Everything about this place was a wonderful experience!

Only issue were the key cards, the 2 I had stopped working a few hours after issued.

It was hot in the lobby and room upon check in and the room felt damp and had a stale smell..The front desk clerk Ajah was not welcoming,friendly,nor did he provide great customer service. In the beginning he would not take a member of my group's license which was online. He claimed it was not a valid form of identification when in fact it was and once I proved it to him was when he decided to take it,but not before moving her out of line in order to take the other people that were in line which was unacceptable. He did not explain to me about the breakfast and all the other spill he explained to the other guest.He never smiled and showed no emotions..Also I thought it was very rude for the hotel to have their lawn service cutting grass right by the guest windows at 7:30/7:45 on a Sunday morning..So this stay wasn't the best,but it also wasn't the worst.

Room was spacious and clean. Shower curtain was torn and practically falling apart, sconce in bathroom was missing on one side and the lamp on bedside table had a defective lightbulb that was basically a strobe light. I switched it with the lightbulb from the other lamp.

Overall our stay was awesome, just wished our hotel keys didn’t keep deactivating so often. But other than that it was nice. The room stayed nice and cool. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. Loved the shapes of the waffles they had.

Beds were comfortable Arrived at night and the outside lights weren’t working, making it feel unsafe—especially as a group of women. Parking was full near the entrance, so we had to park far away in the dark. Lobby lighting was poor and gave an unwelcoming vibe. The room had a strong humid/musty smell. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall, this is an older hotel that needs better maintenance and updates.

There was a smell when you walked through the doors which I thought was maybe just downstairs but it was a stale smell all over the hotel, even in the rooms. The bedding was still wet when we arrived , and to top it off there was a roach walking across the tv. My boyfriend by this time was scared we were going to get bed bugs and roaches in our baggage. There was another roach walking the wall on the morning that we left. We reported it to the front desk, for the guy to say they could get housekeeping to come do a thorough cleaning....what!!!! That should have already been done. Expedia should be banned on booking with these kind of trash hotels. Terrible 😔

Upon entering the room, which got across from the elevator unfortunately, the had a very strange smell. My wife didn't complain so we rolled with it. The floors seemed like they needed to be steamed cleaned because they just felt gross. The bathroom floor was not level at all, so that made the toilet run all the time. My daughter took a shower and said the water pressure was bad and the drain didn't drain well at all. I booked this place specifically because my wife wanted one with a hot tub so she could get in it, but decided not to because there were way to many people in it the times we thought about going in. Saturday we had to grab and go for Breakfast, which there were some decent items. Sunday we had time to sit and eat the usual breakfast items these hotels have. The waffle batter was pretty thin which made them not hold up to the syrup.

Staff was extremely rude and very un accommodating. The water temperature would go cold fast and the water pressure was nothing. Our room phone did not work either. I asked to moved and staff refused too. He had maintenance in our room working on water temperature. He also wanted maintenance to work on phone while we were gone but I refused. I went downstairs to ask for towels & same staff member gave me a trash bag & told me, did not ask me to bring dirty towels to him before giving me new towels. Carpet was damp so could not walk barefoot. Also there was a bug we found on one of the beds but again staff refused to move us. Will not stay here again. He was not wearing name tag so do not know his name. Same staff guy for all incidents I’m reporting. Also when I checked out “Arjun” asked how my stay was & I told him “terrible”. He said “okay.”

First, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable... thank you! But our room is smelly, carpet was so dirty, our linen have some yellow spot, there was an ants. Around 11 pm started some people or kids running up and down the stairs, we heard pounding the floor while walking, talking so loud.

Beg bugs were in the beds.Got multiple bites on arms , legs , back. There were old untensils under the beds. There was no communication to when there would be cleaning to the rooms, stayed more than a day. The AC smelled.Hand prints on walls and oily handprints on doors of elevator and in elevator. Tables in rooms were sticky of something and just not cleaned, and the walls were also stcky. Who knows what was on head board. Will not be staying here again.

First thing I always check everything in the room and when the toilet seat was lifted there was yellow pee stains, GROSS. I was taking a shower and they shut off the water in the middle of my shower, no notice next day they turned it off again while brushing my teeth, no notice! Went to get coffee and juice for my daughter saw a roach crawl up in the juice dispenser, so NO juice. My husband left a little complaint and when I went down to take my dog out she asked if i could ask him to take it down, uh NO!! Never ate the food to scared too. The elevator sounded like it was on it's last leg kinda scary. I will never stay there again and may not use Expedia.

The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. The AC and refrigerator worked perfectly, which made our stay even better. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and overall we had a great experience. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

All common areas were on FOX News when a local station with news and weather is what travelers’ need, especially at breakfast. Also the coffee machine was out of order and the juices, except for apple, were just cloudy water.

The breakfast was poor, not very many choices. The room was clean and nice though the phone did not work and the light by the door wouldn’t work either. Also checked in about 4p and within 15 mins of getting to the room as we are getting settled receive a call that we are too loud though that night and throughout the next day and a half heard nothing but running, doors slamming and foot stops but when we inform the from its will see what we can do as the doors continue to spa late into the night. The cleaning crew were amazing!!!

Both the property were filthy and in disrepair. The pool area had beer bottles and trash everywhere (and dirty towels all around with no clean ones to use). The WiFi wasn’t working “due to some changes” according to the front desk. Staff wanted to be anywhere else and did not help resolve anything. The room had sticky substances on doors and mirrors, the room door didn’t lock properly and the jam was damaged. The toilet ran constantly after flushing. Oh and to top it all off people kept randomly banging on the doors and walls all night. We left the following morning and forfeited the additional nights we had already paid for because the GM “graced us with waiving the cancellation fee.” Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here.

Location was okay Room was hot at arrival, one elevator, breakfast sausages were not fully cooked throughly, sofa bed mattress has stains , tv channels are very limited ( no actual channels with shows or movies) & I was suppose to pay at property (as agreed) but they charged me BEFORE arrival!

Room service was poor. Although the room itself was a nice size, the shower curtain had visible blood stains, which was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. We also did not receive daily housekeeping service, nor did anyone check in or knock to ask whether service was needed during our stay. There were also issues at check-in, as my reservation was placed under someone else’s name. One front desk employee repeatedly spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and provided incorrect information despite speaking very confidently. Having previously worked as a hotel front desk agent myself, I understood the process and expectations, which made the interaction even more frustrating. The only positive aspect of this stay was the price. Unfortunately, the hotel had an unpleasant odor throughout, and the overall atmosphere felt more like strict security enforcement than hospitality. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We arrived there was no customer service, he gave us the room key to a room that we could not access, when coming back to the lobby we were told that it would take a while to fix the door do we mind another room. He gave keys and asked for a 50.00 deposit and said no smoking! The entire motel smelled like smoke and was gross, the room stunk the refrigerator did not work when i called downstairs on my cell due to the room phone did not work he said we had to turn on the refrigerator ourselves, he said he will send someone to fix the phone never did! We continued our stay, then we started seeing little vistors (roaches) all in the bathroom, on the sink and on the walls on the walls in the living area! When it was check out I couldn't leave fast enough! Why you say i didn't leave sooner was because there were absolutely no refunds! Never again!!!

The first two days were horrific. The hotel (especially the lobby) smell like cigar or weed. I don't know exactly what the issue was but it's terrible. The hallway smell the same. But somehow the room was okay. Not that bad inside the room. That's strange. This hotel has potential to be great if they clean it up well. After the 3rd day, they started to clean the lobby only and it was much better. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until they clean this place up. I had to check out one day early because of this issue. The moment that I leave the hotel, my clothes smell like cigar or weed.

The bathroom had obvious mold on the ceiling that was poorly repaired with paint over it.

Breakfast was good and had Texas shaped waffles. Staff were nice except for one guy at the front desk.

No hospitality came to give fresh towels, keys would stopped working several times and we had to have them reset.

This is the second time staying at this location and both times we had a great experience! Staff is always helpful, our room was clean, the breakfast was good, the hotel is affordable and the amenities are kept nice. We will likely be coming back the next time we are in the area.

No horrible wifi couldn’t even get it to work without lagging issues or disconnecting multiple times. Had to use my hotspot to use my computer. The pool and hot tub were what we wanted to use but they were so filthy that you couldn’t even see your limbs under the water. And might I remind yall it’s 4 ft deep which you should have no issue seeing your feet. The elevators were extremely terrifying I had to use the stairs most of the time. Bugs and concrete in stair well. Floors in room left a sticky black substance on our feet making us have to buy alcohol to wipe off every single time. Key cards would take forever to work for doors. Ceiling by the pool was leaking. Tub was disgusting. To wrap it up I paid over 300$ for 3 nights and it was horrible, couldn’t even use any of the amenities and felt uncomfortable enough to not even shower since it was disgusting

Our room was a handicapped room on 2nd floor located next to the elevator. Upon arriving at hotel at 10pm, we immediately noticed except the broken frigerator door (wouldn't close) & it leaked water all over the floor in front of the TV (we never received extra towels at check-in). We were made to wait till the next day for it to be changed out to another one. The floors were all dirty (carpet was nasty dirty, had to wear shoes everywhere in the room & bathroom). Lastly, there were live roaches in the bathroom. We weren't offered any restitution for all of these issues. We will never go there again!

Arrived, toilet was running because handle was broken. Floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty. Attempted to deal with it first night, went to Walmart purchased bedding and cleaning products. Woke up every hour thinking something was crawling on me. Finally, got out of bed about 4:45am, discovered roaches in bathroom. Packed up my family and checked out immediately.

Night duty reception is very rude. He asked us to leave since we could not check-in early. We get it that we can't overstay in the lobby but he could've asked us nicely. He is sarcastic and hard to approach. There are cockroaches in the room. Phone is not working. They didn't have housekeeping to get the trash and change the lines. This is the worst ever hotel experience I've had.

It started so well, they did not say the hot tub was out of service, it was very close to my job, the room was very big, anf the property overall looked clean. We normally spend a bit more on stays but the rating here was high....The rating was off. Dirty comforter, pillow covers had not been changed, trash under bed like empty bottles, beer tabs, lighter, etc. Ants in room, stains and other things in carpet. We went to the pool area and the one person working here followed up in asking of we were using hot tub. I thought he was going to show us how to turn on, he said " something was sticky on one side in the tub but we could enjoy the other side" I was thinking the texture was rough. My grandson's birthday was a few days ago he was wearing his new black swim trunks. When he came out he backside was covered in blue paint. As was our hands feet etc . When i mentioned this to the worker he said it was not new paint but new chemicals they used that is wating the paint...and shrugged it off.. we stood there with open mouths.. I hope it will not ear out skin the same way.. And the wifi is horrible slow. BESIDES IT WAS GRRRRREAT i say with sarcasm

Staff was pleasant although he didn’t mention broken elevator until after checking in. Looked dated but was neat with a pleasant scent. I did not like being on the 3rd floor with a disabled veteran and then the room had big and small roaches. A few crawled on the bed, bathroom and were in the refrigerator. We did not stay, we checked out immediately.

Bugs crawling on walls in room, mold in shower, floors weren’t vacuumed, carpet felt damp. Grease stains on headboard. Shower water smelled like mildew. Person who checked me in barely said a word, said my room number out loud. Water all over lobby hallway floor to elevator/in elevator. Parking lot not well lit- didn’t feel safe. Totally aware that I got what I paid for. Won’t be cheaping-out next time— that’s on me!

Arjun, who was at reception did not behave well, we asked for the tour of the room first before check in, and he simply refused. the behaviour was rude.

The beds and floor were clean but in first room there was old pee on the couch, when we let them know, they moved us to another room which was smaller. In that room we bought sandwich fixings and the refrigerator froze everything. We checked the dial and turned it down but it still froze everything. We let them know and the maintenance woman checked it and said she adjusted it but it froze our food again. Also in both rooms the complimentary coffee pot was located in the bathroom, it could have been placed in the room considering there was a desk. Twice after the room was cleaned, they didn't leave us toilet paper or enough towels for 4 people. When they offered the previous room due to issues with the fridge, they said the couch was cleaned but the couch still smelled like old urine. The pool smelled off and looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned and the bottom of it felt "slimy", the hot tub and the pool were the same temperature. The breakfast was not good. It was either runny scrambled eggs and thin bacon or small cheese omelette with tiny greasy sausages. Half the week the lady didn't put out yogurt or fruit. There was only plain bagels or English muffin, till the weekend they had both. My son spotted a roach in the bathroom one night. If we had the hotel insurance or hadn't paid for the room in advance we would have left. It was just the worst place.

Room appeared to be clean at first glance. Breakfast was standard, but well stocked. However, while sitting up in bed the morning after our stay, I noticed the duvet had something on it. The coverlet had slipped off during the night which exposed the duvet. After turning the lights on, I saw that the entire duvet was disgustingly filthy. It had several large (4” X 6”) dirt spots on it, something caked on it in a couple different places, but the worst part, were the multiple blood stains. I took pictures to inform the front desk and was asked to email them, which I did. I also informed them that the shower has mildew in it. So far, as of 7/6/25, I still have not heard from the hotel. I will not be staying here again.

It was very clean, the room was nice n quiet. Also breakfast was great, the pool is small and was filled with to many loud kids with blowup balls and water guns so we could not enjoy hot tub and all the jets werent working anyways.

Our room had wrappers that our dog found in the middle of the night from previous people. Our door didn’t lock well or at all. There were no chairs in the pool area to sit while watching your kids.

The property was nice and very clean. The staff was polite and friendly. I breakfast was decent. If you get there after 5pm you have to park in the very back. Of the property and people SPEED through that parking lot very fast. It was nice that they allow animals even if I didn’t have any. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were a bit lumpy. The room was very clean. Says non smoking but you can still smell the smoke from previous people that may have smoked in there when ac is turned on. All in all our hotel stay was very easy and safe and clean and my kids loved it there.

The hotel is very dated. The hallways smelled horrible. The seating in the breakfast area were all peeling. I showered with my slides on because the tub was gross. There was mold in the caulking in the tub, lots of dust on the walls, and the bedding was very thin. I didn’t find the extra blanket that was in the dresser drawer until I was leaving. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Outside lighting was dark and at a Handicapped parking spot it was dark. We were fearful our car would get broken into....Was no issues, but still the fearfulness was there. Breakfast was ok but the sausages looked pale at best....Appliances used to cook stuff could have been maintained a little better. Arrived and told their system was down and write my credit card info down. There is a funky smell in the room. There is a legit screw hanging out of the bath control, the faucet was lose. The house keeping had attitudes, would not stay here again

Hotel was clean and smelled good. Check in lady was nice. Breakfast was free and was ok. They had eggs and sausage, waffles maker. They also had cereal, yogurt, bagels, and blueberry muffins. They had orange juice and water to drink. Juice machine was out of order. Love that TV was a good size in room and showed clear pic. Bed was comfortable. Had an handicap room so was very spacious and had bars in bathroom. The bathroom also had shower chair that was very helpful. Room also had a microwave and refrigerator. Hotel has a inside pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub because pool was to cold. They have a fitness room too. We enjoyed the stay and will stay again.

Stay was Great. Could had some chairs at the poolside.

Beds were very comfortable but had tiny pillows. Breakfast was very bland and didn’t change on the second day of our stay. Worst thing was the exterior floodlight pointed at the building that glared through our closed curtains at night making it very difficult to sleep. Rate was quite cheap and we pretty much got what we paid for.

checked in on the 12/14 , wasn't in the room more than 20 minutes and started to get bit by fleas. had multiple fleas jump on me. went to tell the front office, they had no other room to put me in. basically a waste of time and effort at this property. i think fleas would be a health code violation in my opinion.

My stay was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern. Nice quiet stay and the Continental breakfast hit the spot.

Good location. Plenty of food nearby. Clean, quiet, and a lot of bang for the buck!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Loved the hot tub. Gillespie’s Tavern across the street was incredible!!
