We arrived very late one evening, and the front desk staff provided outstanding service from the moment we walked in. The hotel felt welcoming, fresh, and exceptionally clean. Everything looked and smelled spotless, creating a wonderful first impression. Even the elevators were immaculate and clearly well maintained. When we got to our room, we were equally impressed. The room was spotless, the beds and linens felt fresh and clean, and the towels were neatly arranged and well stocked. Every detail appeared to be carefully attended to, and all amenities were fully stocked. What really surprised us was the breakfast. We typically skip hotel breakfasts because they often fall short, but this one was exceptional. There was a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles with numerous topping choices, and other quality selections. Everything was fresh, well presented, and delicious. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff and management deserve recognition for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice Elevators were inconsistent and lurched a lot, our whole floor smelled of strong weed smell. Stunk the whole time, even though it stated non-smoking.

Everything was clean, easy to grab a breakfast to go. It was a decent wait for someone to come and check us in. There was no one there again for checkout but a basket to leave keys in. Would stay again.

Great location. Nice room. We stayed 3 nights. They never cleaned our room or replaced the towels. We stayed an extra night, when we returned our key did not work. We we loaded down with bags and our dog , had to go back downstairs to get new keys, very busy took 20 minutes.

The guy at the front desk was amazing. He hooked us up with the best pizza place around and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately at 3 AM I woke up to a room that was 78° and both my kids also woke up because they could not sleep. Being that I was in HVAC for 12 years I discovered the batteries in the thermostat were bad so I had to go downstairs to locate two AA batteries to replace the ones in the thermostat to get the AC to kick back on.

The entire property was exceptionally well maintained. The room was very nice. Having a variety of choices for breakfast is a huge plus - kudos! We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but they were testing out the alarm system instead of testing the alarms after noon when the check out time is they decided to test them starting at 7 am I guess it was a nice wake up call but absolutely way to early and not very considerate of guests staying at the hotel.

We were only there overnight so can’t comment on pool or nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed speaking with Robert, the gentleman who checked us in. it look like anything else any other river well, of course roll along well I disagree that it wasn’t. I thought if you took a look at the current of that river and realize what it’s called the mighty Mississippi Mississippi for a reason that that river is one of the longest of the longest, strongest rivers in the world so, where does it go? How many different states does it?

My wife and I have stayed here numerous times. We always feel very welcome and that everything is in its right place. The breakfast and staff are outstanding.

Room was very clean ; great location; staff was wonderful and helpful (vacuumed room upon request, breakfast staff, dinner suggestions). Breakfast is okay - maybe some tortillas available? One lady was looking for mustard for her boiled egg. Large parking lot (we had a small trailer)

Nice & clean hotel in a good location. The heating/cooling system in our room was so loud we had to shut it off. The parking lot was a sheet of ice & snow from the recent storm. The front automatic door wasn’t working so we had to physically force it open with our hands.

The driveways and parking areas were covered with thick ice and icy snow. It made walking dangerous. There was no area cleared off for dogs. The barn door that was used for our bathroom door could not be closed or moved back and forth. The breakfast room was tidy and comfortable.

Staff was very polite. Rooms were clean. Pillows was little flat but other than that stay was very comfortable

The gentleman working the front desk on the evening of January the 1st 2026 provide excellent service. He was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and sheets were so soft. The breakfast bar was wonderful and was kept well stocked. This location is ran very well and I would highly recommend staying here. Also, this location is dog friendly!

Plenty of pillows and they weren’t little squares - good size. Comfortable beds. Room coffee was ok. If your room is facing the highway it is noisy. The AC still wasn’t very cool when set on 68. Everything was clean. Only one tissue in the box, sadly lol. The blinds are motorized, which is nice. Just use the electronic pad beside the window to raise and lower.

This was a very nice place to stay. I could not have been happier. From the time we walked in, the gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. You knew he was great at his job, and it showed. We had a wide choice of options when we got ready for breakfast. The person in charge of the area was on top of all that needed to be done. This hotel is perfect for the Hilton brand!

Overall it was a great stay for a Passing by trip to St. Louis. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Check in and out quick and easy with fantastic customer service.

Check-in was pretty rocky. Tried to charge me for room (it was prepaid), charged me for amenities (none were used and it was not refunded). Front desk clerk was friendly, but seemed to have no idea what to do. Other than the front desk issues, the hotel was great, clean, comfortable (as are all Hampton Inns).

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was fairly clean, the bed comfortable, but the pillows were typical flat hotel pillows. The hotel is located right next to the road so there is road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a fairly nice stay.

Hotel is new and very clean, showers were roomy and good pressure. Breakfast was very good. Unhappy with the Wi-Fi. In order to use it they require you to put in your personal information like name, home address, phone number and email and then make you check in agreement that your information will be shared. If you do not give them that information then you get no Wi-Fi. I thought that was outrageous. I had absolutely no signal in my room to use my own phone data but the minute I walked out of my room I would have a full signal so I suspect some signal blocking in order to get you to use the Wi-Fi. Although I like just about everything else about this hotel, I thought the Wi-Fi setup was outrageous. I get enough spam email and calls as it is why would I want to open myself up to more? Maybe other hotels are doing the same thing., this is my first hotel stay in about a year, so I am not sure but whether it’s just this hotel or all of them, I think that is deceptive and ridiculous

This hotel was amazing the staff was great I had the best check in they were professional and welcoming, they even wanted to meet my cats and showed me pictures of their dog I felt like home . The rooms were great very clean and nice I wanted to stay there for longer . Parking was good and the breakfast was a 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel I d go back in a heartbeat.

It was overall excellent. The only exception was the fairly loud and constant noise coming from a large unit by the corner of the building that was maybe HVAC, or a Generator, or some other engine constantly revving up.

Our toilet was so low we had difficulty getting up off from it. You could tell that the toilet paper holder had been ripped from the wall and reattached but did not have any finishing work. It was ok, but others may really struggle if they are all that low. Staff was extremely helpful and kind!

Travel to St Louis for sporting event. An overnight stop to break up drive. The reviews are very high for this property and have always had stays at Hampton Inns. This room has two beds and one of the beds had hair clumps on it. Assuming it was dog hair. The front desk brought a clean blanket up to our room very quickly.

We had prepaid our room. When we arrived there wasn't s clean room for us. The clerk called the cook to come watch the desk while she cleaned s room for us. We arrived late after l9ng day of travel at 200 am. Tited and ready to sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!!! They all deserve a raise!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Generally, good. But my non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and the broken elevator lead to long waits getting up and down with luggage.

The lady at the desk was completely rude and put out at the fact that I used a third party booking and it was messed up. I was confused, so when I asked questions to clarify she was very rude in her responses. After traveling 8 hours with kids and it being 11:30pm, that was the last thing I needed from someone who is supposed to greet you with kindness.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very courteous staff & extremely clean hotel. Nice little area with gas stations, fast food, a little grocery store & a great restaurant/bar called Sidelines. We stayed here 2 times, once on our way down to FLA & also on our way home. I would even consider staying here to visit Nashville as it is only about 20 minutes or so away. Nice quiet area. Would highly recommend!!

This hotel was newer, clean, comfortable and dog friendly. The staff was friendly and polite. The area around the hotel is barren with a couple fast food restaurants and a good liquor store. We woke up to police in the parking lot. Eight cars had been broken into. We were not one of them but it was a very glum morning for those travelers. The hotel gave refunds to those who were affected. We heard from multiple sources that it is a fairly common occurrence, so keep that in mind.

The room was spacious and clean however there was a bright light near the ceiling that flashed off and on all night. Also the pillows were not very comfortable.

This was a clean, beautiful Hampton Inn. The breakfast was one of the best for a hotel! Good selection and good breakfast food. This was a place we will come back to when traveling from Illinois to Florida.

Only negatives: 1. Bathroom in the room had a sliding barn-style door that was ridiculously difficult to open and close. Like, I think there are plenty of people who literally would not have been able to do so. 2. Advertised as having electric vehicle charging stations, which is technically true, but they're specifically Tesla stations. That means you can't use them in any non-Tesla car without an adapter, which I'd guess that most EV/PHEV owners don't have. It should either be made clearer what sort of charging station it is, or adaptors should be provided for guests.
