- Cleanliness and comfortable beds

Check in was fast and easy. Once we got to our room there was no cellular service and the WiFi didn’t work for the whole two days we were there so it was very difficult to get any work done. Breakfast was very basic and minimal. House keeping let themselves in twice in one day while I was in the room which I didn’t like. Beds were not comfortable at all. I stay at a lot of residence inns by Marriott and this one was by far the worst one ever

Passable
- 5/5
Wonderful stay with family. Plenty room for 3-4 ppl. Pool & excercise room available. Location close to Fullerton, Brea, Anaheim. Best yet complimentary breakfast, perfect for quick mornings fill up. Beware parking $12/day !
- 5/5
Clean and safe
- 3/5
It’s not a terrible place to stay. But if you have an upper level room, the floors are very thin, so it’ll make movement seem a lot louder than it actually is, people may complain, and the staff will threaten to kick you and your children out. This may not be the place for you if you have a family.

First thing we noticed right off was our feet were black from walking on the floor. Reported it and staff offered to come right away to mop it. Parking was adequate - no issues. Felt like the breakfast could have been better. Pretty basic set up. First morning....no meat options, just French toast and eggs. Second morning...potato cubes, eggs and strange looking beige colored sausage(?) patties. Couldnt get myself to try one. I prefer my meat to look cooked. But aside from that, still give it a 4 rating because furnishings were top notch and so was the staff.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff is really friendly. The only thing is the bed; the mattress was not comfortable at all, it seemed old.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever. This is a review from four day stay. The room was warm 68 was the lowest temp she could set. The second night note was left at door …power was going to be out from 8pm -2am. It actually went back up at 2 am. I had medication in fridge and was starting to get nervous. Third night a group of men were in the parking lot next to my car playing music and smoking pot till 3 am. Unacceptable! Oh may I add I had to get the gentleman from front desk to kill the biggest spider from cealing. Morning of checkout remodeling was happening in the room below us…so much noise.
- 4/5
Was disappointed with the front do being not accessible for anyone disabled like myself it was very difficult to enter the room door was stuck, couch bed was dirty someone was eating on it & maid service didn’t clean it , Maria at the breakfast area was very rude to all the clientele that was trying to get their breakfast other then that I like the atmosphere of the hotel, I think staff should take edicts on how to treat ppl when dealing with customer service . My Grandbabies Love ❤️ the basketball court

Coffee maker was broken and they didn't do anything about it for the whole week.

- Room was not cleaned during our entire stay, despite requests. Had to hand carry a full complement of towels back to the room because room wasn't cleaned.

The receptionist was excellent and so polite.

We visited twice this year and both times their shampoo body wash and conditioner bottles were empty in both bathrooms. Needs a little more attention.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the property was clean and cute, it looked a little intimidating because of how secluded it was and the businesses around. But other than that, it was nice.

- 5/5
Clean room, safe and quiet place. The manager was great and very professional.
- 5/5
Perfect place for a big family. If I had to give a critique I would say the pool could have been a little warmer but children didn’t mind it. Staff was great and loved the breakfast they served lots of options
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly and professional. Healthy options for breakfast and great service and environment. Room was comfortable and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
- 2.5/5
I loved the stove AND oven! The full size refrigerator/freezer. The A/C was very loud and the bed was worn in at the middle leaving you feeling trapped unable to crawl out of bed. Not great got the back either. The $300 deposit plus $12/day parking seemed unnecessary high but not a deal breaker. For a Marriott property the bed should be comfortable and up to typical property standards.
- 4/5
However pull-out sofa bed suuuper soft, feels like sleeping on a boat very uncomfortable. TV sound not working though staff came out but said it's fixed. During Thanksgiving, place is packed and impossible to get your waffle since there's only 1 waffle machine.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Had a cockroach in the room
- 1/5
No restroom light where the mirror was located. The towel hanger came off the wall when I went to dry my hands. The sink was clogged. You’d think I was making this up but this was the room tha was assigned to me.

- 4/5
Nice area and clean parking lot and nice area not too far from Disney park and nice room and nice customers service
- 5/5
Comfortable stay. Good service.
- 3/5
clean but bed needs to be replaced. if you didn’t lay in the middle you would have rolled off. tried to check in 20 mins early. Guy said it’s a fifty dollar charge to early check in. tried to call ahead to ask about early check in No one answered the phone for almost 2 hours. key didn’t work. again no one answered the phone. had to walk all the way back. had to pay 12 bucks for parking. and there was still NO parking. because there was a BUS parked taking up 8 to 10 slots. it’s like an apartment so there are no elevators or hallways which is nice. it was very quiet.
- 5/5
parking is a little hard when you come home at night other than that this place is great very clean. Excellent staff.
- 3/5
The room was musty and had an old smell to it. The bed was very uncomfortable also very old and outdated. It felt like it had a busted spring in it and hadn’t been replaced in a really long time. I also broke out in hives the first night and I’m not sure why. My daughter woke up with bites on her feet. She was in socks and shoes all day every day so that was a little weird. The property is in need of updates. It rained while we were there, and there were leaks in several of the common areas. The laundry facility only took coins. I could charge the laundry soap and dryer sheets to the room, but there was no ATM on site and the front desk could not give me change by charging it to the room so we had to go off premises to get cash. Overall, it was an okay stay but not the best.
- 5/5
Loved the stay ! Will stay again for my future trips ! Only a 20 min drive from Disney!
- 5/5
I love it
- 5/5
Clean, convenient and friendly service.
- 1/5
I would say if you don’t have standards then this location may be okay for you.
- 2/5
When we checked in, we were downgraded because they sold out of the rooms we booked. It’s not my problem that they overbooked or sold out…we should have been upgraded, not downgraded. I will not book with a third party app again, when I have lifetime platinum points with the hotel. If it wasn’t late, and if I wasn’t exhausted from our long drive, I would have complained or moved hotels. It’s only one night, and the room was non refundable. Again, NEVER, again.
- 1/5
There was a cockroach in our room, the bed sheet were dirty, pillowcases were also dirty thank god I had taken some sheets and pillowcases from home. Will never stay there again
- 2/5
Housekeeping in minimal to none. Not like when I sentenced this property a few years ago.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
Exterior area is really dirty. They don’t provide body lotions in the bath room. Bathroom towels look really horrible.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet affordable hotel that’s not far from Disney!!
- 1/5
The hotel was dirty and smelled bad. I attempted to open the sliding door to let some fresh air in but the door was broken. I was given a new room but that room also smelled bad and was not very clean. I opened the sliding door and there was no screen. Unfortunately I gave up and just spent most of my time outside of the room. I will never stay at one of these establishments again.

Friendly staff, very clean, everything was great. The minor issue was the parking lot had some furnitures that didn’t make our parking experience easy because I had 3 kids with me. It was a bit rough to park far away while there’s parking available but occupied with other things.
- 1/5
When Saturday came, housekeeping said we weren’t on the list to have our room cleaned, even though we had been out of the room daily from 8am–4:30pm. Later that evening, she returned to say we were on the list, but after asking for a few minutes to get dressed, she never came back. There were also maintenance issues: the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and since we didn’t have fresh towels, we had to use the soaked dirty ones to mop up the water. The toilet is right next to the shower, so we were constantly stepping in water. Maintenance only unclogged the sink and didn’t fix the leak. I requested a blanket mid-week and was told someone would bring it — it never arrived. I ended up buying one from Walmart. On top of all that, the room was very outdated and in need of upgrades. This experience was not reflective of the Marriott brand I’ve trusted for over 20 years. I’ve already switched my upcoming August reservation from Courtyard to the Hyatt. Very disappointing.

Every one was pretty nice the property was very spacious anything that we need they give us breakfast was great also the only thing I don’t like they charge for parking and also lots spiders but anything else was great nice and big spacious like apartments like quite area you verly cant hear anything out side we love the place but lots of spiders
- 5/5
great property, friendly staff and very accommodating!
- 5/5
loved everything from this hotel thank you for making our trip memorable
- 3/5
The accessible eBay broom did not have a shower chair, front desk was quick to remedy that. The bathroom while spacious and nice, there could have been more counter space for hygiene items. There were no draws to put away clothing so we had to live out of suitcases. They have a rather large desk that could be replaced with a low chest of draws. They gave extra towels and trash removal when requested. We were there for 6 nights and only had the room cleaned and bed linens changed once and we had to ask several times. The person who cleansed and changed the linens did an excellent job! The front staff were friendly for the most part. Breakfast was ok. There was not a lot of choices for someone with food allergies but otherwise it was a good mix of carbs dairy and protien. Most mornings we didn’t get there in time for something to eat as they either ran out or they shut down just as we got there. I think that they could leave the coffee and tea for people but instead they offer water and lemonade during the day. There are not enough handicapped parking spots and for 9 bucks a night, there should be. I had to park my car on the other side of the hotel complex after unloading my son in his wheelchair. While that’s not a big issue for me it can pose a bit of an issue for other non ambulatory persons. Overall the experience was pleasant.
- 4/5
Very small closet space and no place to put suitcases
- 3/5
I was surprised to find I had to pay $9 a night to park. There was some confusion at check-in. I was told the internet or card reader wasn't working so another $299 charge was put on my credit card even though I had a receipt showing I had paid in full dated 6/22. I think there should have been a trash can for the kitchen area as well as for the bathroom. The mattress was a little too big for the bed platform and I almost rolled out of bed a couple times when the mattress drooped . A door separating the toilet/shower form the mirror and sink would have been nice.
- 5/5
The best
- 4/5
Evrithing was ok.
- 4/5
Overall, room was nice, relatively large. But it’s in a business park area with nothing really close by or walking distance in regards to food and similar amenities.
- 5/5
We had an awesome experience at this hotel. From the moment we walk in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff which made us feel so welcomed. we will definitely return.
- 5/5
The staff is always friendly and helpful. What I like is that these rooms are set up as studio apartments rather then hotel rooms.
- 1/5
Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are other nearby offers that give better service. The staff here open your room door when you don't answer. I was in the shower when they freely walked in. Their answer was "oh you can just call the front desk". That answer was from an employee who felt bold and seemed combative.
- 3/5
The staff is rude and disrespectful. Even the manager is rude. Management is not there to take up for their staff, managers are supposed to listen to the customer and help! If you are looking for a good manager who will help when you need help, this is not the right hotel for you. We also didn’t have any television for an entire week. Many people were complaining, however, staff did nothing. Nothing complimentary, or offered! They could have offered a book, or a radio, a bottle of wine…something to say they were sorry about the television situation. They were upset every time I asked them when we would have internet service and television service. The night staff, is completely horrible! The guy with the long hair is horrible and rude. The staff at this hotel act as if they are doing us a favor by doing THEIR JOBS! When in reality, we are doing them the favor because without us they would be out of business and a job!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
It was good and clean, easy to use the amenities. Close to some nice trails, beaches and shopping.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. It’s was really quiet and comfortable. The fact that they offer some amenities and infant beds it’s so great.
- 2/5
When I inquired about any accommodations or gestures the hotel could make for the inconvenience, the agent offered points but showed no initiative or empathy. I had to suggest a later check-out myself, which he initially claimed wasn’t possible—only for the manager to come out from the back office and approve it without hesitation. The front desk agent lacked basic customer service skills and empathy, and the entire experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a guest. I expected better. I told him I was celebrating my son's 11th birthday and he did not care at all.
- 1/5
Expected much more from a Marriott. Make sure that you read the fine print before booking. Some of the issues we had were not not being able to cancel the reservation even 48 hours in advance, they won’t clean the room unless you stay more than 4 days and the place needs a good deep cleaning. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
The staff was great: friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Loved the layout of the suite we had.
- 5/5
Great service rooms were nice breakfast was ok
- 5/5
Property is clean and room is spacious.
- 4/5
This Marriott property is tucked away off a main Placentia street in an office plaza. But it has all the amenities you expect, and despite being RIGHT next to CA SR-57, the rooms are well-insulated and quiet. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but one does have to wonder why you have to be a Bonvoy Rewards member just to have free wi-fi.
- 5/5
Love that it has full kitchen in rooms
- 5/5
Very convenient and the room was great. Hotel grounds very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location and accommodations for a weekend in Orange County!
- 2/5
What a dirty place. unclean and old. Staff was underwhelming and rude. Do not book through 3rd party sites if you want to be treated as anything but a 2nd class citizen. They treat people that book through 3rd party sites less than.
- 4/5
I liked having the full kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I stayed here with my 4yo son. Breakfast was good. It was very clean, spacious.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for any vacation.
- 2/5
We arrived at 8 PM for our check-in, which should’ve been ready at 4 PM. At that point we were told no rooms were ready, and had to wait outside with our family of six for two hours. They mentioned that the people that stayed in the room prior to us had a late check out and didn’t leave until four, and they hadn’t cleaned the room yet.
- 5/5
no towels
- 4/5
Nice facility. A bit of freeway noise, but not too loud.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly! I will definetly be returning.
- 5/5
It was perfect for our vacation.
- 3/5
We like the convenience of this property to the places we need to go. The breakfast included in the room price is better than most in quality and variety, including gluten free options. Having a kitchenette saves the budget. This time the king bed in our studio was horribly saggy in the middle. The HVAC was unable to be adjusted to comfortable temps. The supposed fast Internet was abizmally slow and prevented an efficient work day. To top it off, they inconscienibly charged $9 daily for parking that was either unavailable or so far from your room it was burdensome. The property is under construction and the upgrades are nice, but there is some construction noise and debris. We were promised a fireplace and paid for one, but we're placed in a unit where it had already been removed. The cleaning service done our fourth day was not thorough; they left us without enough toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap and the floor under the bad was not vacuumed well. The staff is nice enough, but don't always follow through on making it right for the customer, especially if you book through a third oarty. It's like you are a second class citizen even though we are Bonvoy members.
- 5/5
Feels like an apartment complex and it’s quite and it’s clean
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room. Will be coming back
- 3/5
Needs cleaning esp the bathroom
- 4/5
Good service and space but the door jammed and could not open easily after card shown showed green light to open.
- 1/5
We had two rooms and a laundry list of issues between the two. Manager emailed me and said they are under construction so dont waste yoir time until its over . I am a huge fan of Marriot...place i choose while traveling this was just a disappointment
- 5/5
Meh. Room was dingy and needing of a refresh in cleanliness and maintenance. Weird smell near the bathroom, like a sour smell. Check in was great and the young lady at the front desk was delightful and warm. Just feel like this property needs an overall renovation.
- 1/5
I'm really not sure what's going on with this property, but this really was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, I was told the WiFi would be $30/night (unclear if that was true, in the end). In the room: dirty toilet; no shower curtain; dysfunctional climate control (heating/AC); broken deadbolt; lamp shade on one side of the bed looked like it had been punched in; dirty water from both the kitchen and bathroom sinks; toilet didn't flush properly. No towels in the gym on 2 of 4 visits. Equipment wasn't properly set up. Front door of the lobby was broken when I was leaving. Service only if you call the front desk — but still we have the 'make up my room' magnets on the door like relics from when the system was easier? No service at all over New Years (I assume they're going to be short staffed?). Really, I've stayed at a dozen hotels around Fullerton and all of them have been significantly better than this. Will never stay here again, and I recommend others give it a miss.
- 4/5
The pet area was not available and was not offered any alternative. Some areas the lightning was poor at night due to construction.
- 5/5
Some things in the room were broken.
- 5/5
Staff friendly, room a little dated but clean and spacious
- 5/5
Beautiful nice and clean
- 5/5
The women at the front desk were polite and very helpful
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
The property is like a studio apartment which is pretty cool…but please be aware of the $110 pet fee and if you have a vehicle…you have to pay $9 per night for parking…things I didn’t know until I was checking out…also they have no accommodation for wheelchairs
- 5/5
The guys that trim the trees arrived before 8am with their loud machines that was an inconvenient or than that everything was amazing
- 4/5
We only stay one night but it was good. Quick check in, room was clean and breakfast was good.
- 4/5
I liked that parking is so much cheaper than other hotels and it was an easy 20 minute drive to Disney. At night, it was hard to find parking near my unit and I often had to walk, but it was quiet enough to feel safe. I had received notice there would be a scheduled power outage from 9pm to 1am, but they had provided flashlights in case. I had returned from the parks before 1am, but the power was already on and no need for the flashlight at all. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Rooms very spacious and clean. Quick check-in. Was able to check in early got a $50 fee. Breakfast was great each morning. Would stay here in the future
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Great value for the price. The free breakfast was great.
- 3/5
Was disappointed in not receiving notification ahead of time about planned outage.
- 4/5
This was a spacious, comfortable, clean place to stay that allows pets without extra charges. We'd stay again. Love that there is a kitchen so travelers can economize on meal expenses. However, they charge for parking which is sad and odd, and increases the per night room rate by $10. The breakfasts offered gluten free options and variety and balance. There were a few problems with the linens, dining chairs, bathroom faucet and lack of thorough vacuuming underneath beds, but nothing was a deal breaker. Their outdoor sprinklers flooded the landscape every night which was wasteful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. However, they were not all consistently informed about processes and procedures and we spent a good deal of time correcting billing and Bonvoy membership problems. There was a little noise from staff and guest early morning and late night that was a bit disruptive. One of us had trouble connecting to their network, but most importantly we were able to work, so that was great.
- 1/5
Barrooms had orange mold. Carpet terrible dirty with huge dark spot. Cabinet doors dirty. Bed covers with stains.
- 5/5
Room: very clean, plenty of towels, shower was great easy to use. Towels are thick and so soft! Lobby is beautiful and clean, breakfast was fresh, stocked and warm! Lots of options, fruit, juices and a coffee bar. Well priced, easy to book, easy to check out. Plenty of parking and very nice updated rooms! Will recommend and stay again.
- 5/5
room is large, provided necessary household for family. very comfortable. Staffs are very nice and courtesy.
- 5/5
Only one complaint...after returning after being gone all day, I could smell cigarette smoke. It was weird because I only smelled it in our room. I turned on the AC and fan and the smell disappeared.
- 5/5
What I liked about the property was it felt like home away from home.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, guest services really went above and beyond to help me and i couldn’t thank them enough.
- 5/5
Staff is awesome and property is super clean and safe feeling. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
- 5/5
Best hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. I loved having my “own” room and not going through lobby or long hallways. Very spacious accommodations.
- 4/5
The only things I would request changing are the drapes. The curtains are too sheer and become almost transparent after sundown and into the evening. If it is dark outside and you have any room light on, then your entire environment becomes clearly visible to the outside.
- 5/5
i loved everything about the stay, the only thing i was iffy about was the staff it was only the person who did the check-in which was a gentleman with long hair he kind of made me feel awkward while I was checking in and checking out didn’t feel welcoming. It just felt kind of there in a way wasn’t too engaging wasn’t very talkative. He was just dry had no affection or emotion. It just felt like he was just doing his job but everything else loved the room. The little condos vibes pool was amazing. Service was amazing. Breakfast was amazing as well. Everything was just perfect.
- 4/5
Located in a somewhat industrial area but short drive to restaurants freeway access etc. We stayed here during move-in weekend for Cal State Fullerton. They have a great complimentary breakfast and all of the staff were great. The room we were in was towards the back of the complex and you do hear some freeway noise but actually it was like white noise for us falling asleep.
- 3/5
The room had spotty internet and tv connections. The room also had holes in the wall lamps next to the bed. For how much I paid I expected a bit better quality.
- 5/5
Took a family vacation to Disneyland with our 3 adult daughters & our baby daughter. Family suite had 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of space of everyone & privacy. Room was clean & staff was helpful. Price was decent & we would definitely book here again
- 5/5
But now with the new renovations, this place is over the top fantastic
- 5/5
Amazing service, we find the perfect place close to my daughter's college.
- 5/5
Great location! Front desk associate was very helpful, really helpful. Just caution, the bed is so comfortable you won’t want to leave.
- 3/5
We tried to check in early like 2PM as we are attending a wedding at 4PM. we finally got our room at 3:30PM....so hectic. Needs update on bathroom fixtures. Shower curtain is too old and dirty.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 3/5
Nothing around it. Bunch of old furniture and other junk just sitting in the parking lot.
- 2/5
Had to change rooms becuase our first room smelled like sewer, batroom floor vinyl was torn and mistery stains on couch.
- 3/5
Noisy people upstairs......complained for 2 days and then they moved me to another room
- 1/5
Checkin was at 4, we had called in much before requesting an early checkin. They said it’s not available, that was understandable, when we reached at 5pm (checkin is 4pm) they said no rooms are ready, it’s going to take some more time. We had driven from vegas and it’s not right to wait to checkin at a later time.
- 4/5
My only complaint was that room wasn't cleaned on the second day of my stay. I made the right choice to stay at this property.

Morning breakfast staff is very rude .5 min before 9am staff starts cleaning . My daughter asked for sausage patty she threw it on my daughters plate. 3 min after 9 am my son asked for more whipped cream she saysno more close. Seriously we understand its from 6am to 9am but at least let the people that was in before 9am finish their breakfast. Also swimming pool needs to be updated with chairs are ripped and the umbrellas are damaged and has a DIY . Bathrooms are dirty and inside needs to be updated. Area not so safe if you have a suspect speeding in the parking complex and a cop chasing him . Marriot makes lots of money to be in the condition it was. Will not be back
