Breakfast was Wonderfull with many selections. One of the best I have experienced in my travels. This was a great, clean, well maintained hotel close to I95 in a safe built up area.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the practicality of the layout/design of the room. There were more than enough electrical outlets that were located in strategic spots. There were hooks on the wall to hang coats or other stuff on. Instead of folding luggage racks there was a built in rack large enough for 2 hand carry sized luggage or a big one. The bathroom shower was spacious and there were bars near it for hanging. The bed and pillows were just right.

We stayed twice, a week apart, to and from Florida. Clean Room, staff were amazingly friendly and detail oriented (like they gave us the same room on the way back because we had mentioned it was great). BREAKFAST was amazing, and the to-go bags of treats were perfect for the car. Parking is no extra cost, and neither is the EV charger which we used. The only downside is the room doors could really use a good seal to help block the hall noise.

Our rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, but lol grits. The pool was inside but nice. As a caregiver for a disabled veteran, to feel safe I could have used another rail in the tub/ shower. I love the location, we had lots of options for food or shopping. We’ll definitely come back!

Excellent service. Check in fast. Good breakfast and variety. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. Very clean and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and it didn't give me allergies since I'm very sensitive to allergic reactions.

Only downsides are that the hotel sign is actually in front of a different hotel, so when we tried to check in, they said we didn't have a reservation. Doh! But they were obviously used to this and redirected us. The correct hotel was down the sidestreet and had very poor signage.

We stayed for one night with our children on the way to Florida . The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable . The breakfast had a really nice selection. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful . We had a small issue and it was handled with care and kindness . I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back when we drive through again .

My stay at this hotel could have been perfectly fine, but it was ultimately ruined by completely unusable WiFi. I was working remotely and specifically needed reliable internet access. I woke up at 5am to start my workday with the goal of finishing before the 11am checkout, but the WiFi in my room was so slow and unstable that I couldn’t get anything done. I went to the business center hoping for a wired connection, since there were three Ethernet ports available. Two were connected to computers and one to a printer. With staff approval, I disconnected one of the computers to use the Ethernet jack—only to discover after 30 minutes of troubleshooting that none of the Ethernet ports were active at all. The entire business center had no wired internet connectivity. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told the business center computers were supposed to connect over WiFi, which made no sense given that they were physically plugged into the wall. When I pointed this out, the representative became defensive, accused me of “getting an attitude,” and refused to continue the conversation unless I “changed my tone.” I simply asked for some kind of accommodation since internet access was part of why I chose this hotel. Instead, she implied that because I had used the room overnight, I was only trying to get out of paying. She then turned to another employee and said, “There is nothing wrong

The room was really basic and cheap. The TV had very basic cable. The bed sheets felt damp andbthey smelled. I won't stay at another IHG property.

The AC unit in the room made a horrible squeaking noise all night and the coffeemaker in the room didn't work.

Staff was extremely nice and check-in was fast and easy! Rooms were very clean and bathroom was well stocked with amenities. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows which is a bonus for me! The breakfast buffet had a really good variety of hot food and was constantly checked, cleaned and restocked.

Breakfast was one of the best that I experienced. Overall, a decent place to stay. Rooms are clean. A couple of large trucks taking up 4 or 5 parking spots is disappointing which I try to respect but it’s an inconvenience to the other guests. A good value.

The only thing we did not like was the timing of the breakfast, especially on a weekend. All the other Holiday Inns end their breakfast at 10am. This one closes it promptly at 9:30am. On a weekend it is my opinion that it should be open until 11am, but 10am is at least better than 9:30am. When on vacation, we like to sleep in. We maybe awake by 8:30am or 9am, but not ready to go downstairs.

The front desk service was disorganized and uncaring. I traveled with two friends and e are senior citizens and I have a bad back. After an 11 hour drive I had to go out to the car three times for information. The clerk could not think ahead and let me know all the information I would need at once. At the end she gave me a bottle of water because I had to go to the car so many times. I said there were 3 of us and she said only I got water for my troubles. The morning clerk wasn’t any better.

The area reminded me of a place of ill repute, however the staff were amazing! The pool is nothing like the photos, and had a slime green bottom. The room was standard for the price and comfortable. If you like a hard matrices, this not the place for you.

I wish for certain rooms they can be informed that the showers/rooms are for Handicap or Disabled personnel. I was unaware that for my shower. Overall, this hotel is the best in Savannah.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude. I witnessed them slamming the door to breakfast in front of a guest while he was approaching about 2-3 foot away from entering and getting his breakfast. Also one of the maids attempted to enter my room without knocking before entering while I was in the room. I received no apology from anyone for this. This was NOT even on my check-out day of a multi day stay and no service requested! Front did not greet when I entered during my multi day stay. Overall rude.

The room had an odor of wet dog and a roach was crawling on bathroom wall. We couldn’t wait to leave in the morning!

Issues with housekeeping resolved the 3rd day...after that all good.

Easy parking

Everything was great except I really needed to use the laundry facilities and they weren’t operable. Also I had to park around the back of the building after I returned from an off-site laundry facility late in the evening and the card reader on the door closest to my car didn’t work. It was a frustrating experience.

This property is easy to find off the highway. It was clean, and the front desk was very professional, cordial, and helpful. They offer complimentary snacks which is a perk. My room was a King and it was clean and very spacious. The breakfast options were decent, and I appreciate that their were options like turkey sausage and egg white omelet. Overall, my stay was pleasant for the one night I stayed.

My wife and i have stayed in our fair share of hotels in our travels. This certain location was above the bar in cleanliness and comfortability. The facilities were also great. Pool was a little small and no hot tub, but with how a lot of hotels lately, we were just glad they had a pool. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but ill take that with how nice and courteous the staff was.

Really musty odor in the bathroom from shower curtain, I believe. We tried to switch rooms, but the odor in the other room was even worse--like an old rustic cabin or something. USB ports between the beds also need repair as they were too loose for cords and plugs for our phones and other devices. Did enjoy the variety of items at breakfast, however!

Visited Savannah Wildlife Refuge and a must stop by the original Byrds Cookies retail location by the plant where they’re made. (Not the one in town)

Holiday Inn Express never has failed to impress. Not the biggest rooms but they are always clean and their service and free full breakfast are always great. Been to a couple around the country and have had relatively the same experience.

First room we were given was very dirty, sticky floor, side of the bathtub was very dirty, stains on the furniture and carpet. Second room had issues with the air conditioner not turning on. The breakfast was underwhelming, no pancake mix available and the apple juice tastes like water. This is a newer hotel but it looked it had been around for 50 years, would not recommend staying here

The hotel was affordable and in a very convenient location, making it a great choice for my stay. The beds were comfortable, which was a big plus. However, the room, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, but a little more attention to cleanliness would make it even better.

This was just a quick overnight stay while traveling farther south. The rates were reasonable, the room was clean, the water was hot and the staff members were amiable. Plus there was still snow. Very unusual.
