Liked everything about the property

Our door didnt work properly, hard to open. Lots of mosquitoes by the tikki bar. Birds pooping on outdoor furniture, one pooped on my niece. Dead bird in the pond, raccoon poop on sidewalk

Other than the harassment over timeshare, which we had to put down a $250 deposit for the meeting in order to get our key. It wasn't too bad. We actually came down here because we had a relative in critical care in ICU and we were more concentrated on that than trying to be sold something we really didn't want. If there is a charge for us not showing up for the timeshare presentation I will dispute it with Expedia. I'm also going to put in their Expedia notes that we were really pressured to buy something we did not want.

The check-in process was extremely disappointing to say the least. Though we paid cash for the room, the "concierge" found out through our phone number that we were RCI members and subjected us to a 45 minute check-in process that was borderline harassment! He claimed that we had to wait to have our room keys "ready" though we were 2.5 hours past the 4:00 check-in time. Despite numerous pleas and refusals of these "offers", he (Javian) kept at it. After 35 minutes, I was so angered by his actions, I had to leave the office! My wife completed the process. There is no need for this behavior. My advice is don't give out your RCI info. Design of our unit was lacking common sense especially in the bathrooms as there were no shelving available for toiletries and glued to the sinks were soap and lotion. The double towel bar in the main bath was missing a bar. The mirror in the second bathroom was over the toilet instead of the sink. The under-cabinet microwave was on the counter even though there was adequate space to be mounted under the cabinet as designed. The heating elements on the stove were uneven (hard to fry eggs!) and one was not plugged in. Our unit had sliding glass doors but there was no screen which was odd and probably why there were mosquitos and flies in the unit. I do know this is FL, but my wife discovered a dead spider under his pillow. She was not happy. All those mentioned can be remedied with little effort for the next visitors and I will be sharing these observations with Manager Wayne Dwyer @travelandleisure,com.

I booked an Ocean View room at the higher rate and was told there were no Ocean side rooms left and was given whatever was left. I had bragged this hotel up to my fiancé who accompanied me on the trip and she had never stayed in an Ocean view room, dissap

Nice and clean entertainment daily several pools to choose from close to the beach close to restaurants. We had a great time. Some of the after hours help we’re not as polite as you help during the day

The breakfast was a piece of crap. Scrambled eggs a yellow hockey puck. Did not get room and view promised. Room not ready on time. Shower very slippery and dangerous. Some Steps on grounds Not marked and dangerous at night. Customer computer in lobby didn't work After a flight and 1hr drive to your place we were coerced to sign up for a meeting to buy a time share.

Stay itself was mostly ok, rooms were great, but main issue was getting in the room. Check in was said to be around 4 and took them a while after that to even get in, also even before checking in had to go to the concierge desk which bombarded us with requests to go buy a timeshare. Even after the delay we were still getting asked about it. Also despite being advertised as ocean view the staff themselves told us that the info was incorrect and that was limited to 2 building/rooms on the exact opposite side of the resort.

The rooms were spacious. The property had 4 pools, and the water was warm in the 2 we swam in. Unit had a washer and dryer. Staff was nice, some fun activities planned by the resort, Bingo, live music, karaoke.

The walls or vents allowed you to hear conversations of next door as if in the room. Show need hand held -- especially with the lower water pressure.

Its a time share. I paid for a room then hadxto sitcthrough a presentation. Never again

Staff around the resort were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean and very spacious with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen - great size for our group of 6. Was also a washer/dryer in room. Room/resort was slightly outdated but looks like they are renovating and didn’t affect our stay whatsoever. Really near to beach which is just over the road. Not many shops or restaurants within walking distance. Great stay and would go again! You can also use amenities at other nearby Club Wyndham resorts.

Perfect for local stay. .They had four pools and beach was across the street. They had free parking and coffee. Great customer service.

This is the worst service I've ever had in my life, and I've been a lot of places. 2 times in a row I day in a day 20-30 minutes before check-in canceled my paid reservation, without any explanation or compensation for the moral damage that I and my family received. We were just 2 times left on the street. They do not care about the fact that I bought a room 6 months earlier they just check in the hotel in the order of the queue who first came to the room and all the rest go wherever you want. Neither the administrator nor the manager nor the sales department itself do not want to help. Just ruined vacation. Horrible place!

I liked the hotel. Very clean, cozy, pleasant smell and everything you need was at hand. Very beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean and the bay. We will definitely come back again.

Well jacuzzi cold handle was broke bugs in the kitchen had to hold down on flush hand to keep the toilet flushing

This was the worst service I have ever received at any hotel! The concierge and the front desk have no idea what they are responsible for and what the other one does. They kept sending us back and forth for the same issue between the two. Then our room had wet carpets and it was delayed. We were told we could have it with the wet carpets it wait. Then at the sales pitch the representative was rude. Terrible experience with Wyndham!!

The worst thing is that when you check in, they send you to confront a TimeShare representative even if you don't want to. Also, when you make a reservation online, they don't specify that you have to participate in a 90-minute talk.

rooms are spacious, and well equipped. the building we were in had no elevators so we were lucky to be in the first floor next to the tiki bar. we had a family celebration and it was perfect for it. we would go again.

Great room, nice Pool area and grotto sort of thing! Super convenient because of its proximity to the beach, and very nice and spacious rooms. Would stay again for a trip near the beach .

We went on a girls week and this place was great. It was pretty loud and the workers would get up and drag pool deck chairs at 7 in the morning and 10 at night. It is not quite. You can hear people out side the room and poolside but not to bad. Everything closed at 830. Bars food pool. 😞. Area was quiet. People were pleasant. We would stay again. Beach did have a ton of seaweed but might have been a seasonal thing.

The space and facilities Far away from the beach

The property is a bit dated. The room was a nice size. People hanging out at the pool making noise and drinking till 2 am was a bit negative. The property was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful gardens. Room was clean and a good size with a great view. Having many pools and they were clean. Never felt crowded. The activities director was a lot of fun It was father from the beach than I would have liked but we had a great view!

Nice pool and location Rude front staff , the photo shows a hot tub in one bedroom with long bed, there was no hot tub in room and o my queen size bed , they totally scam me , I complain there was no water pressure to showers and ice machine did not work in fridge ,very bad customer service and they try to high pressure me I to a time share too

The resort itself is beautifully maintained with a mix of classic Florida charm and modern comfort. We loved the multiple pools, hot tubs, and lush tropical gardens that made every part of the property feel like its own little oasis. Our unit was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and balcony The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience great!!! If you're looking to relax on the beach and enjoy a laid-back resort atmosphere, the Wyndham Sea Gardens delivers on all fronts. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel room it self was spacious however as soon as you entered into the room the smell of dog instantly hits you, also the room had tiny german roaches. Dogs aren’t allowed near the pool deck as per the rules and we saw a dog that one of the hotel guest had tied to the pool handle while she went into the pool as well. Sadly will not be coming back to this hotel.

I loved the location and the people that worked there The hot tub wasn’t as clean as it could be the men handling around in the garage was kind of un welcoming the elevator are scary they need a upgrade and the balcony was dirty and wasn’t inviting to sit outside

An excellent option

We love this property, however there were too many people and too little grills. We waited for a grill about 1 hour for 3 nights. It was crazy how one group of people took over the entire area in the bar area not only the gtills but the community space too. It was crazy. The rooms are spacious, however we were walking around without shoes or socks in our room and the floors made our bottoms of our feet BLACK. Absolutely unacceptable since these rooms should be beached and clean. Everytime we stay here the air vents and filtered areas are full of dust and mold most times. We found food that wasn't ours underneath our couch. The grounds are also dirty and need to be maintenance better, there were spills and random garbage everywhere it was gross. They also give you garbage bags that rip as soon as you put anything in them and tey to carry them. We stay here because of the kitchens too and this time the kitchen was missing items we needed. These spacious condos are in a great spot though, full access to a privite beach and the tiki bar. But the entertainment at night is lackluster at best. The activities director Kim Lee was they only entertainment worth it there. We will be back because of the convenience of the place as a whole but Wyndham definitely needs to do better at cleaning and keeping some standards.

Every one on staff is warm and welcoming and helpful. Every time we walked by a staff member on the property they greeted us. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Cafe and tiki bar at the central pool.Easy walk to a great playground for young children.Easy walk to the Pompano pier and many restaurants,cafes and stores.Good Publix nearby for groceries.Easy walk to the Water taxi stop.Convenient parking.Great beach with umbrellas and chairs for hire.Great family resort.

Do not stay here! Sand on the floor. Shower in the jacuzzi tub with a substantial climb. Pushy “concierge” who were sales people. Will never stay at a Wyndham again!

The cafe staff was nice. We liked that the pools were warm. The hot tubs were not clean, they were overcrowded and did not feel sanitary. The beach chairs were too expensive to rent.

The location was great. Right across the street from the beach. Very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Even had a blender, coffee maker and a toaster. The carpet is probably needing to be replaced soon as it was getting a little worn but it was clean. It worked out great for us.

We have been to the hotel several times and I can highly recommend it. It is very clean, and welcoming, with excellent service at the bar, a wide range of pools, and excellent rooms, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. I am always grateful to the staff.

The areas around the ocean view buildings need more illumination at night because it’s really dark at the pool and garden.

Run down. Paint was pealing off the door. Paint pealing off the chairs on the balcony. Front door was not sealed and had some concerns around the front door being easily forced open. Pool was dirty/oily. Beach was beautiful.

It’s not a 5starts hotel for sure but super clean and the attention is awesome. Just q couple steps from the beach. Definitely worth the price.

Our room had tiny ants crawling around the kitchen and doors. Someone came to spray, but it made the situation worse. We didn’t want to leave snacks or anything in this room. We did tell management and they apologized….

This place needs to be shut down for a year and renovated. Do not let 4 pools - Gardens, etc lead you to book this place. The only upside is the staff. Friendly and accommodating. I knew when I was booking it - my expectations were not like I was going to a luxury property. BUT - rusty shower heads- paint pealing exteriors- and cockroaches are not my families thing. I got a refund for one night of my 3 night stay and I was grateful.

Floor had not been cleaned for a while. Socks and feet were black after walking on floor for just a few minutes. Asked for additional toilet paper and never received it. Wi-fi was out all week.

Outdated, older hotel; High pressure at check-in to attend a timeshare presentation; rooms are very spacious; wi-fi never worked the entire week; price is inexpensive considering location; no maid service ( I guess I missed that in the booking process); would not recommend.

My stay was accompanied by a large family. We had several rooms and all were booked the same. We booked three of the same room type. All the amenities therefore should have been the same according to our reservations but they were not congruent. The amenities fluctuated between rooms as if they were put together haphazardly. They were clean but not the same. The internet was down our whole stay and we booked rooms that were advertised as including internet. I needed to work during the mornings, and I have private work meetings so going to the front is not a viable option. Despite taking all our information during check-in, the staff kept using incorrect contact info and names for both me and my partner throughout the trip. The staff kept trying to upsell us while we were underage. We are both 25 and unable to make any purchases yet the sale pitch continued. My brother also was heavily harassed despite telling the staff that he needed to go back to see his child. She had developed pneumonia and rather than being able to swiftly go back to her. The staff made him endure sales pitch after sales pitch. This wasn’t during an agreed upon time slot, this was home trying to get his room bracelets. He thought he’d be in an out, as did we. I tried to comfort him as the staff continued to berate him. I hope these practices can be amended, it seems unforgivable to keep a father from their sick child in order to perversely sell him a cabana.

We were given a QUEEN bed when the reservation said a King— My husband is 6’1”!!! The room was dated & old— The AC switch didn’t work & The Wyndham held my deposit for a month— Not to mention the front desk was clueless at checkout

The gardens, pools and tiki area were very nice. We do not like being accosted by sales reps for time shares when checking in who also give us the wrong directions to our room.

The location is great! Walking distance to Fisher Family Pier. The pools were great and we were right across the street from the beach. We spent one day at the Royal Vista resort which was very nice too.

We loved the tropical garden atmosphere and the option of 4 pools. Wished they had a restaurant. The only thing we didn't like was being in the flight path of the nearby airport.

Kim and Dana up front were very friendly and gave us great advice on things to do. We did a cocktail class at the tiki bar that Kim recommended and had a great time. Estella and Edna at the very where very entertaining and made awesome drinks. We hadn’t been to this resort since 2019 and they have done some updating and the grounds and units were very nice looking. We did miss the intimacy of the older and smaller tiki bar (it is now a big rectangle perpendicular to where the old one was and you can sit on all 4 sides) and they took away the shuffle board courts, which we always looked forward to when we stayed.

The bed was too hard, the tiki bar didn’t have lemons, limes or coke. Lighting on beachside rooms was lacking or out. Security could be an issue at night. Rooms were clean and neat. Overall a nice stay. Enjoyed games and music played in the evening.

Nice property. Very friendly staff at checkin until they turn you over to a department that tries to hard sell you about timeshares. Relentlessly badgered us about attending a 90 minute presentation when all we wanted was our room key to enjoy a vacation. Nice and clean facilities but the nonstop sales approach definitely ruined our attitude. Also the tiles used around the pools are dangerous- one pools tiles get hot enough to burn your feet without shoes on, the other become dangerously slippery when they are wet- surprised they have not had serious injuries

The Sea Gardens is getting a little worn but we got in the North Oceanview side and the room was more updated than some. We totally enjoyed our stay. There is lots to do and the transportation provided is wonderful.

Loved the shuttle service to and from other locations!! Didn’t use it day one and wish I did. Would’ve saved money on Uber but even that was cheap at $6 a ride

Staff is extremely friendly and property overall is clean and comfortable. Just a small starbucks on property no real food options.

Reception staff and manager went far and beyond to make my birthday very special. They were truly helpful. My room was pristine, clean and modern.

We Absolutely Loved it!! Nothing to complain about. Our room was steps from beach and pool.

Shanelle, was great at the front desk. Once we got to the concierge it was horrible. I have told them we were not interested in their packages and they contacted pushing it till we almost canceled the stayed. The staff are rude, we stayed stocked in the elevator and they were laughing instead of helping will not go back to the property.

property itself was fine - not huge which is ok and staff were lovely. Rooms are very outdated and small (thought I was getting a balcony based off of my reso but didn’t- also didn’t matter bc we were right in front of the main pool). It was fine for the 4 nights we stayed. Again Hotel staff is great.

This property was beautiful once inside. There is construction happening outside which was the only inconvenience. We didn't notice it much since it was actually in the opposite side of where we stayed.

The property was nice, had some propblem at the start because of wrong direction but the employee was able to correct it. Our booked place has 2 bedrooms but only 1 has a shower, the other has a jacuzzi in it which we do not care for and all of us has to share that 1 bathroom, but thankfully it has 3 toilets. We had some problem with the stove and plumbing but they fixed those really fast after we mentioned it.

The property had a quiet relaxed feel with the multiple pools and hot tubs. Staff were quick to take care of every need we had and the coffee shop is so convenient.

Everything was just great

We stayed in a studio room. We were close to the beach, one of the pools, and parking. Our studio room included a kitchen, couch, arm chair, and dining room type table with 4 chairs. It also had an washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable. The only negative was they appeared short staffed in the cafe/Starbucks area. I gave up on ordering there. We would probably will stay here again. We were on the ground floor and saw no bugs during our 6 night stay.

the property is like a shacy garden and is in fact a wildlife sanctuary.staff keeps garden paths clean with dily spray wash. Pools are amazing, though they could use more pool care with heavy traffic. Rooms are superb modern and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with appliances inc. blender. Beach strand here is fantastic and has hundreds of turtle nesting sites, taped areas as far as the eye can see. Early july beach waters of high clarity and 80s temps.

Everything was good except the hotel has a lot of noise you can hear everything and the sofa bed terrible

I did like the room however it was not what we booked. The room we booked had a couch that pulled out into a bed as well but the room we got didn’t have any couch at all. The couch really would have come in handy as we were celebrating my birthday and we’re spending it with a life long friend of mine so it would have been nice to have somewhere for them to sit when they visited. We also had a room that connected to another room so we heard everything! It ended up leading to our neighbors knocking on our door and trying to start a fight with us all because we were laughing too loud for them at 1030 on Sunday night. I would say if you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet in your room request a room that doesn’t connect to anyone else’s. I was unaware that our room would connect and also made the hotel aware I would be there celebrating my birthday. You also have to go through two people in order to get your room keys, when you fly somewhere and get to the hotel no one wants to sit there and have to talk to two separate people, you want to get into your room to maybe shower, change and unwind that was probably the most inconvenient part of it all. We probably won’t stay at this property again and if we do I will be very specific on where I’d like to stay and the level of privacy I’d like.

A suggestion: The free Pompano Beach Circuit ride service (run by the city) is very unreliable and the app for it is terrible, so it would be awesome if this property could operate its own shuttle, even just between its various properties and a grocery store like the local Publix. Thank you.

The Sea Garden is a very well maintained property, the staff are always on call and very expeditious in responding to anything maintenance related.
