was working to my interest.

    After my first night, I moved to another room because the noise from the traffic below awakened me at 6 a.m. The second room was better and was very clean and conducive to relaxation. The biggest negative was the restaurant. The advertised breakfast buffet was not available (did not exist) and alternatives were not good. Some items on the menu were also not available (like oatmeal). My cousin who was also staying at the hotel was equally dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the hotel because of the disappointment of the restaurant both days I went to eat. As I said, the staff was great and the room was comfortable.

    This is an older hotel which has received a superficial renovation. Good place to stay but not worth four stars. A fire on our floor at 4:00 pm on Saturday was very disruptive. Not their fault, but evacuation was not very organized.

    Was third in line for check in at around 4:30 pm. Took twenty minutes to get to me. Air conditioning was not working on a 90’/90% humidity day. Was first told it would probably be fixed by 6 pm.     Generally the room was good. Unfortunately the makeup/magnifying mirror was falling off the wall. Once identified to staff it was fixed. One of the lotions supplied was totally empty & not replenished after housekeeping had been to the room. A direct call to guest services corrected this.

    There were several problems! I requested a handicapped accessible room and received three phone calls prior asking if I needed it. I said yes but when I got there the handicapped rooms had problems and none were available. I was forced to take a standard room. I was unable to bathe in the tub because I couldn’t get in. Two lights were broken and the coffee pot was broken. I reported this to the front desk at checkout. The beds were clean and comfortable and your staff were simply wonderful and apologetic. Also there were no hangers in the room.

    We asked for adjoining rooms but was told none were available. However our room and the room our family was in were both adjoining rooms We paid for breakfast each day but did not receive the breakfast voucher at checking. We had to ask the staff for the cards in the morning. Our neighbors in the adjoining room were very noisy and loud. We called the front desk at 11:40 pm and they sent a security guard. The noise, yelling and the banging continued. The front desk sent a security guard to their room around 1:40 am. The same thing happened the next night…. We did not sleep well at all. The room was nicely appointed but the noise was bad.

    Second time staying at this hotel. Just as before (June 2024) this location is clean, friendly and quiet. It’s also a safe location. The warm complimentary cookies are a plus as well. Also Brenda in the restaurant is a genuine pleasant treasure to see at breakfast!

    This used to be an excellent place to stay, but we've had problems with it the last two times we've been there. This time the issue was getting housekeeping for our room. We tried for two days, leaving requests at the front desk as we were told to do. Finally, on the last full day of our 4-day stay we at least got clean towels left at our door but no cleaning of our room.

    We were very upset that our reservation requirements were not honored. We booked 5 rooms and requested that 4 of them should be connected. We followed up our request with two phone calls to the hotel the week before and both times were assured that all was well. At check-in today we were told there were no connecting rooms, though they later did find one pair. So we ended up with 4 rooms, even though we had paid for 5. I now request a full refund. We lost over an hour at the check-in desk trying to resolve the issue, but still lost one room. It caused much stress to the waiting families. The delay was extremely upsetting as we had an event to attend. Please send me a refund as soon as possible. Let me add that your staff tried hard to help us and I have nothing but praise for them, but we still could not get the rooms we had booked. Thank you for your kind attention.

    We checked in around 7:00 pm and the desk clerk was very friendly. We went up to the room and were unpleasantly surprised to see that the room was not cleaned after the last occupant. My husband is handicapped and unable to walk back and forth easily. I had him wait in the dirty room while I sorted it out. The clerk was apologetic, but this is not an acceptable experience.

    The plumbing with the shower head and tub spout was not working properly. Also when we opened the door to the bathroom the steam from the shower set off the smoke detector. After a few minutes as the steam disapated the alarm ended. No staff ever came to investigate the incident.

    Extremely high noise from heater. Could not sleep half of the night because of that sound. I asked other people from the company that stayed in this hotel and everyone complains about the same thing as well as water not being hot enough in the shower. It’s barely warm.

    The location of the hotel is conveniently right off the Baltimore Beltway, but you don't hear highway noise. The front desk staff were cheerful and polite (they had warm cookies for Hilton Rewards members), and check-in was smooth. The room we received was spacious and comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep. Overall it was a good value for an overnight stay close to Baltimore.

    Our stay was during a few inches of snow. The bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. We couldn't get our room made up as no housekeeping staff made themselves available. It was quite disappointing that for the price that we paid we couldn't get our beds made, trash removed or towels replaced. Otherwise the stay was nice.

    My check in and check out was excellent. Shout out to Shanea for her wonderful hospitality. My room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was a lot of dust on the credenza where the tv is. My daughter has allergies so she was sneezing a lot. The iron in our room didn’t work so I called guest services and a rude lady from housekeeping brought us a replacement iron. The warm chocolate chip cookies were delicious! A nice touch.

    The breakfast was awesome. I pre-paid for it. Dining room & staff awesome. Food was great-we had a menu b/c buffet is only on weekends. I had a king-bed room and my son was able to get a king room next door to mine. Very clean. Bathroom was well lit. The tub was well used but it was clean. I loved that I had a small couch in the room. Numerous charging and electrical plugs.The area with the ice machine had a filtered water station and there was a coke machine. The area was very clean! I saw it was pet friendly. I will stay here again.

    There was a problem with their hot water. I wanted to take a shower, and after waiting 12 minutes (I timed it) I gave up and got into a lukewarm shower. I started shivering, got out and gave up. I have an eye condition that requires me to soak my eye in hot water each morning - couldn't do it there. Also, the blackout curtains are opened and closed with rods. One of the rods in our room was broken, so my husband rigged something up and we had to keep them closed for our whole stay (4 nights). It worked, but we had no daylight the whole time. There's a coffee maker in each room. They didn't replace the coffee pods until we asked. Our room didn't have a Do Not Disturb hanger for the door.

    Overall my stay was great. Staff was great. Location was great. Easy access to shopping areas. My sleep was interrupted by guests that were very unruly. They would constantly allow their room door to slam shut. The other issue that a major concern was the heating. The heat came on and off. When I asked what was happening, I was told that they were working on the system, but only after I asked. You would think an announcement would have been made. However, the front desk staff offered blankets to assist with the issue. I would stay there again, but would hope this would not occur again.

    Instead of the man telling us there was no heat, he checked us in and said call the manager on Tuesday or check out amd you won't be charged. My 88yr old grandmother froze all night due to not having heat. There were no rooms available close by and it was to late ro move her.

    explain why. The room they gave us had a used washcloth in the shower, and small pieces of trash on the floor. The bedside lamp did not work. They changed the room and the bedside lamp in that room also did not work and the duvet had permanent stains. There was only 1 face cloth provided. Staff members were very helpful but it was not a good start.

    I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. They charge extra for water, which should be a basic amenity, and there were no cups provided to drink it. The room service was practically non-existent, and I had to constantly ask for towels because they didn't provide enough. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was weak, making the room stuffy. On top of that, there weren’t enough luggage carts available, and the ones they did have were dirty. The bathroom was another issue – the tub was grimy, the shampoo bottles were empty, and the showerhead was installed so low it was hard to use comfortably. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards. I won’t be staying here again.

    This hotel advertised a restaurant, but it was only open for a breakfast buffet only (host said that was the only option). I stayed on the weekend and the entire restaurant was closed all Saturday and Sunday night and afternoon. Linens on the bed were not clean along with glasses/ice bucket in the room when I checked in. They were both dirty and had been used. I was too tired after traveling to request another room.

    The hotel is very conveniently located. It is awkwardly arranged so we had a very long walk from the elevator to our room and back. We did find a back exit but couldn't use it after 6 pm. There was a big party which limited parking as well, and was noisy for some people but our room was quiet enough.
