Employees were friendly, breakfast continues to be the best one anywhere. Rooms were clean, but did note some small black flies in our room that congregated in the bathroom sink area.

Hosted a sleepover for my daughter here and had an amazing time! The property was clean and well kept, and the front desk team was extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Bea and Robert for the warm welcome and amazing hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Best experience we've ever had in a hotel. The two-bedroom suite was fantastic, with plenty of space for my daughter's birthday celebration. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, very welcoming for a group of teenage girls. The pool was nice and clean. The property is beautiful. I wish we could stay here everywhere we travel!

We did a quick stopover in Dallas to pick up our grandchildren and we left before breakfast. However, the facility is clean, neat and new with a friendly staff

Oh my God this weekend began with a wsrm welcoming smile from the manager Jeanine. The room smelled cleaned, linens clean and aroma within tge room gave it a classy aroma, which i loved. The breakfast was amazing with more than enough options that were fresh and ready to serve. The staff were all on the A game and ready to accomodate. Above all Mrs. Jeanine made our stay the best of all making sure we were taken care of. She definitely went above and beyond, hotel is in between numerous great locations, restaurants, felt safe and secured. Our gratitude for her. Shes definitely a reason why the operation ran so well always getting updates from her staff as the internal line of communication was witnessed. Thank you, thank you so much. We will definitely return.

We stayed in a king room with a pull out couch. We had our 3 yo niece. It worked out perfectly. We played basketball on the sport court. Unfortunately it was raining the day we could swim. The breakfast buffet was good and had good options. I would recommend

We brought our 15 year old and his friend for a long weekend. They were so excited there was a basketball hoop and spent most of their time at the hotel shooting. The hotel had basketballs they could borrow. The 2 bedroom room set up was so convenient for us. The boys said it was their favorite hotel they’ve stayed at. We had no issue at all which is rare when traveling. The staff were so nice and helpful. It was probably the easiest trip we’ve taken! We will come back to this hotel next time we go to Dallas!

No slipper period. Apart from that,no toothpaste and toothbrush provide on the go and u need to ask for it and the front desk give u altitude telling u to coming down to pick it up. For this kind of charge, I will go to holiday inn next time

I was surprised to see two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spent two nights there, and the bed was very comfortable. I will return to Homewood Suites in Plano the next time I am in town.

I am continually satisfied with the Homewood Suites brand, and this particular residence in Plano did not disappoint. The level of cleanliness, spaciousness, quality of bedding, amenities and convenience cannot be outdone. I've stayed at so many hotels over the years from travel, business and youth travel baseball, and I've always searched for the "perfect" brand which never disappoints. I feel like I've finally found that brand in Homewood Suites. If you are in Plano and need a place to stay with space and cleanliness, not to mention friendly staff and convenience to urban/suburban amenities, I suggest Homewood Suites by Hilto Plano-Richardson. If I'm back in the area again, I'll stay here without a second thought.

This was a great property! Rooms were very nice and the suite-style room felt like an apartment. Staff were friendly and would greet you in the hallways. Amenities were fantastic and the hotel had a great outdoor seating area. The breakfast buffet was consistently one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The one downside is that much of the hotel is under remodeling, so we did have to contend with scaffolding, covered floors to protect from paint spillage, and construction noise during the day. Overall, this was minor and did not negatively impact our stay. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Hilton is always our go-to brand for over night or extended stays and this Homewood Suites did NOT disappoint. The 2 bedroom 2 bath setup was reasonably priced and roomy. Perfect for our family of 5. 1,000% recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious but really wish bed and pillows were a bit softer

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was great! We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable; bathrooms were large and clean; and it was nice to have a full refrigerator in the kitchen and a little living space. The loveseat in the living area was the only thing uncomfortable - it sunk in towards the middle when 2 people sat in it. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is nice and clean, location is easy access right by a big highway and a large street, make you feel very comfortable on your stay. The courtyard is a nice place to chill even better if you stay with friends, it has bbq pits and fire pit and an outdoor half court basketball. We really enjoy our stay.

Perfect stay for our family

After several quite disgusting hotel stays post-Covid, this hotel was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and super nice. Great accommodations for our large family. We will most definitely return. It’s our new go to place.

Nice stay, good breakfast, polite staff. Our bed was a bit uncomfortable, furniture outdated, (the dresser we used for our clothes had hard to open and close drawers with very squicky noises) and the pull out sofa bed that our son slept on was very uncomfortable

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Not only was our room perfect for a family of 7 but they had someone come in everyday and clean. They had plenty of options for breakfast.

This is by far the best hotel ive stayed so far. The staff is professional, helpful, courteous and down right knowledgeable. Only issue I experienced was the pillows are very very uncomfortable and thin.

I did not receive the room that I paid for, though I asked the staff at the hotel to change the room and weren’t able to do so because I have booked through third party site such as Expedia. Very disappointing, May have to reconsider future bookings with Expedia.

My family stayed at the place for a week. I’d have to say this was one of the best experience I have had in a while. Breakfast was good with pretty much anything we needed from freshly cut fruits to fresh coffee . Room is clean. We booked a two bedroom two bath. There is a good size fridge that we were able to put in quite a bit food in. The full kitchen is nice to cook some light meals. All in all it was a good stay. We’ll for sure come back in the future.

This was my first getaway with my grandkids. Everything was perfect. The staff was so amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Our room was very roomy for all 7 of us. Breakfast was the highlight for the kids. Will definitely make a return trip to this property.

I liked the size of the suite. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 children and needed enough space for all and this was perfect.

This is a very nice hotel in close proximity to major roads for easy commute. We were happy with the service, the people and the continental breakfast. The only real issue for us was a structural one. The Elevator is all the way on the opposite side of the lobby. That seems improbable to fix now, but a design flaw that leads you to walk a ton if you are staying above the 1st floor.

AC worked great first night, second not so much. The concrete floor was softer than the bed though. Woke up in pain both days like I slept on the ground. Breakfast was just ok… typical hotel breakfast. Parking was a PAIN!

Extremely amazing

The first room we were given while appearing clean, smelled horribly and still had a floor drying fan in place trying to resolve whatever had preceded our arrival. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke and after a third visit to a still very friendly front desk clerk, we were given a reasonable accommodation. Or so we thought. The evening of or final day, the tub handle broke off at the wall and we were forced to move yet again as the water could not be shut off and maintenance would not be available until later the next day. Far from our normal experience with this property, we’ll more than likely give it another shot if we are in town again.

Our first room smelled like mould, so i asked that they switch my pregnant wife and 9 month old child out. They gave us a new room, which had a cockroach climbing the wall, so we switched to a third room.

I booked through Expedia. Received confirmation. Arrived to find I did not have a reservation and then had to pay more than I what I booked for!

Bathroom smelled of smoke.

I will not be staying here again, this hotel works with a doctors office and they transfer their clients to this hotel for an overnight visit. I wanted to make sure that we had ample time to recover so we booked the room for a week. at the end of the week we need to make changes and extend our stay one more day. the lady at the front desk checked us in again, gave me new keys, charged my card and all was good.... Or so i thought. Once I had already left the property for the day they front desk lady called me to let me know that there was a mistake and the room I was in was no longer available. I told her that was not possible my wife cannot move and I am several hours away at this point, she got load and told me that if we did not vacate the room she would have my wife forcibly removed and our belongings would be moved to another room. She proceeded to tell me that our card was declined and that we could not stay. Once the conversation completed I found out that our card was charged and that the lady had mistakenly given us the room while it was already reserved and she found herself in a unfortunate position. The way I was talked to and threats that were made I will make sure I never stay there and that the doctors that use this office are aware of how their clients are treated.

Customer service is excellent, breakfast is lovely, all amenities are clean and in good condition.

This is my second stay coming from Arkansas and they just get better and better every time I come! It’s like this hotel is from a different name and owners from the one in downtown Little Rock ark! They give the hotel I good name!

Fire pit outside loved it

Sparkling clean, comfortable, and very pleasant outdoor amenities (pool, patio, brasero and basketball court). Breakfast is good as well and the staff is very friendly.

This hotel overall was good, but our checkin experience was very bad. They had overbooked for that day, and they tried to tell me that we had to move to a different sister hotel that did not provide the 2bedroom suites. I booked at that location for the two bedroom suite option because we had 7 people with us. We finally made them understand we weren’t switching after about 30min of going back and fourth with them.

This is a great place for my family of 5. We travel often and this has been the best spot we have checked into. We try not to splurge on hotels because we merely need them to sleep in, and this was phenomenal. Our suite was huge and the hotel and room was clean. It’s was great!

Found some old socks in drawers and closet that was missed by housekeeping. Other than that , a very good stay !

The free room upgrade was definitely awesome since it didn't show it available online. Staff was pleasant and helped when my son lost his slippers by the pool. Thankful someone turned them in. 🙌 Breakfast the next morning was more than i expected, kids loved it and it saved me from having to find something local. Rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. Highly recommended and will be back.
