The room had not been cleaned . All surfaces were nasty. There were dirty cups and glasses in the cabinet . The entire property is in dire need of repair and renovation.

The staff were exceptional - but this location is just tired and needs to be updated and fixed. Our closet door was broken. the range had aluminum foil for some reason. The toilet seat lid was broken. And we are used to getting more than a single pillow per person. Pool is broken for maintenance. Bed was comfortable.

The room was not cleaned the walls were dirty the refrigerator did not work the TV didn’t work no trash can the window blind was broken you cold look inside the room everything in the bathroom was was dirty the toilet seat was rust color

Guy that checked us in was very nice. Room on other hand had only 2 working lightbulbs and a cracked toilet seat that pinched your ass when you got up

The bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The door was a struggle to lock which made me feel unsafe. I wish I could attach pictures to show my room was nothing like the pictures on their website. They did fix my plugged up toilet somewhat quickly. The entire complex was old and rundown.

Do not stay here! The rooms are gross and dirty! Everything is broken and moldy. Only stayed bc my other reservation was suddenly canceled on a long weekend, and this was the last resort. Smell of weed seeped through the moldy walls and there are tiny roaches everywhere. I felt like I was at a truck stop motel . Do not stay here.

Clean, nice, remodeled deco style...deal with the owner was easy..staff super helpfull...I WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!! I live in Lake Worth .... it is not easy to find a good week end place on the beach..I FIND IT!! ....

The stove looks like it’s falling through the floor. The cabinets are falling off. It is nothing like what they show on Hotels.com. This is the last time I will stay at this place.

I will never stay in something like this again they had rats in roaches, mosquitoes kept flying around soon as you turn the light off that’s when bugs come out

There was no WIFI service available for the TV. When I informed the front desk, they stated there was not a password to be used, and, that the support hotline was closed.

Hemos pasado las dos noches más terribles, olor a marihuana, un perro toda la noche ladrando y saltando en el 2 piso, las habitaciones no son la de las fotos, la cocina un asco, no tiene utensilios, los muebles se quieren desarmar, por dicha no estuve ahí durante todo el día, solo las noches, una piscina no servía la otra muy sucia, desgraciadamente para la fecha que fui no había disponible algo más por el lugar y si lo había costaba mucho dinero, inclusive pediré mínimo el 50% de la estadía.

Shame on Hotels.com to allow this crack house to be advertized on their website. The photos advertised are WAY OFF!!! Where do I begin? Door didnt lock, light switch sparked when you flipped it on, floor, sheets, bathroom filthy, stove completely broken, refrigerator filthy, bugs, toilet seat up with urine in the bowl... This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!!

The shower tile was nice but there was a window in it and a blind over it that was bent and falling. The fridge in the kitchen was ok but the stove was sticky and dirty in the oven and the elements did not sit properly in the stove and the foil paper in them looked dirty. The microwave was old and rusty.

At the very beginning we had some issues, however everything was fixed in a nicer an smooth way and we had a very pleasant experience staying here

It was absolutely disgusting. When I saw the roaches crawling on the managers desk during check in, I should have turned around then. We had to pre-pay for the 3 night stay. When we entered the room it was visibly disgusting. You could tell it hadn't actually been cleaned for some time. Our shoes stuck to the ceramic tile floor. The sheets smelled and had not been washed at any recent interval. The bathroom was infested with ants that ended up crawling on me while I was using the facilities. The bath mat still had dirty feet prints on it. A roach ended up crawling into one of my shoe boxes that was a gift for my niece, and was startled and scared when she opened them. We were so exhausted from our LONG 36 hours of travel, that we did rest there - on top of the bed coverings with our clothes on. My anxiety was so bad the next morning, we had to check out. The "Manager" was no where to be found, so we left to be where we needed to be and had to go all the way back there several hours later. After waiting for the Manager to show up after not answering the phones for 20-30 minutes - I asked the Manager if we could possibly get our money back for the other 2 nights and he said he would ask the Owners - My guess is that I will never see that money. This was in the top 3 worst hotel experiences I have ever had in my 40+ years of hotel experience. I am also disappointed that Hotels.com would represent this type of establishment.

We never stayed the night no one was in the office and no one answered the phone we had to rent another hotel we would like our money back we even had insurance and we did not receive our refund

The worst place I ever stayed. Actually I had to leave after 5 minutes of stay. Dirty. Very smelly. Door didn’t lock. Ugly pool. More like a long term stay for the poor locals. Not safe to stay

It seemed like a crack house, found empty drug baggies right in front of door. Did not stay more than 5 minutes there. Lost a $100 on the cancelation but it was better than staying there

Booked online at 10pm .got there at 10:20. Office pitch black and no way to get a key. To say there were unsavory characters everywhere is an understatement. You have no business havng this property on your list.

You pay for what you get. Cheap and Disgusting. Cigarette buts in the pool. Toilet is wobbly. Did not stay, ended up leaving to go to a different hotel. They would not give me a refund or even offer 50% back. They do not care about their customers or comfort for them.

Hotel was completely unclean and unsafe. Ground floor windows where broken and did not lock. Anyone could gain access to your hotel room.

My time here was not so good! I want complain because when I came in the young lady was very helpful in making sure I had a good room! I took the room she said she cleaned herself, customer service skills a 1. She did what it took to get the purchase done an customer satisfied! But once in room the bedding had blood spots an other spots on it! No wash cloths, an shower still had Q tips in it, hair on wall! So when I went back they where gone! I went got my own cleaning supplies cleaned bathroom so I could shower! I was tired drove from North Carolina an needed a shower! I slept in my car an waited til someone came in after 10 called the number plenty of times an it went to voice mail! Sitting in my car it was 10:53 am before I got a response! He was not at all helpful an then told me he went in room an saw nothing! I sent him pictures then he hung Up on me! I wasn’t looking for a refund but a better answer or a discount because yes I used room but to not at-least acknowledge the problem is a issue for me now I’ll just dispute charges!

This was one of the WORST experience I've ever had in life! ●WARNING● DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I would not have let my worst enemy stay here, much less a dog. There are really no words to describe this unfortunate & horrific experience. The pictures online are obviously NOT from this place!

I can’t say I liked one thing. As I opened the door of my car there was a used condom on the floor. Then there was a drug deal going on at the entrance. THANK GOD they for some reason cancelled my reservation (that I made with Expedia) and went somewhere else just a few blocks down that actually was clean and normal and closer to the ocean. I can’t imagine who in their right mind would stay there. Don’t do it.

They canceled my stay. I never was there. I called weeks ahead of time to let them know of a late check in. They said it was fine when I called. Then cancels three days before my trip telling me that they could not accommodate me.

The staff were nice but the place was awful. The floors, bathroom, table, and sofa were filthy, the AC blew some kind of fowl damp air. I decided not to use the AC, and open the windows but there were only storm windows none of them would stay open, falling closed unless propped. Door locks were not very secure either.

The lady that checked me in was nice. my My reservation saying it comes with microwave coffeemaker refrigerator tv Free Wi-Fi and a stove however . My room when I checked in there was no microwave no coffee maker no Wi-Fi TV does not work the shower can do a little bit cleaning and the walls in the hotel room smells like smoke even though it was a smoke free room. I had no room service whatsoever !

Got there and they did even have my reservations. And the place looks nothing like the pictures drove 24 hours had no where to stay . Was super pissed

It’s a pity it is not maintained as well as it deserves.

They didn’t have any rooms when we went to check in. Had to find rooms for my crew and I after working 14 hrs. Don’t recommend booking here if they are not going to have availability why keep them on the site.

Small property but great beds and plenty of parking. Convenient to pompano north and fort lauderdale south. Close to beach AND wonderful staff and owner. Price very nice compared to alternatives.

Rooms in bad conditions (no illumination, mold in every corner of the bathroom), dirty pools and exteriors.

The not so good: This is one of those redone motels. I actually like and seek out these properties by the beach. This one has two sides to it with the street in between. (Two redone motels) One side looks like it is completely redone. And the other, is in process? If so, it's a slow process. The other side looks great. The pool furniture new, the paint bright and shiny etc. The side I was on: The grass needs to be trimmed. The gate was falling off the hinges. The pool furniture is old and mismatched. And there was trash on the ground. The kitchen has very old appliances, the dishes mismatched to the point of absurdity. No coffee maker?! The microwave shakes when you run it. The bathroom is old and needs to be completely overhauled. The shades over the window falling about. The bathroom shower curtain from dollar tree? The front door sticks. All this to say that it has potential. And the bed at least was comfortable. And the place was clean. And there is free parking and plenty of it. But I won't stay here again. I think that if what I suspect is true, and I ended up on the in process side, I would have been happier to be told that and for the price to reflect it. A discount to stay there? I'd do it.Also, there were some pretty trashy people there. One woman was standing in her underwear drunk? maybe, with her front curtains wide open for all of us to see, including a small child.

We wanted an affordable place by the beach so we went with this option. The hotel is okay. Very close to the beach but the beach water is not that great. Actually very disappointing. Location is perfect. Hotel itself not so much. Just looks/feels a bit run down. Nonetheless we had a safe night.

The unit was decent. The curtains facing the street are too thin. The Windows are old fashioned louvres and none can open. The biggest issue we had was that the tiny AC could not cool down the huge room sufficiently. The room is huge and the tv channel selection is great. Big refrigerator. The night attendant Bara is very helpful and professional.The back balcony is cool and the neigbourhood is quiet after 12 AM.

Horrible, could not stay there after my card was charged. When they showed me the room I wanted my money back, which they refused. Had to leave and continue driving and never got my money back.

Office said open, no one was there, rang both door bells, called phone number listed for assistance, no answer, waited 30 minutes, Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel as well without any success. At 8:30 pm we had to find a new hotel to stay at, had a long day of travel, was not very pleased with the lack of customer service at this property.

It looks old from the outside but the room was mostly updated, nice bed and shower. Great location right across from beach access.
