Clean, I didn't use all the amenities so I cant speak on those, the room is old but smells good and the sheets are clean.

When I walked into the hotel to check in a man by the name of Monty K was extremely rude. There were some fees that were not disclosed and all I did was ask what they were for. I told him that I paid on hotels.com already and he said if I didn't like the policy i could leave. I asked for the terms and conditions and he once again tried to kick me out. I gave him my debit card for the deposit he said would be refunded, but I still have not seen the credit. We went into our room which was disgusting. There was a roach on the floor and mold in the bathroom. There was also mold on the icemaker. The water from the shower head smelled like sulfur. They never bothered to clean the room. I went to get toilet paper and towels on the 4th day from the front desk and an overweight woman named Jasmine told me she would put my name on the list for house keeping. I asked for these amenities at 8am. I went to the gym and to the pool. I went back to my room a few times but they didn't clean it. At 2pm I went back up to the desk to speak with Jasmine again and she said housekeeping wasn't her department. I spoke to the manager Mr Patel. He never looked me in the eye, and he told me they could take my towels and wash them, but it would take another hour. He refused to do anything about the bill or even say sorry for the wait. I have several other complaints, but there aren't enough characters allowed.

The room was clean, but it looks like it was under some renovations. The air conditioner was exceptional. The microwave did not work. It was unplugged and I plugged it in and it automatically started, but you could not heat any food in it. The staff was exceptionally nice!

Breakfast was good. Room served its purpose, had food places and gas station close to use. Close to family's home I didn't appreciate the night receptionist calling me 1 hr AFTER I COULD CHECK IN to see when we was coming!! I didn't know I was on a schedule to be in my room!! Uncalled for PLUS Ur floors are filthy!! Need to clean them. Take a shower or just walk on tgem our feet was black, both rooms!!

We were there with 2 rooms for 5 nights and not even once they came to clean the rooms. Every time we went to get breakfast The bread was empty, no waffle mix, out of coffee. It seems like no one keeps us with the breakfast bar. The pool area was dirty with cigarettes and other types of smokes residues. WiFi in and out.

The shower was worse than one you would find in a cheap camper. Almost no water pressure. The first morning there was no more breakfast or coffee at 9:15 am and it was supposed to be open till 9:30. The second day had food, but don’t expect anything hot, like eggs or breakfast meats. All the floors in the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. You can’t just spray Fabuloso in the air and call it clean.

I basically got the hotel to use for the day - using the pool. But the room was clean, pool was nice & I felt safe. Would stay here again if we I needed a place to stay.

My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels.

We absolutely love this place and every time we come to Florida in this area we stay here! Jasmine at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! She is such a pleasant lady and we hope when we come back she is still there! She’s been the best one so far! She’s a great asset to this facility!!

Room was just okay, breakfast was terrible and just waffles and cereal. They never refilled the coffee and had to ask the staff multiple times for it and they were annoyed by it.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. One of the bedside lamps was more of a strobe light than a bedside light, so we couldn't use it.Air conditioner was good. Was a little noisy with doors slamming. But was very nice at bedtime. Overall our stay was good and we would stay there again.

And the sheets and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. Also, the hand soap was of good quality and made my hands feel clean. BUT… The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. My Husband went to the pool and the locker room was locked so no place to change in private. And there was a cigarette butt in the hot tub. Now, some of this is poor behavior is from guests but the garbages being stuffed to the full is on the staff. I want to let you know, I never saw one bug of any kind during my stay, which I think is significant because it’s not pristine. I have managed a cleaning company before I retired, and I would have a long “punch list” for my staff. Would I stay there again? You know what? I probably would. Being that the other Hotels are double in price, I can live with it for a night or two. Overall, staff were good, breakfast was OK, they just need to amp up the cleaning. TV worked, coffee maker was clean and worked, and the mattress was clean and comfortable. So, because the price was more affordable, I may stay there again. Thank you!

Time to get new bedsheets. You can tell they've been washed and used so many times over its lifespan, very dull and had stains. Room has no air circulation so had to keep air conditioning on. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and checkout.

The breakfast felt like something that the hotel put very luttle thought into. The options were few and nothing was well stocked. There was cereal available on one day but no milk. I mentioned to the person providing the breakfast services that there was nothing out only to get a dirty look and begrudgingly attempted to put items out.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The floors were greasy and grimy to walk on. The hallway smelled so bad. We immediately left. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude, burped in our face. And didn’t even give us a refund for us not staying there.

The room was in good condition, and the staff was friendly. I probably should have taken a room on the second or third floor, because I think my first floor room 117 was near the pool and had a slight smell, also it was near the entrance so I heard voices in the evenings.

The room was stale and had a smell to it the staff was RUDE and extremely unhelpful. There is no water pressure in the bathrooms and a severe lack of hot water. The gym was wide open but all the machines were covered in caution tape, and the elevator stopped working at a certain point throughout the night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. The manager I'm assuming was rude and snobby and always had his whole family there just lounging in the lobby and it appeared they held their Christmas morning in the lobby which was a bit strange but I wasn't mad at it other than the fact they gave my son and I dirty looks for walking through the lobby like we were intruding on their Christmas morning.

Don’t waste your money at this place , We had a terrible experience, the room AC wasn’t functioning and there was a heavy foul smell in the room.

The room had smoke detectors. There was a hole instead. The floors were dirty with black dirt when wiped. There was hair on the floors and tub. The room smelled musky. There was cigarette burns on the sheets. It was not priced to reflect such low quality. We were there for one night, if we had been staying longer we would have not stayed there and moved to a different hotel. Very very disappointed.

The suite we stayed in the blackout curtains was to short they let light in on the sides. The key kept messing up to the room so Everytime we left we would have to get a new one made and the hot tub outside was disgusting. Other than that the bed was comfy and nice open room. Oh and no french vanilla I was one of the 1st people in the breakfast area and lady said they been out of creamer like if you knew that should have got some from store until more arrive bc can't drink coffee and not have cream

Clean and comfortable! Updated, has working hot tub! Only complaint is the breakfast, they had no eggs and sausage like the other hotels in this chain. They had oatmeal, muffins/pastries/bagels, cereal, juice, yogurt, and waffles.

Then got to my room to find that it wasn't even the correct one with the correct beds. And the overwhelming stench of BO and filth was almost unbearable. Everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. There wasn't a single surface in there that was clean. Even the floors were making the sticky noise with my shoes. There was even something thickly frozen inside the freezer! Poor cleanliness and failure to hold themselves to any type of standard. Don't waste your money. Go ANYWHERE else. And on top of everything else, they charges my card 4 different times even though i had already paid in advanced through a third party booking.

The hotel looks renovated from outside. I was given a “renovated” room which is noting but cheap vinyl floor and new paint. The furniture is old and sink faucet is old and discolored, the shower head constantly leaking. The bathroom floor and wall are all water damaged. This hotel truly doesn’t deserve the $90 rate. This is more like cheap one night stay and never look back $30 value.

Have stated her befor and was all good My last stay in room 108 was the worst. Nosey from drive threw cars. Nosey from wahing machine banging the wall. Smelled like somethings dead in the room. Ice bucket was half full of mold water in it. My sister and i both came home sick with a sore through and caughting .Other rooms were nice but not this one. Staffs was very nice though.

First room stunk like mold and mildew. Complained and asked to be moved to another, was told there would be a cleaning fee because I put my stuff on the bed. Staff takes me to another room on the first floor. Smell is even worse. Front desk agents next plan was to attempt to gaslight me into believing there is no smell. He called his manager who came in the room and confirmed “yep, it’s mold and humidity”. They move me to another room. Smell gone, still disgusting. They pump the lobby full of air freshener to cover it up. They clearly had major flooding on the first floor in the last hurricane, and did not properly take care of the moisture. The rest of the place looked like it has not been cleaned in weeks or months. Coming from a guy who spent years sleeping on the ground in the worst of places, this is 3rd world level…

I enjoyed the pool area. It had a nice privacy fence. It was a convenient location for the meeting I was attending. The part I didn't like was that the plumbing and flooring need repair/updating. However, there was a sign saying that they are going to be doing some renovations. The platform bedframe was pretty noisy, as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was in terrible shape and also dirty. We had to switch rooms due to the heat not working. The new room had broken switches, broken lamps, the floors were so sticky we had to wear our shoes. There was dirt on all the walls. The bathroom had mold and was in horrible shape. When we checked in we asked about the hot tub and they said it wasn’t in working order. If I could have gotten my money back, we would have. Breakfast consisted of bread, a few left over muffins, cereal, pancakes and a few containers of active yogurt. Pretty pitiful.

This hotel has construction going on, with that I may have given them a pass. However, all expected maintenance standards were very low. Greasy floors, marked and damaged surfaces, permanent dingy & stained bedding are not acceptable. The bathroom door would not even shut and the shower was dirty with moldy caulking. Oh and a dirty hand towel as a gift from the last person to use it. Then I step out of the shower to an inappropriate message left on the mirror from a previous customer. Very few items for breakfast (and I mean if a waffle wasn’t your thing, a couple pieces of toast and packages of instant oatmeal). Clearly the management does not have the ability or funds to keep this hotel in proper working order while reconstructing. I should have taken more photos. A small printed sign saying “please excuse our mess” does not cover this level of negligence.

Checked into a room with no water pressure and no hot water for the shower. They moved us to a room with better water pressure but no hot water. They had no other rooms available so we checked out early and went somewhere else to shower.

I was in Plant City for a line dance event and had originally booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express next door to the Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland. In early December I was told that the Holiday Inn was closed permanently because of the hurricane in October. I called the Hampton Inn that had a block reserved for the line dancers as did the Holiday Inn and they had no availability. The Holiday Inn Express had suggested to our event planner to try the Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland. I didn't realize when I accessed the the Quaility Inn online it was through Expedia that the hotel had hurricane damage! My friend and I thought we could divide the bill between us when we arrived to check in but were told since I booked online with Expedia that couldn't be done! Also that hotel had flooding from hurricane also. We were given a room on 2nd floor. Could tell the second floor had damage also and it sure sounded like repair work was being done at night for all the slamming of the heavy doors constantly on the floor around our room was so bad that we hardly sleep especially Saturday night and my friend even wore ear plugs! Seemed to stop around 5am. Also little disappointed at the breakfast offerings. $167.90 per night little high! Also charging my account prior to the date we would be staying.

I had to have housekeeping come clean the room upon arrival. Breakfast choices were extremely Limited and appeared to be of poor quality.

My phone in the room did not work when I finally was able to find someone to come look at it they replaced some of the bulbs, but said they couldn’t fix the phone… every time I needed towels or service. The only suggestion that they need to do for this property is the pool area needs something cool to walk on because that concrete is very hot it needs some type of covering around the pool. They also need to put towels at the pool for the guest.
